Last Subway video surveillance system consists of a network device that is used. Through the network to transmit video data to digital conversion of analog video via a process server or a PC video to a split-screen in various forms is expressed. In recent years, multi-monitor video cameras from the same pop-up or more, such as history, structure expressed on a variety of video is required by express. The problem with these systems, video compression and transmission of many cameras, and this image data received from the server or PC to take out all the images you want to watch to occur when in order to express all of the images because of the need to decode most of the program per limit of number of channels is positioned. This limited number of channels to have a video that nothing forced, but it is likely to do so in the future performance of the hardware evolves gradually channeled images available number of channels will increase proportionately. However, as the development of hardware required for a single screen video channel will be more gradual capital. The hardware rather than relying solely on the performance of the decoded video data on the screen in order to express a more efficient utilization of shared memory for video surveillance software will provide the operating plan.

Currently, the development of multimedia communication has progressed so rapidly that the video program service has become a requirement for ordinary customers. The quality of experience (QoE) for the visual signal is of the fundamental importance for numerous image and video processing applications, where the goal of video quality assessment (VQA) is to automatically measure the quality of the visual signal in agreement with the human judgment of the video quality. Considering the codec effect to the video quality, in this paper an efficient non-reference (NR) VQA algorithm is proposed which estimates the video quality (VQ) only by utilizing the distorted video signal at the destination. The VQA feature vectors (FVs) which have high relationships with the subjective quality of the distorted video are investigated, and a hybrid NR VQA (HNRVQA) function is established by considering the multiple FVs. The simulation results, testing on the SDTV programming provided by VCEG Phase I, show that the proposed algorithm can represent the VQ accurately, and it can be used to replace the subjective VQA to measure the quality of the video signal automatically at the destinations.

본 연구는 10대 1인 미디어 제작자를 중점으로 하여 쉽고 편리하게 영상을 제작할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 사용자 조사를 통해 나타난 10대 제작자들의 요구사항과 문제점을 파악하여 사용자가 원하는 캐릭터 커스터마이징 기능과 GPT를 활용한 감정 및 행동 추천 시스템을 구현하였다. 렌더링 과정에서는 OpenCV와 FFmpeg를 사용하여 오디오와 영상을 결합하여 최종 영상을 생성하였다. 영상 제작에 전문성이 없는 10대 사용자들은 간단한 인터페이스를 통해 웹드라마 캐릭터를 커스터마이징하고, GPT의 도움을 받아 감정과 행동을 추천받을 수 있다. 본 연구의 프로그램은 편집 및 연출에 전문성이 없는 10대 사용자들을 대상으로 양질의 영상 제작을 돕고, 영상 제작에 대한 진입장벽을 낮춰주며, 1인 미디어 산업의 발전에 기여할 수 있는 도구가 될 것으로 기대된다. 향후 모바일이나 세로해상도 버전의 영상을 고려한 영상 제작 환경을 제공할 수 있도록 할 예정이다.

In this paper, we propose an efficient configuration of a system for the remote control of a mobile robot. The interface has a video feedback and runs in standard web environments. For control servers of mobile robot and CCD camera, we use the environment with embedded web server Specific program has been developed in order to grab the images using Microsoft Visual C++ The external camera sends the video signal to a framegrabber in the PC, then this program grabs the images and puts them in shared memory in BMP format. For a video feedback, we use image feedback based on the client pull technique supported by Netscape and Internet Explorer.

It is generally recognized that Video On Demand (VOD) service will become a promising interactive service in B-ISDN. We consider a hierarchical two level network architecture for VOD service. The first level consists of connected Local Video Servers(LVSs) in which a limited number of high vision programs are stored. The second level has one Central Video Server(CVS) containing all the programs served in the network. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the network traffic and to propose the storage policy for LVSs. For this purpose, we present an analysis of program storage amount in each LVS, transmission traffic volume between LVSs, and link traffic volume between CVS and LVSs, according to changing the related factors such as demand, the number of LVSs is also presented on the basis of the tradeoffs among program storage cost, link traffic cost, and transmission cost.

대부분의 비디오는 대용량의 장시간 데이터로서 비디오 시청자들이 전반적인 내용을 이해하기에는 충분하지 못하다 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 효율적인 장면 전환 검출 방법과 새로운 샷 클러스터링을 이용한 비디오 개요 추출 방법을 제시한다. 장면전환 검출 방법은 컬러 히스토그램과 χ2 히스토그램을 합성한 방법을 이용하여 추출하도록 한다. 클러스터링은 지역적 히스토그램의 차이 값을 이용한 유사성 측정과 새로운 샷 병합 알고리즘을 통해 수행하도록 한다 또한 실제 TV방송 프로그램을 대상으로 비디오 개요 추출 실험 결과를 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 비디오 검색을 위한 비디오 사진 분류 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템은 3개의 모듈인 특징 추출, 은닉 마르코브 모델 생성, 그리고 비디오 사진 분류로 구성되어 있다. 같은 등급에 속한 비디오 화면들이 반드시 유사하지 않으므로 견실한 Hidden Markov Model을 구성하기 위해서 는 충분한 학습이 필요하였다. 제안된 시스템은 텔레비전 야구 중계 방송의 비디오 화면을 15가지 등급으로 분류하여 분석 및 하는 실험을 한 결과 평균 84.72%의 인식률을 얻을 수 있었다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of a home-based video exercise program on cancer-related fatigue, physiological and psychological status in patients with colon and rectal cancers undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: The study design was a non-equivalent control group non-synchronized design. Data were collected from patients with colo-rectal cancers in Yonsei cancer center from July 5th to October 31st in 2011. There were 40 participants; 20 in the experimental group and 20 in the control group. The structured questionnaire was used to measure fatigue, physical function and emotional status. Data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and a chi-squre test, Fisher's exact test, Mann-Whitney U test and Wilcoxon signed- rank test were conducted to examine the homogeneity and the research hypotheses. Results: There was a statistically significant difference in White Blood Cell count in the experimental group compared with that of the control group. The exercise group showed a slight decrease of White Blood Cell count compared with that of the control group after 4 week program (z=-2.935, p=.003). However, there were no significant differences in fatigue, physiological and psychological status between the two groups. Conclusion: In this study, the developed video exercise program was effective in markedly slightly decreasing White Blood Cell count in patients with colo-rectal cancers undergoing chemotherapy. Therefore, utilizing the video exercise program can be an useful method to promote health among patients with cancer in clinical practice.

목적 : 본 연구는 임상실습 중인 간호학생들에게 손 위생 시점에 관한 동영상 프로그램을 적용한 후 손 위생 시점지식과 수행을 검정하는 유사실험연구로 비동등성 대조군 전후 설계이다. 방법 : 2017년 3월 2일부터 6월 30일까지 3개 간호대학 92명의 학생들을 실험군 44명, 대조군 48명으로 나누어 자료를 수집했다. 결과 : 1) 손 위생 시점 동영상 실습교육프로그램 교육 후 손 위생 지식은 실험군이 대조군보다 높았다(t =6.30, p <.001). 2) 손 위생 시점 동영상 실습교육프로그램 교육 후, 손 위생 시점 지식은 실험군이 대조군보다 높았다(t =6.34, p <.001). 3) 손 위생 시점 동영상 실습교육프로그램 교육 후, 손 위생 수행은 실험군이 대조군보다 높았다(t =3.82, p <.001). 4) 손 위생 시점에 관한 지식과 손 위생 수행은 상관관계가 있었다(r =.458, p <.001). 결론 : 손 위생 시점 동영상 교육 프로그램은 손 위생 시점에 대한 지식과 손 위생 수행 향상에 효과적인 중재임을 알 수 있었다.

블루투스는 저전력으로 근거리상의 디바이스들을 무선으로 연결하여 통신하는 기술이나 저속의 통신속도를 갖고 있다. 따라서 파일이나 네트워크상의 동영상 스트리밍을 위한 플레이어는 많지만 Bluetooth를 통한 동영상 재생기는 찾아보기 힘든 상황이다. 낮은 데이터 전송 속도를 갖는 Bluetooth를 통해 동영상을 전송시 인코더로는 높은 압축 효율을 보이는 MPEG-4 AVC/H.264가 적합하다. DirectShow는 Microsoft사가 개발한 소스필터 기반의 멀티미디어 프레임워크이자 API이다. DirectShow를 이용하여 다른 어플리케이션에서도 사용할 수 있는 필터를 쉽고 빠르게 개발할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 H.264방식으로 인코딩된 동영상 데이터를 블루투스를 통해 전송받아 디코딩하여 재생시킬 수 있는 DirectShow 기반의 플레이어의 설계 및 구현 방법에 대해 기술한다. 다양한 비디오 샘플을 가지고 실험하여 개발된 프로그램의 타당성을 입증하였다.
