The relation of culture and development is complicated and multilayered. Inclusive development has been the national strategy of the government of President Benigno Aquino III. However, the role the culture is scarcely mentioned. This paper will try to contextualize development in Philippine history to further show the importance of national consciousness, ethnic cultures, indigenous cultures and modern culture,. This paper concludes that inclusive development of the Philippines will be achieved through glocalization, based on the creative reconstruction of cultures in and out of the Philippines.

Malicious codes uses generic unpacking technique to make it hard for analyzers to detect their programs. Recently their has been several researches about generic packet to prevent or detect these techniques. And they try to focus on the codes that repeats while generic packing is doing compression because generic packing technique executes after it is decompressed. Therefore, this makes a interesting performance which shows a similar address value from the codes which are repeated several times what is different from the normal program codes. By dividing these codes into regularly separated areas we can find that the generic unpacking codes have a small entropy value compared to normal codes. Using this method, it is possible to identify any program if it is a generic unpacking code or not even though we do not know what kind of algorithm it uses. This paper suggests a way of disarming the generic codes by using the low value entropy value which comes out from the Opcode addresses when generic unpacking codes try to decompress.

It is no more make consumers feel the freshness about a simple and functioned style reminding to the cyber-future style made by shining materials. Rather than that stereo-type of the future, people at present tend to feel more interested in something familiar than something new. Even though the amazing product made by human for better life, people become feel afraid that value be getting disappear, and it is natural that people should put more value to the nature, admire it, people try to find the new beauty in something worn being able to be felt the passed time. The vintage has turned up in the fashion area out of the mode of the antipathy from standardization, overconsumption, and also demand of a special thing different from mass product. The vintage is not the past-inclined trend but the new trend that people try to seek in the future to feel both comfort and newness. This study analyzed the vintage fashion style getting more important and also how the vintage fashion shows focusing in the domestic fashion market. The results as follow.: There are two meaning in vintage fashion, one of two is the recycled fashion style that current fashion made with used clothing, or reforming with new and old, Second, there is the new style using the past image, so called as the revival fashion. The totally current trend can be made in something new mixed with material or silhouette from past thing. The vintage fashion as recycled and reformed fashion will be more demanded from consumers who want to be comfort and still try to pursuit something new.

In general satellite verification process, the AOCS (Attitude & Orbit Control Subsystem) should be verified through several kinds of verification test which can be divided into two major category like FBT (Fixed Bed Test) and polarity test. And each test performed in different levels such as ETB (Electrical Test Bed) and satellite level. The test method of FBT is to simulate satellite dynamics with sensors and actuators supported by necessary environmental models in ETB level. The VDS (Vehicle Dynamic Simulator) try to make the real situation as possible as the on-board processor will undergo after launch. The purpose of FBT test is to verify that attitude control logic function and hardware interface is designed as expected with closed loop simulation. The VDS is one of major equipments for performing FBT and consists of software and hardware parts. The VDS operates in VME environments with target board, several commercial boards and custom boards based on the VxWorks real time operating system. In order to make time synchronization between VDS and satellite on-board processor, high reliable semaphore was implemented to make synchronization with the interrupt signal from on-board processor. In this paper, the real-time operating environment used on VDS equipment is introduced, and the hardware and software configurations of VDS summarized in the systematic point of view. Also, we try to figure out the operational concept of VDS and AOCS verification test method with close-loop simulation.

This paper examines the safety perception of passengers on low cost carriers which has made several accidents and incidents at the early stage of their business. The concept of low cost carrier is becoming more important to airline industry in Korea. This study achieves the first selecting attribute among airline service factors on domestic flights and try to indicate that how much the passengers trust in the safety of low cost carriers. It is also sets the comparative safety awareness between low cost carriers and two full service national carriers in domestic market. The safety perception of aircraft type can be a major factor for LCC choice in Korea due to frequent accidents and incidents for last two years. More than 60% of LCC passengers have increasingly considered the safety after recent accidents. The low cost airlines' images of the passengers showed that the first image of the LCC was the fare and the second image was safety. This study indicates that most of the LCC travelers will use the international low cost airlines when LCC extend their destination to adjacent countries. For the accomplishment of the low cost carriers' competitiveness in domestic market, they have to try to get rid of bad image for safety and pay extra attention to find out better services other than the safety and develop other strategies to compete against existing full service carriers.

In this study, we try to present the evolutionary direction with respect to the issue of police martial arts education. First, the facilities for martial arts training and modernization of its proper area $8.5m^2/1$ person should be over. There is a need for facilities that can be trained in various martial arts event takes place. Second, if you look from the perspective of the education program of the police martial arts, martial arts and physical fitness is to be carried out in the separation subject, there is a need for expansion of classes. Third, technical, due to the high learning effect is education, it is necessary to develop a police martial arts materials. Fourth, it is necessary to expand a variety of martial arts professor, appointment of external experts should also try to take into account.

Customer-Orientation can be referred to as the concept of creating and maintaining a superior value within the market by responding to the 'wants of the customer' in regards to the Hotel. In other words, customer-orienated hotel is forcasting a customer' response to being different from other competitors, competing with others, and winning in the market. Therefore, hotels exert their efforts in various customer-oriented activities which may result in customer satisfaction. The pruposes of this study are to find out various significant factors impinging on customer-orientation and service image in hotels. For these purposes, two hypothesis were established, and the samples of this study were 15 hotels in Pusan, KyeongJu. The verification of the proposed hypothesis showed the following results: First, service quality and customer-orientation were found to be significantly related. In detail, the employees of hotel were shown to be affected in sales management, human relationship and service quality. Second, customer-orientation and service image were found to be significantly related. namely, the customer-orientation of hotel' employee were found to be significantly related with hotel service image. The research results and suggestions of this study are as follows: First, it is necessary that provide better service/product to satisfy the customers. Second, it is necessary that the employees of tourist hotel try to resolve the complaint of customers. Third, it is necessary that the employees of hotel try to improve the image as good service.

With the advent of the Web 2.0 technology, its versatility has been experienced through various web sites. Consequently, many library users request to implement this technology into the library information system. Here this paper try to increase our understanding of the concept and technology of the Web 2.0, Library 2.0. and Catalog 2.0(OPAC 2.0) through literature survey. Also, this paper try to figure out the most applicable technology to the library information system by analyzing the representative web sites and libraries equipped with Web 2.0 technology. Finally, based on the analysis results, this study suggests an applicable practical plans in the field of catalog, retrieval and auxiliary services toward the user-friendly library information system. We also indicate several side effects expected with the implementation of the suggested plans.

This study was done to identify burnout factors and coping methods surveyed upon 59 out-patients who have continuous peritoneal dialysis. Raw data was collected after being filled the questionnaire by subjects or directly interviewing at the peritoneal dialysis room of the K hospital. Taegu. Then. data was classified and analyzed according to categories of questions and revealed facts. The following results are obtained: The average age of subjects is 43.8 years old and the average duration of continuous peritoneal dialysis is 16.9 months. The reasons of choosing continuous peritoneal dialysis are 61. 0% by recommendation of doctor and nurse ranked as the first, 32. 2% by patient own decision ranked as the second. The 57.6% of subjects were experienced complications related to continuous peritoneal dialysis. The major psychosocial burnout factors because of the dialysis are confinement, wasting time, change in responsibility and role as a member of family, worriment for infection, interference in job: and the major physiological burnout factors are fatigue and weakness. Among the main coping methods, the problem-oriented coping methods are "accept the given situation itself, "actively try to change the situation", "try to maintain some controls over the situation", and the affective-oriented coping method are "give up and accept as fate", "pray", "ask comfort or help from family and friends", "sleep", "cry". Conclusively, it can be said that effective nursing intervention is needed to prevent continuous peritoneal dialysis burnout.

Ministry of Education and Human Resources presented on December, 2006, 'Alternative school establishment and operation regulation' of contents that can be recognized attainments in scholarship because is authorized if alternative schools fulfill fixed condition. Even though, one time, it was true that several opinions which try to limit to adaptation school of person disqualified for school, thus, various discussion and efforts that specialized school for alternative education does to grow are appearing. However, the expectation which a lot of non authorized schools will apply is not so high because specialized school for alternative education will be controlled in free curriculum and school operation that have been administered and can not be guaranteed school's sell-regulation if acquire legal authorization. Under such social and educational background I surveyed present condition, law, system, literature investigation of existing study, Japanese system and example and authorized two sample specification schools etc. through 'A Basic Study on the Optimum Facilities Criteria Modeling of Regional Specialized Schools for Alternative Education(2006. 10)'. This study was preceded the succession and I visited 17 schools that permit investigation opening of schools among 29 that is authorized until present. So I try to find out architectural planning criteria to activate specialized school for alternative education more through analyzing school's general present condition, establishment idea, operation and specialized education plan, facilities present condition and characteristic.
