우리나라 혁신시스템에 탈추격 창조형으로의 전환이 요구되면서 '지속가능성', '삶의 질', '사회문제 해결' 등의 의제에 대응할 수 있는 새로운 혁신모델이 화두가 되고 있다. 특히 혁신정책에서 ICT 활용의 강화와 함께 사용자 니즈, 개발 성과의 확산, 기술의 사회적 영향을 고려할 것을 강조하고 있다. 리빙랩은 사용자가 혁신활동에 능동적으로 참여함으로써 문제를 해결하고, ICT인프라를 활용하여 직접 개발활동 및 혁신주체 간 연계, 사용자 경험 활용이 용이하다는 장점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 사용자와의 협업을 통해 과학기술 ICT 기반 서비스 개발을 수행하는 리빙랩으로 핀란드 Turku Archipelago 리빙랩, 범 유럽 차원에서 리빙랩 방법론 확산을 목표로 하는 EIT ICT Labs와 ELLIOT에 대한 사례분석을 수행하였다. 리빙랩에서 실현되는 최종 사용자(지역 구성원)의 수요와 경험, 과학기술 ICT의 활용 양태를 분석한 결과 이들 리빙랩에서는 기술의 사용자 현장지향성이 강하고, 지역사회를 기반으로 한 혁신활동을 강조하였으며, 거버넌스 다학제 활동에 의한 협업을 중시하였다. 이를 통해 ICT 리빙랩을 국내에 성공적으로 안착하기 위해서는 사용자 지역사회의 역할 강화, 협업구조, R&D 프로세스 등의 설계에 있어 사용자 참여와 숙의가 강조되는 새로운 접근이 필요하다는 함의를 제시할 수 있다.

Traditionally, the emphasis of the information services had been placed on the information provider's knowledge of information sources or information systems. However, in view of the increasing complexity of the information environment. and changes taking place in information professions the evaluation of the information services has callded for further research in interpersonal communication aspects of the librarian user interface especially that which links to user satisfaction. This experimental study was carried out for the purpose of exploring the implications of nonverbal behaviors in measuring user satisfaction in the light of the fact that the meaning of nonverbal clues includes more than verbal communication especially in dealing with variable barriers even though they operate at low levels of awareness. In this sense, among the wide range of nonverbal communication areas in particular kinesics, artifacts and the proximics were examined to suggest alternative model which can be applied effectively in our specific set of information work environment. Two major university libraries and two research libraries in Korea were chosen and visited for the anlysis and per each refernce/information interview the librarian's nonverbal behaviors were checked on the observer's checklist and the qustionnaires completed by the user at a time. On the basis of these data firstly, the relation of user satisfaction concerned with the librarian's nonverbal communication to user satisfaction with information services was analyzed and the possible communication barriers were investigated. In addition, the effect of training the information librarian with positive nonverbal communication skills on the user's satisfaction was analyzed in a SAS computer program in the area of kinesics. On the other hand, the effect of other nonverbal behaviors such as proximics and artifacts known very important clues to improving a complex human interaction was discussed along with their experimental results. In conclusion, it was found that most of users were not sensitive to the importance of nonverbal behaviors exposed by the information librarian, but it was proved that the ultimate user satisfaction and the satisfaction of the librarian's nonverbal behaviors are correlated positively, Moreover, nonverbal behaviors displayed by the trained librarian toward the user had a considerable effect on the user's evalution of information services compared with those by the untrained. These findings imply that in order to control the librarian's nonverbal behaviors and to help the user overcome his barriers the information librarian as a specialist needs to assure and modify willilingly his communication behavior. Without making effective use of such nonverbal communication, information librarian could not expect to meet the user's information needs either. However, when these positive nonverbal behaviors are applied it would be highly desirable to be aware of cultural and contextual differences. With regard to increasing information services success the applicable nonverbal communication model for library management and education can be suggested as below.

This study aims to design user-oriented children's hospital by examining the user needs, especially the mothers of child inpatients and the nurses. The subjects participated in a questionnaire survey including the user's characteristics, awareness of patient's room, the preference on ward size, demands, satisfaction and hospital environment assessment. The survey was conducted of the mothers of child inpatients and the nurses in A children's hospital, and the data were analyzed by the SPSS WIN 18.0 Version software. A total of 115 copies of the questionnaire were finally analyzed. The results and conclusions are as follows. 1) The mothers' demand on family-centered space and private spaces were higher than the nurses. 2) The mothers preferred 1-bed-room to 4-bed-room due to safety and privacy. 3) The items of hospital environment assessment was categorized into four factors; 'Aesthetics', 'Accessibility', 'Comfort', and 'Lighting'. The most positive factor was 'Aesthetics', whereas 'Comfort' was the negative factor. 4) The mother's satisfaction was lower than the nurse's. The most influential factors on the satisfaction was 'Accessibility'. To improve the satisfaction of the mothers of child inpatients and the nurses, safety, privacy, accessibility should be considered.

S-Mode는 항해설비에 있어 표준화된 디스플레이, 기능 및 공통인터페이스를 사용자에게 제공하여 항해기능 사용의 친숙화를 도모함으로써 항해안전성 향상을 위한 기능이다. 2008년 국제해사기구에서 국제선장협회는 S-Mode 도입의 필요성을 제기하였고, 2015년 6월 해사안전위원회에서 승인된 e-Navigation 전략이행계획에 주요과제로서 S-Mode 가이드라인 개발을 2019년까지 완료할 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 S-Mode 가이드라인 개발에 대한 사용자의 기대와 요구사항을 조사하기 위해서 핵심 항해설비인 전자해도시스템의 주 사용자인 항해사를 대상으로 S-Mode의 필요성과 표준화의 범위, 개발에 고려하여야 할 우선순위 요소에 대한 설문조사를 실시하고 그 내용을 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 e-Navigation 이행 시 선박 항해설비 전반에 적용될 S-Mode 개념 및 기능에 대한 개념을 구체화하고, 개발에 고려할 세부요소들을 제시함으로써 구체적인 표준화 항목을 도출하는 것에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 발색이나 제형에 대한 테스트가 중요한 뷰티 산업에서 가상 메이크업 애플리케이션의 사용자 경험을 분석한 연구이다. 최근 AR과 AI를 활용한 뷰티 스마트 스토어와 뷰티 애플리케이션의 사례가 많아지고 있다. 하지만 가상 메이크업은 실제 제품을 테스트하는 것과 차이가 있어서 사용자 측면의 연구를 통한 니즈 도출이 필요하다. AR 활용한 사례와 AI 활용한 사례를 분류하여 사용자 선호도 비교를 위해 감성 인터페이스 모델을 기반으로 6가지 요인의 설문을 통해 분석하여 통계적으로 유의미한 수치를 보이는 항목을 확인하였다. 분석 결과, 사용자는 가상 메이크업 기능을 편하게 느꼈으나 신뢰성 측면에서 보완이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 실제 사용자의 경험에 초점을 두고 두 유형의 비교를 통해 가상 메이크업의 주요 경험 요인과 니즈를 파악하였다는 데 의미를 둔다. 이를 바탕으로 가상 메이크업의 선행 연구로 유용하게 활용되기를 바란다.

This study examined user needs for compression pant development for women with pes planus in their 50s and 60s. A total of 355 women aged 50 to 69 participated in the survey and interview. Questions were asked if they had pes planus, the using condition of foot orthotic, inconveniences during gait, and wearing condition of compression pants. The results showed that 42 (11.8%) women had pes planus. Orthotic insole and arch support were used most frequently. The most uncomfortable aspect of foot orthotic (n=146) was that it was difficult to use unless they were going outside. Participants with pes planus responded that they felt discomfort on the inner area of propodium, metatarsus, ankle, and knee during gait. The purchase and wearing rate of compression pants were not high; however, compression pants were purchased with specific needs and purposes. Respondents mainly wore the compression pants for sports activities. M size was the most frequently worn size. They preferred high waist type leggings and there was a need to increase the compression strength of the waist, thigh, knee and ankle. Additionally, the ease of donning and doffing were discussed.

인간과 컴퓨터 사이의 복잡한 상호작용을 지원하기 위해서는 사용자 인터페이스의 설계가 중요하다. 고객의 요구사항을 수집하고 설계하기 위하여 매우 포괄적인 다방면의 지식이 요구된다. 사용자 인터페이스 설계자는 그래픽 전문가, 요구사항 분석가, 시스템 설계자, 프로그래머, 기술 전문가, 사회 행동과학자, 그리고 업무분야에 따라서 그 분야의 전문가를 필요로 한다. 따라서 다방면의 전문성을 만족시킬 수 있는 사용자 인터페이스를 설계하기 위하여 더 많은 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 필드 추상화 객체, 태스크 추상화 객체, 트랜잭션 추상화 객체, 폼 추상화 객체 등의 4단계의 가시화 기법을 제안한다. 이 모델링 단계는 사용자 인터페이스에서 가시적 응집도를 향상시켜주고, 초보 설계자도 양질의 사용자 인터페이스를 개발할 수 있도록 지원한다.

본 논문에서는 LAN환경의 기업이나 학내망 등 제한된 공간에서 특수한 분야에 국한된 무선 LAN의 사용이 점차 보편화되고 그 필요성이 대두됨에 따라, 현재 보급화 되고 있는 2.4GHz 대역 무선 LAN의 전송 방식 및 구조에 대해서 살펴보고, 무선 LAN의 다양한 User 환경에 따른 Packet 신호의 전송특성 및 속도에 관한 영향을 실험을 통하여 비교ㆍ분석하였다.

From the latter half of 20's century, the numbers of dental service workers and dental facilities are noticeably increased and dental patients want the higher-classed and specialized dental service. For the increased facilities and user's needs at dental college hospital, the present condition of dentistry, special features and the field study at dental college hospital are surveyed for this study. The purpose of this study is to provide a architectural planning data on the dental college hospital for keeping up with the development of dentistry.
