A Study on the Influence of the Expectation and Perceived Performance of the Online Science & Technology Information Service Quality on User Satisfaction and Royalty (온라인 과학기술정보 서비스 품질에 대한 기대수준과 성과에 대한 지각수준이 이용자 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to reveal the influence of the expectation and perceived performance of the online science & technology information service quality on user satisfaction and royalty. To achieve this goal, we use the NDSLQual model to measure the quality of NDSL service. The results were as follows: First, among seven expectation factors, four factors (reliability, convenience, system usability and information quality) had a positive effect on the user satisfaction. Second, while service recovery had a negative effect on the royalty, the other six factors (reliability, convenience, system usability, responsiveness, security and information quality) had a positive effect on the royalty. Third, among seven perceived performance factors, three factors (reliability, convenience and information quality) had a positive effect on the user satisfaction. Fourth, among seven perceived performance factors, three factors (reliability, convenience and information quality) had a positive effect on the royalty. As a result, information quality, reliability and convenience of the expectation and perceived performance are common factors influencing user satisfaction and royalty.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of electronic trade's web site usability on the user satisfaction and customer royalty. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, a research model was established and obtained the results as follows, First, navigation, information structure characteristic, communication has statistically significant effect on user satisfaction. It means users think more important the convenience, approachableness than web site design, visually menu to the information. Also, it represent communication with user is important factor to use web site. Second, user satisfaction has significant influence on customer royalty. This result signifies the user satisfaction of e-trade site is enhanced by support for convenience, reliability, smoothly communication and eventually affect thr revisiting intention of web site

  • The purpose of the study is to analyze the user satisfaction of 'the Presidential Web Record Service' using a proposed model of the user satisfaction index which consists of contents quality, service quality, and system quality. In addition, user's royalty and compliant are also measured in this study. This study shows that satisfaction of contents quallity and system quality influence significantly on the user satisfaction. And contents quality, service quality, user satisfaction show a significant relationships to user's royalty.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the user satisfaction, royalty and compliant of a children's library Website. To achieve the aim of this study a modified Kim and Park's model of the user satisfaction index which consists of information quality, service quality, and system quality dimension is adopted. A total of 130 valid responses to the questionnaire were analysed using SPSS 18. It is found that the higher the user satisfaction gives the higher the royalty and the lower the compliant. For the contents quality dimension, the items of Usability, Accuracy, Easy of understand, Reliability and Up-to-date; for the service quality dimension, the items of Interface design, Reliability, Responsiveness, and Empathy; for the system quality dimension, the items of Response time, Interactive, Easy to access, and Easy to use show a significant relationships to the users' satisfaction.

Analysis of user's attitude toward apps, intention to use and continual consuming intention - Focused on mobile commerce

  • This study tries to identify the determinants of user's attitude toward apps, intention to use and continual consuming intention. This study holds the two main constructs: (1) user's intrinsic determinants- value, innovativeness, gender, Well-being and superordinate influence - on the attitude toward mobile apps, (2) the relation between attitude and app purchase & repurchase intention, and the affecting factors among this relation. In the empirical test result, value, innovation and superordinate influence were identified to affect the attitude. All the relation among attitude, purchase and repurchase intention showed positive significant relationship. In addition, satisfaction intensified the relation between purchase and repurchase intention.

  • Purpose: This article discusses public acceptance in the information distribution of Copyright Law no. 28 of 2014 and Government Regulation No. 56 of 2021 in Indonesia concerning the commercial use of music. Hospitality industry is one of the most affected by this regulations, which some hotelsrefused to comply. To get royalties, LMKN approaches with socialization either directly or indirectly to commercial music users. Research design, data and methodology: Quantitative survey by distributing questionnaires, then testing the validity and reliability tests using the SmartPLS application. The population studied were Hotels on Java and Bali Island in Indonesia. The research sample is 100 hotels. Result: R-Square value of 0.706 for the construct (Y) User Response which means that (X) Socialization can explain the variance (Y) User Response of 70.3%. This shows that the level of influence (X) Socialization has an effect on (Y) User Response. Conclusion: User responses regarding the distribution information of the Act indicate the need for socialization, because socialization provides literacy to the public. More frequent socialization will provide a good opportunity to increase the response of commercial music users.

Comparative Analysis of Mainstream O1line News Use with Alternative Online News Use -In the Aspens of the Users' Characteristics, the Attitude on Online News Sites, and Using Pattern.- (주류 인터넷 언론과 대안 인터넷 언론의 이용 비교 -이용집단의 특성, 이용자의 뉴스사이트에 대한 태도 뉴스 이용 패턴-)

  • In this study, the use of mainstream online news site and alternative online news site were compared in the aspects of users' characteristics, attitude on online news sites, and using pattern. A survey was conducted for 182 mainstream-only users, 46 alternative online news users, and 47 both sites users, Also, their traffic data of online news sites were analyzed during the 16th presidential election. As a result, it was found that both sites users had the highest political interest and the most progressive political position among the user groups. In the aspect of users' attitude, mainstream-only users were most positive to the mainstream online news site and both sires users were most positive and more involved in alternative online news site. But all user groups set higher credibility on alternative online news site than mainstream online news sire. In the comparison of user size, mainstream online news site has larger user size than alternative online site. However, the user royalty, such as time per person, pages per person, and visiting days per person, was lower than that of the latter. These results suggest thar small but differentiated news sires have royal users, and online news users be segmented according to news contents.

  • As Korean online game market is saturated, Korean online game companies are trying to push into North American market. In order to succeed in foreign markets, understanding of user characteristics in that country is most important. In this study, investigation on user characteristics has been performed using user DB from A online game and B online game. They are currently in service by M company in America. Connection time, payment, and royalty are analyzed as a results. Based on the analysis, several advance strategies into North America are suggested. This results could be very useful for Korean MMORPG company to try to push into North America.

  • E-Biz. system must provide convenient and easy interface, efficient functions, and provides information and contents satisfying customers. To do this, many kinds of studies are being advanced actively about E-Biz. system using intelligent agent technology and efficient E-Biz. strategy. Also E-Biz. system score a lot of information and contents to get a efficient business activities and relationships between a company arid customers. To effectively adopt individual customer's preference and actively adapt change of business situation, we may consider individual user characteristics and emotion. This paper suggests E-Biz. system using intelligent agent technology based on user characteristics and emotion. This system can provide convenient user interface and improve customer royalty. In the results, it is found that proposed system is more efficient than existing systems about customer's preference.

  • The measurement of information system (IS) effectiveness is critical to understanding of the value and efficacy of IS actions and IS investments. In this paper, we propose a new model of the user satisfaction index for ISs and present the user satisfaction index which is measured by the proposed model. Based on the representative theories and models in the field of marketing and IS, we propose a new user satisfaction index model and verify the new model through the analysis of structural equation model. The proposed model consists of four basic dimensions : information quality, service quality, systems quality, and user satisfaction. Also, users' royalty and complaint are adopted as the additional dimension in this model. Data was collected from the ITFIND users to measure their satisfaction index. We, then, suggest some strategic guidelines for the better ITFIND which may useful when the system designers consider upgrading of the system in the future.
