This paper investigates the effect of utilizing vacuum bagging process to enhance the bond behavior between fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) composites and concrete substrate. Sixty specimens were prepared and tested using double-shear bond test. The effect of various parameters such as vacuum, fiber type, and FRP sheet length and width on the bond strength were investigated. The experimental results revealed that utilizing vacuum leads to improve the bond behavior between FRP composites and concrete. Both the ultimate bond forces and the maximum displacements were enhanced when applying the vacuum which leads to reduction in the amount of FRP materials needed to achieve the required bond strength compared with the un-vacuumed specimens. The efficiency of the enhancement in bond behavior due to vacuum highly depends on the fiber type; using carbon fiber showed higher enhancement in the bond strength compared to the glass fiber when vacuum was applied. On the contrary, specimens with glass fiber showed higher enhancement in the maximum slippage compared to specimens with carbon fibers. Utilizing vacuum does not affect the debonding failure modes but lead to increase in the amount of attached concrete on the surface of the debonded FRP sheet.

The purpose of this research is placed on the development and application of environmental play programs for elementary school students their utilizing the neighborhood learning gardens in their districts to find its effectiveness. The research questions drawn to attain the purpose of the research are as follows. Initially, analyze the contents related to the plant appearing in the textbooks of wise life, science and practical arts of the 7th elementary school curriculum. Secondly, develop a plant utilizing environmental play program targeted towards the 4th grade elementary school students with the results of the textbook analysis as the foundation. Third, apply the plant utilizing environmental play program into the classroom to verify its effectiveness. Based on the conclusion of this research, the following is to be proposed. First, the revitalization of regional environmental education utilizing the various surroundings of the region is essential. Also, the current method of education, which is focused on theoretical knowledge, and being operated in most of the schools need to be changed over to diverse environmental education programs that are linked with the region. For this, an internet based database, information sharing and exchange program centralized around the regional environmental education center needs to be prepared. Moreover, since this research had developed an environmental play program utilizing plants that focused on the 4th grade elementary school students to verify its effectiveness, the development for environmental play programs dealing with various themes for each grades is required. Lastly, although this research has verified the effectiveness in the variables of ecological knowledge, environmental susceptibility, environmental attitude, environmental concern, environmental function and responsible environmental behavior amongst the variables of environmental literacy but there requires a succeeding research considering the variables that haven't been included in this research.

This study aims at choosing indicators to measure the effect of utilizing biotop map, and analyzing its effect by an indicator from the perspective of performer. The Primary performance indicators are made through specialist survey using SMART. As a result, three indicators are chosen: "Discussion of the period of an environmental effects evaluation(reduced effect)", "Plan and execution of environment and ecology plan in an urban development site", "Minimizing ecological damage in an urban development." The result in each indicator is as follows. The indicator of discussion of the period of an environmental effects evaluation(reduced effect), the average reduction rate in statistically meaningful level reduced 6.08% and 11.64% respectively in 2004-2005. In this period, environment information system was established and the reduction effect is shown in this period by reinforcing environment effect estimation using biotop map. As to the indicator of utilizing biotop map in an urban development site, the Seongnam P site case shows that biotop map was used when they set up an development plan. In case of minimizing ecological damage in an urban development, the Gwangjingu G-dong case shows that it was used to appoint preservation sit, and mediate development restrict area. Accordingly, the biotop map utilizing effect is confirmed through core performance indicators and verification of the indicators using SMART. The further research is encouraged to find evaluate indicators and verify the effect quantitatively to increase the use of biotop map.

Objective : Percutaneous approach to the middle thoracic vertebra through the transpedicular route for the patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures is difficult due to the small size of the pedicle and parasagittally oriented vertebra body anatomy. The percutaneous vertebral body access [PVBA] technique utilizing the posterolateral extrapedicular approach avoids the pedicle and provides direct access to the vertebral body. The objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of the vertebroplasty utilizing PVBA technique for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in the middle thoracic vertebrae. Methods : A retrospective review was done on 20 patients who underwent vertebroplasty utilizing PVBA technique performed for painful osteoporotic compression fracture in the middle thoracic vertebrae at 22 levels from May 2003 to June 2006. The average amount of the injected cement was 1.5-2.5ml. The postprocedural outcome was assessed using a visual analogue scale [VAS]. Results : The treated vertebrae were T5 [1 level], T6 [5 levels], 17 [7 levels], and T8 [9 levels]. The compression rate and kyphotic angle were improved after procedure from $18%{\pm}13.4$ to $16%{\pm}13.8$ [p > 0.05] and from $6.9^{\circ}{\pm}6.7$ to $6.6^{\circ}{\pm}6.2$ [p>005], respectively. Preprocedural VAS was $8.2{\pm}0.70$ and was decreased to $2.1{\pm}1.02$ [p < 0.01] after treatment. Postprocedural cement leakage was noted in 3 levels [13.7%]. There were no cases of leakage to epidural space or neural foramen, segmental artery injury, and pneumothorax. Conclusion : These results suggest that the complication rates are low and good results can be achieved with vertebroplasty utilizing PVBA technique for the osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures especially in the middle thoracic vertebrae.

For the purpose of drawing a representative type of utilizing idle farmlands, this study collected and analyzed newspaper articles about cases of utilizing idle farmlands in the past decade using Internet search engines. Prior to this, it clarified a concept of idle farmlands to raise accuracy of searching articles, and selected NAVER as a search engine. It set "idle farmland", "abandoned land", and "utilizing" as basic search words in search option, and also set search period from 1st of January in 2004 to 31st of December in 2013. This study primarily searched 1,593 articles, and extracted 165 articles excluding overlapped and unrelated articles. Furthermore, it investigated extracted articles by date, media, headline, content of use, region(province), particular area(city and country), main agent, item and keyword 1, 2, 3 for proper use. This study also examined frequencies by year according to indoor and outdoor environment as well as regional differences through frequencies by regional groups and chronology. Furthermore, it drew a diagram of frequency flow of keyword 2, 3 with each keyword 1 as the central figure in order to draw various types of using idle farmlands. Through the diagrams, this study drew 9 using types such as (1) community service. agriculture type, (2) high income. agriculture type, (3) sightseeing. landscape. agriculture type, (4) livestock. agriculture type, (5) weekend farm type, (6) high income. woodland type, (7) ecology. landscape. woodland type, (8) agricultural work-study type, (9) ecological environment type.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest the method the fourth grade who haven't experienced with online project learning can perform the on-line project learning efficiently. And it is to see if there are any effects and improvement in using ICT after applying the online project learning system to the real school environment. For this, after analyzing the curriculum of Grade 4 in elementary school and abstracting some factors to improve the Information utilizing ability, I chose 12 topics of project learning. I built the on-line learning room and chose 6 topics among them. After practicing the project, I inspected the effects on them. And to understand the ICT-utilizing ability of the students, I analyzed if there were any improvement in ICT-utilizing ability with some questionnaires which consist of information collecting, information processing, and information interchanging according to the standards of Information utilizing ability of elementary and middle school students.

To investigate the effects of story making activities by utilizing postmodern picture books on young children's creativity and story construction ability, this study targeted 21 five-year-old preschoolers in G daycare center and 18 five-year-old preschoolers in J daycare center located in J Gun, Busan City. 21 young children in G daycare center engaged in story making activities by utilizing postmodern picture books totaling 18 times for 12 weeks, and 18 young children in G daycare center, the comparison group, read postmodern picture books individually in free choice activity time. The results of the study are summarized as follows. Story making activities by utilizing postmodern picture books made statistically more significant progress in the subordinate elements of creativity and all the subordinate elements of story construction ability. That means those activities, by utilizing postmodern picture books, have a positive effect both on the development of young children's creativity and story construction ability.

The purpose of this study was to verify the effect of mathematical disposition and attitude through the foster self-confidence and learning motivation by STAD cooperative learning. For this purpose, we made up an experimental class. And then we investigated the students' change in these aspects after the foster self-confidence and learning motivation by STAD cooperative learning. As a result of the experiment, we find that significant changes on the students' mathematical disposition and attitude utilizing the foster self-confidence and learning motivation by STAD cooperative learning. Therefore, in this study, I want to solve the particular problems that follow. First, what is the reaction of utilizing the foster self-confidence and learning motivation by STAD cooperative learning mathematical program for students? Is it effective utilizing the foster self-confidence and learning motivation by STAD cooperative learning to improve students' mathematical disposition? Third, does utilizing the foster self-confidence and learning motivation by STAD cooperative learning have a positive impact on students' mathematical attitude?

This paper aims to examine the mediating effects of client involvement and client utilizing willingness among consultant competency, consultation process and consulting performance. To accomplish the purpose, the analysis was conducted with 446 SMEs which had a consulting experience. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS and AMOS for Windows. This study used several statistical techniques such as descriptive analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, feasibility analysis, Sobel test and the significance test of indirect effects. All studied factors presented meaningful results(+) except the path of consultant competency and client involvement. The client utilizing willingness presented the mediating role between consultation process and consulting performance. Consequently, it said that consultation process with client utilizing willingness was more important than consultant competency itself.

Although the constructivistic instruction is emphasized in these days, many teachers feel burden to implement their teaching based on constructivistic teaming theory. As the main reason for this, difficulty to find out effective materials which can be utilized in the constructivistic instruction can be argued. According to recent studios, effectiveness of online games as the educational material was proven. Based on this result, the possibility for utilizing online games as effective educational materials in the constructivistic instruction was discussed in this study. For this, total process for the business strategy lecture implemented to 50 students in Chung-Ang univ. during 9 months by utilizing an online game named 'Goonzu' was reviewed by the perspective of constructivistic teaming theories. As a result of this review, it was proven that constructivistic methodologies were applied effectively in that lecture. Based on this, the possibility of utilizing online games as the effective material in the constructivistic teaming activity is discussed in this study.
