패턴분석을 이용한 교류분석이론과 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on Transactional Analysis and Job Satisfaction Using Pattern Analysis)

  • 본 논문에서는 조직구성원을 대상으로 하여 이고그램, 인생태도, 스트로크, 시간의 구조화 4개의 이론을 이용한 직무만족의 패턴에 대한 연구를 하였다. 패턴분석의 도구로서는 특별히 패턴분석에 효과적인 모델인 퍼지 TAM 네트워크를 사용하였다. 퍼지 TAM 네트워크의 입력데이터는 교류분석의 4개 이론의 값이며, 출력데이터는 직무만족의 점수를 2개로 나눈 클래스이다. 연구의 결과로서는 4개의 교류분석의 이론과 직무만족의 패턴분석에 대한 트레이닝 데이터의 정답률은 85-100%, 체킹데이터의 정답률은 60%이었다.

변혁적·거래적 리더십과 직무수행성과 간의 관계: 부하 동기부여의 매개효과 (The Relationship between Transformational·Transactional Leadership and In-role Performance: Mediating Effect of Subordinator's Motivation)

  • 본 연구에서는 변혁적 거래적 리더십과 직무수행성과 간의 관계 및 내재적 동기부여와 외재적 동기부여의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 부산, 경남에 소재하는 기업에 종사하는 159명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 변혁적 거래적 리더십은 직무수행성과에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 내재적 동기부여와 외재적 동기부여는 변혁적 거래적 리더십과 직무수행성과 간의 관계를 모두 완전 매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기업 내 직무수행성과를 높이기 위해서는 리더가 성공의 상징으로 미래에 대한 비전을 제시해 주고 조직구성원들이 리더나 상사에 대한 자부심 및 높은 몰입을 갖게 함으로써 개인 및 조직성과에 긍정적 영향을 주고 있다고 할 수 있다. 특히 리더십 뿐만 아니라 구성원 개인들의 동기부여가 성과에 이르는 주요한 매개변수임을 입증함으로써 향후 기업의 인사관리자들에게 실무적 시사점을 제시 하였다.

부적응 병사들에 대한 교류분석 집단상담 프로그램의 효과 (Effect of Transactional Analysis Group Counselling Program for Maladjusted Soldiers)

  • 본 연구는 교류분석 프로그램이 육군 부적응 병사들의 개인역량과 의사소통 능력에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위한 실험연구로 단일군 전 후 설계이다. 연구대상자는 G시에 소재한 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$부대 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$캠프에 참가하고 있는 군 복무부적응 병사 8명이었고, 자료수집기간은 2015년 10월 15일에서 10월 21일까지였다. 교류분석 프로그램은 1주일에 2회, 1회당 240분(2회기)으로 2주 동안 총 8회기로 진행하였으며, 자료 수집은 실험군에게 사전-사후 자기기입식 설문방법으로 진행하였다. 자료 분석방법은 Wilcoxon의 부호순위 검정을 이용하였고, 연구결과에서 실험군은 사전에 비해 사후에 개인역량(Z=-2.366, P=.018). 개인역량의 하위요인 중 자기효능감(Z=-2.047, P=.041), 긍정성(Z=-2.058, P=.040)이 유의하게 증가하였다. 개인역량 하위요인 중 대인관계(Z=-1.179, P=.238), 군 입대 동기의 자발성(Z=-1.518, P=.129)과 의사소통 능력은 평균점수가 높아지긴 하였으나 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다(Z=-1.524, P=.128). 결론적으로 본 연구에서 사용된 교류분석 집단상담이 개인역량, 자기효능감, 긍정성을 향상시켜 군 적응을 돕는데 효과적임을 시사한다.

간호행정자의 리더십 유형에 관한 연구;거래적, 변혁적 리더십을 중심으로 (Transactional and Transformational Leadership Styles of The Nurse Administrators)

  • Today's rapidly changing healthcare environment and increasingly professional nursing practice indicate that identifying leadership characteristic of nursing leaders and executives is a vital importance in today' s time and also mandate innovative leadership for nursing service. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examined the transformational, transactional leadership styles of the Nurse Administrators. The sample consisted of sixteen mid-level nurse administrators, fifty head nurses of 5 General Hospital. Data for this study was collected from Sep. 20 to 29 by Bass' MLQ Questionnaire. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, one-way ANOVA. Major findings are as follows : Appropriate one-way ANOVA tests revealed that the differences for transformational and transactional leadership styles of nurse executives, mid-level nurse administrators as perceived by their immediate subordinates were statistically significant(P<.05). The scores of transformational and contingent reward behaviors were declined of the mid-level nurse administrators. The transactional scores of nurse administrators were lower than transformational ones, which is a desirable findings. The result of this study, the mid-level nurses administrators were perceived as the highest transformational leader by their subordinates. The nurse executives received the lower transformational leadership scores than mid-leval administrators. These results were opposit to the previous studies. Leader can aspire to these qualities of transformational leadership, building on the more traditional transactional dimensions. We can think that transformational leadership suggests a direction for developing a creative and rewarding approach to the leadership of professionalnursing practice environments. More research on transformational qualities in nursing service and controlled designs would be desirable for nursing service administration.

패밀리레스토랑 중간관리자의 리더십스타일에 따른 종사원의 직무만족 (An Investigation of the employee Job Satisfaction according to Leadership Style in Family Restaurant)

  • The purposes of this study were to measure the correlation between leadership style and job satisfaction in family restaurants, and to compare the effectiveness of two different styles of leadership: transformational and transactional. The questionnaire used in this study was designed to measure all variables in the research model, and was made two kinds for employees and for managers. It was distributed to 550 employees and 12 managers in 16 stores of 4 family restaurants, from September 10 to October 7, 2004. A total of 303 usable employees' questionnaires were received, giving a 55.0% response rate, and all of managers responded. Statistical data analysis was completed using SPSS Win(11.0) for the following analyses: descriptive, reliability, factor, ANOVA, correlation and cluster. The results were as follows. First, the most influential leader was the senior staff in most of the hierarchies that were studied. Second, transformational leadership had a positive correlation with job satisfaction for family restaurant employees, while transactional leadership had a negative correlation. Third, using cluster analysis, four leadership groups were identified: transformational(44%), transactional(29%), a combination of both styles(4%), and unidentifiable style(23%). Fourth the transformational leadership group produced e highest rates job satisfaction for family restaurant employees. The transactional leadership group produced the lowest job satisfaction. According to the results, the most reasonable leadership style in family restaurants is transformational leadership.

커피프랜차이즈 최고경영자의 리더십이 혁신성과에 미치는 영향: 조직신뢰의 매개효과 (The Impact of Coffee Shop Franchise CEO Leadership on Innovation Performance: Mediating Role of Organizational Trust)

  • Purpose - This study aims to examine the impact of leadership on organizational trust and innovation performance, and to identify whether organizational trust plays a mediating role in the relationship between leadership and innovation performance. Also, this study attempts to find out how to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness based on leadership-based or trust-based strategies. And, this research proposed that organizational trust plays a core mediating role in the relationship between transactional and transformational leadership and innovation performance. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to test the hypotheses of this study, the survey was conducted towards franchise coffee shop employees between November 7 and 18, 2016. We contacted top executives of coffee shop franchise headquarters and explained the purpose of this study. Among 150 questionnaires distributed, 123 were collected. Of these collected questionnaires, 102 questionnaires were coded and analyzed for further analysis. In order to test the unidimensionality and reliability of the factors, factor analysis and reliability test were performed using SPSS/PC+ 22.0. And, the hypotheses were tested using hierarchical mediated regression analysis. Result - The results are as follows. First, transactional leadership, and intellectual stimulation, motivation of transformational leadership had significant impacts on organizational trust. Second, organizational trust, transactional leadership, and influence of transformational leadership had significant impacts on innovation performance. Third, the mediating test of organizational trust showed that transactional leadership plays a partial mediator, and intellectual of transformational leadership plays a full mediator in the relationship between leadership and innovation performance. Conclusions - The implications of this study are as follows. First, the top management should provide their organizational members incentives or rewards based on their performance. Second, top management should identify and express a clear vision and desirable organizational goals for the future, present an idealized vision, and communicate to organizational members that the vision is achievable, also have organizational members to think creatively and find optimal solutions to difficult problems. In sum, this study revealed the important role of leadership in embedding organizational trust in and improving innovation performance of coffee shop employees and the mediating role of organizational trust in the influence of leadership on innovation performance.

  • The Purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior(OCB), and the relationship between transactional leadership and organizational citizenship behavior as well as to test the moderating effects of the Locus of Control(LOC) as the personal characteristics variable. The sample for this study consisted of 356 administrative employees from 18 universities located in Chung-Nam Province. Cronbach's alpha factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical multiple regression were used for the statistical methods. The practical implications of the findings and suggestions for future research were discussed.

유아교육기관 원장의 리더십이 유아교사의 임파워먼트와 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Director's Leadership on Teachers' Empowerment and Organizational Effectiveness in Early Childhood Educational Institutes)

  • This study investigated the influence of director's leadership on teachers' empowerment and organizational effectiveness in early childhood educational institutes. The subjects in this study were 627 teachers who worked at kindergartens and childcare centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The results showed that (1) transformational leadership had stronger effects on teacher empowerment than transactional leadership. (2) Directors' transformational leadership had meaningful effects on organizational commitment, but their transactional leadership didn't have effects on commitment. (3) Directors' transformational leadership had stronger effects on job satisfaction and job performance than transactional leadership.

시설장의 리더십과 보육교사의 임파워먼트와 직무만족도 (Directors' Leadership and Teachers' Empowerment and Job Satisfaction in Child Care Centers)

  • This study investigated the leadership skills of directors in addition to empowerment and Job satisfaction of teachers in Child Care Centers. The participants were 446 teachers who worked in early childhood educational institutes across Jeju province. The results were as following.: Firstly, transformational leadership significantly affected empowerment. However, individual consideration and transactional leadership from transformational leadership did not significantly affect empowerment. Secondly, individual consideration and intellectual stimulation from transformational leadership had a significant effect on job satisfaction. Also, reward for performance and exceptional management from transactional leadership had a significant effect on the job itself, the relationship, the working environment, and salary package among sub-variables in job satisfaction.

  • This research investigated the effect of leadership on organizational effectiveness in the public hospital. As a result of multi-regression analysis based on the data of 384 employees in 5 public hospitals in Korea, transformational leadership positively affected organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Transformational leadership had a significantly negative effect on turnover intention. Transactional leadership had a significantly positive relationship with organizational commitment and job satisfaction. This study has means that was first analysed relationship between the leadership style and organizational effectiveness of public hospital in Korea. The difference that demographic variables have on organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and turnover intention examined. Variables like gender and type of occupation have a significant difference.
