The purpose of this study is to introduce the case of advancement of rural zoning system in a local government of Japan. The Matzgawa county, one of the local governments in Japan, sets up a new zoning system which advanced in using rural resources. In order to develop and revitalize rural region, it is necessary to use all kinds of rural resources, including agricultural as well as non-agricultural resources comprehensively. Also, the classification of agricultural land use should be reformed. The zoning on rural land should be changed to include not only agricultural use but also non-agricultural use, so as to manage comprehensively agricultural land use and its conversions. Furthermore, the land use regulation should be applied to each zone of the agricultural land.

The purposes of this study were (a) to compare the level of sense of community and community activity of the mixed-use residential buildings' residents with the expected residents for the mixed-use residential building, (b) and to investigate the degree of their needs of social interaction. For the survey the questionnaire from 176 residents of mixes-use residential building in Seoul, and 67 expected residents in Bundang Newtown are used. The analytical methods adopted in this study were frequency, percentage, chi-square test and t-test. It was found that the level of sense of community and the community activities of the mixed-use residential building' residents were higher than those of the expected residents. Their residents reported higher degree of participation on community activities than the expected residents. It was also found that the common space in their residential area promoted the residents' sense of community and community activity.

Mixed Use Area (Multifaceted Integration) is getting increasingly demanded since it has several merits such as preventing CBD from being emptied during night time, making daily life comfortable and utilizing the land more efficiently. However, the characteristic of Mixed Use Area -as advantages of it-, which is that it combines residence, retail, office, cultural, entertainment facilities altogether could be regarded as a weakness when it is viewed from each functions' original purposes such as residential and retail areas'. Accordingly, it is needed to do basic research and develop design guidelines of the Mixed Use Area to prepare its another take-off. The purpose of this research is to study theoretical background of Mixed Use Area's birth, understand its status quo by examining examples overseas and presented possible standardized ways of developing it.

The Land Use Suitability Assessment System was recently introduced by the $\ulcorner$Act on Planning and Utilization of the National Territory$\lrcorner$ to use, manage, and develop the national territory, which integrated the National Land Use and Management Act and the Urban Planning Act. It provides a guideline for classifying land use into 5 classes according to locational characteristics, usability, and developmental conditions of land in the vicinity. The database is constructed with LMIS cadastral data, posted land price data, and data of related agencies such as the Korea Forest Service, the Ministry of Environment, and the Korea Water Resources Corporation etc. After the database construction, individual parcels are analysed by steps and classified into 3 sub areas - conservation, agriculture, and development using GIS. In this paper we evaluate land use suitability for individual parcels by constructing the Land Use Suitability Assessment System for Jinju city. Therefore, we suggest that this system provides vital data in the urban management planning process.

By IPCC climate change scenario, the socioeconomic actions such as the land use change are closely associated with the climate change as an up zoning action of urban development to increase green gas emission to atmosphere. Prediction of the land use change with rational quality can provide better data for understanding of the climate change in future. This study aims to predict land use change of Cheongju in future and SLEUTH model is used to anticipate with the status quo condition, in which the pattern of land use change in future follows the chronical tendency of land use change during last 25 years. From 40 years prediction since 2000 year, the area urbanized compared with 2000 year increases up to 87.8% in 2040 year. The ratios of the area urbanized from agricultural area and natural area in 2040 are decreased to 53.1% and 15.3%, respectively.

The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between environmental assessment (EA) and land use planning through the theoretical and practical perspective. Theoretically, this research studies environmental land use planning incorporating with environmental assessment. Practically, through the review on EA review opinion in Korea Environment Institute for recent 10 years, environmental land use mitigations are investigated. The results of this study are as follows:first, there have been new and innovative review criteria and mitigation methods in environmental assessment; second, land use mitigation tools have been mostly used in environmental assessment; finally, there is a need for mediating role by land use section in EA review system.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the intention to utilize u-healthcare services in Korea. Specifically, this study attempted to identify the relationships among the intention to use u-healthcare, consumer's demographic characteristics, and personal information technology level. We conducted telephone interview and collected data from 406 householders 20 years old or older. The results showed significant differences in use intention of u-healthcare service by innovation, gender, and their interaction term. Residence area and average time of internet use had significant effect on the use intention of u-healthcare service. Also, the interaction term between innovation and education level had a significant effect on use intention. Based on the results we concluded that the consumer's characteristics and information technology level had a significant effect on the use intention of u-healthcare service.

Internet use in the world is rapidly growing. The Internet Is affecting all aspects of life, as we know it. The world of business will probably be changed forever. The construction industry is a major part of the business world It is also seeing changes because of the Internet. This study is to provide the construction industry with an understanding of the current use of the Internet by U.S. general contractors. This study consisted of surveying construction general contractors with regards to their current and future Internet use. The study shows that Internet use by U.S. general contractors is the highest at what was identified as the support level . Use at the corporate level was second, while use at the project level was lower. This study demonstrates that companies of every size are using the Internet somehow in order to remain competitive and to enable improvement of performance.

소프트웨어의 생산성과 유지보수 비용을 줄여줄 수 있는 기법으로 다양한 컴포넌트 기반의 개발 방법론이 제안되고 있다. 그러나 컴포넌트 기반의 시스템에서 재사용성과 독립성이 높은 컴포넌트의 식별은 가장 중요한 성공 요소 중의 하나임에도 불구하고, 대부분의 컴포넌트 기반 방법론들에서는 직관적이고 분석자의 경험에 의존적인 컴포넌트 식별 방법만을 제공하고 있을 따름이다. 본 논문에서는 분석 단계의 산출물인 시스템의 기능 모델 Use Case 모델과 자료 모델인 클래스 모델에 기반 하여 체계적인 컴포넌트 식별 기법과 지침들을 제안한다. 먼저 클래스에 대한 Use Case의 자료 접근값을 정의하고, 정의된 접근값을 기반으로 Use Case별로 접근되는 클래스의 가중치와 클래스별 동일 접근값을 가지는 Use Case들의 가중치를 계산하다. 두 가중치를 곱하여 최종적인 Use Case&클래스 가중치를 계산하여 후보 컴포넌트 식별의 기준으로 삼는다.

This study investigates and analyzed electrical energy curtailment effect by each business department and by energy use efficiency elevation equipment because do an energy use plan that is enforced in each variety business that is developed in domestic by model. When plan the recent electrical energy use with this, I wish to contribute in energy use general planning establishment improvement that is aiming energy efficiency improvement newly by groping improvement plan moment deduce problem. Specially, search present condition and problem by electrical energy curtailment equipment application that probes mass and analyzed, and is applied in present our country according to analysis contents to the latest energy use plan that was enforced on energy use rationality narration but allowed purpose.
