Purpose This study explores the impact of tourism live commerce on consumer participation intention. Utilizing Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) framework and situation theory, the study is to identify the features and situational factors of tourism live commerce and to investigate their impact on flow experience, perceived value, and participation intention. Design/methodology/approach A theoretical model is developed and validated through a survey, adopting PLS-SEM approach. A self-administered questionnaire was developed and distributed via Wenjuanxing, the largest online survey platform in China, in October 2022, resulting in 361 valid responses. Findings The results reveal significant effects of features and situational factors of tourism live commerce on consumer behavior, enhancing the understanding of tourism live commerce and extending the S-O-R framework in this context. The study offers both theoretical contributions and practical implications, providing valuable insights for managers to improve consumer engagement in tourism live commerce.
The purpose of this study was to provide a more comprehensive model which integrates a social exchange construct (i.e., organizational commitment) as a mediator to test the relationship between organizational justice and employees' bebaviors such as intent to leaving and custormer-oriented behavior. Based on the data collected from ten Chinese full-service restaurants, this study analyzed the proposed hypotheses through model comparison by using structural equation modeling (SEM) technique with AMOS 7.0. The results indicated that (1)distributive justice had negative influence on employees' turnover intention and positive influence on employees' customer oriented behavior and these influences were fully mediated by employees' affective commitment to their organizations; (2)procedural justice had negative influence on employees' turnover intention and positive influence on customer oriented behavior and these influences were only partially mediated by employees' affective commitment to their organizations. Managerial implications and future research directions were proposed at the last part of this study.

This paper tackles the prevalent challenges faced by existing tourism route recommendation methods, including data sparsity, cold start, and low accuracy. To address these issues, a novel intelligent tourism route recommendation method based on collaborative filtering is introduced. The proposed method incorporates a series of key steps. Firstly, it calculates the interest level of users by analyzing the item attribute rating values. By leveraging this information, the method can effectively capture the preferences and interests of users. Additionally, a user attribute rating matrix is constructed by extracting implicit user behavior preferences, providing a comprehensive understanding of user preferences. Recognizing that user interests can evolve over time, a weight function is introduced to account for the possibility of interest shifting during product use. This weight function enhances the accuracy of recommendations by adapting to the changing preferences of users, improving the overall quality of the suggested tourism routes. The results demonstrate the significant advantages of the approach. Specifically, the proposed method successfully alleviates the problem of data sparsity, enhances neighbor selection, and generates tourism route recommendations that exhibit higher accuracy compared to existing methods.

This research is a preliminary empirical investigation to segment the green tourism market by intention, which is a major precedent variable determining the behavior(i.e., participation in green tourism). Then, characteristics of each segmented group such as their socio-demographic variables, green tourism attitude, types of attractions they want to be provided in destination, and constraints to participate in green tourism were compared to give information useful for green tourism managers. Data was collected by a polling agency on a total of 608 residents of Seoul, who would be potential green tourists. Three green tourist groups were identified by intention to participate. The results showed that only gender among socio-demographic variables, two constraint factors, green tourism attitude, and s]me attractions were statistically significant. It is worth noticing, however, that there was no difference in green tourism attitude between the two groups that have the strongest and the weakest intention to participate in green tourism. This result means that the green tourism attitude does not always influence positively on the formation of intention. Perceived behavioral control construct such as cost may played an important role in lowering intention to visit. Based on the findings, several marketing strategies were suggested such as identification of target market and inducing potential green tourists to participate.
This study was conducted to examine the level of exposure, credibility and usefulness of the food tourism information channel perceived by foreign tourists visiting Korea. A total of 230 survey questionnaires were distributed to Japanese and Chinese tourists, who account for the highest percentage of tourists visiting Korea. The results showed that tourists were segmented into three groups based on their participation in food tourism activities: culinary tourists, experiential tourists and general tourists. Japanese tourists participated more actively in food tourism activities than Chinese tourists. The information channel used most frequently by tourists was 'word-of-mouth,' while the least used channel was 'e-mail catalog contains food tourism information.' Culinary tourist most actively used online and offline channels to search for food tourism information. Perceived credibility and usefulness of the food tourism information channel differed by nationality and food tourist segments. This study provides meaningful implications regarding food tourism promotion strategies.

One of the promising sectors of the economy today is tourism in all forms and types. The multiplier effect of tourism is huge: the income received from one tourist exceeds the amount of money spent by him at the location on the purchase of services and goods in the range from 1.5 to 4 times. Countries known as world centers of tourism have made it a state policy, taking on the functions of forecasting, coordinating and controlling. The architectural monuments of the city historical structure are a pretty resource for tourism. Cultural tourism as a type of sociocultural human activity is one of the popular and mass types of tourism. The number of people wishing to get acquainted with historical and cultural sights is growing every year. In the cultural aspect, tourism has an impact on the spiritual and material spheres of human life, his way of life, value system, social behavior. Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the features of the architecture of tourism and tourist complexes. As a result of the study, current trends and prerequisites for the architecture of tourism and tourist complexes were investigated.

This study utilized TEXTOM, a social network analysis program to analyze changes in current tourism behavior after travel restrictions were eased after the outbreak of COVID-19. Data on the keywords 'domestic travel' and 'overseas travel' were collected from blogs, cafes, and news provided by Naver, Google, and Daum. The collection period was set from April to December 2022 when social distancing was lifted, and 2019 and 2020 were each set as one year and compared and analyzed with 2022. A total of 80 key words were extracted through text mining and centrality analysis was performed using NetDraw. Finally, through the CONCOR, the correlated keywords were clustered into 4. As a result of the study, tourism behavior in 2022 shows tourism recovery before the outbreak of COVID-19, segmentation of travel based on each person's preferred theme, prioritization of each country's corona mitigation policy, and then selecting a tourist destination. It is expected to provide basic data for the development of tourism marketing strategies and tourism products for the newly emerging tourism ecosystem after COVID-19.
