도시철도 토목시설물 유지관리를 위한 데이터베이스 구축방안 연구 (Development of the Database System for Maintenance of Civil Facilities in Urban Transit)

  • While the environment of usage of information and technology is getting stable and technology is being developed more deeply due to the globalization, making information, standardization, in order to make a fast response to the new industry strategy and business environment, mutual communication and management of correct and fast information are focused on as fundamental elements of keeping competitive power. Accordingly strategic development of urban transit operation organization, storage of information technology of urban railroad, and buildup of standard information infra are very important, so that computerized information system has been built up standardizing efficient maintenance framework of urban transit facilities. To maintain these facilities efficiently, storing the real-time information by standardizing the maintenance organization and building up computerized information system are very important with management of information history of existing maintenance work. Therefore, for the efficient maintenance of civil facilities among urban transit facilities, standardized facilities classification and definition of management elements, and the plan of designing and building standardized database about civil facilities through standardizing technology resources are described in this paper.

연결성 분석을 통한 성남시 미집행 공원의 조성 우선순위 선정 (Applying Connectivity Analysis for Prioritizing Unexecuted Urban Parks in Sungnam)

  • An urban ecosystem is a complex system that includes social, economic and ecosystems. Therefore, it is important to consider its environmental capacity while developing a city plan. Most of the plans, however, consider only the social aspects, which fragments the green spaces and disturbs the movement of species. Sungnam has approximately 100 parks with unexecuted development plans and with great potential to contribute towards urban ecosystem enhancement. Therefore, this study applied network analysis to prioritize the development of city parks and contribute towards improving the green network, with Parus spp. as the target species. To compensate for the drawbacks of binary and possibility-based network analysis, this study included two indices, namely $BC^{PC}_K$, $BC^{IIC}_K$, $dPCconnector_k$ and $dIICconnector_k$. These indices make it possible to find patches that could play an important role in green network enhancement. The urban park with greater value gets a higher priority to be transformed into a park. Thus, our methodology could prove to be very useful in prioritizing the undeveloped parks, thereby supporting decision-making.

종사상 지위분류에 따른 산업분포변화: 부산, 1994~2004 (The Change of Industrial Distribution Pattern by Worker Status Classification : Busan, 1994~2004)

  • 도시산업구조의 진단과 예측은 지속가능한 도시발전계획수립을 위한 주요한 과제이다. 지금까지의 산업관련 도시공간구조 연구들은 주로 도시산업체 자료나 총 종사자수 자료를 활용하여 산업유형별 공간분포의 측정에 집중되어져 왔다. 그러나 최근 비정규직 문제를 포함한 근로자의 종사상 지위가 중요한 이슈가 되는 시점에서 본 연구는 읍면동 단위의 1994년 및 2004년 종사상 지위별 자료를 수집하고 동 변화자료를 기반으로 공간분석 단위를 일치시킨 후 GIS를 활용하여 종사상 지위분류체계 자료를 활용한 도시산업구조의 질적 변화를 공간적 관점에서 해석하였다. GIS환경에서 부산시 산업구조의 종사상지위 유형별 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전통적인 노동집약적 산업이 한계에 부딪히고, 서비스업 및 도소매업은 영세한 생계형으로 진행되어 부산의 고용흡수력이 떨어질 수밖에 없었으며 통계상으로는 종사자의 수가 증가하였으나 비정규직과 비임금 노동자가 급증하면서 부산지역 일자리의 질이 하락하고 있는 것으로 측정되었다. 둘째, 전통적인 도심지는 쇠퇴하는 반면 신도시나 신흥공업단지가 형성된 지역, 제조업보다 서비스업이 발달한 지역이 일자리가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 본 연구의 결과는 도시발전의 근간이 되는 산업구조의 행태적 패턴 뿐 아니라 종사상지위라는 질적 평가를 통한 장기적 차원의 산업발전계획안 마련을 위한 기초자료로서의 활용을 기대한다.

도시지역 토지적성평가의 적정성에 관한 연구 - 서울시를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Relevancy of Application of Land Suitability Assessment in Developed Urban Areas: the case of Seoul)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 토지적성평가를 기개발된 도시지역에 적용하는 것이 평가의 근본 목적에 부합하는지를 검토하여 제도 개선안을 도출하는 것이다. 이 연구에서는 서울시 환경 생태적·물리적·공간적 특성을 정리하여 입지현황, 수립현황 등의 내용적 특성을 검토한 후 선택지표를 적용한 토지적성평가 시뮬레이션 분석을 수행했다. 서울시 내 토지적성평가의 적용대상인 녹지지역에 대한 토지적성평가 시뮬레이션 분석 결과 모든 토지에서 개발성향 결과가 나왔다. 또한 도시지역에 적용할 경우 지역적합성이 반영되는 선택지표와 별도보전지역 지정에 따라 정성적 평가를 추가할 수 있는 장치가 있지만 이러한 선택지표 및 정성평가를 추가한 시뮬레이션 분석에서도 대부분의 녹지지역이 개발성향으로 분류되었다. 이는 서울시에서 도시계획적 차원에서 보전지역으로 관리하고 있는 녹지지역의 성격과 배치되는 결과이며, 그 이유는 전체 평가대상 토지의 적성값 평균과 표준편차를 이용하여 표준정규분포곡선상의 표준화값으로 변환하는 방식의 토지적성평가에서 적성등급의 비율이 가지고 있는 구조 때문이다. 따라서 기개발된 도시지역은 토지적성평가 수립에서 제외하는 등 관련 규정의 재정비가 필요하다.

대도시 인구밀집지역의 토지이용에 따른 식물상의 차이 및 비교 (A Comparison of Floral Difference by the Land Use Type in the Metropolitan Area)

  • The urban ecosystem, unlike the natural ecosystem, has been affected by the urban environment, so the existences of normal creatures have been threatened and eventually the stability has declined to consist of those that have adapted to such. Therefore, by creating a list of such organisms, their number of variety can be found out and their ecological distinction can be understood. Because flora is known to be an ecological index reflecting region's effects of human and societal environments, weather, and climates, it is a useful method of finding out the ecological position and distinctiveness of that region. The study site is part of watershed at Yangjae Stream, Kahngnam-ku, Seoul. In this study, the difference of flora in each land use type are investigated by plant identification. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the city's plant surviving environment, and eventually to contribute to the restoration of urban green spaces by finding out the plants which are appropriate for the corresponding environment. After doing the study, it was found that the urban forest is the most stable urban ecosystem while the urban park is seriously disturbed, and ecologically unstable. The urban stream is also disturbed continuously.

방재력을 고려한 도시의 풍수해 안전기준 개발방향 설정 연구 (A Study on a Direction of the Development of City on Storm and Flood Risk Safety Standards in Consideration of Resilience)

  • This study has analyzed city plans and disaster prevention plans from the perspective of resilience and established a direction of the development of city safety standards. The analysis made use of the 5 functions of resilience (5Rs) and foreign cases. As a result of the analysis, the direction of the development of city safety standards was drawn from 4 perspectives at large. First, this study proposed a method of the systematization of the safety standards involved in components within city plans. Second, it suggested a method to strengthening urban resilience abilities in terms of the association between disaster prevention and city plans. Third, it found out components requiring safety standards considering foreign and other standards, and proposed a direction of complementary measures for safety standards. Lastly, it came up with a direction of the development of city safety standards, the necessity of which are required though existing plan criteria did not contain them. This study is significant in that it has defined the ultimate goal of safety a city should pursue as resilience and proposed a direction of the development of related standards.

  • 이 논문의 목적은 21세기 BIE엑스포에서 주제와 메시지의 중요성과 역할이 무엇인지 규명하고, 주제와 도시개발에 초점을 두고 있는 2012년 여수엑스포 계획에 유용한 제언을 제공하는 것이다. 1998년 리스본엑스포를 전환점으로, 엑스포의 주제와 메시지는 과학기술의 성과를 강조하는 것보다는 진보에 대한 반성과 지구의 미래를 강조한다. 이러한 변화는 오늘날 인류 사회가 당면한 전지구적 환경문제의 해법 모색과 지속가능한 개발을 보장하는 신기술에 대한 관심을 반영한다. 바다와 연안에 대한 신기술과 신사상을 경연하는 여수엑스포는 비슷한 주제의 리스본엑스포의 사례를 벤치마킹하는 동시에 이와 차별화하기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이 논문은 여수엑스포의 주제와 도시개발에 대해 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 첫째 해양과 관련된 신기술의 강조와 더불어 그것의 개도국 보급을 위한 여수프로젝트 비전의 강화. 둘째 리스본의 수도재개발과 다른 도시개발전략 즉, 남해안시대와 연계된 해항도시네트워크 구상.
