  • This study aims to investigate factors affecting the intention of continuous use of O2O service by referring new media adoption theory and value-based acceptance model for movie ticketing services. For this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted for users of tickets ticketing service of the cinema online (including mobile) within the last 6 months. A total of 500 copies was collected and 404 copies were analyzed excluding 96 copies because of errors. As a result of the analysis, the ease of use and service ubiquity has a positive effect on perceived functional value and perceived emotional value, and usability has a positive effect on perceived functional value. Compatibility and trialability has a positive effect on both perceived functional value and emotional value. Previous experience has a positive effect on both perceived functional value and perceived emotional value, and inertia has negative effect on perceived functional value. Finally, the perceived emotional value has a positive effect on the intention to continuous use, but perceived functional value appeared to have no significant effect. This study shows a theoretical implication for new technology-based services such O2O. It was suggested to establish a practical marketing strategy and help to activate the O2O service field.

  • This study aimed to analyze the consumption value and clothing pursuit benefits of genderless fashion based on gender identity. The study questionnaire was distributed to and collected from men and women in their 20s and 30s living in Seoul City and the Gyeonggi province. The collected data were analyzed by using Cronbachs α, factor analysis, K-means group classification analysis, and ANOVA. The study results were as follows. First, gender identity was categorized into three groups: the genderless group, the traditional gender rejection group, and the traditional gender acceptance group. Therefore, it is necessary to subdivide gender identity rather than acceptance and rejection of traditional gender roles. Second, an analysis of consumption value based on gender identity showed significant differences in terms of fashion value and expressive value. Therefore, it is important to establish a differentiated strategy based on the relevant gender identity group when establishing genderless fashion design or marketing strategy. Finally, the study results showed that clothing pursuit benefits based on gender identity, there was a significant difference in terms of individuality pursuit, deviation from the norm, and fashion pursuit. In particular, since the genderless phenomenon agrees with the characteristics of the MZ generation, it will be necessary to share brand information or product information through digital media or to utilize a sharing culture-that is, 'meaning out' tendency and 'flex culture' (i.e., conspicuous consumption).

  • In order to use cosmetics brands SNS effectively and establish strategy, the purpose of this study is to provide consumer date. According to cosmetics consumption value groups, this study examined each cosmetics consumption value group's level of concern of three cosmetics brands SNS features, informativity, enjoyment and interactivity. For the data, questionnaire was collected by 198 women, and the data were measured by ANOVA, factor analysis, cluster analysis and Ducan test. According to cluster analysis cosmetics consumption value groups were divided into four groups, unconcern group, hedonic value pursuit group, function of brand value pursuit group, high concern group. The results of the study are as follows: First, high concern group thought highly of all cosmetics brands SNS features, including informativity, enjoyment and interactivity. In addition all consumer groups were concerned informativity rather then enjoyment and interactivity. Second, comparing with high concern group, other groups which include unconcern group, hedonic value pursuit group and function of brand value pursuit group were not concerned about cosmetics brands SNS features' enjoyment and interactivity. Except informativity, hedonic value pursuit group and unconcern group were more concerned interactivity than enjoyment. While, high concern group and function of brand value pursuit group were more concerned enjoyment than interactivity.

This study was based on qualitative research which was media contents analysis and brand case study on fashion DIY. The results were as follows: First, the concept of DIY involved the Semi-DIY way that meant individuals participated in not every step of design and making process but a part of them such as design process. Also, it was means for customization. Second, the value of DIY consisted of individual value, experiential value, enjoyable value, self-actualizaion value, social value, economic value and ethical value. Third, fashion DIY was classified into seven types: DIY choosing and assembling design components of a product, DIY modifying a design with trimming, DIY making a product by using DIY Kits, DIY modifying a design after making a product by using DIY Kits, DIY choosing design components, DIY designing, and DIY all making and designing. DIY could be applied as a key marketing strategy for mass customization to meet the value of individual consumer.

Research design, data, and methodology - The surveys were distributed and retrieved to kimchi consumers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province who were over 20 years old and who had purchased kimchi before. The current study utilized the self-reporting survey as the research method. Result - First, as a result of hypothesis 1 test, both internal value and external value had a significant effect. Second, as a result of hypothesis 2 test, while internal value had a significant effect, external value did not have a significant effect. Third, as a result of hypothesis 3 test, while internal value had a significant effect, external value did not have a significant effect. Fourth, as a result of hypothesis 4 test, all quality, brand, and price had a significant effect. Fifth, as a result of hypothesis 5 test, while internal value had a significant effect, external value did not have a significant effect. Conclusion - The current study aims to establish marketing and service strategies to maximize profits and secure competitive advantage in the kimchi industry through changes in the management strategy of the Korean kimchi industry.

  • This paper analyzed the power loss of transformers considering the magnetic component. For this, each winding strategy and the effect of air gap between the ferrite core have been an important variable for optimal parameter calculation. Inductors are very well known design rules to devise, but the performance of the flyback converter as a function of transformer winding strategy has not been fully developed. The transformer analysis tool used was PExpert. The influence of the insulator thickness, effect of the air gap, how the window height and variation of the capacitive value effects the coil and insulator materials are some of parameters that have been analyzed in this work. The parameter analysis is calculated to a high frequency of 48[kHz]. Therefore, the final goal of this paper was to calculate and adjust the parameters according to the method of winding array and air gap minimizing the power loss.

  • Social media such as Twitter and Facebook have become popular. In the age of social media, many people have become more active online. For example, about half of all global active Internet users are on Facebook (Perry 2012). Personal branding is a very important strategy to build on an individual's strengths, and this kind of branding is expected to contribute to self-actualization. Therefore, the presence of mentors who advise users to discover their own strong points for self-actualization is necessary. In this paper, we propose a personal branding support service, Mentors, which connects mentors and mentees. The core concept is: "Everyone has the face of both a mentor and mentee." The key function is sharing stages of self-analysis in human life design: Determining value, creating a mission, and forming a strategy. From this function, a good match between a mentor and mentee can be found. The program aims to improve human life by understanding the client's strengths and using social media effectively. Future work includes launching Mentors and evaluating its service.

  • Many organizations have applied the traditional Information Strategy Planning methodologies to planning knowledge management. This approach, however, cannot sufficiently realize the strategic value of various kinds of knowledge. To overcome above problems, this research classifies knowledge according to its features and identifies characteristics of each knowledge category. And then, structured Knowledge Strategy Planning methodology, $P^2-KSP$, is proposed. With $P^2-KSP$, an organization can identify organizational knowledge and develop KM architecture from both perspectives of the performance measurement system and business processes.

  • In a game called red and black, you can stake any amount s in your possession. Suppose your goal is 1 and your current fortune is f, with 0 < f < 1. You win back your stake and as much more with probability p and lose your stake with probability, q = 1- p. Ahn(2000) considered optimum strategy for this game with the value of p less than $\frac{1}{2}$ where the house has the advantage over the player. The optimum strategy at any f when p < $\frac{1}{2}$ is to play boldly, which is to bet as much as you can. In this paper we perform the simulation study to show that the Bold strategy is optimum.
