As the current trend to the main index of the port competitiveness evaluation, the competitiveness index of the port service comes to more important than the part of expense, location and facility. To reform the bottleneck of port has an effect on improving port service competitiveness. Therefore, this study shows the importance of analyzing bottlenecks on logistics to improve port competitiveness. It collected recent questionnaire data which are the subject as the Custom Service, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Trade Association about bottlenecks of port logistics for working out bottlenecks of domestic port logistics and it produced the order of priorities of bottlenecks by multiplying each output priorities and weights of each process in user of Incheon inner-outer port which is focused on container freight by analysis of priority and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Unlike existing studies, this study has important values. It presents the priority evaluation only focused on the container freight was produced by port users who are categorized into shipping company, terminal operation company and forwarder, car-ferry in Incheon inner-outer port and making a application of logistics process. It means internal and external competitiveness improvement plan can be presented more concretely and detailed than past competitiveness attributes such as location, facility, service and expense. If the analysis of port logistics bottlenecks which was focused on container freight is extended to the part of general cargo and sundries such as haul grain, car, scrap iron, those studies will be able to provide Incheon port users with useful information and a model of analyzing overall bottleneck of logistics in Incheon port.

최근 세계의 항만은 중국 효과 및 세계 물동량의 지속적인 증가에 따라 항만 체증은 갈수록 심화되고 있다. 선사는 선박의 대형화를 통한 물류비 절감을 위하여 기항지 항만의 축소에 따라 지역 내 항만간의 경쟁은 치열해지고 있다. 항만 체증에 따라 선사는 선박대기시간비율과 재항시간 등의 항만 서비스품질 (QoS : Quality of Service)을 기항지로 선택하는 평가기준으로 활용한다. 본 논문에서는 최근 신성장 산업의 기반 기술로 급부상하고 있는 RFID (Radio Frequence IDentification) 기술을 항만 운영시스템에 활용함으로써 트윈리프트 갠트리크레인 (Twin-lift Gantry Crane)의 하역 생산성의 개선 방안을 제안한다. 본 논문의 목적은 RFID기반의 RTLS(Real Time Location System)을 활용하여 항만 QoS가 보장되는 유비쿼터스 항만(U-Port)의 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 제안하는데 있다.

현재 세계의 항만은 중국 효과 및 세계 물동량의 지속적인 증가로 인해 항만 체증은 갈수록 심화되고 있다. 선사는 선박대기 시간비율과 재항시간 등의 항만 서비스품질(QoS :Quality of Service)을 기항지 터미널로 선택하기 위한 평가기준으로 활용한다. 본 논문에서는 최근 신성장 산업의 기반 기술로 급부상하고 있는 RFID(Radio Frequence Identification) 기술을 항만 운영시스템에 활용하여 선사가 요구하는 항만 QoS을 보장하는 방안에 대해 제안한다 RFID 기술을 터미널 운영에 적용함으로써 트윈리프트 갠트리크래인(Twinlift Gantry Crane) 및 야드트랙터(Yard Tract) 둥의 생산성을 향상시켜 양$\cdot$적하 시간을 단축함으로써 전체 항만물류의 리드타임을 줄일 수 있다. 본 논문의 목적은 RFID기반의 RTLS(Real Time Location System)을 활용한 터미널 간의 상호협약을 통해 항만 QoS가 보장되는 유비쿼터스 항만(U-port)의 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 제안하고 그 구축 방안에 초점을 둔다.

최근 부각되고 있는 텔레매틱스와 위치기반서비스의 효율적인 구축을 위해서는 실시간으로 수집되는 방대한 분량의 위치 데이터의 저장, 질의, 프리젠테이션 동을 포함하는 이동체 기술이 필요하다. 특히 물류분야에서 이동중인 차량의 데이터에 대한 효과적인 검색과 분석을 위해서는 응용별 특화된 형태의 데이터를 획득할 수 있는 질의구문이 요구되며, 전통적인 데이터베이스 질의어와 비교할 때 그 구조는 복잡한 양상을 보인다. 이에 대한 효과적인 대안으로는 SQL과 같은 표준화 데이터베이스 언어를 통한 접근을 고려할 수 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 e-로지스틱스 기반의 차량관제에서 요구하는 질의에 대하여 SQL를 확장한 이동체 질의어 (MOOU)를 제안하고, 이를 효과적으로 처리하기 위한 질의처리기를 설계 및 구현한다.

The government have plans to improve the railway transport capacity and transport hub for the sustainable national transport and logistics system. Specially, there are much efforts to improve transportation capacity such as high speed transportation of rail freight, enlargement of BT train, development of double stack train, etc. between railway transport hubs. If the transport capacity between railway logistics hubs is increased as planned, we must increase the handling capacity of railway hub terminals. But there are limits to enlarge the terminal infrastructure because of investment scale, location circumstances and urban development plans. To ensure the capacity, with the minimum required enlargement of infrastructure, it is necessary to extremely increase the efficiency of terminal operations. For improving the efficiency, we have to introduce the efficient terminal operation systems based on u-IT and operation optimize technologies. In this paper, we analyse the issues and problems of railway terminals(including ICD) and suggest the concept of intelligent railway terminal and the construction components of technology.

U-City applies ubiquitous information technologies such as RFID, GPS, USN to various components of city functions and services. The concept of U-City was popularized especially in Korea and currently more than 40 projects have been carrying out all over country. U-City incorporates advanced information communication technologies into ubiquitous information services to provide better quality of life. The purpose of this study is to analyze preferences for the U-City services by surveying experts in U-City developing companies. This study employs Analytic Hierarchy Process which is very useful tool for performing multi-criteria decision making. Total of 28 responses were used in the analysis. The results indicated that the first 7 most preferred items were from transportation and safety area and environment and healthcare area and 4 out of 6 items in transportation and safety area were ranked among them. It implies that respondents consider countering anxiety caused by congested traffic, natural disasters, crimes, etc most important aspect that U-City should deal with. On the other hand, U-Port, U-Convention, U-Logistics, U-Public Administration and U-City Portal were listed as the least preferred services.

미국은 2000년대 초반부터 무기체계의 전투준비태세를 유지하면서 수명주기비용을 줄이기 위해서 TLCSM를 적용하였다. TLCSM이 적용되면서 획득단계 중심의 ILS 개념에서 전체 수명주기 동안 수명주기비용을 관리하는 개념인 IPS로 전환하였다. 또한 ILS를 개발하기 위한 LSAR은 IPS을 개발하기 위한 LPD로 전환하였다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 LSAR과 미국의 LPD를 비교 및 분석하여 LPD의 한국 도입 시 필요한 정책을 제안하였다.

최근 들어 모바일 인터넷, RFID 등의 확산으로 인하여 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous)에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 부산 역시 최첨단의 유비쿼터스 정보기술을 항만물류, 교통, 관광컨벤션, 의료 등 전략산업에 적용시켜 추진함으로써 분야간 시너지효과를 창출하여 첨단 유비쿼터스 도시(U-city)로 변모시키고자 계획하고 있다. U-관광컨벤션 서비스는 기존의 관광정보시스템과는 다른 방식으로 소비자가 이를 어떻게 수용하는 가의 여부가 향후 U-관광컨벤션의 성장잠재력을 결정한다는 점에서 어떠한 요인들이 U-관광컨벤션 수용의도에 영향을 미치는가 하는 연구가 필요한 시점이라고 생각된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 TAM을 적용하여 관광콘텐츠가 U-관광컨벤션 수용의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다.

우리나라도 1999년 관세자유지역 제도에 관한 특별법이 제정되면서 관세자유지역에 대한 제도적 기반을 마련하게 되었다 그러나, 이러한 연구의 대부분은 선진국 성공사례의 벤치마킹과 부산항을 비교 분석함으로써, 그 발전방안을 제시하고 있어 실제 부산항의 항만물류기 능을 수행하고 있는 현 업체 및 실제 시장에 대한 고찰은 매우 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 취지에서 부산시 관세자유지역 제도의 도입에 따른 항만물류관련업체들의 실제 시장실태를 구조적으로 파악하고, 그러한 분석결과를 기반으로 관세자유지역에 대한 업계의 의식을 고찰하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다.

This paper is mainly about the development of u-warehouse management system by using RFID in SCM environment. We developed a web-based real-time u-warehouse management system centering to manufacture enterprises by analyzing the process before and after the adopting of RFID technologies in warehouse management, deducing the standard application process which adopts RFID technologies in SCM environment.
