The purposes of this study were to research the behavior of consumption and needs about the female university students to provide useful information which would help finding the marketing source of cosmeceuticals. The sample was consisted of 464 female university students who had experiences of using the cosmeceuticals. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, frequency, x2-test, t-test, ANOVA(LSD) using SPSSWIN. The results were as follows: When the female university students purchased the cosmeceuticals, they considered the effectiveness and the price, so were satisfied with good effect and low price. The most important marketing methods in cosmeceuticals for female university students were through the internet and mail order shopping. Whereas, demerit factors of internet shopping were founded to be the complexity of exchange or refund and the little chance of free samples for trial. The good marketing strategies might be sending trial samples, future payment system after trial period, and/or supporting the event held in the university. Besides, it might be a consideration to have an event for the improvement by public trial. Anti-aging cosmeceutical was the most preferred item for female students, sun protection and whitening cosmetics next in order. Therefore, a target customer for cosmeceuticals might be lowered in age. The purchasing cost system and therapeutic effect of cosmeceuticals had to be developed for 20's. It was necessary to be safe and effective. The factors affecting the level of satisfaction for cosmeceuticals could be categorized into 4; market environment, simplicity of purchase, product merit and additional service. The needs for cosmeceuticals showed significant differences according to grade and kinds of product.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the current status of interventional clinical trial registration for children with precocious puberty and to secure basic data for the design of clinical trials for traditional Korean medicine treatment of precocious puberty. Methods The following resources were used to search for data: Clinicaltrial.gov, World Health Organization International Clinical Trials Registry Platform (WHO ICTRP), and Clinical Research Information Service (CRIS), using the search terms, 'Precocious puberty', 'child'. All clinical trials which were registered as of June 2022 were used. Results For the intervention and clinical trial design, gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) analog was reported in 41.7% of trials, and single group assignment was performed in 66.7% of the studies. Prior consent had not been reported in 50% of the studies. Tanner stage and GnRH stimulation tests were reported by multiple trials as inclusion criteria, and prior treatment experiences for trial drugs were reported as exclusion criteria. The peak serum concentration of luteinizing hormone following GnRH stimulation test was used as a primary outcome in 45.8% of clinical trials, and other growth-related indicators such as growth rate, height, and predicted adult height were also reported. Conclusions In consideration of the design, eligibility criteria, and outcome measurement of the existing clinical trials identified in this study, it should be referred to in the design of clinical trials for traditional Korean medicine treatment of precocious puberty.

In order to meet the customers'emerging demands for more bandwidth and diverse IP multimedia applications including high definition(HD) video streaming service, KT presents innovative FTTP solution using WDM-PON system. FTTP comprises an OLT inside the central office, a fiber optic distribution network including a passive remote node in the outside plant, and ONU installed on the pole or wall of customers premise. The passive remote node is located in a manhole near the subscribers and does not require any electrical power supply. And finally, UTP cable is connected from ONU to subscribers'IP appliances like PC or HGW or IP-STB. KT finished its FTTP trial service in 2004 and commercial deployment has begun since 2005. With this FTTP solution, each subscriber can enjoy high-speed internet service with speeds of up to symmetric 100 Mbit/s and various IP media applications including HD quality IP video streaming service and high quality video phone service.

스마트농업 교육은 자기주도형 학습으로 제공되어 공간,장소,시간에 제약을 받지 않으며 서비스 사용자의 현재 상태를 감시하여 서비스 제공에 반영시킬 수 있도록 상황인지 기능을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 스마트농업 교육서비스의 개념과 교육 서비스를 위한 요구사항 그리고 참조구조의 교육 표준 모델을 분석한다. 또한 스마트 농업 교육 서비스의 확산을 위해 필수적으로 요구되는 네트워크 기반에서의 교육 서비스의 모델을 제시하여 스마트 농업 국내외 표준화 및 농업정보의 확산에 기여하리라 판단된다.

This research is the ever first trial to demonstrate how consumer perceives price fairness of airfare. That, I did research on airline's flexible price changes and its effects on consumer's perceiving price fairness, proved the causality between before and after of airline service experience and examined the interest in moderating role of airline service. In addition to this, you also can see a markdown can have effects on consumer's perceiving price fairness. The main results are: Perceived price fairness before experience airline service had positive effects on perceiving price as fair. Since the direction of perceived price fairness coincides with in the context of the consumer's experience, so the preliminarily evaluated fairness had positive effects on the post fairness acceptance. With the second result, when you see consumer's perceived price fairness beforehand service experience has effects on post service experience in perceiving price fairness, you see the activation of a markdown, in-flight service, after-flight service as moderating roles as they strengthen the tie between the two perception modes and exhibited interaction with the price fairness beforehand service experience the independent variable. As the last one, a markdown of airfare had positive influence on consumer in perceiving price fairness. So, even if he/she becomes aware of overcharging, he/she will not pursue price being unfair. With these results, you can tell a markdown of airline service could have positive influence on both new and established consumers in the aspect of perceiving price fairness.

Objectives : This trial aimed to determine if Wasong (Orostachys japonicus) extract can enhance immune system and is safe enough to be approved as a health functional food. Methods : Total 62 people, aged 45 and older, will be recruited to participate in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial. This study will compare Wasong extract and placebo. Wasong group will take 1g of Wasong extract, once a day, for 8 weeks. Placebo group will take 1g of crystalline cellulose as placebo, once a day, for 8 weeks. Outcomes will be measured at the baseline, the end of 4th week, and 8th week. Primary outcomes are the ratio of NK cells/total lymphocytes and the ratio of T-helper cells/T-suppressor cells. Secondary outcomes are total white blood cell count, the ratio of neutrophils, lymphocytes, and monocytes in total leukocytes, the ratio of total T cells, T-helper cells, T-suppressor cells, and B cells to lymphocytes, the amount of blood IgM, IgG, IgA, and cytomegalovirus (CMV) IgG, and blood metabolite target &global analysis. Results : This trial was approved by institutional review board of Pusan National University Korean Medicine Hospital (registry number: 2016006), and registered in Clinical Research information Service, one of WHO International Clinical Trials Registry Platform (registry number: PRE20161006-002). Recruitment opened in February 2017 and is supposed to be completed by August 2017. The result is expected to be published by June 2018. Conclusion : This trial will provide clinical information to determine the efficacy and safety of Wasong in enhancing immune system of middle-aged and older people.

Objectives : To address most probable and suitable method for designing clinical trial intervening Traditional Korean Herbal Medicine on hwa-byung. Study Design : A systematic review of research studies of complementary and/or alternative medical(CAM) treatment of depression, and of domestic clinical trials of Traditional Korean Medicine, and of Chinese clinical trials of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods : Randomized, controlled trials(RCTs) of treatment of depression intervening herbal medicine were searched through MEDLINE, Cochrane Library, and CNKI databases. Also, domestic RCTs intervening Traditional Korean Herbal Medicine were searched through Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal and Korean studies Information Service System(KISS). Studies were evaluated using Iadad scale and self-designed tool for this study. Results : Thirty four RCT studies( 10 from MEDLINE, 16 from CNKI, 8 domestic studies) of herbal medicine met inclusion criteria. Mean Jadad score of studies published in English was 2.8${\pm}$0.79, in Chinese 1.94${\pm}$0.77, and in Korean 2.75${\pm}$0.71. Twenty one percent of studies included pattern differentiation in their inclusion criteria. Twenty nine percent of studies used combined treatment of herbal and conventional medicine. Among studies on depression, 9% included Complementary Medical assessing tools. Conclusions : There is shortage of domestic clinical trial involving herbal medicine. In China, studies tend to focus on investigating effect of Combined treatment of herbal and conventional medicine on depression. Clinical trial(s) of hwa-byung should provide good internal validity by describing methodology for randomization, double-blinding, and attrition. Also, specific guideline for clinical trial, including Traditional Korean Medical aspects across inclusion criteria, and assessing tools is needed.

Globally, under the leadership of advanced ICT countries, the private sector is promoting various policies to promote the digital transformation of public services. Looking at the research trend, design of public service indicators, development of evaluation system, and empirical research are being carried out steadily, but there are insufficient research cases on models in which the private sector participates in the planning, development, and operation of public services. In this study, Private-centric digital public service suitability evaluation indicators were discovered through interviews with experts in various fields, and weights for each indicator were analyzed through AHP evaluation. In addition, by applying the analysis results to 18 digital public services on a trial basis, the importance and priority of evaluation indicators for each service were derived, and at the same time, the evaluation framework was designed and applied to diagnose implications. As a result of the study, 'social utility', 'corporate acceptability', and 'public acceptability' were selected as the top three indicators of suitability evaluation. At this time, it was analyzed that the weight of the 'company acceptability' index, which includes sub-indices such as 'service profitability', 'service scalability', and 'private initiative possibility', was the highest among the three top indicators. As a result of the demonstration for public services, "IoT facility unmanned remote monitoring service", "blockchain real estate transaction service", and "digital twin disaster prediction service" were evaluated as the most suitable public services for the transition to the private sector.

In this paper, as the first step to assess and enhance the reliability of Korea High Speed Train, electric traction system is selected and reliability analysis is carried out. The electric traction system is classified into subsystems and functional block diagrams and reliability block diagrams are drawn. Expressions to calculate the reliability are deducted and Mean Kilometer Between Service Failure is calculated using the trial test results on the track. Calculated results show reliability growth of the electric traction system.

KEPRI has carried out IEC61850 communication conformance test about the IED trial products. This paper describes dataset conformance testing, one of the IEC 61850-10 conformance test items, and test procedures on IED. KEPRI plans to construct the testing field of IEC 61850 based substation automation system with domestic IEDs confirmed their IEC 61850 communication service including dataset.
