가상훈련 콘텐츠 보급기관 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement Plan of a Virtual Training Content Supply Institution)

  • 본 연구는 K대학교 온라인평생교육원이 보급하는 가상훈련 콘텐츠를 운영하는 기관의 교육형태, 교육현황을 파악하고 가상훈련 콘텐츠 보급기관의 역할 및 개선방안 등을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2020년 K대학교 온라인평생교육원이 보급한 가상훈련 콘텐츠를 운영하는 56개 기관을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 최종 응답한 44개 기관의 설문을 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가상훈련 운영기관의 교육형태는 가상훈련 교육매체는 PC를 활용, 활용한 콘텐츠 과정은 총 52과정, 교육형태는 이론+가상훈련 유형, 실습기간은 1-2주 기간을 가장 많이 적용하고 있다고 응답했다. 또한 교육현황을 살펴보니 가상훈련 대상은 주로 학생이며, 주로 기관 자체적으로 모집을 하며 운영규모는 1-20명, 개설 과정 수는 1-3개 정도, 담당 교·강사 수는 1-3명 정도라는 응답이 가장 많았다. 둘째, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 보급기관의 역할로 다양한 가상훈련 콘텐츠 개발과 가상훈련 교육과정 적용 및 활용방법 제시, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 질 제고 등이 필요하다고 응답하였다. 셋째, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 보급기관의 개선방안으로 가상훈련 콘텐츠 실무능력 연계 강화, 교·강사의 가상훈련 콘텐츠 활용교육, 다양한 가상훈련 콘텐츠 연계방안 제시, 가상훈련 콘텐츠 품질 관리 강화 등을 요구했다. 이에 본 연구는 가상훈련 콘텐츠 운영기관의 전반적 운영현황과 실태를 파악하고 공공 가상훈련 보급기관의 역할 정립 및 개선방안을 살펴보았다는데 의의가 있다.

The Advantages of Virtual Reality in Skill Development Training Based on Project Comparison (2009-2018)

  • In the era of noble technology, virtual reality (VR) has been adopted in various fields, with the advantages of VR in education being confirmed through numerous studies. In skill development training education, humans or equipment that interact with the trainee are crucial and currently VR is more preferred. In this study, six projects were selected and reviewed in-depth visualizing the use of VR in training and its potential. Comparison between the learning actions of training in the virtual and real environments were conducted. Training through VR is location-dependent, time-dependent, safe, and reversible. VR application is also determined by the preps and feedback-providing functionality which must be emphasized. All the advantages of VR in skill development training make it an opportunity provider. This article can be used by those developing VR projects for skill development training.

외식산업 관리자를 위한 효과적인 교육 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effective Management Development Program for manager in food industry)

  • One of the most important issues faced by manager of food industry is the lack of management development program. This study on the management development program was to take a look at the training problem for the food industry of Korea through secondary data or literature, and with conceptual framework designed based on the literature review, examined what is effective management development program for manager in food industry. The purposes of this study are : (1) Identifying the factor to management development program. (2) Provision of a executive management development program. The conclusion and suggestion obtained from this study can be summarized as followed. First, it has shown that there is big difference between the present training level and future training need level on three training contents. Second, there were differences in three training contents especially according to operation type and organization size. Third, job satisfaction factor, training satisfaction factor, training aid factor, training effectiveness factor has correlated each other. From this study, we could get several strategies and programs for management development.

중학교 가정교과서 의생활 및 주생활 단원에 대한 교사의 인식 및 활용 (Teachers’Recognition in Food/Nutrition, Textile/Clothing Units in Home Economics Text Book of Middle School)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate teachers’ recognition in Food/Nutrition, Textile/Clothing part in Home Economics Text Book of Middle School and to provide the basic data for the improvement of its curriculum. 147 Home Economics teachers in Taegu city and Kyungsangbukdo area responded to the questionnaire. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Most of Home Economics teachers have graduated Dept. of Home Economics Education and have ever taken teacher training. And even those who ever taken teacher training are not satisfied with training curriculum contents. Therefore, the result of this study shows that teacher training curriculum contents should be improved so as to be helpful for the actual teaching and learning. 2. In terms of the suitability of contents of food & nutrition and contents of textiles & clothing to the student’s learning development levels, the degree of suitability is in the order of nutrition & health, nutrition in adolescence, food selection, kinds and functions of nutrients in food & nutrition curriculum, and in the order of suitable clothing, mixture rate of fabrics, purchase of clothing, clothing in adolescence, clothing selection. The contents of making processed foods and usage of sewing machine of the existing text book have turned out not to be appropriate. 3. Most teachers suggest that dietary guideline for health, misconception about food & nutrition selection of ready-made suit suitable clothing for situation & character as well as the contents of the existing text book should be included in the new text book.

외국인근로자 직업능력개발을 위한 교육훈련 및 e-Learning 요구분석 (Needs Analysis of Vocational Education and e-Learning for Foreign Workers in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 외국인근로자 직업능력개발을 위하여, 외국인근로자를 대상으로 사전교육, 사후 지원에 대한 요구를 분석하고, 효과적인 외국인근로자 교육훈련 방법론으로 e-Learning의 도입 및 활용에 대한 가능성을 탐색하고자 하였다. 총 1,872명의 외국인 근로자가 본 조사에 참여하였다. 조사 내용은 첫째, 사전교육의 운영 실태, 문제점, 개선사항, 둘째, 사후지원 측면에서 직장 배치 후 교육 참여 의사와 애로사항, 셋째, e-Learning에 대한 선호도, 요구 등이었다. 연구결과, 사전교육에서 다양한 문제점이 제시되었으며, 사후지원에서 외국인근로자들은 직장생활을 하면서 교육을 받고자 하는 높은 의지를 가지고 있으나, 시간 부족, 이동 등의 문제를 애로사항으로 꼽았다. 이들은 e-Learning에 대한 높은 선호도와 요구를 보였다. 이에 작업장 이탈의 어려움을 해소시키고 상이한 교육 조건 및 수준에 따른 맞춤식의 개별화된 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 e-Learning의 가능성과 필요성이 제안되었다.

고령자의 게임기반 시각피드백 훈련에 따른 자세 균형 효과 (Effects of Postural Balance at Game-based Visual Feedback Training of the Elderly)

  • 본 연구에서는 게임 콘텐츠를 적용한 시각 피드백 훈련 프로그램을 이용하여 정상 여성 고령자와 정상 20대 성인의 자세균형 조절의 효과를 분석 하였다. 실험은 힘판 기반의 자세균형 훈련 장치를 이용하여 20대 성인 23명과 60대 고령자 14명은 주 3일, 하루에 15분씩 총 4주의 자세균형 훈련을 받았다. 자세균형 훈련에 대한 평가는 Balance SD(Biodex, medicalscience Inc., USA)의 자세 안정성과 자세 한계성을 분석하였으며, 훈련 전, 중, 후의 각 시점에 대한 유효성을 검증하였다. 실험 결과, 젊은 성인과 고령자 모두 훈련 전, 후에 자세안정성과 자세한계성에 유의한 효과가 있었음을 확인하였다(p<0.05). 이는 자세 균형게임은 자세 균형과 관련된 전 후 좌 우 다양한 방향에서의 무게 이동 능력을 향상시켰음을 알 수 있었다. 게임 기반 시각적 피드백 훈련은 자세균형에 효과적으로 적용가능하며 개인과 다양한 연령층에 맞는 맞춤형 콘텐츠 개발이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

중학교 가정 교과서의 주생활 단원에 대한 교사의 인식과 교육에 관한 연구 (A Study on Teachers’Recognition and Teaching methods in Housing of Home Economics Text Book of Middle School)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate teachers’recognition and teaching methods in Housing of Home Economics Text Book of Middle School and to provide the basic data for the improvement of its curriculum. Home Economics teachers of the 433 schools responded in nationwide to the mailed questionaire. The selected data were manipulated by percent and verified in the way of t-test. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. Most Home Economics teachers have ever taken teacher training but there are few who have never taken any teacher training in Housing. And even those who have ever taken the training in Housing are not satisfied with the training curriculum contents. Therefore, the result of this study shows that Housing should be included in the teacher training curriculum contents, and that the teacher training curriculum contents, and that the teacher training curriculum contents should be helpful for the actual teaching and learning. 2. It is necessary to allot more houres for Housing, in that most teachers actually allot more time for Housing than presented in teachers’guide, and to develop more teaching aids for the effective instruction of Housing. In terms of the suitability of Housing to the students’learning development levels, the degree of suitability is in the order of the significance of housing, housing sanitation, the types of housing, the space for housing, the ground plan of housing, the arrangement of furniture. The contents about the interior decoration and gardening of the existing text book have turned out not to be appropriate.. In terms of the relation between the place of residence and the curriculum, Housing is suitable for the city, but not for the farming, mining, and sea village, Teachers suggest that the content of the curriculum about Housing should be varied according to the location of the school. 3. The number of the teaching aids for Housing is in the order of picture, charts and pamphlet but not sufficient.

특수경비원 교육훈련실태 및 발전방안에 관한 연구 (The Study about Problem in the course of Education of Special Guard)

  • The first, Improvement of education training condition Education training is influenced by facilities, environment around. according to questionnaire, it is very poor, we should set up a training institute as soon as possible. The second, Improvement of education training contents In working as special guard, they do not feel the need of curriculums like bayonet fencing, criminal law, and so on. accordingly we should adjust the contents of educaton training. The third, Improvement of education training course People were satisfied with the contents of lectures and educator more than half to some degree, but there was a question of time, communication, contents. we should try to remedy things like this. The fourth, Adjustment of education training time The 60% people of all were not satisfied with the time of education training about new duty. we need to intensify and oversee a duty training and the restructure of training time. The fifth, Fairness of valuation reward and punishment in education training The 80% people of all had the bad feeling against reward and punishment, so we tried to let fairness of valuation, reward and punishment completed by educational institution. The sixth, Establishment of the institution for special guard special guard have to be raised by special institution, but lacking of educational program, educational facility, educational Environment, university took the place of government as institution in raising special guard, education still leave much to be desired. so to develop the industry of a civil security, government or a guard association will set up the school of training, education, system about civil security as a whole. The seventh, Improvement of education training form People have to be taught for 80 hours in education training. according to questionnaire, over 75%people wanted to lodge at education accommodation, so in doing education training, we need to improve a system and form. The eighth, Operation of education training suitable for a characteristic in jobs In the education of 80 hours, common courses will need to be carried out together, depending on class, the object of national facility, inspection and practice will need to be done. maybe this can be the improvement of growing up education training. In the result of the study, we need to build up the satisfaction of education training through a lot of opinion like program, system, circumstances. Keep in mind that the paper was a few of problems because of the limit of the survey of 132 peoples, accordingly we try to collect a survey related with this around country. especially this will need to be asked for harmony between the law and the background of system. in the future, to develop the special guard service, increase the demand of this service, have to raised the expert and the special guard service has to enlarge.

"환경"과 부전공 자격연수의 문제점과 개선방향 (The problems and improvement directions of certificate in-service training for "Environment" subjects)

  • The quality of environmental education in school depends on the quality of environment teacher, who develops his/her ability through avalible courses such as in-service training and communication et al. This study was performed with the questionnaire to 179 teachers who participated in certificate in-service training for [Environment] subjects on winter of '95 and summer of '96. The questionnaire included 28 items, which could be categorized 5 parts : the environmental consciousness of teachers, their awareness of environmental education in schools, the reason of participation, the limits and requirements of learning field, avalible teaching and learning methods. The improvements and suggestions derived from this study are summarized as follows: First, it is necessary to differentiate in-service training concerning environment, because the motive of teacher's participation is diverse and is not always suitable to the purpose of certificate in-service training for [Environment] subjects. Second, the teaching contents and programs of certificate in-service training for [Environment] subjects have to be various according to the characteristics and major subjects of teachers. Third, it deserves special emphasis that the field trips and survey for the experiential study in field is supplemented in the teaching contents and programs of certificate in-service training for [Environment] subjects. Also, it is necessary to strengthen the environmental ethics and philosophy in the teaching contents and programs.

LNG 벙커링 종사자 교육 콘텐츠 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design of Training Contents for LNG Bunkering Workers)

  • 국제해사기구(IMO)의 대기오염물질 배출 규제에 대응하기 위해 액화천연가스(LNG)를 연료로 사용하는 선박이 증가하고 있다. 이와 함께 선박의 안정적인 연료 수급을 위한 LNG 벙커링 인프라 확대의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. LNG 벙커링은 TTS(Truck to ship), PTS(Pipe to ship), STS(Ship to ship) 3가지 방식으로 진행된다. 외국에서는 3가지 방식 모두 진행하고 있지만, 국내의 경우 인프라 부족으로 TTS 방식으로만 LNG 벙커링이 진행되고 있다. LNG 벙커링은 위험 요소가 많은 작업으로 안전한 벙커링 작업을 위해 작업 종사자의 역량이 아주 중요하며 역량 강화를 위한 전문교육과정이 필요하다. 본 연구는 LNG 벙커링 전문인력 육성과 안전하고 체계적인 벙커링 작업수행을 목적으로 LNG 벙커링 종사자 교육 콘텐츠를 설계하기 위해 진행되었다. 이를 위해 LNG 연료추진선박 및 벙커링 현황을 파악하고 국내외 관련 교육내용을 분석하였다. 더불어 전문가 설문을 통해 교육내용의 중요성에 대한 의견을 수렴하였다. 연구의 결과로서 다양한 교육 대상에 적합한 교육 콘텐츠 설계를 하고, 이를 총 4일이 소요되는 기초교육과 상급교육 과정으로 구분하여 제안하였다. 설계된 교육 콘텐츠를 바탕으로 우리나라 벙커링 환경을 충분히 반영하여 추가 연구가 진행된다면 LNG 벙커링 종사자 역량 증진을 도모하고 인적 자원 육성에 큰 도움이 될 것으로 사료 된다.
