This study, the meaning of historical and cultural content utilization in urban regeneration was examined and in the process, the causal relationship between each variable was verified through path analysis among physical, cultural, social, and economic factors. The purpose of this study is to find the main variables of historical and cultural content urban regeneration projects in which the moderating effect of economic factors and demographic characteristics, which are mediating effects, have a significant effect on resident participation and life satisfaction of local residents. Furthermore, by presenting a more integrated and effective urban regeneration policy plan, it is intended to ultimately contribute to the vitalization and direction of urban regeneration.

코로나19로 사회적 거리두기가 지속되면서 코로나 블루를 적절히 해소하는 방안 또한 새로운 사회적 무제로 대두되었다. 이에 본 연구는 전자출입명부 시스템을 활용하여 안전하게 지역을 관광할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 구체적으로 QR코드에 기록된 정보를 바탕으로 지역별로 방문한 관광객의 숫자를 공유하여 지역별 방문인구를 파악할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 통해 관광객은 밀집된 공간을 피하며 방역지침을 준수하면서도, 다양한 지역을 방문하며 코로나 블루를 해소할 수 있을 것이다.

현재 e스포츠는 전 세계적으로 크게 성장하고 있다. 하지만 e스포츠는 일반 스포츠와 다른 점이 한 가지 있다. 바로 게임 자체를 즐기지 않는다면 종목 자체의 관심도가 크게 떨어진다는 점이 특징이다. 본 논문은 이러한 현상이 왜 나타나는지 e스포츠와 일반 스포츠의 차이점을 분석한다. 그리고 e스포츠가 일반 스포츠로 인정받고 주목받기 위해 어떤 방향성을 잡아야 하는지 제안해본다.

The objectives of this study were to investigate the need for school uniform recycling and to review the school uniform recycling-related education. 231 female high school students were asked to answer regarding the wearing state of school uniform and their satisfaction level. 10 subjects in middle school technology/home economy were evaluated. As the result, the students wore 1~2 pieces of school uniform, which showed that it was hard to keep them clean by washing them often. The satisfaction level of school uniform was not high, The lowest item was the price. Therefore, to increase the satisfaction level of the school uniforms and also to increase the sanitary level of the school uniforms, it was advisable to purchase a recycled school uniform at cheaper prices to have an extra set. For a vitalization of the recycled school uniforms, the middle school technology/home economy subjects were reviewed. In the topic of "clothing acquisition plan and purchase", the themes of planned purchase, overconsumption of clothing and environmental pollution were discussed and included preferable behaviors for disposal. The topic of "clothing manufacturing and recycling" listed recycling the clothes that are not worn or exchanging them with neighbors as well as suggesting methods to illicit environment-friendly behaviors and carrying them out. However, some textbooks only briefly explained the methods of recycling and more detailed and practical methods need to be suggested in the curriculum. In addition, the contents regarding the environment in the clothing topic need to be supplemented more and more changes, such as related education plans or data development, are required. 본 연구는 지역 특화 스포츠관광 발굴을 위한 환경 분석으로 국내·외 스포츠관광 현황 분석과 해외 사례를 제시함으로써 춘천 지역의 스포츠관광 산업 발전을 위한 시사점을 제공하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 따라서 SWOT 분석과 2차 자료조사를 통해 시설과 프로그램, 그리고 마케팅 부분에 따른 발전방안의 시사점을 도출하였다. 스포츠관광은 스포츠 참여나 관람을 중심으로 지역의 관광과 융합되어 지역경제 활성화에 기여하기 때문에 해당 지역의 특성을 고려하여 차별화된 상품으로 구성해야 한다. 국내·외 스포츠관광에서 중심이 되는 것을 찾아보면 메가 스포츠이벤트나 지역 특화 레저스포츠를 관광 자원과 연계하여 상품화하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 국내에서도 지역 특화 스포츠관광 육성사업을 통해 매년 3~4개 지역을 발굴하여 지원하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 춘천 스포투어 프로그램의 성과에 대한 평가와 분석을 통해 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. 시설 부분에서는 자연환경과 어우러지는 숙박시설의 구축과 송암스포츠타운 연계 프로그램 개발, 장비의 보강이 이뤄져야 한다. 프로그램 부분에서는 의암호를 활용한 카누와 카약의 물길 코스 개발, 프로그램 운영 전문인력 양성, 참여 대상별 수준, 계절별 특색을 고려한 프로그램 개발이 이뤄져야 한다. 마케팅 부분에서는 ICT 활용과 장소의 인지도 상승 노력, 합리적인 가격 정책을 통해 경쟁력을 갖춰야 한다. 이와 같은 보완과 노력으로 지역에 특화된 스포츠관광 상품으로 발전시킨다면 지역경제 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This study discusses developing historical trails and ecological trails in rural area. Since the leisure time and interests in environment and health have been increasing, the number of hikers who enjoy the beautiful landscape and regional culture through the exploration of natural regions has been growing. However, these various road haven't been related to the rural village in many cases, so it is necessary to make some alternatives for revitalizing the region and improving incomes of non farm. Therefore this study suggested the applications of rural trail plan that fits for a scale of the rural village and local characteristics. This research divided forms of the rural village road into type of the natural landscape resource (Gangreung Anbandegi Village) and that of the historical culture resource (Yongin Hakil Village) according to amenity resources of objective village. The plan for village road basically made by the best of valuable resources of village unit, connected existing 'Trail' of other departments to the village and suggested a case of plan applied to the field so as to emphasize characteristics of rural area. It should be possible to induce hikers to rural area and be suggested as a measure for improvement of village image, regional vitalization and incomes of non farm.

본 연구는 한국과 일본의 성공적인 지역 캐릭터 분석을 통하여 국내 SNS 캐릭터 활성화를 위한 경쟁력 있는 지역 캐릭터 개발 방안을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법은 1차로 문헌 조사를 통해 SNS 지역 캐릭터의 개념과 현황을 분석하였고, 2차로 성공적인 4개 지역 캐릭터의 사례를 분석한 후, SNS 이용자를 대상으로 캐릭터 구성요건에 따른 심층 면접 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 이에 따라 제안하는 개발 방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역 캐릭터는 지역 홍보와 소통 수단으로 SNS 마케팅 활용을 목적으로 하는 개발이 필요하다. 둘째, 기존 지역 캐릭터는 지역 상징물로서 상징성이 중요시되었으나, SNS 지역 캐릭터는 친밀성을 중시해야 한다. 셋째, 대중의 기호를 반영한 높은 매력성을 가져야 한다. 넷째, 화제성을 위해 궁금증을 유발하는 독창성이 있어야 한다. 마지막으로, 한눈에 알 수 있도록 디자인과 이름이 직관적이어야 한다. 본 연구를 통해 국내 지역 캐릭터들이 SNS 마케팅의 흐름을 반영하여 지역 활성화에 더욱 높은 영향을 끼칠 수 있는 방향으로 개발되기를 기대한다.

이 연구는 안전관련 민간기관을 연구범위로 하여 산재 감소와 사고예방을 위한 민간기관의 활성화 방안을 도출하기 위하여 민간기관의 운영현황과 민간기관 운영실태를 조사 정리하였다. 그 결과를 토대로 민간기관에 대한 정의, 역할과 활동, 인식을 조사하고 분석하여 산재 예방 감소를 위한 민간기관의 활성화 방안을 제시 하였다. 따라서 산재 예방과 감소를 위해 안전관련 민간기관의 역량, 전문성, 신뢰성 향상과 정부기관, 공공기관, 안전 민간기관 간의 실질적 사고 예방을 위한 역할 정립에 이정표가 될 것으로 기대되며 산재예방사업 시장의 활성화와 사고예방 정책의 수립에 활용 할 수 있을 것이다.

대형할인마트와 인터넷 쇼핑몰 등의 등장으로 지역 유통시장이 축소 위축되고 있는 상황에서 경영 여건이 어려운 재래시장은 심각한 어려움에 처해있는 실정이다. 그러나 재래시장은 유통부문의 거래물량이나 소비자의 이용빈도 측면에서 볼 때 아직도 중요한 위치를 점하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 이러한 배경 하에 재래시장의 시설 및 경영현대화와 시장정비를 촉진하여 지역상권을 활성화하고 유통산업의 균형 있는 성장을 도모해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 증평군 장뜰시장이 경쟁력을 갖고 지역경제를 활성화 할 수 있도록 사업환경을 분석하여 활성화 방안을 제시하고, 정책적 판단에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the community center users' the determinants of utilization & satisfaction for the exploit and to draw out the implication as to what are the influencing factors. The ordered logit model approach was used to examine the determinants. For the use of community center, we surveyed by mail subjecting on rural residents for one month, June 2012, analyzed 625 valid questionnaires. The findings are as follows. First, 'Facility-Satisfaction', 'Education', 'Exploit-Frequency' and 'Age' are the most important factors which affect users' satisfaction. Second, 'A meeting hall function', 'Cultural & Educational function', 'Social & Organizational function', and 'functional criticality function' influence the attributes of users' utilization. Therefore, it is needed to establish the various functions of community center and to prepare the vitalization plan in futuristic viewpoint reflecting the change of rural area. In addition, since there is no clear entity to supervise community center administratively, policy support system to community center should be equipped. Along with these, it is needed to develop managing and operation model for customized community center.
