러번 디자인과 도시환경 개선 (Rurban Design and Improvement of Urban Environment)

  • 러번 계획은 자연지형, 농촌적 자원을 적극적으로 보전하고 수용하여 도시를 지속적으로 향상시키고, 산업화 기간 동안 훼손된 커뮤니티를 회복시킬 수 있는 디자인적 개념이다. 한국의 서울 일극 집중과 대도시 스프롤에 의한 도시 주변지역의 농촌요소 감퇴 및 지역성 파괴는 산업화 이후 도시 개발의 난제가 되어 왔지만, 여전히 국토 불균형 개발과 환경 훼손이 과제로 남아있다. 20세기 후반 제시된 뉴어바니즘의 전통과 다양성 회복이라는 계획 사조는 일찍이 산업화와 도시화를 경험한 대도시의 계획의 패러다임이 되고 있다. 그러나 뉴어바니즘의 유럽식 혹은 미국식 계획을 적용하기에는 한계가 있다. 러번 디자인의 철학적 개념은 농촌적 요소의 활용을 보다 직접적으로 적용하고, 자원 순환적인 환경보전과 적정한 소비 및 적합한 규모를 중심으로 한 계획, 지역의 특성을 최대 활용한 경관디자인 계획이라는 점에서 뉴어바니즘의 한계를 보완하는 실천적 전략이 될 것이다.

  • Green landscape plan to the riverfront area of the Han River The Han River, one of the symbolic elements in metropolitan Seoul, structures an axis of waterscape as the openspace crossing east to west of the city of Seoul. As riverside urban motorway(88 Olympic motorway) and riverside public park were constructed by the Han River Comprehensive Development Project in 1986, the necessity of general plan for the in-stallation of envirommental facility belt to conserve living enviroument is being required with relation to, dense residential areas closed to the river Therefore, the goal of the study is to provide better riverview and to increase environmental purifi-cation ability as a large scale waterscape axis by the preparation of landscape plan to the riverfront area of Han River, In order to achieve the goal, the study deals with sectional speciality, the introduction of landscape assessment techniques and ecological approach to given environment. As unity is kept through whole waterfront area, the area is divided into 9 zoning sections to study development methods for each section, and themes for speciality are given to each section, and the. sort of plants which can be symboliged to the area is selected. Also, the planting methods for harmony with the type of road structure and riverscape is offered. Though the study may give significane to the image and the function of riverside road, in con-clusion, the characteristic ecological approach to the river is so limited that has not been reflected enough on the plan. It is expected that the study should be continued, and long-term riverfront openspace plan, environmentally sustainable, should be arepared.

이용자의 레크리에이션 이용만족에 기초한 도시림의 개발지표 설정에 관한 연구 -부산시 금정산을 사례로- (A study on the Developmental Indicators of Urban Forest with Reference to User Recreational Satisfaction -Case study of Mt. Gum-Jung-)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the prime factors that affect user satisfaction of area and facilities in urban forests, to classify those factors, to find out factorial structure of user satisfaction about them, and then to suggest important indicators in the urban forest planning, design, and development. The survey research was done using the self-administered questionnaire method by the people in the city of the Pusan who participated in recreational activities in the Mt. Keumjung. Factor analysis was used to extract the prime factors related to the recreational satisfaction concerning the area and facilities of the urban forest by the SPSS program, and then prime factors were used to investigate the factorial structure of user recreational satisfaction in the urban forest by the LInear Structure RELation program. According to the factor analysis concerning the 13 variables, 4 prime factors by the statistical values were considered as effective, indicating, 'health and recreational facilities', 'convenience and management facilities','facilities for the physical and psychological training' and 'historical and cultural areas'. The results of the causal structure analysis were identified as having significant effects mutually on endogenous variables, 'overall recreational satisfaction of the areas and facilities in the Mt. Keumjung','health and recreational facilities','convenience and management facilities','facilities for the psychological training', and 'historical and cultural areas'. But exogenous variables which have significant effects on endogenous variables were also indentified. Overall fits of both causal model were very good. The hypothetical causal structural equation models based on the results found partially significant correlation between dndogenous variables and between envogenous and exogenous variables. These significant relationships indiate important factors and variables that should be considered in planning, design, and development of the urban forests. Therefore, development direction of the Mt. Keumjung has to be analyzed as significant factors concerning user recreational satisfaction in a systematic was, recognized as important variables for planning process. The plan for development and management also should reflect the natural conservation policy from the environmental conservation movement like natural conservation advertisement and environmental education.

시계열 Landsat 위성영상을 활용한 도시 열섬 현상 완화 방안에 관한 연구 - 청라 국제도시를 중심으로 - (A Study on Mitigation Plan of Urban Heat Island Phenomenon Using Landsat Time Series Imagery - Focusing on Cheongna International City -)

  • 간척사업을 통해 개발된 지역은 농지 및 도심지 개발 등과 같은 용지 공급 측면에서 경제적 효용가치가 크지만, 내륙에 위치하는 대도시에 비하여 상대적으로 초지 면적이 적고 건물이 밀집되어 있다는 특성이 존재한다. 이로 인해 간척사업을 통해 개발된 지역에서는 기온이 주변 지역보다 높아지는 도시 열섬 현상이 발생하고 있으며, 특히 간척사업을 통해 개발된 청라 국제도시는 도시 열섬 현상이 심화 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 간척사업 이후 농경지 기간(2001-2008년), 개발정비 기간(2009-2013년), 인공초지조성 기간(2014-2020년)으로 분류하여 청라 국제도시의 도시 열섬 현상을 평가 및 분석하였다. 이를 위해 토지 피복도와 시계열 Landsat 위성영상을 활용하여 청라 국제도시에서 시가화 지역과 초지/산림지역의 지표면 온도 차이를 산정하였다. 시가화 지역과 초지/산림지역의 지표면 온도 차이는 농경지 기간 동안 최대 +1.05℃로 산출되었고, 개발정비 기간 동안 최대 +3.60℃로 산출되었으며, 인공초지 조성 기간 동안 최대 +2.51℃로 산출되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 간척사업이 진행된 청라 국제도시에서 시가화 지역 면적이 증가할 때 도시 열섬 현상이 증가되며, 인공초지 면적이 증가할 때 도시 열섬 현상이 저감됨을 확인하였다. 본 논문의 결과는 도시계획에 있어 도시 열섬 현상 문제를 파악하고 저감 계획 수립을 위한 기초연구 자료로 활용될 수 있다.

남산 회현자락 설계 공모 출품작에 대한 역사도시경관적 분석 (Analyzing the Design Competition Entries for the Hoehyeon Section of Namsan from a Perspective of the Historic Urban Landscape)

  • 본 연구는 남산 회현 자락 설계 공모에서 수상한 작품을 역사도시경관 관점으로 분석하여, 각 설계안의 역사도시경관 접근 특성을 분석하고, 한계와 시사점을 도출했다. 회현 자락은 남산에서 한양도성과 공원의 변화가 가장 많은 장소로서 최근 발굴을 통해 조선시대의 성곽 유구와 일제 강점기의 흔적이 확인된 바 있으며, 근 현대의 공원 시설이 공존하는 대상지다. 역사도시경관 개념과 접근 방법, 전문가 논의, 현상 공모 지침서를 토대로 분석의 틀을 도출하여, 분석 항목으로 장소성과 문화다양성의 이해, 시간적 층위의 인식과 설계 구현, 보존과 공원 이용 방법, 향후 관리 방안으로 구분하여 출품작을 분석했다. 연구 결과, 역사도시경관 관점에서 볼 때 각 출품작은 장소성과 문화 다양성을 이해하고, 시간적 층위를 독창적인 방식으로 설계에 반영하고 있다는 점을 확인했다. 보존 대상에 대한 우선 순위를 선정하여 창의적인 개입 방법을 제시하고 있으나, 보존과 이용이라는 상반된 개념을 통합하는 면에서는 보다 실효성 있는 대안이 요구된다. 연구의 시사점으로 보존과 개발에 대한 새로운 인식과 접근 방식에 대한 가능성을 확인했으며, 역사적 층위가 중첩된 서울의 가치 있는 대상지의 보존과 관리를 위해서는 조사와 맵핑을 통한 역사경관 기본 계획이 수립될 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서 제외된 지역 주민 참여, 민관 네트워크에 의한 프로세스에 대해서는 향후 연구가 확대되어야 한다. 본 연구가 앞으로 역사문화적 가치가 큰 대상지의 설계에 방향을 제고해 줄 것을 기대한다.

Urban Density and the Porous High-Rise: The Integration of the Tall Building in the City - from China to New York

  • As the skyscraper matures as a building type, its role in actively connecting to, and reinforcing, major threads of urban fabric becomes increasingly more important. The creation of public spaces inside of and adjacent to tall buildings allows for significant additions to the public realm, facilitating better connections between varied uses, providing needed access to critical transportation functions. In this more integrated version of the tall building type, the density afforded by a vertical structure is complemented by strategically devised porosity of plan and section. This paper examines three major tower projects which exemplify a progressive approach to permeable design: the recently completed Jingan Kerry Centre in Shanghai, the Lotte Supertower in Seoul, now half completed, and the One Vanderbilt tower being proposed next to Grand Central Terminal in New York City. These projects suggest possibilities for innovative approaches to private development strategies, public planning processes, and architectural design.

  • Urban transit is system that offer target Performance and function because various lower part system such as vehicles, signaling, power supply, rail track is consisted as complex. It is important first of all that describe correctly system requirement until configuration of system, design, manufacture, installation and test verification so that the complicated urban transit system is to act safety and reliable and to display target Performance and function properly. The system requirement assist the system developer to comprehensive the performance and function of system in basic design. Therefore, In this paper wishes to study way to analyze system of system requirement and apply to Urban transit.

  • This paper was able to indicate to the results the following thing that attempted a required potential development demand, through the contents and cost analysis in Rural Community Development Project. Nowadays, Rural Areas comparatively have a lot of development demands related to improvements environmental of residence life and construction of Urban-Rural Exchange Facility, on the other and, there is comparatively a few facilities demands regarding agriculture production. Demand is cold storage facilities and agricultural products direct sale facilities expansion to be able to raise value added of agricultural products as facilities related comparatively a little agriculture production, and an improvement of residence life comparatively has a lot of repair environmental uninhabited house repair, river-front and the roadside, rest shelter creation demands. However, that should be forecasted so that aging of rural, population decrease and development demand is caused by a lot of issues such as maintenances operation of many Urban-Rural Exchange Facilities and a similar program and content has a lot of them in bilateral adjacent zones. Therefore, in the future plan shall attempt efficiency operating facilities and a program through characterization and network of zone so that facilities and program can have complementary relation in the adjacent zones. And item development and an investor are necessary regarding new labor force supply for continuous value maintenance of space and returning to the farm that there were the reverse agriculture production and Amenity which are an rural village. Furthermore, developmental plan of rural village is necessary through the demand analyses that a citizen wishing for things.

오픈 하우징 개념을 적용한 도시형 노인 공동주거시설의 주호 모형 개발에 관한 연구 -당뇨병 노인의 질병 종류와 진행에 대응하여- (A Study on Unit Model Development of Urban Type Silver Housing Applying Open Housing Concept -In Response to the kinds and process of diabetes elders-)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose prototypical plans for a dwelling unit applying the concepts of 'open housing' and 'aging in place' for senior citizens living in cities focusing on specific life patterns with chronic disease. Especially, a unit was designed for diabetes patients because diabetes, a representative disease of elderly people, often accompanies complications such as arthritis and Alzheimer disease. A unit design suitable for the convenient life of the elderly people with diabetes will provide a guideline for the similar unit designs of the senior citizens with other diseases. In this study, three types of unit plan are proposed. A-type plan is for type-1 diabetes patients, B-type alt.1 for the independent seniors of type-2 diabetes patients, and B-type alt.2 for the dependant seniors of type-2 diabetes patients. And a support design for a unit plan with the exclusive area of $60\;m^2$ is proposed. The same support design is used for all three unit types. Although the locations of bathroom and storage room are fixed and the location of the kitchen is changeable only in wet-zone. In conclusion, senior residents with diabetes can choose one of three unit types before occupation and the chosen unit type can be renovated by replacing infill systems as the health condition or life style changes.

녹지 및 경관계획에 있어서 능선의 효용성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Usefulness of the Ridge in Open Space and Landscape Planning)

  • From the viewpoint of the importance of the division theory based on topography(pyungsu) derived from the uniqueness in topography, not to mention of the function of ridge in ruban areas, the destroy of ridges should be prevented from the development of hill areas. This study intends to propose the basic concepts and principles to protect the ridge axis with green in open space and landscape planning. The main results are summarized as follows : First, eco-bridge across the ridges will be connected for the purpose of ecosystem restoration. Second, the protection and restoration of green ridge axis can be completed by Green Structure Plan which has principles and standards such as. - layout of development axis and establishment of rules on preservation - the practical use of various preservation methods and the standards suitable to the methods - laying down the standards of restoration according to the height from ground level - the application of zoning such as height district and urban design for preservation Finally, the design of implementation tools must be needed for protection and restoration.
