Korea has the potential to lead the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which succeeded in the information and communication revolution, including the establishment of an e-government. The Go match between humans and computers has led to the realization that humans are starting to live in a new era that they have never experienced before. In 2018, the Federation of Science and Technology Organizations conducted a recognition survey on "what is the most urgent thing?" in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. As a result, it has been shown that the readjustment of the laws of science and technology is most urgent, so it is necessary to analyze the laws of science and technology. According to the research, more than 400 laws are diagnosed, and laws that serve as basic laws cannot lead the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The Framework Act on Science and Technology provides an emphasis on the promotion and management of R&D projects. When analyzing the regulations on 'Development of Science and Technology Innovation System', 'Basic Plan of Science and Technology', and 'Comprehensive Plan for Promotion of Local Science and Technology', there is no suggestion of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. After all, a comprehensive analysis of the current Framework Act on Science and Technology indicates that it is in effect the R&D and Management Act. The "Regulations on the Establishment and Operation of the Fourth Industrial Revolution Committee" poses the problem of defining parliamentary legislation as administrative legislation. 'In addition, if we analyze the Smart City Act, the lack of logical links with the Framework Act on Science and Technology and the Regulations on the Establishment and Operation of the Fourth Industrial Revolution Committee is a major problem. In conclusion, in order to platform the Fourth Industrial Revolution, two improvements can be put forward. First, the Framework Act on Science and Technology shall be abolished to enact the National Research and Development Administration Act, and secondly, the Framework Act on the Fourth Industrial Revolution shall be enacted to absorb the contents of the Regulations on the Establishment and Operation of the Fourth Industrial Revolution Committee.

According to the research of the cultivation result on the spot farmers for 5 years in order to investigate its cultivation conditions and problems of Lycium chinetrse Mill, the development of the variety with early mature, pest tolerance, and high yielding is urgent and it is call for the development of rooted cutting cultivation by testing of bed soil, growth regulator and cutting times. The development of cultivation method with planting year, planting density, supplementary period and amounts of supplementary of Lycium chinense Mill planted in growing field are required and for the disease and the effective control of disease and insect pest resistance is needed by auxotrophic fertilizing and organic agricultural method, met by agricultural chemicals.

Korean construction companies are now in very difficult situation due to the recent construction accident, opening of domestic market, the advent of boundless competition period in WTO, etc .Introduction of quality management system is quite urgent in order to strengthen our international competitiveness through the superiority of quality and foster the long term growth of organization. Substantially, many companies are proceeding with or completed the introduction of quality management system but small and medium sized construction companies have difficulties due to lack of money and man power. In this paper, five stage procedures, which can be efficiently applied to introduction and operation of qualify management system, have been suggested to help the minor construction companies which want to adopt the quality management system. This study is considered to be helpful for the companies which will introduce quality management system.

The frame of pipe greenhouses in Korea have been collapsed increasingly due to very weak in structure caused by the heavy snow and strong wind. In order to reduce the collapse of green houses, it is urgent to develop the new structural system in stress tolerant greenhouses. Therefore, this paper performed the structural analysis of greenhouse frame in accordance with snow loads and wind loads. Three type models in structural frame configuration of greenhouses, that is, existing type, diagrid type, and honeycomb type are selected. It was classfied the section shape of structural frames in greenhouses into arch style, standard style, and diagonal standard style. As a result of this paper, it was verified that the structural system of diagrid type is better than that of existing type against snow loads and wind loads in the frame of greenhouses.

In Cis study, the problems of the correspondence of the museum to universal design have been grasped and examined. As the result, four problems have clarified as follow: (1) At the present, many barriers exist for the visually handicapped in the museum. In this case, the correspondence to universal design should be strengthened in the future by using Braille and sound to illustrate the display and guide. (2) The universal design of "the transfer of information" has been considerably retarded from the universal design of "the movements of observer" in the correspondence. The communication and information services in the museum are very important, and the correspondence is urgent. (3) It is necessary that the expert committee need to be installed to grasps and solves the barrier in the museum. (4) In order to execute the universal design in the museum, it is necessary that the consciousness of the museum's staff to universal design should be improved. should be improved.

How to efficiently manage assembly blocks at shipyard has been a hot management issue in the shipbuilding Industry, because it has significantly influenced on the productivity of shipbuilding process. This paper introduces the real practice of assembly block operations management in Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) and the Ship Assembly Block Operations Optimization (SABOO) project that h3s been launched in HHI as an academy-and-industry collaborative project, aimed to diagnose problems, propose possible solutions, and develop a prototype system in order to search ways of improving the assembly block operations management. Through the field interviews, observations, and benchmarking studies, the SABOO project diagnosed the most rudimental and urgent problem and proposed possible solutions. In addition, the SABOO project developed the prototype system that embodied the visual function of monitoring the shipyard on a real-time and the Interactive block assignment function that utilized the assembly block assignment algorithm developed by the project. As a whole, the SABOO project tested the possibility and gained an insight in extending the functions of block transportation/stockyard management system.

When a fault relating to the urgent alarm occurs, we must prevent control rods from dropping and make one of two grippers in Control Rod Drive Mechanism (CRDM) grip the drive rod taking a control rod assembly. To enhance the reliability of holding control rods, we order two grippers to hold the drive rod. This action is called the double holding. In the middle of the movement of the drive rod, the latching of the drive rod can cause friction between a gripper and the drive rod. This state may give damage to both the gripper and the drive rod. In this paper, we have devised the method which can have two grippers hold the drive rod more stably, without damaging the equipment.

Subway widely used as a major mean of public transportation both at home and abroad contributes to ease chronic traffic congestion in cities. However, subway operating expense is expected to increase continuously because subway requires vast amount of money at the construction stage, huge sum of maintenance cost is spent during operation, and passenger needs for more convenient facilities is increasing. on the contrary to enormous operating expenses, fare that is occupying most of operating income doesn't come up to its prime cost causing chronic operating deficit. It is urgent to prepare fare system improvement measures to increase operating income in order to resolve financial difficulty of a subway operating organization. Therefore, the current study analyzed present condition and problems of subway fare system, and suggested improvement measures such as improvement of fare adjustment procedure, improvement of free-ride system, diversification of ticket, etc.

The need for technological developments of lithography equipment is urgent for the stable production in response to the rapid growth of the recent display industry. As an example, the products currently in the market face alteration problems resulting from excessive weight of the mask holder part. This is one of obstacle for the automation of the equipment. In response, the mask holder part problem has been minimized through FEM and design of experiments in order to optimize the situation with minimized Deflection and reduced mass for satisfactory replacement of the mask holder part.

There is to solution the environmental data which the importance is seriously taken into consideration in the the 21st century that is set up whether or not be a welfare society advanced country according to quality of life elevations through environments in question to a preferential assignment for an environmental control will decrease of measures, and be proceeded so as to be urgent.
