차량 승차감에 미치는 공차의 영향 분석을 위한 해석적 방법 (Analytical Method to Analyze the Tolerance Effect on the Vehicle Ride Comfort)

  • Analytical method to analyze the tolerance effect on the vehicle ride comfort is suggested in this paper. Ride comfort is one of the most important performance indices which decide the vehicle design quality. In general, the ride comfort is affected by the variations of parameters of a vehicle model. Therefore, the effects of the parameters on the ride comfort need to be evaluated statistically based on the whole-body vibration of the vehicle. In this paper, weighted RMS values of the acceleration PSD of a seat position are used to define the ride comfort. The equations of motion and the sensitivity equations are derived based on a 5-DOF vehicle model. By employing the sensitivity information of the acceleration at the seat position, the tolerance effect on the vehicle ride comfort could be effectively analyzed.

  • 항등 비트율 서비스를 위한 대표적인 이용자 트래픽 통제 알고리즘인 GCRA에 있어서 네트워크의 과부하와 전송 도중 불가피하게 발생하는 전송지연 변동에 따른 이용자 트래픽의 과도한 손실을 방지하기 위해서는 적절한 전송 지연변동 허용치의 설정이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 항등 비트율의 소스 트래픽에 대한 GCRA 순응검사에서 지연변동 허용치의 범 위에 따른 GCRA의 성능을 여러 측면에서 분석하고 적절한 지연변동 허용치 설정을 위한 가이드라인을 제시한다.

Narcissism and Social Media Addiction in Workplace

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of narcissism on employees' social media addiction and how it influences their job satisfaction and organizational commitment. And this study explores if perceived organizational support can moderate the relationship between narcissism and social media addiction. For this, this study collected data from 285 employees in Korean companies through a survey method and uses SPSS 18.0 for hierarchical regression analysis in the hypothesis test. First, organizational politics increases mood modification, withdrawal and tolerance among the sub-factors of social media addiction. Second, each phenomena of social media service addiction such as salience, withdrawal and tolerance decrease each relevant factors of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Third, withdrawal and tolerance among the sub-factors of social media addiction play the mediating roles between narcissism and each relevant factors of job satisfaction/organizational commitment. Finally, perceived organizational support decrease the effect of narcissism on mood modification, withdrawal and tolerance among the sub-factors of social media addiction. This study provides some of managerial implications to corporate executives who try to manage organizational attitudes.

Analysis of the redundant architecture for the fault-tolerance of a distributed control system

  • The distributed digital control system has many shared common components, and a single fault in the system may have effects on not a single function. Not as in an analog system, the faults in a digital system usually make discrete and abrupt changes in its output, which are hard to be expected. To cope with these situations, the fault-tolerance is an inevitable property of a distributed control system. A distributed digital control system consists of many equipments, and each equipment can be implemented by many different technologies. The fault-tolerance has to be implemented depend-ing on the overall architecture and how each equipment is implemented. The paper analyzes and compares the strategies and tactics to add the fault-tolerances in a distributed digital control system, and studies how they can be combined appropriately.

비행자료산출을 위한 소요시간과 정답오차범위에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Time Required and Error Tolerance Limits for Flight Data Computation)

  • The purpose of the present paper is to determine the time required and error tolerance limits for flight data computation. The results of statistical analysis showed that the calculator side computation required about 50 seconds for each question and wind side computation needed about 115 seconds for each question. In case of error tolerance limits, it was found that the error tolerance limit for altitude computation war 90 feet and two knots of interval was recommanded for the speed computation in calculator side, and one degree of interval for heading computation and five knots interval for speed computation in wind side.

손상허용해석을 위한 균열성장모델 교정 (Calibration of crack growth model for damage tolerance analysis)

  • This paper introduces the calibration results of the fatigue crack growth models for damage tolerance analysis of the aircraft structures. Generalized Willenborg model and Wheeler model are calibrated with experimental data tested under the load spectrum of a trainer. The retardation factors such as, shut-off ratio in Generalized Willenborg model and shaping exponent in Wheeler model, are evaluated for aluminum alloys AL2024-T3511, AL7050-T7451 and AL7075-T73511. It is shown that the retardation effect of the crack growth rate depends on the yield strength of material and the maximum stress in the load spectrum. Generalized Willenborg model and Wheeler model give satisfactory prediction of crack growth life but the calibration of the experimental parameters with test is required.

  • The tolerance approach to the sensitivity analysis in linear programming considers simultaneous and independent variations in the coefficients of the objective funciton or of the right-hand side terms and gives a region in which the coefficients and terms and gives a region in which the coefficients and terms can be changed and still the current optimal basis B for the original problem remains as an optimal basis for the perturbed problem. In this paper we describe a procedure that expands a region S obtained by the tolerance approch into a larger region R, so that more variations in the objective function coefficients or the right-hand side terms are permissible.

  • The art of designing and analyzing fault-tolerant computers is surveyed with special emphasis on problems of analyzing the behavior of computers that have autonomous repair capability. The survey covers the following topics : (1) general issues in computer reliability, (2) fault-tolerance state relations and requirements, (3) computational hierarchy, (4) fault characteristics, (5) fault diagnosis, (6) fault-tolerance schemes for logic network and machines, (7) fault-coverage effects, and (8) fault-tree analysis of coverage. This paper does not include techniques for verifying nonredundant hardware or system software designs or for verifying the correctness of application programs.

여대생의 데이트 폭력 인식이 데이트 폭력 피해자 행동에 미치는 영향; 폭력허용도의 매개 효과 (The Influence of Female University Students' Perception of Dating Violence on Dating Violence Victim Behavior: Mediating effect of Violence Tolerance)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 여대생의 데이트 폭력 인식이 데이트 폭력 피해자 행동에 미치는 영향에서 폭력허용도의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이었다. 본 연구를 위해 U대학교 4개 학과에 재학 중인 여대생 161명을 대상으로 설문을 배포 및 수집하였다. 통계분석은 빈도와 백분율, 상관분석, 단순회귀분석, 계층적 다중회귀분석, Sobel 검증을 시행하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 여대생의 데이트 폭력에 대한 인식이 데이트 폭력 피해자 행동 간에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 설명력은 5%였다. 둘째, 폭력 허용도는 모든 데이트 폭력 피해자의 행동에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 설명력은 12%로 나타났다. 셋째, Sobel 검증 결과 첫 번째 단계에서 여대생 데이트 폭력에 대한 인식은 폭력에 대한 허용도를 유의하게 설명하였고, 두 번째 단계에서는 데이트폭력 인식이 데이트 폭력 피해자의 행동을 유의하게 설명하였다. 세 번째 단계에서는 폭력을 허용하는 것으로 데이트폭력 피해자의 행동을 설명하였고, 네 번째 단계에서는 폭력에 대한 허용을 도입하였을 때 데이트 폭력 인식이 데이트 폭력의 피해 행동에 미치는 영향은 감소하였지만 유의미한 수준은 아니었다. 즉, 폭력허용도는 데이트 폭력 인식이 데이트 폭력 피해자 행동에 미치는 영향에서 부분 매개효과를 보였다. 향후 데이트 폭력의 피해자 예방을 위해 폭력에 대한 인식을 높이고, 폭력에 대한 허용을 낮출 수 있는 실용적인 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요할 것이다.
