Thirty of healthy non-pregnant Holstein cows being raised in the vicinity of Daejeon, which had been delivered of calves 4 to 6 times since they were imported to Korea, were selected with the purpose of serum chemical analysis. Total protein, albumin, globulin, total cholesterol, urea nitrogen and glucose and A/G ratio were investigated. The results of present investigation were summarized as follows: 1. Ranges and mean values (with standard error) of total protein, albumin and globulin were 6.87~8.58g/100ml, $7.75{\pm}0.60g/100ml$; 2.6~3.5g/100ml(37.1~45.0%), $3.26{\pm}0.27g/100ml$(40.1%); and 3.78~5.48g/100ml(55.1~64.6%), $4.51{\pm}0.43g/100ml$(58.1%), respectively. 2. Range and mean value (with standard error) of A/G ratio were 0.52~0.86 and 0.73~0.093. 3. Range and mean value (with standard error) of glucose were 35~50mg/100ml and $45.2{\pm}9.1mg/100ml$. 4. Range and mean value(with standard error) of total cholesterol were 122~228mg/100ml and $194.6{\pm}11.1mg/100ml$. 5. Serum urea nitrogen showed that the range of 10.5~15.1mg/100ml and the mean value(with standard error) of $12.7{\pm}1.5mg/100ml$.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the recognition of the professionalism required for strengthening the effective career guidance capacity of the secondary career teachers who are required to prepare for the coming fourth industrial revolution era. Based on these research objectives, we derived the required roles(8), the required competencies(20), and the contents(23) for enhancing professionalism by the required competencies, based on this, the questionnaire was composed and 217 respondents were collected and analyzed. First, the t-test was conducted to confirm the statistically significant difference between the current level and the important level of each content item by each role. As a result, it was found that in all roles except role of 'administrator' The t-value is statistically significant and the t-value distribution is high. Second, the demand value calculation and the priority ranking using the Borich demand calculation formula were found, and as a result, the directionality between the t value and the Borich demand was in agreement. Third, as a result of prioritizing using the Locus for Focus model, the contents of all 5 (middle school 7, high school 2) education contents were given priority. Fourth, three middle schools and five high schools were derived from the subordinate. Finally, we confirmed the relevance of the contents of education to actual educational necessity. Although this study has many limitations and limitations due to the fact that there are few prior data due to the segmentation of the subject related to the 4th Industrial Revolution and career guidance, it is necessary to develop educational training program I hope to be able to use it as basic data of various follow-up studies and make some suggestions.
This study has an objective not only to be helpful to the understanding about students' career and employment preparation by investigating the present conditions which are related with vocational consciousness and job values of dental hygiene department graduating students. Study subjects were 350 female graduating students in 3-year-course College, dental hygiene department at five areas of Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon and Gyeongnam. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 19.0. Regarding job values, job prospect of dental hygienist is a little developmental (55.2%) and institution hoping to work is dental clinic (43.2%), reasons for employment in major area are good wage and working environment (24.0%). And regarding opinion about job, dental hygienist job is a measure for living income (69.7%). Regarding job selection conditions, 35.0% subjects replied good human relationship. In the questionnaires regarding professional job in vocational consciousness category, results showed high percentages in that 'the occupation is a job in charge of oral health improvement'; regarding academic area, 'scaling should be done better than dentist'; regarding human relationship, 'harmony between colleagues is closely related with job efficiency'; regarding work ethics, 'development of dental hospital (clinic) and dental hygienist is correlated.' In vocational consciousness of study subjects, higher major satisfaction showed significant differences in professional job consciousness and work ethics consciousness (p<0.05) and the correlation results in vocational consciousness areas showed all statistically significant correlations (p<0.01). In case that the characteristic in one type is higher among 4 types, all other types showed high characteristics and also showed high general vocational consciousness.
Objectives : Cotinine, the major metabolite of nicotine, is a useful marker of exposure to tobacco smoke and self-reporting of smoking status is thought not to be reliable. This study aimed to evaluate the agreement between the smoking self-report among adolescents and the urinary cotinine test. Methods : The study subjects were 1226 middle and high school students in Hanam city, who were selected by stratified random sampling. The self-report about smoking behavior was compared with urine cotinine value measured with PBM $AccuSign^{\circledR}fi$ Nicotine(Princeton BioMeditech Corporation, USA). The percentage agreement, kappa and 95% confidence interval(CI) were calculated. Results : The overall percentage agreement was 88.6%, and those for boys, girls, middle school, general school and vocational school students were 87.3%, 90.1%, 93.7%, 85,5%, 90.7%, and 78.4%, respectively. The overall kappa index was 0.46(95% CI=0.39-0.54)for overall, .and those for boys, girls, middle school, general school and vocational school students were 0.56(95% CI=0.48-0.65), 0.20(95% CI=0.07-0.32), 0.21(95% CI=0.09-0.34), 0.55(95% CI=0.47-0.64), 0.42(95% CI=0.33-0.52), and 0.48(95% CI=0.36-0.60), respectively. Conclusion : The percentage agreement was relatively high but the kappa values very low for girls, and middle school students. Though the prevalence bias can be influenced by these results, the self-report was not a sufficient tool for the evaluation of adolescents' smoking status, especially in girls or middle school students.

A qualification of staffer required for communication is an administrative measure giving as occupational certificate after some examination for knowledge, technique and faculty in vocational ability to adapt to intrinsic of telecommunication. This certificate has the cause of an attribution of over the sphere of telecommunication, and so it has been originated in international situation, and then some of them is forced by international law, otherwise it be in common use between the nations. The Characteristic and orthodox of communication certificate has been succeded continually in company with development of telecommunication and the appliable field of them is specified, but the sovereign power of nation is approved by ITU that she can extent the applicable position for communication certificate and coordinate the utility of qualification for telecommunication value. Korean telecommunication law excepted the application of communication certificate in public communication field. It is unreasonable and even disobeyed against the theory of communication science and intrinsic of telecommuncation. Therefore it should be corrected immediately and then communication certificate have to accept in the public communication field at all, if so, the application field of communication certificate can have more than useful extenxion such as administration measure should be achieved by the management committee for qualification system in Ministry of Science and Technique and competemce Minister appointed according to special kind of certificate and the administration have to manage by the method and proccess caused by communication science or cooperative system between administration, industry, education and science. And, then, every acquisitor of qualification also has to try to perfect his vocational duty sincerely and to promote each self-realization.
The purpose of this study was to verify the causal relationship between self-directed learning ability and career maturity by Middle and High School Students in Seoul. This study used Seoul Education Longitudinal Study(SELS) data. Using autoregressive cross-lagged modeling, the results was followed. first, self-directed learning ability value was had a statistically significant positive effect in accordance with the time course from middle school 1st grade to high school 3rd grade. Second, career maturity also had a statistically significant positive effect in accordance with the time course from middle school 1st grade to high school 3rd grade. Third, previous self-directed learning ability had significant positive effect on the later career maturity, but the previous career maturity had no significant effect on later self-directed learning ability.
This study argues that traditional 'On the Job Training(OJT)' for performance management in the public sector has paid little attention to the innate nature of public performance management, while mainly focusing on introducing new techniques and differentiating new ones from existing ones. This neglection leads us to commit repetitive errors in practice and misunderstandings about the nature of public performance regardless of the introduction of new techniques. This study emphasizes that on the job training for performance management in the public sector should be able to foster critical thinking and debates over important issues to overcome the problems mentioned above. From such a point of view, 10 important debating points for training and education are suggested to balance both theoretical and practical perspectives in public performance management. Finally, this study maintains that the necessary first step for successful performance management is public employees' correct understanding on the nature of public performance management rather than on a new technique itself.
This study examines corporate support in learning on individual participation in learning and organizational learning. For this purpose, First, what does corporate support in learning affect individual participation in learning? Second, what does corporate support in learning and individual participation influence organizational learning? This study analyzed 1,268 employees at 139 companies. Sample sizes averaged about 9.22 employee per corporate. This paper used statistical method of hierarchical linear model. Above all, the findings show that corporate support in both formal and informal learning has meaningful effect on individual participation in formal learning and relationship. The findings reveal that corporate support in formal learning has influence on capacity, organizational memory, learning competency, adaptation to environment except sharing value. Furthermore, individual participation in learning has positive effect of increased organizational learning in all areas. In particular, it is shown that participation in informal relationship plays an important role to improve individuals' organizational learning ability.

The behavior of shear deficient under-balanced reinforced concrete beams with rectangular cross-sections, which were externally strengthened with CFRP composite along shear spans, was experimentally investigated under vertical load. One of the specimens represents a reference beam without CFRP strengthening and the other specimens have different width/strip spacing ratios (wf/sf). The optimum strip in terms of wf/sf, which will bring the beam behavior to the ideal level in terms of strength and ductility, was determined according to the regulations. When the wf/sf ratio exceeds 0.55, the behavior of the beam shifted from shear failure to bending failure. However, it has been observed that the wf/sf ratio should be increased up to 0.82 in order for the beam to reach sufficient shear reserve value according to the codes. It is also observed that the direction and weight of the CFRP composite are one of the most critical factors and 240 gr/m2 CFRP strips experienced sudden ruptures in the shear span after the cracking of the concrete. It is considered as a deficiency that the empirical shear capacity formulas given for the beams reinforced with CFRP in the regulations do not take into account both direction and weight of CFRP composites.
Objective: With the rapid development of proteomics sequencing and RNA sequencing technology, multi-omics analysis has become a current research hotspot. Our previous study indicated that Xinjiang brown cattle have better meat quality than Kazakh cattle. In this study, Xinjiang brown cattle and Kazakh cattle were used as the research objects. Methods: Proteome sequencing and RNA sequencing technology were used to analyze the proteome and transcriptome of the longissimus dorsi muscle of the two breeds of adult steers (n = 3). Results: In this project, 22,677 transcripts and 1,874 proteins were identified through quantitative analysis of the transcriptome and proteome. By comparing the identified transcriptome and proteome, we found that 1,737 genes were identified at both the transcriptome and proteome levels. The results of the study revealed 12 differentially expressed genes and proteins: troponin I1, crystallin alpha B, cysteine, and glycine rich protein 3, phosphotriesterase-related, myosin-binding protein H, glutathione s-transferase mu 3, myosin light chain 3, nidogen 2, dihydropyrimidinase like 2, glutamate-oxaloacetic transaminase 1, receptor accessory protein 5, and aspartoacylase. We performed functional enrichment of these differentially expressed genes and proteins. The Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes results showed that these differentially expressed genes and proteins are enriched in the fatty acid degradation and histidine metabolism signaling pathways. We performed parallel reaction monitoring (PRM) verification of the differentially expressed proteins, and the PRM results were consistent with the sequencing results. Conclusion: Our study provided and identified the differentially expressed genes and proteins. In addition, identifying functional genes and proteins with important breeding value will provide genetic resources and technical support for the breeding and industrialization of new genetically modified beef cattle breeds.
