The mission of the university is to grow young people who will be responsible for the next generation nation to mature society. In particular, the role of universities in the 4th Industrial Revolution era is to foster creative talents. Therefore, innovative changes are required for existing infusion education and employment-oriented college education contents and teaching methodology. In the high youth unemployment rate, entrepreneurship education is spreading to universities to innovate existing organizations and create new jobs. Until now, however, the effects of university entrepreneurship education have been studied mainly in the field of start-up. Therefore, it is very difficult to study various effects on entrepreneurship education. In this study, empirical analysis of the effect of entrepreneurship training on career preparation behaviors of university students who are about to enter the society is verified. The sample of this study was surveyed from August, 2016, and the questionnaire was applied to 393 university students who selected 5 universities and entrepreneurship education. As a result of the analysis, the ability of communicative communication and creative problem solving cultivated through entrepreneurship education had a positive effect on entrepreneurship and self - efficacy, Entrepreneurship and self - efficacy had a positive (+) positive effect on career preparation behavior. However, cooperative communication ability, creative problem solving ability, and effective work behavior ability by entrepreneurship education were not directly related to career preparation behavior. On the other hand, in verifying the mediating effect of entrepreneurship and self - efficacy, it proved that mediating role of positive communication between collaborative communication ability, creative problem solving ability and career preparation behavior. The implications of this study are as follows This study examines the effects of university entrepreneurship education on career preparedness behaviors.In other words, the university proved the direct effect and the mediating effect that affects positively (+) effect on career preparation behaviors by encouraging entrepreneurship and self - efficacy, rather than quantitative extension based on competency. Also, the implication of the parameters (entrepreneurship, self - efficacy) as a key variable for the effect and performance of career preparation behavior was derived.It also suggests that it is necessary to improve the creativity ability of entrepreneurship education so that it can have a direct and meaningful influence on career preparation behavior. First of all, it is urgent to develop a qualitative evaluation index for entrepreneurship education in order to measure these effects. Therefore, further study is required to verify the various implications for future entrepreneurship education, as well as the implications that entrepreneurship education is indispensable for the preparation of university students' careers.

This study aims at identifying whether graduate school of Entrepreneurship is proposed as an alternative for institution enhancing the expertise of entrepreneurship education which is demanded these days and also examining which forms of graduate school of Entrepreneurship is needed between special graduate school of Entrepreneurship and professional graduate school of Entrepreneurship. Three researches are made by this study. First of all, status of special graduate schools of Entrepreneurship and advanced studies are researched and secondly, educational performance and operational performance of them are researched and how they secure the prestige as a professional institution for educating Entrepreneurship has been analyzed. Finally, what needs of switching over from special graduate school of Entrepreneurship to professional graduate school of Entrepreneurship has been rveyed As a result, graduate school of Entrepreneurship has been established at five rovince in Korea. Doctoral course of Entrepreneurship has been opened independently in U. S. A. And also high performance of promoting Entrepreneur and consultant for Entrepreneur has been researched. Level of satisfaction on education program and faculties has been surveyed highly. High demand for reconversion to professional graduate school of Entrepreneurship and doctoral course of Entrepreneurship has been investigated.
The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurial intention, and to provide implications for analyzing mediating effects of career decision self-efficacy in bilateral relations. The data were collected from entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship students, and, and 220 students were surveyed. For the empirical analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSSWIN 21.0. The specific analysis results are as follows. First, in the relationship between entrepreneurship and career decision-making self-efficacy, entrepreneurship has a significant effect on career decision-making self-efficacy. Second, in the relationship between entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship efficacy, and intention of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship has significant influence on entrepreneurship efficacy and entrepreneurship intention. Third, the mediating effect analysis of career decision self-efficacy in the relationship between entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial efficacy, and entrepreneurship intention showed that all mediated effects were significant. The results of this study should be achieved through a convergence curriculum in which entrepreneurship education and career education can be considered at the entrepreneurial education stage in order to enhance entrepreneurship and intention to influence entrepreneurship and career choice. Practical implications were suggested for more effective education.

This article focuses on an analysis of entrepreneurship education programs at U.S. college and universities in order to determine distinctive features of those programs. To this end, we delved into the entrepreneurship programs including Martin Trust Center for MIT, Harvard University VIP program, Polsky Center of Chicago University and Stanford University program. By analyzing major roles, curriculums, and characteristics of the programs, three types of distinctive features emerged. The first feature is dynamic education-focused programs, which provide students with opportunities for applying what they have learned through startup competitions. The second is local-based programs, which take the lead in local startups by focusing on the local industry. The third is the programs with support and encouragement for startups. Based on the three types of features, we suggested critical factors for successful entrepreneurship education.

This study aimed to explore the effect of college students' self-leadership and entrepreneurship on employment competency and identify the moderating effect of nationality. To this end, the validity of data collected from 450 college students attending a four-year university in Seoul was tested using structural equation modeling and AMOS statistical software. The study showed the following results. First, self-leadership was found to have a significant effect on entrepreneurship. Second, entrepreneurship was found to have a significantly positive effect on employment competency. Third, it was found that nationality exerted a partial effect on the relationship of self-leadership and entrepreneurship to employment competency. Based on these findings, this study indicated that developing college student's employment competency through self-leadership and entrepreneurship training according to their nationality can help resolve the severe employment crisis in the age of the fourth industry.
The purpose of this research is to identify the global capability of international entrepreneurship, categorize internationalization opportunities into different types, and propose international entrepreneurship and the fit of opportunities. To do so, this study reviewed seven prominent business journals between 1996 and 2015 reflected the international business activities of entrepreneur and identified 6 attributes of international entrepreneurship. Second, this study analyzed researches using internationalization motivation as a keyword, categorized the researches into 4 types of internationalization opportunity according to the exploration and exploitation of resources. Third, this study developed conceptual models based on them to identify international entrepreneurship and fit of opportunities and gave a hypothesis on the relationship between international entrepreneurship, internationalization opportunity, and internationalization performance. By clarifying which capability of an international entrepreneur is needed in an internationalization opportunity, this study is expected to provide theoretical and practical implications to the internationalization performance of firms.

In recent years, various types of entrepreneurship education have been taking place in universities due to governmental policy support. The number of entrepreneurship education in universities has increased in quantity, and the interest in realistic entrepreneurship education and improvement measures has been increasing. Based on previous research on the effects of entrepreneurship education, this study examined the effects of entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial activity on entrepreneurial activities such as entrepreneurship lectures, entrepreneurship lectures, camps, entrepreneurial club activities, Attitudes and willingness to start university. As a result, First, various types of entrepreneurship education in universities have positive effects on entrepreneurial competence and entrepreneurial attitude. Second, it is analyzed that entrepreneurship education has a positive positive effect on the willingness of university students to start. In addition, it was analyzed that the entrepreneurial capacity and entrepreneurial attitude of individual college students through entrepreneurship education positively influenced the entrepreneurial will. This study emphasizes that the increasing number of entrepreneurship education in the university has a positive effect on the development of potential entrepreneurs and the will of entrepreneurship. Thus, it provides practical implications for expanding various entrepreneurship education.
Purpose: As the public interest in entrepreneurship has been highlighted and entrepreneurship policies have been generated, this study is to construct Entrepreneurship Ecosystem (EE) models which have a significant relationship to national entrepreneurship with quantitative analysis. It aims to provide implications to EE policymakers that which national components are effective in cultivating innovative entrepreneurship and validate its EE quality based on quantitative performance goals. Methods: This study utilizes secondary data, categorized under the PESTLE factor from credible international organizations (WB, UNDP, GEM, GEDI, and OECD) to determine significant factors in the quality of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. This paper uses the Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) analysis to select the significant variables contributing to entrepreneurship performance. Using the AUC-ROC performance evaluation method for machine learning MLR results, this paper evaluates the performance of EE models so that it can allow approving EE quality by predicting potential performance. Results: Among nine hypothesis models, MLR analysis examines that the number of the Unicorn company, Unicorn companies' economic value, and entrepreneurship measured as GEI can be reasonable dependent variables to indicate the performance derived from EE quality. Rather than government policies and regulations, the social, finance, technology, and economic variables are significant factors of EE quality determining its performance. By having high Area Under Curve values under AUC-ROC analysis, accepted MLR models are regarded as having high prediction accuracy. Conclusion: Superior EE contributes to the outstanding Unicorn companies, and improvement in macro-environmental components can enhance EE quality.

Interest in the education for the technology entrepreneurship has increased significantly in the past decade but it is not enough for the educator. That is the reason that one educator has field experience without the theoretical background and the others have theory without the practical experience. Government ask to university to enhance the entrepreneurship training in the undergraduate and graduate level. Our study focus on the what is important for the entrepreneurship educators. Among the evolution of entrepreneurship education, this paper suggest three factors for the educators, the development of teacher and coach who has embedded entrepreneurship algorithm, teachers who has many practice and know-how, and last one is balancing and harmony teamwork of coaches and teachers.

Recently, many policies and fairs have been made in relation to start-ups. In addition, various start-up education for prospective start-ups is being conducted in various ways. Therefore, these days, the number of prospective start-ups who receive such information and start-up education is increasing. Nevertheless, more and more start-ups are still unsuccessful and close their businesses within months or years. In particular, start-ups who continue to maintain their start-ups also see the unfortunate reality of start-ups that find other jobs in various support systems and related policies and relationships that they cannot quit even if they want to. In this study, based on previous studies, factors for satisfaction with entrepreneurship education will be set and a questionnaire will be conducted for prospective entrepreneurs who have completed education at a startup education center in Seoul. The survey results are intended to verify their reliability and validity through empirical analysis. The SPSS statistical package will be used for analysis, and a total of 200 copies of the questionnaire will be distributed and collected. In this study, it was confirmed that the higher the satisfaction with entrepreneurship education, the better the successful entrepreneurship. In addition, I think that further developing various policies or detailed curriculums for entrepreneurship education will be of great help to prospective entrepreneurs taking entrepreneurship education.
