This essay is a landscape of core values and relevant evidences about Creative Leadership in order to make sketches of Korean-style leadership framework. Glancing through this work, you can smell the distinctions of Korea creative leaders, particularly, in the aspects of procommunity pragmatism and ordinary innovation. Most Korea creative leaders were social mentors and masters who had enlarged their influences from the individual domain to social area in all the dimensions of human life. At the individual stage, the Creative Leadership suggests 'Jungki(正己)' as a core value of themselves, which is materialized as such competencies as self-assertiveness, observation and experimentation, and strong inquiry. Because most of them were technical masters dealing with new methodology and new knowledge including alchemy, medicine and weapons, the creative leaders show us very unique core values and competencies in the life sequences of the individuation, relationship, organization and community unlike other Korean-style leaderships and global practices. You can taste and compare these things: 'Kihyulsangtong(氣血相通)' as a core value and respect- for- others, style analysis, persuasion as core competencies in the stage of relationship, nextly, 'Suhshi(授時) & Jungeum(正音)' as a core value and coordination and adjustment, teamwork as core competencies in the stage of organization, finally, 'Hunmin(訓民) & Hwalin(活人)' as a core value and vision-building, social benefiting, ordinary innovation as core competencies in the stage of community. The value of this study is focused on the construction of Korean-style leadership framework based on the Creative Leadership through vivid stories about great leaders in our history.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate an effect of ground vibration caused by blasting on the concrete brick structure. For the purpose, dynamic response time-history of the structure assumed single degree of freedom (SDOF) system and vibration time-history directly measured from the structure were examined, using Newmark $\beta$ method based on data measured at ground. The time-history was interpreted from the measured data of ground and structure in single hole blasting. Vibration magnitude between ground vibration and structure in single hole blasting and 20 ms interval blasting was about three times and was shown larger vibration on the structure. By time-history analysis of structure dynamic response, the value was almost the same one with the data measured from the structure. It indicates that the vibration characteristics of structures may be predicted on the basis of the ground vibration data measured from the sub-ground of structure.

The development of information technology introduced digital contents and Social Network Services(SNS), and allowed the virtual transaction and communication between users called "the experience knowledge" advanced from "the objective knowledge." This paper will analyze interactive storytelling system creating different types of stories on narrative genre about family history, personal history and so on. Through analysis on narrative interviews, direct observations, documentations and visual records, contents about CEO story, corporate story, family story and especially family history will be categorized into sampleDB and informationDB. Accumulated contents will allow the user to increase the value and usage of the contents through interactive storytelling system by restructuring the contents on family history. This research has developed writing tool data model using different digital contents such as texts, images and pictures to encourage open communications between first generations and third generations in Korea. Furthermore, researched about connected system on interactive storytelling creation device using various genre of family story that has been data based.

Objective : In this study, we try to identify the herbal formulated by Heo Im from Kyeongheombang(經驗方), and investigate its medical property. Method : Those articles referenced from Heo Im's herbal formulas in "Sauikyeongheombang(四醫經驗方)" were extracted and results were quantitatively analyzed. From extracted empirical formulas, those categorized as externally applicable formulas were grouped by several standards and their medical significance was analyzed. Results and Conclusions : 85 and 66 articles were designated to be referred from Heo(許) in "Sauikyeongheombang" and "Uibanghapbu(醫方合部)" in each category, and 263 and 155 were identified to be Heo Im formulas, respectively. Externally applicable formulas in Heo Im's empirical recipes have following characteristics. First, various methods were used by Heo Im. Second, Heo Im's empirical formulas suggest useful clinical information maximizing therapeutic effect, which is of much value, originated from his practical experiences as a clinician. Third, Heo Im's therapy favorably succeeds the tradition of Hyangyak-medicine and Empirical -medicine. From this information, Heo Im is thought to have had rich insight and experience, not only in acupuncture but also in the prescription of herbal formulas at those days.

As Korea's representative medical text, "Donguibogam" reveals Korean Medicine's unique perspective on the human body. The text also contains abundant resources related to skin, leading to diverse researches on the subject today. In this paper, authors tried to elicit values of "Donguibogam" in the general cosmetics field, through literature review. First, prescriptions related to main functions of modern cosmetics (anti-aging, whitening, and moisturizing) were classified. In relation to anti-aging, concepts such as 返老 (reversing aging), 還童 (to become young again), 皺 (wrinkle), and 皮急 (tense skin) were extracted and 69 examples of treatments were introduced. For whitening care, 41 treatments were mentioned on hyper-pigmentation and general complexion. Concepts related to moisturizing included expressions such as 潤肌膚 (hydration of skin) and 光澤 (glow), induced by 48 treatment prescriptions. Second, cosmetics related prescriptions were classified according to the application methods of modern cosmetics. 78 prescriptions of cleansing category included washing-off local area with herbal liquid, bathing, washing-off after steaming, and soaking the body in the herbal liquid. Total of 308 topical application prescriptions covered the conditions of various skin inflammations, scalp illnesses, and etc. In conclusion, this research examines the value of "Donguibogam" as a useful of skincare. Further studies are expected to extend our understanding of the field.

Objectives :The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the significance of the 『Joseonbogeonsa』 by examining North Korea's perspective in its documentation of the history of medicine, and to further understand North Korea's perception of Korean Traditional Medicine. Methods : The focus of examination was on the perspective of historical description as shown in the first chapter of the 『Joseonbogeonsa』. Its unique features were made clear through comparison with historical texts of medicine of South Korea such as the 『History of Medicine in Korea』, and the 『History of Korean Medicine』. In order to grasp the current of historical research in North Korea, various Traditional Medicine related dictionaries and academic journals of North Korea along with the 『Joseontongsa』 were examined. Results & Conclusions : The historical views of the 『Joseonbogeonsa』 could be categorized as nation-focused, materialistic, and nationalistic. These are core elements that make up North Korea's self-reliance ideology, which influenced the interpretation of medical facts. While the text is valuable in that it introduced new historical material along with its interpretation, and argued for a more independent development of Traditional Medicine, its limitation of interpreting historical material from a conclusive, pre-determined standpoint cannot be overlooked. The North Korean 'Goryeo Medicine' is defined by its historical nature rather than academic characteristics, and its significance is determined by its clinical efficacy rather than theoretical value.

Defining key characteristics of Southeast Asia requires historical interpretation. Southeast Asia is a diverse and complicated region, but some of modern history's "grand narratives" serve to unify its historical experience. At a minimum, the modern history of the region involves decisive encounters with universal religions, the rise of Western colonialism, the experience of world wars, decolonization, and the end of the "cycle of violence". The ability of the region's peoples to adapt to these many challenges and successfully build new nations is a defining feature of Southeast Asia's place in the global stage. This paper will begin with a question: is it possible to develop a hermeneutic of "expedience" as a way to interpret the region's history? That is, rather than regard the region from a purely Western, nationalist, "internalist" point of view, it would be useful to identify a new series of interpretative contexts from which to begin scholarly analysis. In order to contextualize this discussion, the paper will draw upon the writings of figures who explored the region before knowledge about it was shaped by purely colonist or nationalist enterprises. To this end, particular attention will be devoted to exploring some of John Furnivall's ways of conceptualizing Southeast Asia. Investigating Furnivall, a critic of colonialism, will be done in relation to his historical situation. Because Furnivall's ideas have played a pivotal role in the interpretation of Southeast Asia, the paper will highlight the intellectual history of the region in order to ascertain the value of these concepts for subsequent historical interpretation. Ultimately, the task of interpreting the region's history requires a framework which will move beyond the essentializing orientalist categories produced by colonial scholarship and the reactionary nation-building narratives which followed. Instead, by beginning with a mode of historical interpretation that focuses on the many realities of expedience which have been necessary for the region's peoples, it may be possible to write a history which highlights the extraordinarily adaptive quality of Southeast Asia's populations, cultures, and nations. To tell this story, which would at once highlight key characteristics of the region while showing how they developed through historical encounters, would go a long way to capturing Southeast Asia's contribution's to global development.

This paper aims to examine how mathematical history is used in $ textbooks according to the 2015-Revised Curriculum. We analyze the distribution and characteristics of making use of the mathematical history in the nine textbooks, using the framework suggested by Jankvist (2009) on the whys and hows of using historical tasks. First, the tasks related to mathematical history in the textbooks are mostly used as an affective tool, while few tasks are used as a cognitive tool. Second, most of the historical tasks of the type of an affective tool are introducing the anecdotes of mathematicians or in the history of mathematics, and only one case is trying to show human nature of mathematics by illuminating the difficulties mathematicians were faced with. Third, all the mathematical history tasks used as affective tools and goals are illumination materials, while only two out of the ten tasks in the category of a cognitive tool are illumination materials, yet eight others are modular ones. Considering the importance and value of using mathematical history in the math education, this paper recommends that more modular materials on mathematical history tasks in the category of cognitive tools and goals should be developed and their deployment in the textbooks or courses should be promoted. $

The ecological expression of art in modern society takes the harmonious developmental relationship between man and nature as an element and combines it with the various manifestations of painting as an expression of ecological artistic development. The necessary relationship for the harmonious development of nature is accurately articulated, and the ecological changes in people are expressed in integrated materials that inspire human reflection. In the pursuit of material pleasures, mankind is neglectful and indifferent to the environment. The development of composite painting in art and ecology is a process that more reveres the harmony between man and nature as well as satisfying the creative value of the work. After systematic evaluation and research, people have engaged in various structural forms of composite art painting development in the long history of art development, focusing on the integration of environmental and ecological culture. In the process of nature education going through development, the comprehensive practical development of nature education is enhanced and efforts are made to feel new ecological art ideas and new ways of valuing environmental protection. In this paper, an observational study of eco-art will be carried out, starting from the theory of hierarchical division and analyzing the contradictory relationship between man and nature. Recognize nature, understand it and feel it through eco-art painting. The analysis of the contradictory relationship between man and nature is combined with the identification of various types of information that give value to the environmental protection public, and the combination of ecological painting and nature art to achieve an upgrade of the environmental protection idea of the value of painting. In the development of artistic ecological comprehensive painting, it is necessary to put forward technical requirements and standards that meet the development of modern industry according to the characteristics and methods of ecological painting. The author of this paper discusses the necessity and social value of artistic ecological painting creation from the artist's point of view, expounds the practical achievements of ecological painting from the perspective of the history and present situation of the development of ecological aesthetics at home and abroad, and gives the concept and creative method of contemporary art comprehensive material painting in combination with his own actual situation.
