마을만들기 장소마케팅과 마을발전방안 수립에 스토리텔링활용 연구 - 제주시 용담1동 마을스토리텔링을 중심으로- (A Study on the Utilization of Storytelling in Town-making Area Marketing and Town Development Plan Establishment - Focusing on Storytelling of Jeju Yongdam 1-dong Town -)

  • 본 연구는 용담1동 마을에 거주하고 있는 거주민 이야기를 토대로 씨앗스토리를 만들고 스토리텔링을 통해 마을발전전략 수립시 활용하는 것을 연구하고 제안하는 것이다. 세계의 주요도시들은 지역의 문화와 역사를 토대로 도시재생을 꾀하고 있다. 제주지역의 대표적인 원도심인 용담 1동지역은 주민들의 삶의 이야기를 스토리텔링을 통하여 전혀 새로운 형태의 마을 만들기를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 마을발전계획 수립 시 활용할 수 있는 방안들을 제시하였다. 첫째, 마을을 소개할 때 소개지에 다양하게 활용하는 것이다. 둘째, 마을발전계획을 수립할 때 중요한 참고자료로 활용하는 것이다. 셋째, 각 종 마을 만들기 계획 수립할 때 활용할 필요가 있다. 방향 수립, 프로그램 내용 구성할 때, 축제 등의 기획을 수립할 때, 지역 퍼실러테이터 교육의 자료 등으로 할 수 있다. 넷째, 지역을 위해 봉사하고자 하는 전문가들에게 마을을 이해시킬 때 자료로 활용할 수 있다. 이러한 내용들을 활용하여 마을 만들기에 다양한 분야 중 하나의 분야를 만들어 낼 수 있을 것이다.

Practical Approach for Pavement Treatment Decisions for Local Agencies

  • Most local agencies such as counties and small cities continuously express difficulties in making technically and financially defensible decisions on their pavement infrastructure maintenance and rehabilitation. Unlike pavement systems managed by state highway agencies, the total lane-miles of many local pavements are significantly short and they are managed by a limited number of staff who typically have multiple responsibilities. Most local agencies also do not have historical pavement performance data and the lack of a systematic decision making framework exacerbates the problem. A structured framework and an easily accessible decision support tool that reflects their local requirements, practices and operational conditions would greatly assist them in making consistent and defensible decisions. This study fills this gap by developing a systematic pavement treatment selection framework and a spreadsheet based tool for local agencies. It is expected that the proposed framework will significantly help local agencies to improve their pavement asset management practices at the project level.

  • 본 연구는 울산광역시 울주군이 시행하고 있는 특성화마을 만들기 사업의 성공가능성을 높이기 위해 지역의 이야기 자원을 이용한 스토리텔링 기반의 경관색채계획에 대한 제언이다. 어음하리마을 특성화마을 만들기 사업은 울산에서는 처음이며, 어음하리 마을의 자원에다가 지역의 이야기를 부여해 스토리텔링 거리로 탈바꿈시키고자 구체적인 사업계획을 진행 중이다. 울주군은 이들 마을을 정비해 관광객 유치 및 지역 경제 활성화에 큰 도움이 될 것이라고 기대하고 있다. 이처럼 스토리텔링을 이용한 지역 마케팅이 최근 지역개발의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 바람직한 방법으로 활용되고 있으며, 이는 경관색채계획의 새로운 가능성을 제시하고 있다. 따라서 어음하리마을의 풍토색을 토대로 이야기 자원에서 브랜드스토리를 추출하고 이를 색채계획에 적용하여 마을 단위의 개성적인 색채 아이덴티티를 만들어내고자 하였다. 이는 현재 지자체 별로 시행하고 있는 대규모 정비에 의한 색채계획에서 탈피하여 색채가 지역 아이덴티티 확립과 더불어 지역활성화 수단으로 활용할 수 있는 가치를 발견하는 하나의 방향이 될 수 있다는 점에서 연구 의의가 있다.

성인여성의 옷차림에 나타난 패션감성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Fashion Sensibility of adult Women's Town Wear)

  • The purpose of this study(Part I) was to provide the guidance in more objective and proper clothing design and wearing rule to make good image making by analysis of fashion sensibilities about adult women's town wear in unlimited circumstance. The specific objectives were; 1)to investigate about fashion sensibility of women's town wear at season 2)to investigate about fashion sensibilities of women's town wear of properties which are age, marriage or not, job, average income per month, and schooling. 3)to compare fashion sensibility between Good and Bad women's town wear. The collected photos at shopping mall, department stores, and churches(S/S, F/W:2004.4.28~2005.5.1) were prepared removing face and background that can affect in estimator and attached on gray board. To investigate fashion sensibilities, the stimulus were 80 photos('good':40, 'Bad':40). The questionnaire consisted of bi-polar 25 pairs adjective scale of fashion sensibilities was distributed 60 female(20's~40's) living in Busan. The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, and Scheffe. The results of this study are summarized as follows; For fashion sensibilities at 'Good' and 'Bad' wear, the variances(season, age, marriage or not, job, average income per month, and schooling) are important. Especially, the fashion sensibility at 30's women are very unique and importance age zone to catch both young women's fashion sensibility and old women's fashion sensibility, Through that age zone, we could read women's various fashion sensibility and prospect complicate consumers' fashion mind. This study result will be utilized in the clothing design for target age zone of women's town wear, database of wearing rule and good image making, and planning fashion marketing strategies.

실버타운 입지를 위한 집수구역별 일사량 비교평가 (Comparative Evaluation of Catchment-wide Solar Radiation to Locate Silver-town)

  • It is usual to determine silver-town location by people's experienced knowledge or intuition considering many different type of thematic variables simultaneously. This paper is primarily intended to locate sunny silver-town according to catchment-wide solar radiation as single key variable. GIS based solar simulation realistically identified catchment-wide solar radiation in the study area using large scale spatial precision. More than 90% over the worst catchment were identified shadow surfaces while the optimal catchment was heavily covered by sunny radiation surfaces. It is confirmed that standard GIS technology can offers the viable method of measuring and comparing the catchment-wide solar radiation. Guidelines for a replicable methodology are presented to provide a strong theoretical basis for the standardization of factors involved in locating the sunny silver-town; delineation of catchment boundary, solar simulation, catchment-wide comparison etc. They could be used as an evidence to determine sunny catchment in comparison with other catchment, based solar simulation. It is anticipated that this research output could be used as a valuable reference to confirm the potential of introducing the new concept of "catchment specific solar radiation" to support more scientific and objective decision-making in the process of locating silver town.

  • 신도시개발 사업은 다양한 공종들이 복합적으로 진행되는 사업으로서 그 규모와 파급효과가 매우 큰 사업이다. 최근 국내 신도시개발 시장은 그 규모가 점차 줄어드는 반면 해외 신도시개발 시장은 투자개발형 사업을 위주로 크게 증가하고 있는 실정이며 이러한 상황 속에서 국내 신도시개발 공기업은 지난 30여 년간 국내에서 쌓은 충분한 경험을 바탕으로 해외 신도시시장에 진출할 필요성이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 통하여 국내 공기업의 해외 신도시시장 진출과정에서 고려되어야할 핵심요소들을 도출하였으며 중요도성과분석과 내용분석을 통한 설문분석을 바탕으로 신도시개발 공기업의 현황을 파악하고 해외사업진출 가능성을 파악하였다.

  • Recently, human's life is more longer and the birth rate continually decrease by the development of medical technology. In 2026 the ratio of the elderly will come up to 20.8% and be a 'post-aged society'. Development of economy and industrialization not only accelerate the urbanization and formation of nuclear family, but also change the changing of traditional society and one's value. So the issue of society and value's changing in the elderly increase the centralizing in the silver industry, and by the recent research about the elderly, they not want to live with their children, but want to live independently. This study is meaningful at the next generation of Ubiquitous society and post-aged society, proposing the smart silver town in urban type and let the elderly keeping the existing life in city. It realize the concept of 'Aging in Place' and propose the smart silver town in urban type which appropriate to behavior of the elderly, and being satisfy with various requirements of the elderly. This study point up the combination of physical elements and electronic elements through the smart technology, and making an smart environment to compose the smart silver town in urban type which react the behavior of the elderly.

  • The purpose of this paper is to seek the Sustainability in the Rural living considering Regional characteristics that would be referred the natural heritage in the rural areas and the different particular natural environment. In addition, based on this results, the local peoples who live in rural villages, will be possible to maintain and improve their life by their own effort continuously. Research methods are as following. At the first, The case study carried out for Japan's rural village, that how the residents would be participated of the town development and What is the motivation to participate to make their town well. and then, this paper analyzed the causing and problems the decline and developing possibilities of village targeting 'Bosanwonri' which is traditional rural village located in Kwangdukmean, Cheonansi, Korea. and in its final analysis, this paper proposed an possible alternatives which can retains the sustainable development.

  • Multi-criteria decision making is deducing the relative importance in the criterion of decision making and each alternative which is able to making a variety of choices measures the preferred degree in the series of town ranking criterions. Moreover, this is possible by synthesizing them systematically. In general, a fundamental problem decision maker solve for multi-criteria decision making is evaluating a set of activities which an considered as the target logically, and this kind of work is evaluated and synthesized by various criterions of the value which a chain of activities usually hold in common. In this paper, we use the compensatory models for the optimal decision making. For the purpose of optimal decision making, the data of five different car models are used in Europe.

효과적인 재원조달을 통한 구도시 u-City 구축사례연구 (A Case Study on the Successful Old-Town u-City Construction by an Effective Financing)

  • As a leading nation of ubiquitous technology, South Korea has been promoting u-City pilot projects throughout the country. According to 'Fundamental Construction Law of u-City,' u-City projects are classified into old-town and new-town types. However, most projects have focused only on the new-town type. Pushing forward large-scale land development projects, Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH Co.) under Ministry of Land Transport and Maritime Affairs (MLTM) has gained a development profit out of the u-City infrastructure and then donated the infrastructure to a local government without making any plan for operations. In the process of u-City pilot projects, old-towns have been relatively ignored and various of unexpected problems have emerged. Building the u-City of an old-town is not easy due to many constraints such as huge initial investment, long validity and verification procedures, lack of useful services for citizens, lack of professional outsourcing methods for business promotion, high operating costs of the integrated control center, inadequate law related, insufficient institutional requirements and so on. This paper introduces a case study on u-City development for an old-town, Ansan City, as a private investment project. The case will help boost u-City projects for old-towns by solving their problems and providing an effective operational mechanism. As the first BTL (Build-Transfer-Lease) project for constructing u-City, 'Broadband Information Network Development Project' of Ansan City will provide a reference model of expanding u-City projects for other cities.
