수요관리 프로그램의 잠재량 평가방안 (Evaluation Mechanism of DSM Potentials)

  • Restructuring of electricity industry is going on for the purpose of introducing competition and after separation of generation and retail business and introduction of competition, substantial change is expected in overall electric power system. In other words, DSM projects are divided with public projects and private projects. Particularly for public project, it is essential to evaluate the DSM volumes by program. This paper tries to derive the ways for achieving the necessary DSM goal in the electricity industry in Korea. First of all, by analyzing the load in Korea, we forecast the standard demand and estimate the technological potentials of each program in considering DSM technological indicators. Moreover, by using economic analysis by program, we estimate economic potentials and finally, we estimate the potentials by program in considering the DSM policy. We estimate the potentials by using random method because application methodology and procedures by program are not established until now, which leads to not obtaining transparency for implementation effect by program. Therefore, this paper estimates the future potentials of DSM projects by using the logical and systematic analytic method and establishing database for DSM basic indicator. The DSM goals estimated by this method will be reflected to mid/long term nation-wide resource planning, which will mitigate anticipated power supply shortage and be applied to derive desirable energy demand/supply structure.

ENHANCING UTILIZATION OF BUILDINGS THROUGH INTEGRATED ANALYSIS OF SPACE, USER, AND USER ACTIVITY

  • Enhancing utilization of buildings is gaining in importance in response to a challenging economy; thus, there is a need for a method that analyzes space, user, and user activity in an integrated way to provide project stakeholders with utilization information to support their decision-making about buildings. Conventional methods, such as architectural programming and post-occupancy evaluation, lack a formal relationship between user activity and other information, and therefore, are coarse-grained. This relationship has been formalized by two relatively new methods that provide fine-grained utilization information: workplace planning and space-use analysis. We characterize these two methods with focuses on their usage in different phases (i.e., planning, design, occupancy), required information that needs to be gathered, and the achievement and limitations in terms of three criteria, i.e., consistency, efficiency, and transparency. This characterization would not only help project stakeholders select and use a method that best meets their purposes for enhancing utilization of their buildings, but also provide researchers with promising research topics regarding enhancing utilization of buildings.

  • 유리강회플라스틱(GRP)은 재료의 자중에 비해 아주 높은 강도를 가지고 있다. 또한 부재의 두께에 따라서 투명 혹은 반투명의 효과를 거둘 수 있다. 하지만 Hand laminating의 특성상 일률적인 재료의 강도를 선뢰하기 어렵기 때문에 구조 계산 혹은 설계 시 반드시 재료 실험을 수행하여야한다. 본 논문은 두께 4mm, 높이 30m의 의장적 기둥을 구조적으로 설계하기 위한 재료 실험을 수행하였다. 또한 실험 결과에 대한 평가를 통해 DIN에서 규정하는 재료적인 강도와 비교 분석하였다. 이를 통해 규준에서 제시하는 값과의 차이를 확인했으며 실제 설계에 반영하기 위해 반드시 재료실험이 수행되어야함을 알 수 있다.

연잎가루 첨가량에 따른 증편의 이화학적, 관능적 특성 (Qualitative Characteristics of Jeung-Pyun Following the Addition of Lotus Leaf Powder)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of lotus leaf powder on the qualitative characteristics of Jeung-Pyun (traditional Korean fermented rice cake). To achieve the highest volume and specific volume, 4% lotus leaf powder was required. However the moisture content dropped as the lotus leaf powder was added to the mixture. In addition, pH of Jeung-Pyun decreased the longer it was allowed to ferment, but the pH increased after steaming. We also evalusted the transparency of Jeung-Pyun as lotus leaf powder was added. As the lotus leaf powder was added, the L-value decreased and the a-value and b-value increased. Additionally, the hardness, chewiness and brittleness of Jeung-Pyun increased as more lotus leaf powder was added (p<0.05), but the springiness and cohesiveness did not change. The Jeung-Pyun also became darker and the cells became less uniform as the level of lotus powder increased. A control group of Jeung-Pyun without lotus leaf powder produced the strongest takju flavor, while the sourness decreased as more lotus leaf powder was added. The addition of 2% and 4% lotus leaf powder resulted in the chewiest and most flexible Jeung-Pyun. The results of this evaluation showed that Jeung-Pyun with 4% lotus leaf powder had the best appearance, flavor, texture, and taste, and was generally the most preferred Jeung-Pyun. Finally, SEM evaluation of the Jeung-Pyun, revealed that, higher levels of lotus leaf powder resulted in larger and less consistent pores and bubbles.

소규모 생태연못(원흥이 방죽)의 부영양화 평가 (Evaluation of Trophic State of a Small-scale Pond (Wonheung) in Ecological Park)

  • Many small-scale ponds that serve as ecological habitat, recreation and irrigation are faced to eutrophication problem, which causes aesthetic nuisance and ultimately loss of their functions. Thus accurate evaluation of the trophic state of these ponds is essential to provide rational information to the stakeholders so that they can develop effective management actions. In this study, the trophic state of a small pond (Wonheung) that experiencing water quality degradation due to vicinity land development was assessed using various Trophic State Indexes (TSIs) and statistical analysis including Principal Components Analysis (PCA) based on the field monitoring data obtained from May to December, 2007. The results showed that the pond is under eutrophic state with average total nitrogen (T-N) and total phosphorus (T-P) concentrations of $708.1{\mu}g/L$ and $59.3{\mu}g/L$, respectively. The factor loading plot obtained from PCA showed distinct two influencing factors, PC 1 and PC 2. PC 1 was grouped by T-P, Chlorophyll a (Chl-a), suspended solids (SS), TN/TP ratio, and transparency that all strongly related to the eutrophication state, while PC 2 by temperature, conductivity, dissolved oxygen (DO) and turbidity that explains the seasonal water quality variations. The limiting factor was identified as light rather than phosphorus by both T-N/T-P ratio and TSI indexes analysis. The results and methodology adopted in this study can be used for water quality assessment for other small ponds and lakes.

공공발주기관의 ERP 적용효과 평가방안 - 사례연구중심으로 (Effect of ERP Implementation for Public Owner - Based on Case Study)

  • 기업의 생산성, 품질향상 및 원가절감 등을 위해 공공기업에서도 ERP시스템을 도입하여 활용중이다. 본 논문은 ERP 도입 후 업무프로세스 개선 정도를 분석하여 ERP 도입 성과를 제시하였다. 이를 위해 K사를 대상으로 업무프로세스 개선이 어느 정도 향상 되었는지 설문을 통하여 자료를 수집하고, AHP기법을 이용하여 평가 방안을 제시하고 분석하였다. 설문을 통해 각 업무 분야별 가중치를 결정하고, 업무개선정도를 평가하기 위해 업무효율성, 업무처리 투명성, 정보공유도 향상, 사용편의성에 대해 ERP 도입 후 효과를 평가하였다. K사가 ERP 도입 초기임을 감안하면 ERP도입의 성과가 발현되는 것으로 판단할 수 있다. 프로세스 개선효과가 가장 크게 나타난 분야는 인사관리로 직원들이 실질적으로 활용 가능한 업무프로세스들이 포함되어 있어 가장 높은 평가를 받았다. 그러나 업무개선정도 지표인 정보공유도 향상은 상대적으로 낮은 평가를 받음으로써 추후 ERP시스템 보완이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 이와 같이 본 연구에서는 사용자 중심의 주관적인 평가를 AHP기법을 이용하여 ERP 도입성과를 정량화하여 보여줌으로써 공공발주기관의 ERP 도입 성과를 측정 평가하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

유엔기후변화협상에 관한 세계시민회의 숙의과정 평가: 글로벌 프레이밍, 로컬 셋팅 (Evaluation of the World Wide Views on Climate and Energy in Seoul: Global framing and Local setting)

  • 지난 6월 6일 77개국 1만여 명의 세계시민이 참여한 유엔기후변화협상에 관한 세계시민회의(World Wide Views)는 전 지구적 이슈인 기후변화 거버넌스를 위해 세계 일반시민들이 참가한 숙의형 의사결정과정의 실험이다. 기본 구조는 덴마크기술위원회(DBT)를 중심으로 한 코디네이터(이하 운영본부)가 전체 과정을 기획하고 세계 각국의 현지파트너가 각자의 지역에서 시민회의를 개최하는 것이다. 이후 운영본부에서 각국의 결과를 취합하여 보고서의 형태로 정책협상의장인 유엔기후변화협약(UNFCCC) 당사국 총회(COP21)에 전달하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 다양한 과학기술영역에서 실험 되어온 시민 숙의라는 정책결정 기제가 추구하는 가치들(대표성, 투명성, 공평성, 숙의성, 영향력)이 글로벌 환경에서 프레이밍 되어져 한국에서 적용된 세계시민회의 사례에서 어떻게 드러나는지 평가하고 한계와 가능성을 점검한다.

사용자 메뉴 선호도 기반 모바일 인터페이스 3D 시각화 기법 (A 3D visualization method for mobile interface based on user's menu preference)

  • 모바일 인터페이스 분야에서 사용자별로 메뉴 사용 성향의 분석이 현재 중요한 화두가 되고 있다. 현재의 모바일 기기는 통신사 또는 제조사에서 규정한 형태로 설계된 이후에는 사용자가 사용하면서 발생하는 정보를 반영하여 재구성해 주는 기능이 제공되지 않고 있다. 모바일 기기에 탑재되는 메뉴의 수가 지속적으로 증가하고 있지만 메뉴들은 선호도에 관계없이 모두 동일한 수준으로 제시되기 때문에 모바일 인터페이스의 유용성을 떨어뜨리는 원인이 되고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 모바일 기기의 메뉴 사용정보를 분석하고 이를 3D의 시각화 기법을 활용하여 모바일 인터페이스에 적용하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 성능평가를 위하여 깊이, 투명도, 애니메이션의 3D 시각화 기법을 모바일 인터페이스에 적용하고 각 기법별 유용성을 비교하고자 사용자의 메뉴 탐색 시간을 측정하는 실험을 수행하였다.

식품안전관리망 강화를 위한 블록체인 기술 도입의 적절성 평가 (Evaluation of Introducing Feasibility of Blockchain Technology to Food Safety Management Network)

  • 수출입 증명, 위생등급제, 식품 민원처리, 식품 관련 인증, 식품 위해정보 관리 및 식품이력추적 관리제도 등 식품안전관리 시스템에 블록체인 기술도입의 적절성을 효과성과 제약성 평가지표에 따라 전문가 대상 설문조사를 실시하여 평가하였다. 식품안전 업무영역별 블록체인 도입 적절성에 대한 포트폴리오 분석을 진행하여 블록체인 도입 우선순위를 설정하였다. 블록체인 도입 시 효과를 기대할 수 있는 영역은 식품인증, 위생등급제, 위해정보 및 수출입 증명 업무였다. 반면, 이력추적 및 민원처리업무의 경우 블록체인 도입의 효과성이 낮아 도입대상에서 제외할 것으로 평가되었다. 한편 조사된 6가지의 식품안전관리 업무영역 모두에서 블록체인 도입 시 비용, 법 제도 개정 등 보통 이상의 제약성이 존재하였다. 특히, 식품이력추적관리 분야는 도입 추진 시 가장 제약사항이 많을 것으로 평가되었다. 블록체인 도입 시 수출입 증명업무의 효과는 높으나 비용과 법 개정 등 제약성이 높아 블록체인 도입을 위해서는 제도개선 등이 필요할 것으로 판단되었다. 평가대상 업무분야들 중 식품인증, 위생등급제 및 위해정보 관련 업무는 블록체인 도입 시 신뢰성과 투명성을 크게 향상시키면서 제약성이 상대적으로 낮아 블록체인을 우선적으로 도입하는데 적합할 것으로 평가되었다.

칡전분과 한국산밀로 만든 라면의 품질연구 (A Study on the Quality of Ramyon Made from Korean Wheat and Arrowroot(Pueraria thunbergiana B) Starch)

  • This study examines the cooking quality, rheology, and sensory characteristics of ramyon noodles made from Korean wheat and arrowroot starch. The control was made from Australian standard wheat(ASW) and the sample was made from Korean wheat. The ratios of arrowwood starch in the sample group were 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30% respectively, and the result was as follows: the yield of the arrowwood starch was 18.8% and moisture level was 14.2%. The lightness(L), redness(a), and yellowness(b) of ASW were 92.07, 1.44, 10.22 respectively, whereas those of Korean wheat were 92.05, 1.55, 11.01, which means the two kinds of wheat showed very little difference in lightness, but Korean wheat had higher degrees of a and b than ASW. The color value of arrowroot starch is L 72.65, a 3.44, b 12.92, so it has a lower degree of lightness and higher degrees of a and b than two kinds of wheat. Dried ramyon displayed a lower degree of lightness and higher degrees of a and b than cooked ramyon, but the first decreased and a increased as we increased the ratio of arrowroot starch in it. The weight of dried ramyon did not show a significant difference among the groups. On the other hand, the weight, volume, water absorption, and the turbidity of cooked ramyon increased as we increased the amount of arrowroot starch in it. The maximum weight, solidity, and elasticity of the control group were greater than those of ramyon made from Korean wheat, but its brittleness was lower. The two groups showed the same degrees of hardness, adhesiveness, and cohesiveness. The maximum weight, solidity, and adhesiveness of the control group increased as we increased the amount of arrowroot starch in it, and the hardness and brittleness were great when the ratio of arrowroot starch was 20%; elasticity was greatest when the ratio of arrowroot starch was 15, 20, and 25%; its adhesiveness and cohesiveness did not depend on the amount of arrowroot starch in it. In the sensory characteristics evaluation, the items that showed significant differences include: appearance (p<0.01), color(p<0.01), smell(p<0.001), transparency(p<0.05), and overall acceptability(p<0.05). The ramyon earned the highest score in appearance when the ratios of arrowroot starch were 5%, 15%, and 20%. As for color and smell, it earned the highest score when it contained 20 and 25% of arrowroot starch. The transparency decreased as we increased the amount of arrowroot starch, and overall acceptability was highest when the ratio of arrowroot starch was 15%. There was a significant difference in overall acceptability between the control and the sample group. As for the loosing speed and chewiness, there was no significant difference between the two groups. When we look at the result of various tests to evaluate the cooking quality, rheology, and sensory characteristics of ramyon noodles, ramyons that contained 15 to 25% of arrowroot starch earned the high scores, and of these the one with 20% of arrowroot starch earned the highest score on all accounts.
