ATCIS 성능개량체계 만족 및 지속사용 의도에 미치는 영향요인 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the User Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention of the Improved Army Tactical Command Information System)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the user satisfaction and continuous use intention of the improved ATCIS in the Korean Army. Design/methodology/approach Based on the various theories in relation to IT continuance, user satisfaction was identified as the main factor with regard to the continuous use intention of the improved ATCIS. In addition, computer self-efficacy, education-training, and system quality were hypothesized as antecedent variables to user satisfaction, and information security stress was set as a moderating variable for these relationships. Findings Survey results show that computer self-efficacy, education and training, and system quality had a positive effect on user satisfaction, and information security stress was found to moderate these relationships. The effects of computer self-efficacy and education-training on user satisfaction were higher in the group with low information security stress. However, the relationship between system quality and user satisfaction was higher in the group with high information security stress. User satisfaction is found to have a positive effect on the continuous use intention even with habit considered as a control variable.

한방부인과학에서 임상실습교육의 만족도와 관련요인 분석 (The Analysis of Satisfaction with Clinical Training and the Related Factors in the Korean Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze csatisfaction with clinica1 training in the department of Korean Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology and the related factors. Methods: All the students on the graduating class of school of Korean Medicine, Dong-Shin University must be trained for 1 year in the department of Korean Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology according to clinical training guideline including Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). After completing clinical training, we distributed questionaries to them about a reflex of the object of study, usefulness, difficulty, satisfaction and preference. And then, we analyzed the related factors including descriptive statistics, frequency analysis and correlation analysis by SPSS 12.0. Results: In general, a reflex of the aim of study (7.31±1.59), satisfaction with contents (7.44±1.58), and difficulty (6.13±1.34) were evaluated restectively. There is no statistically significant difference with sex. There is a statistically significant positive correlation between a reflex of the aim of study and satisfaction with contents. The primary preferences of clinical practice were Clinic Training, Ward Training, PBL (Problem Based Learning), OSCE. In OSCE, a reflex of the aim of study (7.04±1.83) and usefulness (7.02±1.97) were highly evaluated. There is no statistically significant difference with sex. The primary preferences for clinical OSCE practice were breast examination, genital examination, ultrasound scan, and pap smear. Facilities and equipment (6.84±2.01), contents of clinical training (7.29±1.83), the handout (7.20±1.98) and time scheduling (7.29±1.90) were evaluated respectively in general composition of clinical training. Conclusions: Clinical training program in the department of Korean Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology can be highly estimated from the viewpoint of satisfaction with clinical training and the related factors.

부산, 울산 및 경남 소재 물리치료(학)과 임상실습 프로그램에 대한 만족도 조사 연구 (A Study on the Satisfaction of Physical Therapy Students with the Clinical Training Programs in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyongnam)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to establish effective clinical training programs by identifying various factors that influence the satisfaction of physical therapy students with those programs. Methods: The study subjects were 205 students from six colleges (two 4-year and four 3-year colleges) who participated in clinical training programs. The colleges have physical therapy departments and are located in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeognam. A survey consisting of 75 questions was conducted between March and December, 2003. Survey responses were analyzed through a frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, and the multiple responses approach, and correlations among the questions were analyzed using a chi-square test. Results: The level of satisfaction with clinical training programs did not differ according to the school system or the size of the clinical training institution. However, several factors led to a higher level of satisfaction, including more active participation of students in the clinical training, more intensive instruction from school professors, a larger number of subjects to complete before the clinical training, and a higher level of student perception that their institution's clinical training program was systematic Conclusion: This study surveyed physical therapy students located in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam who attended selected schools and training institutions that have their own individual characteristics; therefore, this study may have limitations for comparative analysis. However, if more extensive studies are per formed regionally in the future using the approach taken here, clinical training programs could be developed that can satisfy both schools and the industry.

치과위생사 업무에 따른 임상실습 만족도 연구 (A Study on the Satisfaction of Clinical Training According to Dental Hygienist Duties)

  • 본 연구는 치위생과 학생들의 임상실습에 대한 만족도와 주요 업무에 대한 만족도를 구체적으로 조사분석함으로써 보다 효율적인 임상실습 교육을 위한 기초자료로 활용하기 위하여 이루어졌다. 본 연구는 임상실습과정을 경험한 치위생과 23학년 재학생 427명을 대상으로 설문조사한 자료를 SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Science) WIN 11.5로 분석하였고 t-검정, One-way ANOVA 그리고 ${\chi}^2$-검정을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 임상실습 만족도는 3.34로 보통정도인 것으로 나타났으며, 실습내용에 대한 만족도와 임상실습 경험에 대한 업무별 만족도 역시 보통정도인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 실습 내용의 전문성에 대한 만족도 중 실습 내용이 단순한 보조 업무라고 인식하는 학생이 44.9%로 높게 나타났다. 임상실습 기간에 대한 만족도는 비교적 적당하다고 인식하는 학생이 60%로 높게 나타났으며, 치과위생사 역할에 대한 만족도는 3.48로 높게 나타났다. 임상실습 만족도를 높이기 위하여 의료기관은 실습생들에게 단순 보조역할만 요구할 것이 아니라 학습한 이론을 실습현장에서 효과적으로 적용할 수 있도록 실습 환경을 조성해야 한다. 뿐만 아니라 교육기관과의 협조 하에 치과위생사의 업무분야를 구분한 체계적인 지도가 이루어지도록 하여 학생들이 임상실습을 통하여 실질적으로 임상에 대한 지식과 업무에 대한 자신감을 획득할 수 있도록 하여야 한다.

광주지역의 구직자 훈련 프로그램 이수자 만족도와 취업률간의 관계: NCS 수준의 조절효과 (Relationship between Completers' Satisfaction of Job Training Programs and Training Performance in Gwangju Area: The Moderating Role of NCS Level)

  • 본 연구는 구직자 훈련 프로그램 만족도가 취업률과 같은 객관적인 취업 성과에 미치는 영향을 실증하는데 있다. 또한 구직자 훈련 프로그램 만족도와 취업률 간의 관계가 조절되는 경계조건을 규명하기 위하여 NCS 수준을 조절변수로 고려하여 분석하였다. 연구 모형의 분석을 위해 이용된 자료는 HRD-Net에서 제공하는 2016년도 광주지역 구직자 훈련 프로그램 중에서 취업률 정보가 제공되어 있는 513개의 훈련 프로그램이다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 모형에 포함된 주요 변인들의 특성을 살펴보면, 훈련 프로그램의 총합 만족도 점수는 4.46을 보여주고 있다. 훈련 프로그램의 NCS 수준은 2~6수준에 분포되어 있었으며, 3수준과 4수준이 각각 45.4%와 36.4% 순으로 가장 많았고 평균은 3.32로 나타났다. 둘째, 훈련 프로그램에 대한 만족도는 취업률 측정 시점에 관계없이 취업률에 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났으나, 훈련 프로그램 만족도와 취업률간의 관계는 NCS 수준에 따라 조절되는 상호작용 효과(interaction effect)가 유의하게 도출되었다. 이는 훈련 프로그램 만족도가 취업률에 미치는 주효과(main effect)는 유의하지 않았지만, NCS 수준이 높은 경우에는 훈련 프로그램 만족도가 취업률에 유의한 영향을 미친다고 볼 수 있다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 훈련 프로그램 만족도에 기초한 훈련 프로그램의 질 관리 및 만족도 활용의 정교화 필요성에 대한 시사점을 제공하였으며, 궁극적으로 만족도가 취업률 향상과 연계시킬 수 있는 방안을 제언하였다.

항해계열 실습생의 승선실습 교육 만족도에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Cadets' Satisfaction about Shipboard Training)

  • It is one of the most important factors Seafarers Ducation Quality Assurance and Management in Higher Maritime Educational Institution. The educational process and result of Higher Maritime Educational Institution should be evaluated according to the 1995 Amendments to the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers(STCW), 1978. Actually above-mentioned evaluation is deemed to make foundation in order to enhance the efficiency of shipboard education by surveying the satisfaction of shipboard training for nautical part cadets by the group. In this paper, we carried out the questionnaire survey to study satisfactory value and the reason of dissatisfaction of 113 cadets being trained on board the Training Ship in Maritime College of Korea Maritime University(K. M. U.). The results were calculated by frequency and percentage ; the significance of difference among Department groups like Maritime Transportation Science, Maritime Police and Ship Operating Systems Engineering was analysed by $X^2$ inspection. The major results of above analysis were as follows : First training chance for dadets was very little for being overflowed on board the training ship of the K. M. U. Second, special type of Training Ship HANBADA and HANNARA made the adaptability to merchant vessel's handling restricted. Third, cadets could not manage ratings directly, therefore the education in regard to seafaring management was limited to the theoretical instruction which leads to the low level of satisfaction. And lastly, low value of satisfaction for Drydocking Education in Shipyard was caused by cadet's leaving the Training Ship on account of the safety problems including ship and cadets.

작업치료(학)과 학생들의 임상실습 만족도 (A Study on the Satisfaction with Clinical Practice of Occupational Therapy Students)

  • 임상실습 만족도가 높을수록 업무수행능력은 더 증대되며 학생들의 임상실습에 대한 만족도를 평가하는 것이 중요하다. 작업치료(학)과 학생들의 임상실습 만족도를 알아보고자 한다. 분석방법은 SPSS 12.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 통계처리를 하였으며, 분석결과 임상실습 만족도는 임상실습 내용, 임상실습 후 만족감, 임상실습 환경, 임상실습 지도방법, 임상실습 시간, 임상실습 평가, 임상실습 중 자신의 내적 갈등 순이었다. 작업치료(학)과 학생들의 일반적인 특성에 따른 임상실습만족도의 차이는 전공 만족도와 실습기간에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 따라서, 효율적인 임상실습이 이루어질 수 있도록 본 연구의 내용이 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

재직자를 대상으로 한 패션교육훈련 프로그램 성과에 관한 연구: 자기효능감과 직무열의의 조절효과 (A Study on the Performance of Educational Fashion Training Program for Employed Learners: Moderating Effects of Self-efficacy and Job Engagement)

  • This study examines whether any correlation exists amongst participative motivation in an educational fashion training program, participants' program satisfaction and performance. In addition, this study investigates the moderating effect of participants' self-efficacy and job engagement in the influence of participative motivation on program satisfaction. Questionnaire data from 212 employed learners who participated in one or more educational fashion training programs were analyzed. For the data analysis, SPSS 24.0 statistical package was used. The study results were as follows. First, the participative motives of the educational fashion training program were grouped into the following three factors: goal-oriented, learning-oriented, and organizational support. Second, learning-oriented participative motivation positively affected their program satisfaction. Third, higher program satisfaction led better program performance. Fourth, there was a significant difference in the magnitude of the effect of learning-oriented participative motivation on satisfaction according to self-efficacy. Fifth, there was a significant difference in the magnitude of the effect of goal-oriented participative motivation on satisfaction according to vigor. Even if the participative motivation in an educational fashion training program predicts the program satisfaction, the strength is changed by interacting with the self-efficacy and vigor. The results of the study provide various implications for educators or policy makers who are interested in educational fashion training program development.

호텔 사내교육의 만족이 직무만족, 조직몰입, 서비스품질에 미치는 영향에 관한연구 (Study on the influence of Hotel Training satisfaction to on the job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and service quality)

  • 호텔종사원이 느끼는 사내교육의 종류에 따른 중요도가 종사원의 직무만족과 조직몰입, 서비스품질개선에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 밝혀내고, 종사원의 직무만족과 조직몰입 도를 높이고 더 나아가 서비스품질개선에 이바지 할 수 있는 사내교육을 제공하기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 연구진행을 위해 서울특별시에 위치한 6군데의 특1급 관광호텔에 근무하는 종사원을 대상 2017년 10월 14일~11월 4일까지 3주간 총 230부를 배포하여 224부를 회수하였으며, 이 중 222부를 이용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석에 사용된 방법은 SPSS Window Ver.18.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 사내교육의 만족도가 높을수록 직무만족은 높게 나타났으며, 둘째, 사내교육의 만족도가 높을수록 종사원의 조직몰입도가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 사내교육 중 실무교육은 서비스품질개선에 긍정적인 영향을 보였으나 실무 외 교육은 서비스품질개선에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 조사되었다. 넷째, 직무만족은 서비스품질개선에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 조직몰입도 또한 서비스품질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 종사원의 직무만족과 조직몰입을 높일 수 있는 사내교육을 업무에 부담을 주지 않도록 진행하도도록하고, 서비스품질개선을 위해서는 사내교육 중 실무적 교육에 좀 더 투자를 할 것을 제안한다.

Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment and Effect of HRD in Logistics Industry

  • Purpose: This exploratory research is to give managerial implication to sales personal management. This study focused on antecedents of job satisfaction and organizational commitment specially in HRD programs and system by participation and effect toward job. Research design, data and methodology: This research focuses on relationship analysis among job satisfaction, organizational commitment and HRD programs of logistics and sales personnel in Korea. HRD program consider two parts one is participation and other is effect toward job. And three HRD program is included education & training, system and self-directed Learning. This study used 7th HCCP data from KRIVET and 748 employee data is analyzed. SPSS18 is used and frequency, reliability, correlation and regression analysis are conducted. Results: Result shows that job satisfaction is positively affected by education & training participation, HRD system participation and HRD system effect toward job. Organizational commitment is positively affected by education & training participation, HRD system participation, education & training effect toward job and HRD system effect toward job. However self-directed Learning participation negatively affect organizational commitment. Lastly job satisfaction partially mediates between HRD and organizational commitment. Conclusions: Based on the results, this paper provide implication to academic, practical HRD and suggest feature research.
