시험·연구용 유전자변형생물체(LMO) 안전관리를 위한 안전교육 활성화 방안 (A Study on Activation Strategy of Biosafety Training for LMO Research Safety Management)

  • Biosafety has become quite sensitive issues according to dramatic development of biotechnology and LMO(Living Modifying Organism) is one of the key issue in biosafety. This study is an exploratory research for investigating the activation strategy of biosafety training management in LMO research field. Based on the survey data, main results are derived through various statistical analysis methodology such as descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, analysis of variance and regression analysis. According to the analysis results, some activation strategies are required to reach the target such as extension of specialized biosafety training program, enhancement of safety consciousness from the undergraduate courses, introduction of appropriate safety regulations, unification of safety management and establishment of safety management system.

크로스핏 파워 트레이닝이 TPI OnBaseU Power Test와 골프 수행력에 미치는 영향 (Effect of CrossFit Power Training on TPI OnBaseU Power Test and Golf Performance)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study is to improve TPI OnBaseU Power Test and golf performance by conducting CrossFit power training. Method: Three male golf players from University B participated in this study. They had 3 to 4 years of golf experience and participated in 8 weeks of CrossFit power training. Results: OnBaseU Power Test: There was a lot of improvement in Sit up throw (27.9%) and Chest pass (10.58%), but there was not much improvement in Baseline Toss (R5.9, L9.8%) and Vertical Jump (4.1%). Golf shot data: There was a very statistically significant difference in Club speed, Ball speed, and Total Length, which are related to speed, and there was no difference in Club path and Smash factor, which are related to accuracy and posture. Conclusion: CrossFit power training was effective in improving TPI OnBaseU Power Test and golf performance (Club speed, Ball speed, Total Length).

음악치료 전공생들의 실습교육 및 슈퍼비전에 대한 만족도 분석연구 (Survey of Music Therapy Students' Satisfaction on the Clinical Practicum Training and Supervision)

  • 본 연구는 음악치료전공 대학원생들의 효율적인 임상실습을 위한 토대를 마련하고, 학생들의 필요와 욕구를 반영할 수 있는 의견을 알아보고자 4개 대학원의 음악치료학과 학생들 중 실습경험이 있는 2학기 이상 5학기 이하의 학생 117명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 리커트 5점 척도에서 각각의 평균이 모두 3.5를 넘었다. 대상자들은 교과목 및 교과과정 만족도(3.78)에서 가장 높은 만족도를 보였으며 슈퍼비전 만족도(3.75), 임상실습 만족도 (3.65) 순의 만족도를 보였다. 전반적으로 학부전공이 비음악인 대상이 음악 전공자보다 만족도가 높았다. 실습단계가 낮은 학생들의 만족도는 대체적으로 높은 반면 실습단계가 높아질수록 만족도가 다소 떨어지는 것으로 나타났고, 인턴쉽 과정에서는 다소 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 슈퍼비전 만족도와 임상실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인분석을 한 결과 슈퍼바이저의 역할이 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 교과목 및 교과과정 내용 중에서는 음악치료 요소가 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 결과들은 학교, 실습기관 학생 상호간의 효과적이고 만족스런 실습교육과 훈련을 할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공함으로써, 실습 학생들이 실습과정에서 어떤 자질과 특성을 계발하고 부각시켜야 할지에 대한 중요한 지도 방향과 지침을 제공하는데 그 의의가 있다.

치위생과 학생의 임상실습에 따른 만족도와 스트레스요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Satisfaction and Stress Factor of Clinical Practice for Students in the Department of Dental Hygiene)

  • 본 연구는 치위생과 학생이 현장임상실습에 따른 만족도와 스트레스요인에 관한 것을 알아보고자 경기도와 인천지역에 위치한 3개 대학의 치위생과 3학년 183명을 대상으로 2006년 9월 12일부터 10월 19일까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며,SPSSWIN 12.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 치위생과 학생의 전공만족도는 보통이상이 86.3%, 실습만족도는 보통이상이 75.9%, 향 후 직업만족도는 보통이상이 91.8%로 나타났다. 2. 스트레스요인으로는 이상가치영역이 $3.54{\pm}1.23$으로 가장 높게 나타났고, 대인관계영역이 $1.74{\pm}1.20$으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 3. 일반적 특성에 따른 만족도를 살펴보면, 전공만족도는 학과선택 동기(p = 0.003), 향후 직업만족도는 학과선택 동기(p = 0.036)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 4. 만족도들 간의 상관관계는 전공만족도가 높을수록 실습만족도가 높아지고 향후 직업만족도까지 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 5. 실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 스트레스요인으로는 역할영역,이상과 가치영역이 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다.

Automated Assessment System for Train Simulators

  • Numerous train operating companies provide training by means of driving simulators. A detailed analysis in the course of the rail research project 2TRAIN has shown that the simulation technology, the purposes of training and the overall concept of simulator-based training are rather diverse (Schmitz & Maag, 2008). A joint factor however are weak assessment capabilities and the fact that the simulator training is often not embedded into the overall competence management. This fact hinders an optimal use of the simulators. Therefore, 2TRAIN aims at the development of enhanced training and assessment tools. Taking into account that several simulators are already in use, the focus lays on the extension of existing simulation technology instead of developing entirely new systems. This extension comprises (1) a common data simulation interface (CDSI), (2) a rule-based expert system (ExSys), (3) a virtual instructor (VI), and (4) an _assessment database (AssDB). The foundation of this technical development is an assessment concept (PERMA concept) that is based on performance markers. The first part of the paper presents this assessment concept and a process model for the two major steps of driver performance assessment, i.e. (1) the specification of exercise and assessment and (2) the assessment algorithm and execution of the assessment. The second part describes the rationale and the functionalities of the simulator add-on tools. Finally, recommendations for further technical improvement and appropriate usage are given. based on the results of a pilot study.

정상인에서 흔들림 균형 훈련시 간헐적인 방법과 지속적 방법에 의한 시각적 되먹임의 효과 비교 (Comparison between the Effect of Intermittent and Continuous Visual Feedback in Sway Balance Training with Normal Subjects)

  • To improve the effect of balance training, visual feedback is usually used. During the training process there are some factors which decrease the effect. Neurophysiologically, the main negative factor is thought to be synaptic fatigue which decreases the sensitivity of synapses. The purpose of this study was to find a more effective balance training method. In this study, a total of 60 normal subjects-19~30 years old young males and females(M=30, F=30)-participated, and they were randomized as A, B, and C group, each group containing 20 subjects. First, all groups had a pre-test of sway balance. One minute later, A group was trained in sway balance by continuous visual feedback for 2 minutes, B group by intermittent visual feedback which had 4 sessions of 30 seconds each and a one minute rest break. C group was not trained at all. All groups had a post-test. Only B group had improved balance compared with C group by ANOVA. On the other hand, intermittent visual feedback was more effective than continuous visual feedback in sway balance training with normal subjects.

요양보호사 교육 참가자의 학습동기가 학습몰입에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Academic Motivation on the Learning Flow with Training for Caregivers)

  • 본 연구는 요양보호사 교육원에서 교육을 받고 있는 교육생들의 학습동기가 학습몰입에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 조사 대상자는 B시의 요양보호사 교육원의 교육생 230명이었다. 연구도구는 학습동기 척도와 몰입 상태 척도를 사용하였다. 학습동기가 학습몰입에 미치는 영향을 알아 본 결과 내재적, 외재적 학습동기가 학습몰입과 상관관계를 가지고 있었다. 또한, 학습과제에 대한 몰입은 학습동기가 증가될수록 높아지는 성향을 나타내었다. 그러나 외재적 학습동기보다 내재적 학습동기가 학습몰입과 더 높은 상관관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 요양보호사 교육생들의 몰입정도는 내재적 동기에 가장 많은 영향을 받고, 외재적 동기에도 영향을 일부 받는 것으로 나타났다. 성공적인 요양보호사 인력 양성을 위하여 요양보호사 교육에 대한 다각적인 측면의 연구가 필요한 것으로 보인다.

비정규직 직업훈련효과 추정과 민감도 분석 (Estimation and Sensitivity Analysis on the Effect of Job Training for Non-Regular Employees)

  • 비정규직 재직자 직업능력개발에 대한 훈련 효과 추정을 위해 이 연구에서는 통계청의 경활 자료와 비모수적 매칭 방법을 사용하였다. 추정결과 재직자 직업능력개발 훈련은 정규직 자에게는 정규직 유지가능성을 높이고 비정규직 자에게는 임금보다는 정규직 전환확률을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 미관찰 요인에 의한 추정결과의 강건성을 알아보는 민감도 분석에서는 미관찰 요인은 추정결과에 크게 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

대학 부설 비행훈련원의 효율적인 조종인력 양성을 위한 교육효과성 측정 연구 (A Research on the Educational Effect to Train Pilots Efficiently at the Flight Training Academy in a University)

  • Due to the rapid growth of domestic and overseas airline markets, the demand for airline pilots has also been growing fast. Meeting such a market needs, central government, Ministry of Land and Transportation has set up civil airline pilot training center at Ulgin airport to train and provide the market with commercial airline pilots. Not only central government but universities in Korea also have tried to train pilots by operating flight training academies. Even though there are more than a dozen of flight training centers including colleges and private academies, there have been less efforts to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the flight training school's curriculums compared to other scholar majors in a university. Therefore this paper tried to evaluate the educational effectiveness of the curriculums using the Kirk-Patrick measurement model, which has been regarded as one of the most popular and accurate measurement tool for an empirical research in social science. According to the empirical research, it was found out the inter-personal relationship between an instructor pilot and flight trainee was perceived as the most important factor to have an impact on learning abilities and student's behaviors.

글로벌 항공교육훈련기관 경쟁력 평가 지표 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Competitiveness Evaluation Index Development of Global Aviation Training Organizations)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop competitiveness evaluation index for global aviation training organizations. Research and studies on relevant documents were conducted to establish the index. With no sufficient study results previously done directly associated with global aviation training organization, relevant and related documents, such as studies on competitiveness evaluation index of higher educational institutions, were reviewed as an alternative. Two rounds of delphi surveys were conducted based on the review and consultation from experts in aviation training and human resource management fields. First round of survey with 62 evaluation indices were carried out, through which a total of 29 were selected, and 19 indices were chosen during the second round of survey. However, factor analysis was conducted in order to justify the survey result, which eliminated 3 more indices, with 16 finally selected. This study will provide implications for aviation training organizations which need to further improve their competitiveness globally.
