AHP 분석을 이용한 교통수요관리 정책에 관한 연구 - 국내외의 정책 비교 및 중요도 측정 - (A Study on the Transportation Demand Management Policy Using AHP Analysis - Domestic and Foreign Policy Comparison of Importantance Measurement -)

  • 자동차 보유의 증가로 수도권 지역에서 인구가 출 퇴근하는 행태가 자동차이용형으로 급변하는 현실에서 자동차를 받아들일 수 있는 인프라가 대단히 열악하다. 교통수요관리 정책이 시행됨에도 불구하고 여전히 많은 통행이 나타나고 있으며, 이에 상응하는 국내 외 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재 국내 외에서 시행되고 있는 교통수요관리 정책을 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이 설문조사를 바탕으로 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)분석을 수행하여 국내 외에서 시행되고 있는 교통수요관리 정책을 비교하여 우위를 정하고 이용자들이 느끼는 각 항목별 중요도와 만족도를 파악하였다. 또한 AHP분석 기법을 통하여 얻어낸 항목별 중요도와 만족도를 바탕으로 각 교통수요관리 정책 특성을 비교하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구를 통해 파악된 요인들로 현재의 현황을 분석하고 앞으로의 교통수요 정책 방향을 정립하여 향후 교통여건개선에 활용하고자 한다.

행정중심복합도시 대중교통 이용활성화를 위한 수요탄력성 분석 (An Analysis of Demand Elasticity to Facilitate the Use of Public Transportation in the Administrative City)

  • Administrative city has been developed step by step aiming to being a public transport-oriented new city. In spite of its primary goal, administrative city is dominated by car-oriented tansportaion system because the supply of public transportation has not been adequately and timely performed. In this study, we investigate the current situation related to (public) transportation use in administrative city. Also, we examine the issues of traffic system through a survey on residents' consciousness about public transportation use. Additionally, the analysis of demand elasticity according to the change of the conditions of using public transportation and passenger car is conducted for passenger car users. As a result, it is analyzed that as the neighborhood is more stabilized after the completion of development the resistance to the abandonment of passenger car is higher when the tide demand control method is introduced. Therefore, it is concluded that pre-emptive public transportation supply and the management of car demand management are necessary for the activation of public transportation in Administrative city.

안정동력학에 의한 가변수요 통행배정모형 (A Variable Demand Traffic Assignment Model Based on Stable Dynamics)

  • This study developed a variable demand traffic assignment model by stable dynamics. Stable dynamics, suggested by Nesterov and do Palma[19], is a new model which describes and provides a stable state of congestion in urban transportation networks. In comparison with the user equilibrium model, which is based on the arc travel time function in analyzing transportation networks, stable dynamics requires few parameters and is coincident with intuitions and observations on congestion. It is therefore expected to be a useful analysis tool for transportation planners. In this study, we generalize the stable dynamics into the model with variable demands. We suggest a three stage optimization model. In the first stage, we introduce critical travel times and dummy links and determine variable demands and link flows by applying an optimization problem to an extended network with the dummy links. Then we determine link travel times and path flows in the following stages. We present a numerical example of the application of the model to a given network.

Design of Intelligent Transportation Control System Based on Blockchain Technology

  • Transportation allocation requires information such as storage location and order information. In order to guarantee the safe transmission and real-time sharing of information in all links, an intelligent transportation control system based on blockchain technology is designed. Firstly, the technical architecture of intelligent transportation information traceability blockchain and the overall architecture of intelligent transportation control system were designed. Secondly, the transportation management demand module and storage demand management module were designed, and the control process of each module was given. Then, the type of intelligent transportation vehicle was defined, the objective function of intelligent transportation control was designed, and the objective function of intelligent transportation control was constructed. Finally, the intelligent transportation control was realized by genetic algorithm. It was found that when the transportation order volume was 50×103, and the CPU occupancy of the designed system was only 11.8%. The reliability attenuation of the code deletion scheme was lower, indicating better performance of the designed system.

버스운행관리 및 수송전략에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Bus Operation Management and Transport Strategy)

  • The bus should supply an equal service to the whole community as feeder trip. However the existing bus route can not supply an effective feeder service in spite of the changes in the latent demand by the variety of regional structural change. This study aimed to establish the concept which frames the bus operation and management to cope with the latent demand to the bus. This study tackled this evidence by analyzing the transportation problems in terms of the urban growth emphasizing the following issues ; First, the strategy to improve the bus operation Second the land use control appropriate for the public transportation network Third economical range to justify the bus operation Second, the land use control appropriate for the public transportation network Third, economical range to justify the bus operation Fourth, the allowance for the private transportation mode On the latter part, the difference on the bus operation was compared to determine the range within which the bus operation could be justified. This study would provide some implications to improve the management for bus operation and fundamental information to develop the bus operation system.

  • Rapid globalization of production and marketing functions makes choice of international transportation mode of great importance. In this paper, transportation mode is characterized by two factors, mean and variability of transportation lead time. We developed a simple mathematical model to estimate the relative impact of mean lead time, lead time variance and demand variance on the required average inventory level under specified service rates.

A Study on Transportation Optimization and Efficient Production Method of Raw Materials for Pellet for Construction of Supply Chain Management

  • This study designed a model of the efficient production schemes and raw materials transportation optimization of current South Korean's simple and monolithic distribution system of wood to build a SCM (supply chain management) as a basic level to establish a distribution of future by pellet production of raw materials costs and reduce transport costs, and specifically to forest of pallet to contribute to revitalizing the market. The result of each transportation costs after building the best transportation network from raw material supply area to demand area applying transport law was 964,600 thousands Won from 6 supply areas to 7 demand areas. And the result of each model's analysis to get the pellet's efficient production through production cost reduction showed that it reduced from 325,701 Won/t to 240,106 Won/t, results of existing efficient pellet for the production model 8,233 tons over 20,000 tons annual production capacity from the size of the expanded production capacity when the expansion. However, when the production size expanded to 50,000 Tons of the production, the effect was very small even though production cost decreased.

A Study on Predicting the demand for Public Shared Bikes using linear Regression

  • As the need for eco-friendly transportation increases due to the deepening climate crisis, many local governments in Korea are introducing shared bicycles. Due to anxiety about public transportation after COVID-19, bicycles have firmly established themselves as the axis of daily transportation. The use of shared bicycles is spread, and the demand for bicycles is increasing by rental offices, but there are operational and management difficulties because the demand is managed under a limited budget. And unfortunately, user behavior results in a spatial imbalance of the bike inventory over time. So, in order to easily operate the maintenance of shared bicycles in Seoul, bicycles should be prepared in large quantities at a time of high demand and withdrawn at a low time. Therefore, in this study, by using machine learning, the linear regression algorithm and MS Azure ML are used to predict and analyze when demand is high. As a result of the analysis, the demand for bicycles in 2018 is on the rise compared to 2017, and the demand is lower in winter than in spring, summer, and fall. It can be judged that this linear regression-based prediction can reduce maintenance and management costs in a shared society and increase user convenience. In a further study, we will focus on shared bike routes by using GPS tracking systems. Through the data found, the route used by most people will be analyzed to derive the optimal route when installing a bicycle-only road.

A Fuzzy Multi-Objective Linear Programming Model: A Case Study of an LPG Distribution Network

  • Supply chain management is a subject that has an increasing importance due to the developments in the global markets and technology. In this paper, a fuzzy multi-objective linear programming model is developed for the supply chain of a company dealing with procurement, storage, filling, and distribution of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in Turkey. The model intends to determine the quantities of LPG to be procured, stored, filled to cylinders, and transported between the plants and demand centers for six planning periods. In this model, which aims to minimize both total costs (sum of procurement, storage, filling, and transportation costs) and total transportation distances, demand quantities of the main demand centers and decision maker's aspiration levels about objective functions are fuzzy. After comparing the results obtained from the model with those obtained by using different methods, it is concluded that the proposed method can be applied to real world problems practically and it may be used in this type of problems in order to generate an efficient solution.

목표지향 기종점 교통수요 관리모형연구 (Methods for a target-oriented travel demand management)

  • 교통수요관리(travel demand management)는 통행수요를 적절히 제어함으로서 교통혼잡을 최소화시키려는 목적으로 시행되는 제반 교통정책이라 할 수 있다. 교통수요를 적절히 관리하기 위해서는 먼저, 정책목표를 설정하고 이를 달성할 수 있는 최적의 정책변수들을 찾아야 하는데, 현재 이에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이런 측면에서 본 연구는 설정된 정책목표를 달성하기 위한 교통수요관리모형과 이를 풀기 위한 알고리듬을 제시한다. 교통수요관리모형은 2가지로 개발되는데, 첫 번째 모형은, 기점과 종점간 평균 통행시간을 대상으로 목표치를 설정한 후 이 목표치를 달성하기 위한 적정 통행수요를 구하는 문제이며, 두 번째 모형은 혼잡이 심한 특정한 지역을 대상으로 해당지역에 포함된 링크의 교통량/용량비가 일정한 목표수준을 유지되도록 하는 최적 통행수요를 구하는 문제이다. 간단한 예제 교통망을 대상으로 본 연구에서 제시한 모형들을 평가한다.
