근골격계질환 증상 요인 분석 (Factor Analysis on Outbreak of Musculoskeletal Disorders)

  • The main objective of this study is to find factors and typical characteristics on outbreak of musculoskeletal disorders in small sized companies which are located at eastern area in Kangwon-Do. Musculoskeletal disorders are becoming a serious problem in various industrial fields. Many researches have been focused on the analysis on outbreak of musculoskeletal disorders in order to reduce and prevent them. As a similar endeavor, this paper provides factor analysis on outbreak of musculoskeletal disorders. Questionnaire surveys regarding musculoskeletal disorders were conducted for the total number of 250 field workers. For the purpose of this study, seven independent variables(gender, age, career, housework, accident, trouble, and pain) are taken from questionnaires. The provided analysis result will be helpful as a starting point for root cause analysis and reduction of musculoskeletal disorders and also for establishment of safe work environments.

디젤동차용 엔진 라이너 파손 원인에 관한 연구 (The Cause Analysis on Fracture of Diesel Locomotive Engine Liner)

  • In this study, we investigated the cause analysis on fracture of diesel locomotive engine liner, which was trouble assuming the inflow of cooling water. In order to reveal the cause of fracture, we studied the use history of engine, the drawing of production appearance and the stress distribution of engine in use. Also, we conducted experiments such as tension strength test, bending test and hardness test. Next, we observed fractured sections by SEM for the purposed of explaining the fracture mechanism of engine liner. Test results showed that fracture mechanism was brittle fracture due to coarse casting structure and stress concentration caused by manufacturing badness.

  • This paper proposes a reduction method for the mis-operation analysis of the DC High Speed Circuit Breaker(HSCB) in electric railway substation system. The analysis method is based on present condition of operation which is a method for accuracy level up. There is reason to operation of HSCB that it is mis-operation of fault detection relay(50F), operation of ground fault relay(64P), and trouble of electric car. A countermeasure is relay resetting through field test, induction of GTOCB(Gate Turn Off Thyristor Circuit Breaker), HSVCB(High Speed Vacuum Circuit Breaker), coordination with electric car. The results presented in the paper can be used as a reference for maintenance free in electric railway substation system.

  • In reference to conventional line speed-up and improvement railway, accurate assembly of turnout affects traveling quality of turnout area and running safety. Because of heavy weight and a large volume of the long sleepers and car limit, transport and construction of the P.C(prestress concrete) sleeper turnout is the most difficult process. the prerequisite for trouble-free transport of the factory pre-assembled major turnout components is achieved through division of long sleepers. So, in this paper we investigate structural safety of segmented sleeper which is adopted for the first time to improve performance of turnout and, new construction method.

  • A railway open deck plate girder bridge without ballast should support relatively heavier vehicle loads compared with its self-weight. For such a reason, actual dynamic response of the bridge is considerably differing with normal prediction because additional masses added from vehicle to a bridge have an effect on the dynamic characteristics of the bridge. These differences affect to the estimation of a natural frequency change that adopted for one of the evaluation technique of strength decrease, and these make trouble to the analysis of a natural frequency from the field test data that measured at the bridge subjected to a running vehicle. In this study, classification of mass participation ratio for each component of open deck plate girder bridge without ballast and the comparison according to the change of vibration characteristics for the case of subjected to a running vehicle were accomplished.

  • Since the braking system of rolling stock is directly linked to it's safety, ensuring reliability of braking system and evaluation of performance of it are very important. To develope the performance of braking system, it is required advanced technology and gradually various factors in the field test result This study is designed to analyze various factors about braking force in rolling stock, also, by comparing braking force of KTX with that of high speed train. The study suggests to establish a method of computation of braking force suitable for high speed train having a lot of trouble in calculating braking distance by diversification of patterns of braking system such as the train of speed up and introduction of electric and pneumatic braking system.

  • Recently, the oil suppliers who supply the tax-exempt oil to the fishery are confronted with big trouble in their supply and demand system due to the unstable global oil prices. We applied the seasonal ARIMA(SARIMA) model to the low-sulfur and high-sulfur crude oil which are in great request and developed forecasting systems for them. Since there are many parameters in SARIMA, it is difficult to estimate the optimal parameters, but it is overcome by using simulation looping program. In conclusion, we found that the obvious seasonality in demand of low-sulfur and these demands are tending downwards gradually.

Yarn Hairiness Affecting Fluff Generation

  • Fluff (lint, fiber fly) generation, especially related to yarn structure, was investigated. Research centered on the fiber length related to fluff generation during the knitting process. Short fiber length composing yarn structure was a main source of the fluff shedding. High quality spun yarn with longer length of fiber was recommended to the high speed knitting industry in order to reduce process troubles such as yarn breakage, etc. but the cost is doubtable to the manufacturers. A trial to reduce the fluff trouble by using chemicals to hold the short fiber on the surface of the yam was suggested and the research showed a positive effect to the problem. However, another factors including a by-product of chemical residue and searching more feasible material need to be concerned for the future research.

  • This paper describes a noble fault diagnosis method using inter node search technique in PN model. First, a complicated fault system is modeled as PN graphic expressions. Next, to find out sources for faults on which we focus, the PN model is analyzed using the backward chaining of T-invariance. In this step, the technique of inter node search is applied for reducing some range of sources in a fault. Also, colnposing method of incidence matrix in PN is proposed. Then, it makes the diagnosis system to very flelible system because new knowledges about the sources in a fault can be added easily to conventional systems. Finally, the proposed method is applied to the automobile trouble diagnosis system to confirm the validity of the method.

  • CRDI 시스템에서의 ECU는 센서의 정보를 분석하여 최적의 조건으로 엔진이 동작하도록 한다. 이러한 ECU의 프로그램 부분과 데이터 부분은 제작자에서만 변경할 수 있어 엔진을 진단하는 진단기의 경우 전문가가 아니면 사용하거나 내용을 이해하기가 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 산업용 차량의 엔진 데이터 값을 OBD-II표준을 사용하여 입력받아 사용자 중심의 진단기를 PC 및 모바일용으로 개발하였다. 본 연구의 진단기는 운전자 중심의 진단 서비스를 제공하며, 자동차 고장진단 신호 및 센서 출력 신호를 유선시스템과 무선 시스템인 블루투스 모듈을 이용하여 실시간 통신이 제공되도록 함으로써 엔진이상으로 인한 사고의 예방이 가능하고, 최적의 조건으로 엔진이 동작하므로 과도한 배기가스 배출이나 불완전 연소가스 배출과 같은 대기환경오염을 예방할 수 있어 최근 대두되고 있는 에코산업에도 이바지 할 수 있을 것이다.
