철도장대터널의 대피통로 최적간격에 관한 연구 (A Study of Proper Space between the Escape Tunnels in the Long Railway Tunnel)

  • When a fire takes place, the escape tunnel which could prevent passengers and the crew from disasters would be most important facility among railway tunnel facilities for prevention of disaster. A shorter space between the escape tunnels is much better for safety because of short escape time. The establishment of short space escape tunnels(driftways) in the single track parallel tunnel is much easier. The establishment of long space escape tunnels(inclined shafts, vertical shafts) in the double track is much more advantageous economically. We, therefore, compared the movement time of smog originated from fire with the escape time of the crew and passengers for setting up the best space between the escape tunnels in the double track tunnel. We could calculate the best space between the escape tunnels in the double track tunnel properly by computer simulation.

  • In the new Seoul-Busan high speed railroad construction specially city center passage roadbed establishment is recommended the staibility for the existing subway tunnel segments of Busan subway line No. 1 and No.2. regarding the appearance condition, a quality condition and the durability of the objective facility site exact inspection, and it evaluates the numerical analysis which uses MIDAS GTS it leads and there is the objective of the place where the stability of the objective facility and this tunnel it investigates. To immediacy of the on-the-spot inspection result whole facility it is a condition where the reinforcement which is simple not to be hindrance is necessary, 2nd Line case it is a condition which transfer is good but the general defect and the damage which occur from the tunnel of NATM type were confirmed part. While roadbed establishment constructing that the continuous maintenance is necessary, it is judged. The result of 1st, 2nd Line maximum sinkage, unequal sinkage and the lining stress of numerical analysis are within permission and the damage degree is appearing with the fact that the degree it will can disregard it is slight. But it enforces necessary Pre-grouting in order to minimize an actual tunnel face conduct and when the tunnel is excavated it is judged with the fact that necessary to minimize the outflow possibility.

기존선 터널 출구 미기압파 저감을 위한 터널 후드의 수치 해석적 연구 (Numerical Study of Tunnel Hood to Reduce Micro-Pressure Wave on Conventional Railways)

  • The Korean Tilting Train eXpress may produced a strong micro-pressure wave in tunnel exit because of large train/tunnel area ration of conventional railways. This micro-pressure wave causes an impulsive noise which is a serious environmental noise pollution near tunnel exit. Tunnel hood can be the method of reducing the micro-pressure wave in tunnel exit. Therefore, parametric studies for tunnel hood are performed with respect to the hood length and size to investigate the effects of the tunnel hood. Also, axi-symmetric unsteady compressible flow solver was used to analyze train-tunnel relative motion. According to the result of numerical analysis, the maximum micro-pressure wave in tunnel exit is reduced by 56% throughout the hood establishment on conventional railways.

  • Recently, According to increased tunnel accident, a matter of concern in tunnel fire safety is on an interesting trend. In case of tunnel fire, Evacuation is a primary factor for refugee safety. Therefore safety measures should be taken to increase capability of evacuation. Evacuation walking speed and characteristics of movement in tunnel is differ from building or outdoor site so, these characteristics must be considered in tunnel safety planning. In this study has performed to evaluate the smoke movement and characteristics of evacuation by full-scale test method. and aimed for basic data establishment in characteristics of evacuation for tunnel safety system design.

고속철도에서 슬릿커버 완충공의 터널 미기압파 저감성능 (Experimental Study on the Slit Cover Hood for Reducing the Micro Pressure Waves in High-Speed Train-Tunnel Interfaces)

  • Purpose of the present is to investigate the food configuration at a tunnel entrance for reducing the micro pressure wave that is generated according to train speed. Two configurations were examined for tunnel of 0.5 km length. The experimental results show that a slit cover hood installed at the entrance of the tunnel reduces the maximum micro pressure wave by 41.2%, and a configuration with a slit cover hood installed at the entrance and a 45$^{\circ}$slanted portal at the exit of the tunnel suppresses it by 47.7%.

  • Recently, Busan-Geoje fixed Link Immersed Tunnel and the Tokyo Port Waterway 2 Submarine Tunnel have been constructing. Furthermore it was mentioned to construct an immersed tunnel from Korea to Japan. As a result, it is expected that the demand to use the immersed tunnel will be increased. However, if a fire occurs in the immersed tunnels, it will damage tunnel elements and not save human lives more seriously than normal tunnels on the ground because of the absence of exits as well as closing structure of the immersed tunnels. In fact, the fire accident in the Eurotunnel which connects between France and the Unite Kingdom through the immersed tunnel had occurred twice in 1996 and 2008, and the inner surface of the tunnel got damaged such as concrete popout and structural damage. As a result, not only economic injury but enormous expense to repair and reinforce the tunnel were derived because of the suspension of traffic after the fire happened. Now, from the examining and analyzing study on the fire resistance of immersed tunnels in developed countries and Busan-Geoje fixed Link Immersed Tunnel, we suggest the establishment method of fire resistance to insure the fire safety of immersed tunnel.

성형 VPN 구조에서의 주문형 터널 생성 메커니즘 (On-Demand Tunnel Creation Mechanism in Star VPN Topology)

  • 성형(Star) VPN(Virtual Private Network) 구조에서는 통신하는 두 CPE(Customer Premise Equipment) VPN GW(Gateway) 간 발생하는 트래픽이 항상 Center VPN GW를 거쳐서 전송되므로 비효율적인 트래픽 전송이 이루어진다. 또한 Center VPN GW에서의 패킷 프로세싱으로 인한 과부하도 발생한다. 이를 해결하기 방안으로 IPSec(IP Security)의 IKE(Internet Key Exchange) 메커니즘을 이용하여 통신하는 두 CPE VPN GW 간 직접터널을 설립할 수 있으나 이 경우에는 터널 설립 및 관리가 복잡하고 오버헤드가 크다 이에 본 논문에서는 통신하는 CPE VPN SW 간에 자동적으로 직접터널을 설립할 수 있게 하는 SVOT(Star VPN On-demand Tunnel) 방안을 제안한다. SVOT 방안에서는 CPE YPN GW가 트래픽 모니터링 정보를 기반으로 직접터널을 설립할 것인지를 판단한다 CPE VPN GW는 Center VPN GW로부터 터널 설립에 필요한 제반정보들을 제공받아 상대 CPE VPN GW와 직접터널을 설립한다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안하는 방안에 대하여 성능을 조사하였고, 이와 함께 기본적으로 Center VPN GW를 통하여 모든 트래픽이 전송되는 성형 VPN 구조, 모든 CPE VPN GW간 풀-메시(Full-mesh)로 터널 연결 정보를 유지하고 있는 풀-rll시 VPN 구조와 성능을 비교하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 제안하는 SVOT 방안이 기본적인 성형 VPN 구조에 비해 확장성과 트래픽 전송효율성, Center VPN GW의 과부하를 방지하는 측면에서 우수한 성능을 보이면서 종단간 지연 및 처리율에 있어서는 풀-메시 VPN 구조와 거의 비슷한 성능을 보임을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Recently, many kinds of research have been actively developing for a standardization and information to the field of design, construction, supervision, maintenance and management on facilities. The establishment of standard classification system on tunnel facilities and inspection data is most important among the things to have a efficiently maintenance and management. This paper suggests standard classification system on tunnel facilities and inspection data, and, on the basis of that, code work with standard classification system and input work was practised. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a kind of statistics data and investigate a characteristics of inspection using statistic data on railway tunnel.

지중송배전계통에서 과도상태시 공통접지의 영향 분석 (Analysis of Common Grounding Effect during the Transient State in Underground Transmission and Distribution Systems)

  • This paper describes the effect of transient state in underground transmission and distribution lines installed together in the same tunnel. Two systems installed in the same tunnel are operated by the common grounding. This paper analyzed that how much one of the two kinds of systems influences the other systems during the transient state by EMTP/ATPDraw. Single line-to-ground fault and lightning surge were selected in transient state condition. These cases were simulated variously according to the variation of common grounding magnitude, fault location and lightning surge magnitude. It is evaluated that the analyzed results will be used for establishment and operating materials of common grounding in the same tunnel.

  • By means of analyzing of monitoring technology and monitoring regulation based on maintenance monitoring system installed in subway tunnel section, it needs monitoring system, development of operating program, monitoring analyzing system and development of analysis method, establishment of maintenance monitoring standard specification, and performance of responsible monitoring supervision for applying to subway monitoring maintenance effectively in future. It requires specialized monitoring and legislation of monitoring subcontract, improvement of monitoring work contract method, establishment the standard payment of monitoring, and effective calibration and correction of monitoring system in the plan of improving monitoring regulation.
