순천시 음식서비스에 대한 관광객 선호도의 컨조인트 평가 (Conjoint Measurement of Tourist Preferences for Foodservice in Sunchon City)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify combinations of factors, with regard to the use of restaurants by tourists, and to establish the relative importance of these factors in terms of their contribution to the total usage. Of 250 questionnaires, 209 were utilized for analysis in this study. Crosstabs, conjoint analysis, paired-samples t-test, k-means cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA analysis, and the Friedman test were used for the statistical analysis. The findings from this study were as follows: First, the Pearson's R and Kendall's tau statistics show that the model fits the data well. Second, it was found that 209 tourists most preferred restaurants that provided excellent quality traditional food, with a high quality of service, at a cheap price for the suburb. The 81 tourists of the first cluster most preferred restaurant that provided excellent quality fusion food, at a cheap price for the suburb. The 65 tourists of tile second cluster most preferred restaurant that provided average quality national food, at an expensive price for the suburb. The 63 tourists of the third cluster most preferred restaurant that provided excellent quality traditional food, at a reasonable price for the suburb. Third, it wis found that all tourists and the three clusters groups regarded both the type of food and its price to be very important factors. Finally, the results used in this study have provided some insight into the types of marketing strategies and tourism policies that may be successfully used by the operators and policymakers managing a location, the quality, price and type of food, and quality of service required by tourists dining at restaurants.

카드 데이터 기반 심층 관광 추천 연구 (Card Transaction Data-based Deep Tourism Recommendation Study)

  • 관광산업에서 발생하는 방대한 카드 거래 데이터는 관광객의 소비 행태와 패턴을 암시하는 중요한 자원이 되었다. 거래 데이터에 기반을 둔 스마트 서비스 시스템을 개발하는 것은 관광산업과 지식관리시스템 개발자들의 주요한 목표들 중 하나이다. 그러나 기존 추천 기법의 근간이 되어 온 평점을 활용하기 어렵다는 점은 시스템 설계자들이 학습 과정을 평가하기 어렵게 한다. 또한 시간적, 공간적, 인구통계학적 정보와 같이 추천 성과를 높일 수 있는 보조 요소들을 적절히 활용하는 방법도 어려운 상황이다. 이러한 문제들에 대하여 본 논문은 카드 거래 데이터를 기반으로 관광 서비스를 추천하는 새로운 방식인 CTDDTR을 제안한다. 먼저 Doc2Vec를 이용하여 시간성 선호도를 임베딩하여 관광객 그룹과 서비스 벡터로 데이터를 표현하였다. 다음 단계로 딥러닝 기술 중 하나인 다중 계층 퍼셉트론을 도입하여 얻어진 벡터와 관광 RDF로부터 도출한 보조 요소를 통합하여 심층 추천 모듈을 구성하였다. 추가로, 지식경영 분야의 RFM 분석 기법을 심층 추천 모듈에 도입하여 심층 신경망을 학습하는데 사용되는 평점을 생성함으로써 평점 부재 문제에 대응하였다. 제안한 CTDDTR의 추천 성능을 평가하기 위해 제주도에서 8년 동안 발생한 카드 거래 데이터를 사용하였고, 제안된 방법의 우수한 추천 성능과 보조 요소의 효과를 증명하였다.

제주도의 농촌관광 이미지 유형별 선호 체험활동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the rural Tourism Image Types based Segmentation on Preference Activities : A case of Rural village in Jeju Province)

  • The role of rural towns as a leisure space has recently been increasing with changes in the consumption trends in domestic tourism. Based on the tourists visiting the town of Sunheul-ri, Jocheon-eup, a rural Village in Jeju Island, this study categorized the market according to the images formed by the tourists of rural towns, and analyzed the preferred mode of participation in rural field activities for each category. We analyzed the characteristic factors of the images of rural tourism formed by the tourists, extracted three factors for cluster analysis, and then formed three groups: "Group of Rural Experience Activity" "Group of Rural Environment and Service" and "Group of Rest in the Rural" After analyzing the preferred activity in each image-category group, we found no significant differences among the groups in ordinary activities such as viewing the scenery, experiencing and learning about the natural environment, and culinary experiences. However, there were significant differences among the groups regarding participation in experiential tour programs with the purpose of active tourism. The "Group of Rural Experience Activity" sought to actively participate in various activity programs, whereas the "Group of Rest in the Rural" comparatively had a weaker preference for such active programs. We thus learnt that tourists' preferred activities are different according to the types of images formed by the tourists visiting rural towns. Therefore, to strengthen the competitive advantage of the rural tourist destinations of Jeju Island, it is necessary to provide various activity programs that are appropriate for the rural regions of Jeju and to accord with the expectations associated with each market segment category by positioning the programs according to the characteristics of the images held by the tourists.

  • 경인항은 컨테이너 및 일반부두 시설을 갖추고 배후 관광자원 연계가 가능한 다기능 항만으로 개발되었으나, 소형항만이라는 한계와 주변 항만과 중복, 연계성 부족으로 인하여 어려움을 겪고 있다. 하지만 경인항 또는 인근에 물류거점이 필요한 입주기업은 특성상 목재류, 철재류, 공산품 등 특정 수출입 품목을 경인항을 통하여 처리하고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 볼 때 경인항 이해관계자의 효용분석을 통한 경인항 활성화 방안을 수립하는 것은 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 컨조인트 분석을 활용하여 경인항 이해관계자의 선호도를 분석하고, 각 이해관계자의 선호도 차이를 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 연구결과, 터미널 집단은 선석 접안능력을 가장 중요하게 고려하고 있으며, 선사는 인센티브 규모를, 입주기업은 항만물류비를 가장 중요한 것으로 인식했다. 경인항 관련 당사자들은 인식의 차이를 인지하고, 경인항 활성화를 위해 관계기관의 협조 및 운영사간의 상호협력 등 경인항 특성에 맞는 화주 발굴 및 제도적 정비를 갖출 필요가 있다.

남녀 관광객의 돌산 갓김치에 대한 선호도에 미치는 영향 요인의 컨조인트 평가 (Conjoint Measurement of Tourists' Preferences for Dolsan Leaf Mustard Kimchi(Brassica juncea) across Gender)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify tourist product factor combinations which confer the highest utility to tourists and to establish the relative importance of factors in terms of their contribution to total utility across gender. Among 250 questionnaires, 230 questionnaires were utilized for the analysis. $X^2$ analysis, Conjoint model, Max. Utility model, BTL model, Logit model, K-means cluster analysis, and one-way anova analysis were used for this study. The findings from this study were as follows. First, the Pearson's R and Kendall's tau statistics showed that the model fitted the data well across gender. Second, it was found that total respondents and three clusters regarded taste price as the very important factor across gender. Third, it was found that the male and female tourists most preferred product with light red color, shaped package, and highly pungent taste sold at a cheap price in factory. Fourth, it was found that the male tourists most preferred simulation product with light red color, shaped package, and highly pungent taste sold at a cheap price in factory. The female tourists most preferred simulation product with light red color, shaped package, and mild taste sold at a cheap price in factory. Finally, the results of the study provide some insights into the types of effective product designs that can be successfully developed by marketers.

어촌체험 만족도 설문조사를 통한 어촌체험마을 활성화 방안 연구 (Studies on Revitalization Schemes for Fishery Villages Based on Questionnaire Survey)

  • 농림수산식품부는 어촌경제 활성화를 도모하기 위한 사업의 일환으로 2001년부터 어촌체험마을을 조성하고 있다. 그러나 일부 어촌 체험마을의 경우 체험객이 감소하거나 일시적 방문관광의 형태로 운영되고 있는 실정이다. 이 연구에서는 2006년도까지 우리나라 영남권에 선정된 총 21개 어촌체험마을을 대상으로 어촌체험마을 이용 현황 및 만족도 그리고 체험프로그램의 선호도 파악을 위한 설문조사를 수행하였다. 그리고 설문결과를 바탕으로 어촌체험마을의 활성화를 도모하고 어가소득증대와 어촌경기회복에 기여할 수 있는 3가지 활성화 방안을 제안하였다.

육수제품 개발을 위한 육수 재료 이용의 현황 조사 (A study on the present situation of utilization of broth materials for the development of broth product)

  • This study was examined the current situation of utilization of meat broth materials for the development of various broth products. The 500 housewives living in Seoul were asked. The results obtained as follows; Beef(93%) was used most frequently for making broth. In order to reduce rancid smell of broth, garlic(72%), ginger(68%), green onion(60%), onion(58%), black pepper(44%), radish(25%) were used. Most housewives used beef three or four times a month and hardly used chicken or pork for making broth. Commercial broth materials were used two or three times a month. For making broth the bricket of beef, a whole or half chicken and bones of pig were consumed most frequently. Before making broth, from flesh only blood was removed. Also housewives slightly boiled bone blood-removed in water. The older age is, the longer marriage duration is, the higher monthly income and education level is, the more beef was consumed. The higher the education level is, the more vegetables like garlic, ginger, green onion, onion, radish were used. It is suggested that in order to develop various broth products made of natural materials, the characteristics of preferred broth materials should be defined and it is necesarry to accomplish the preference test of preferred broth products.

Route Optimization Algorithm Based on Game Theory for Tourism Routes at Pseudo-Imperial Palace

  • With improvements in living conditions, an increasing number of people are choosing to spend their time traveling. Comfortable tour routes are affected by the season, time, and other local factors. In this paper, the influencing factors and principles of scenic spots are analyzed, a model used to find the available routes is built, and a multi-route choice model based on a game theory utilizing a path recommendation weight is developed. A Monte Carlo analysis of a tourist route subjected to fixed access point conditions is applied to account for uncertainties such as the season, start time, end time, stay time, number of scenic spots, destination, and start point. We use the Dijkstra method to obtain multiple path plans and calculate the path evaluation score using the Monte Carlo method. Finally, according to the user preference in the input path, game theory generates path ordering for user choice. The proposed approach achieves a state-of-the-art performance at the pseudo-imperial palace. Compared with other methods, the proposed method can avoid congestion and reduce the time cost.

  • Big data has recently been used in various industries such as tourism, medical care, distribution, and marketing. And it is evolving to the stage of collecting real-time information or analyzing correlations and predicting the future. In the tourism industry, big data can be used to identify the size and shape of the tourism market, and by building and utilizing a large-capacity database, it is possible to establish an efficient marketing strategy and provide customized tourism services for tourists. This paper has begun with anticipation of the effects that would occur when big data is actively used in the tourism field. Because the method of use must have applicability and practicality, the spatial scope will be limited to Seosan, Chungcheongnam-do, and research will be conducted. In this paper, to improve the quality of tourism courses by collecting and analyzing the number of mention data and sentiment index data on social media, which reflect the tourist's interest, preference and satisfaction. Therefore, it is used as basic data necessary for the development of new local tourism courses in the future. In addition, the development of tourism courses will be able to promote tourism growth and also revitalizing the local economy.

觀光資源에 대한 地리的 硏究動向 (Geographical research trends on tourism resources)

  • 본 연구에서는 지리학 분야에 있어서의 관광자원에 대한 연구동향을 검토함으로써 관광자원 연구의 이론적 기초를 제시하고자 하였다. 관광자원에 대한 지리적 접근은 크게 3 가지 주제로 범주화 할 수 있다. 첫째, 관광자원의 유형화와 공간적 분포에 관한 연구로 내 용상 관광자원의 개념과 범위, 기준설정을 토대로 한 관광자원 자체의 유형화와 그 지역적 분프특성에 근거한 공간적 유형화로 구분되어 발전하였다. 둘째, 관광현상을 유발시키고 관 광목적지를 결정하는 배경으로서 관광자원에 대한 인지 및 선호, 해석에 대한 행태론적 연 구이다. 셋째, 최근에 활발한 연구를 보이고 있는 관광자원의 개발에 따른 경제적 편익분석 및 문화적, 교육적, 환경적, 심리적 영향과 효과에 대한 연구동향을 들 수 있다. 종함검토 결 과 관광자원에 대한 지리적 연구는 그 공간적, 내용적 범위가 세분화, 전문화되고 있으며, 연구주제와 방법면에서도 구체적인 자료와 계량적, 분석적 틀을 기초한 실증적인 연구로 발 전해 가고 있다.
