전자기 과도현상 해석을 위한 S 영역 등가시스템 PART I : 주파수 의존 시스템 등가 (S-Domain Equivalent System for Electromagnetic Transient Studies PART I : Frequency Dependent Network Equivalent)

  • Modern power systems are very complex and to model them completely is impractical for electromagnetic transient studies. Therefore areas outside the immediate area of interest must be represented by some form of frequency dependent equivalent. The s-domain rational function form of frequency dependent equivalent does not need refitting if the simulation time-step is changed in the electromagnetic transient program. This is because the s-domain rational function coefficients are independent of the simulation time-step, unlike the z-domain rational function coefficients. S-domain rational function fitting techniques for representing frequency dependent equivalents have been developed using Least Squares Fitting(LSF). However it does not suffer the implementation error that exited in this work as it ignored the instantaneous term. This paper Presents the formulation for developing 1 Port Frequency Dependent Network Equivalent(FDNE) with the instantaneous term in S-domain and illustrates its use. This 1 port FDNE have been applied to the CIGRE Benchmark Rectifier test AC system. The electromagnetic transient package PSCAD/EMTDC is used to assess the transient response of the 1 port (FDNE) developed with Thevenin and Norton Equivalent network. The study results have indicated the robustness and accuracy of 1 port FDNE for electromagnetic transient studies.

시간종속요소를 이용한 5층 RC건축물의 비좌굴가새 보강에 대한 내진거동 (Seismic Behavior of a Five-story RC Structure Retrofitted with Buckling-Restrained Braces Using Time-dependent Elements)

  • 본 연구에서는 시간종속요소를 이용하여 상부벽식-하부골조구조가 고려된 중 저층 철근콘크리트 구조물의 동적응답을 조사하였다. 시간종속요소란 사용자가 원하는 시간간격에서 부재를 활성화할 수 있는 진보된 요소로써 기존의 수행되었던 실험을 통해 가장 우수한 성능을 보인 채널형 비좌굴가새가 해석에서 보강요소로 고려되었다. 시간종속요소로 고려된 비좌굴가새는 1차 지진하중에 의해 구조물이 손상된 후에 2차 지진하중이 발생하기 전에 모멘트골조에 설치, 보강된 것으로 가정되었다. 이러한 가정을 바탕으로 내진설계가 고려되지 않은 5층 콘크리트 건물에 연속지진하중의 적용을 통하여 시간종속요소의 영향에 따라 구조물의 동적응답을 비교하였다. 2차 지진파가 발생했을 때 비좌굴가새를 활성화시키는 것은 1차 지진하중에 의해 손상이 집중된 모멘트골조의 변형을 크게 감소시키는 것으로 조사되었다. 그러나 전단벽시스템은 BRB시스템이 활성화된 이후에도 손상이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 모멘트골조의 보강효과에 비해 전단벽시스템의 누적손상이 매우 미세하기 때문에 연속지진하중에 대한 BRB시스템은 효과적인 보강방법으로 조사되었다.

  • Feynman's operational calculus for noncommuting operators was studied by means of measures on the time inteval. And various stability theorems for Feynman's operational calculus were investigated. In this paper we see the time-dependent stability properties when the operator-valued functions take their values in a separable Hilbert space.

  • Each type of optical sheets in a LCD module experiences a characteristic behavior for thermal loading and unloading. During thermal cycling, a polymeric behavior is reversible and recyclable, depending on a material stiffness critically affected by temperature and time. Some critical issues on temperature- and time-dependent themomechanical deformation of the polymeric sheet are addressed by finite-element thermal results, followed by structural simulation results in this study.

  • We treat problems of estimating reliability R(t) = P[Y(t) > X(t)] in the time dependent strength-stress model in which a unit of stress X(t) is subjected to environmental strength Y(t) at time t. In this paper we introduce a special model of R(t) with fixed strength and unaccumulated stress case, and propose a Mann-Whitney-Wilcoxon type estimator of R(t).

  • This paper focuses on the asymptotic stability of a class of neutral linear systems with mixed time-varying delay arguments. Using the Lyapunov method, a delay-dependent stability criterion to guarantee the asymptotic stability for the systems is derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The LMIs can be easily solved by various convex optimization algorithms. Two numerical examples are given to illustrate the proposed methods.

  • Feynman's operational calculus for noncommuting operators was studied via measures on the time interval. We investigate that if a sequence of p-tuples of measures converges to another p-tuple of measures, then the corresponding sequence of operational calculi in the time dependent setting converges to the operational calculus determined by the limiting p-tuple of measures.

  • Feynman's operational calculus for noncommuting operators was studied via measures on the time interval. We investigate some properties of Feynman's operational calculi which include a variety of blends of discrete and continuous measures in the time dependent setting.
