교육콘텐츠 특성과 조직 특성이 학습전이 및 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 : 프랜차이즈 기업을 중심으로 (The Effects of Educational Contents and Organizational Characteristics on Learning Transfer and Organizational Effectiveness: Targeting Franchise Companies)

  • 실제 교육훈련의 실적에 대한 기대가 충족되지 못하며 조직의 생산성을 향상시키기 위한 연구의 필요성이 대두되는 상황에서 본 연구는 학습전이모형을 바탕으로 교육콘텐츠 특성 요인과 조직 특성 요인에 따라 학습전이에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고 학습전이를 통해 조직효과성인 조직몰입과 업무성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 선행연구고찰을 기반으로 이론적 연구 및 실증연구를 병행하였으며, 교육콘텐츠, 조직특성, 학습전이 및 조직효과성 각각의 요인에 대한 영향관계를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 과제가치, 직무연관성, 조직보상이 학습전이에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며 학습전이는 조직몰입과 업무성과에, 조직몰입은 업무성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 학습전이가 조직효과성에 영향을 미치며 기업의 성과로 확장시킬 수 있음을 확인하였다. 또한 직무연관성을 구체화하고 보상시스템을 강화해야 조직몰입과 업무성과로 연결되어 기업의 교육훈련성과를 높일 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 특정 산업을 모집단으로 설정한 한계점이 존재하므로 보다 대표성을 지닌 표본 집단을 추출하여 학습전이와 조직효과성에 대한 영향관계를 세밀히 파악할 수 있을 것이다.

가치사슬 활동이 종합병원 경영성과에 미치는 영향 분석 (The Effects of Value Chain Activity on General Hospital Management Performance)

  • This study, targeting Korean tertiary hospitals and general hospitals, aims to analyze how value chain model in health and medical institution suggested by Duncan and else influences on hospital management. A survey was conducted to verify the actual proof analysis of this study model. 880 questionnaires were distributed to entire 88 hospitals and 739 copies were returned from 76 hospitals. This study mainly consists of three steps to analyze the effect value chain activity has on management performance of general hospitals. For the first step, we analyzed the effects service delivery activity has on management performance. For the second step, we analyzed the effects service support activity has on management performance and for the third, we analyzed the effects interaction between service delivery activity and service support activity has on management performance. The main results of this study are as follows. First, in terms of the management performance of scale, the factors which influenced on daily charge of outpatient were service activity before treatment, at the moment of treatment and value chain activity, while more important factors in daily charge of inpatient were organizational culture, organizational structure and value chain activity. In terms of management performance of quality, the factors which influenced on the first medical examination rate of outpatient were service activity before, at the moment of and after treatment, while activity at the moment of treatment, organizational structure, and value chain activity which is interaction were more important factors in average length of stay. In terms of non-financial performance, the management performance factors which influenced on job satisfaction were service activity at the moment of, after the treatment and value chain activity, while organizational culture, strategy resources and value chain activity which is interaction were more important factors in job commitment. Secondly, all the service support activity, service delivery activity and value chain activity had statistically significant effect on management performance. Among the three factors, service support activity had relatively high effect than others.

산업재 브랜드 자산의 구성요인들이 관계적 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on Industrial Brand Equity Affecting the Relational Performance between Industrial Buyers and Suppliers)

  • 본 연구는 브랜드자산 구성요소에 대한 기존 문헌의 고찰을 통해 그동안 그 중요성에도 불구하고 산업재 시장에서는 거의 다루어지지 않고 있는 브랜드 자산형성 요인의 일반적 구성모델을 제시하고 있다. 구조방정식모델을 통해 브랜드 태도형성 요인인 브랜드 인지/연상, 브랜드 지각가치, 서비스 품질과 브랜드 행동형성 요인인 브랜드 전환비용, 브랜드 관계만족, 브랜드 커뮤니티가 브랜드 충성도 및 관계몰입과 기업성과 및 구매자가치에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 기업성과 및 구매가치에 영향을 미치는 8가지의 브랜드 자산요인들에 초점을 두고 있다. 실증분석은 산업재 구매자를 대상으로 설문조사하였는데 구조방정식에 의한 모델분석 결과, 브랜드에 대한 태도를 형성하는 요인인 브랜드 인지/연상, 브랜드 지각가치, 서비스 품질은 브랜드 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 브랜드에 대한 행동을 형성하는 요인인 브랜드 전환비용, 브랜드 관계만족 또한 브랜드 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 각 영향요인들의 브랜드 충성도에 영향력을 파악해 보았을 때 주요 영향요인들은 브랜드에 대한 태도를 형성하는 요인들 보다는 브랜드에 대한 행동을 형성하는 요인들인 것으로 나타났다. 이와 더불어 브랜드 충성도가 클수록 공급자-조직구매자 간의 관계몰입과 기업성과 및 구매가치가 더 높은 것으로 나타났으며 관계몰입은 브랜드 충성도와 구매가치, 기업성과에 중요한 매개적인 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

정보화 투자비용 및 투자효과: 국내기업 현황 분석 및 실증 연구 (Information Technology Investment and Effectiveness: Analyzing the Current State of the Art and Performing Empirical Research)

  • 이 연구는 국내기업의 정보화 투자비용과 투자효과 현황을 분석하고, 수집 데이터를 토대로 여러 선행 연구에서 제시된 IT효과 창출모델의 타당성을 검증하였다. 2005년 국내 기업의 IT예산은 매출액 대비 2.53%로서 종전에 비하여 약간 증가하였으며, IT효과 역시 예전보다 상당히 높아진 수준으로 발생하고 있다. 그러나 일반적 예상과는 달리, 여러 선행 연구에서 논쟁 중인 IT예산과 IT효과 사이의 상관관계는 통계적으로 유의하지 않으며, 이 외에도 일부 연구에서 중요한 요인으로 제시되고 있는 CEO 리더십, IT부서 역량, IT부서와 현업부서 사이의 협력 수준, 이용자 만족도 등은 IT효과에 별 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. IT효과에 영향을 미치는 것은 정보시스템 기술적 품질, 자원배분에 관한 CIO 리더십, 그리고 현업부서의 정보화 추진의지 및 활용능력 3개 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 IT관리자와 연구자에게 필요한 사실정보와 향후 연구 방향을 제공할 것으로 판단된다.

Dynamics of Global Distribution after Initial Entry

  • Purpose - This study involves the following questions: "Does internalization theory fully explain reality?" and "Which additional factors may add extra value to the theory?" To answer these, this study divides market entry mode into two steps, initial and subsequent and then, focuses on the subsequent distribution step; that is, the post-entry strategy after initial entry. In addition, this study relies on finding strategic orientations that affect the decision of post-entry into foreign markets. Research design, data, and methodology - To investigate this, this study examines 252 cases of Korean online games for each foreign market and the distribution mode at the product-team level. Results - The result shows that companies use different distribution strategies as a post-entry mode, like licensing, or joint distribution rather than exclusive distribution, through subsidiaries even if they already have wholly owned local subsidiaries which have enough experience and resources to select the entry modes among various types and then provide full commitment and control. Additionally, it finds that strategic orientation affects post-entry strategies differently. Conclusions - Therefore, this study is noteworthy and significant, as it practically extends the existing theories such as an internalization and distribution for decision making regarding the overseas expansion of entertainment businesses.

신임해양경찰공무원의 공공봉사동기와 교육만족과의 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Public Service Motivation and Educational Satisfaction of New Marine Police Officials)

  • 본 연구는 신임해양경찰공무원의 교육훈련에 공공봉사동기가 영향을 미치는가를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 공공봉사동기의 하위변인인 자기희생, 공익몰입, 공공정책의 호감도는 교육만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으나 공공봉사동기 하위변인인 동정심은 교육내용만족에 대한 영향요인은 기각되었다. 본 연구는 내재적 요인인 공직에 필요한 봉사정신, 희생정신과 같은 무형의 자산이 교육만족도영향요인임을 검증하였다는데 의미가 있다. 해양경찰은 육상경찰이나 다른 공직분야와 달리 해상이라는 장소적인 위험성으로 인하여 공직 가치의 중요성이 보다 중요시되므로 이를 고양하기 위한 다양한 제도와 연구의 필요성이 인정된다.

일부지역 임상치과위생사의 전문직 자아개념과 조직사회화의 상관관계 (Correlation between the self-concept of clinical dental hygiene professionals and organizational socialization)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to review the correlation between self-concept and organization of socialization in professional settings among dental hygienists. Methods: Statistical analysis was carried out on the collected data to identify any correlation between frequency and percentages. Cronbach's alpha value and one-way ANOVA were conducted. SPSS 12.0 was used to conduct a correlation analysis on self-concept and socialization in professional settings. Validity of the research tools was also confirmed. Results: There was a correlation between the identity and job satisfaction, with the figures showing great variance. Satisfaction was correlated with the nature of the corporation and job performance. In addition, communication had a negative correlation between job characteristics and identities, job performance, while, organizational commitment and positive correlation showed a statistically significant difference. Conclusions: The study reviewed the impact on organizational socialization. The dental hygienist is believed to be on going research into developing more effective and systematic training programs so that they can be effectively socialized society organizations to improve the professional self-concept.

공학전공 학생들의 융합역량 증진을 위한 교육프로그램 개발 및 효과 (Development and Effect of Education Program for Enhancing Convergence Competence of Undergraduate Engineering Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an educational program to enhance convergence competence of undergraduate engineering students and analyze its educational effects. Prior to the development of the convergence education program for engineering students, 13 experts in engineering education field surveyed the needs of the convergence education program and 829 students from four engineering colleges in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungcheong area and Honam area were assessed for the level of convergence competency. The educational program was developed based on the needs analysis and the program consisted of four major themes: convergence lecture, convergence competence, convergence practice, and convergence vision. The validity of the program was confirmed through the two expert validation tests. A total of 40 students participated in the selection of 10 students from each of the four universities. As a result of pre-post comparison of students' convergence competencies, the average of all competencies increased, and it was found that there were statistically significant differences in convergence mindset, differentiation mind, commitment, communication, and social value competence. Implications for the improvement of education programs and convergence education were suggested.

The Effects of Affiliation with Export Service-Providers on Sustainable Competitive Advantage: A Perspective of Small- and Medium-sized Exporters

  • Purpose - An appreciable number of small- and medium-sized exporters have continuously succeeded in their export marketplaces even though they do not possess enough resources. Advocating that affiliation with an export service-provider plays an important role in this phenomenon, we aimed to theoretically explain how export service providers' competences and relational factors drive small- and medium-sized exporters' competitive advantages in the long-run. Design/methodology - Drawing prominently on the resource-based view and the relationship-marketing theory, we built an empirically testable model. The model showed the roles of exporter capabilities, export service-provider competences, and relational factors on small- and medium-sized exporters' sustainable competitive advantages. Findings - The results of our research showed that exporter production and branding capabilities positively influenced their sustainable competitive advantage. In addition, export service-providers' marketing competence and relationship-building competence positively moderated the effects of exporter capabilities on their parties' sustainable competitive advantages. Finally, affiliation parties' interfirm trust and relationship commitment positively moderated the effects of export service-provider competence on the relationship between exporter capabilities and sustainable competitive advantages. Originality/value - Although prior studies have highlighted the effects of an exporter's resources on export performance, our research filled a knowledge gap of the effects of other resources on export performance. First, we proposed two types of export service-provider, competence marketing and relationship-building, influencing exporters' competitive advantage. Second, the effects of relational factors were proposed in the context of export affiliations.

Enterprise Systems in the Post-Implementation Phase: An Emergent Organizational Perspective

  • Enterprise system (ES) reflects a significant IT commitment to achieve corporate goals and satisfy its thrust toward a sustainable competitive advantage. This research investigates the required ES architecture, the value of a well-planned ES, and the human factor capabilities that drive the effective implementation of ES from a management perception. This paper examined the critical factors shaping the business systems' performance, architecture readiness, experts' readiness, and enterprise systems planning. Based on an extensive literature review, the attributes of factors mentioned earlier were identified, classified and then statistically examined using the author's' proposed conceptual structural model. This study employs a quantitative research methodology, with a random sampling technique. This paper has used the data collected from 510 respondents working in service, engineering and health sectors in OMAN. The study model analysis utilized both exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, followed by a structural equation modeling using SPSS 25 and EQS6.3 statistical tools. The results unveil a piece of remarkable and robust evidence suggesting that ES planning is the most significant aspect of influencing performance, followed by IT personnel, staff and consumers expertise, and architecture readiness.
