Paper is on defense for so-called internet crisis, the attack of DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) which was targeted to the central government ministries, financial sector, and portal sites of chief counties including Korea on June 7th, 2009 as its start. By conducting attack with various DDoS attacking methods in the lab environment and dividing networks targeted by the attack by layers, this paper records and analyzes the chief information for attack, destination information of packets, defense policy setting, and the flow of packet attack with the subjects of the networks separated. This study suggests CFC system using multiple firewalls applying defense policy corresponding to the target layer for ultimate attack and tests it according to the result of analyzing the attack packet information and its amount, log analysis, access recording port, and MAC and IT information, etc. by layers. This article is meaningful in that it analyzes the attack by layers, establishes firewall policy for protecting each layer, and secures accurate mechanism for detect and defense.

This study is aimed both to define a conception of Health Care Systems and to suggest Desirable Reorganization Directions in Korea. The Desirable Reorganization Directions of Health Care System in Korea is as follows ; 1. The Health Care System of Free Market System has to reorganize step by step for the Directions of National Health System. 2. The Health Care System has to reorganize with local socite as the center of local community. Especially, Health Sub-Center should be reorganized to provide Compresensive Health Care, so that the Sub-Center consist at least 15 members of health workers including a chief of governmental office. 3. The Health Care System has to reorganize for the Directions responding problems of the Elder, New Medical Technology Development, and Health Information System.

This article aims to understand the process of effective leadership in the Community Care Centers for the Disabled(CCCD). Using a qualitative approach and the concept of 'Sensemaking', a term introduced by Weick (1995), I described and explored the process of leadership. Sensemaking enables leaders to have a better grasp of what is going on in their environments. Sensemaking theory offers a perspective on leadership that resolves successfully complex situations surrounding the CCCD. The CCCDs face the environmental changes such as a paradigm shift of disability and a rivalry system with private services. In this time of uncertain change, the CCCDs are in need of leadership of the executives who could reduce complexity with shared meaning. Data were collected over 5 weeks from the 6 CCCDs, through semi-structured interviews, with practitioners, middle managers and chief executives. The interview scripts were thematically analyzed through Atlas-ti programme. The findings showed three subjects, the people's perception of environment, organizational visioning and interactions among post positions. Even though the 6 CCCDs were under the same environment, the perceptions and the enactments of the practitioners were influenced by the chief executives' sensemaking. The important factors of the chief executives' sensemaking were the daily interaction as well as ongoing reflection on their experiences.

The bogie of monorail vehicles applies rubber wheel system not steel wheel system. In addition, The structure of the bogie is very complicated because vehicle operates on the elevated road and vehicle drives with wrapping the guide way. When the monorail vehicle applies air brake system, lower device of vehicle may be complex and some devices may be limited. On the other hand, hydraulic brake equipment is compact and not weighing. Braking force is also outstanding compared with air brake so the hydraulic brake equipment is suitable for monorail vehicle. Also urban transit system such as monorail, applies mixed system both friction brake and electric brake in order to save electric energy. But application case of hydraulic brake in the country is very rare because hydraulic brake have difficulty in satisfaction of control requirement and maintenance. Therefore, this study suggests ways to design hydraulic brake system with blending brake for monorail vehicle and applies the ways to future monorail.

For the system benefit optimization by considering risk or reliability from a multiple reservoir system using the Monte Carlo Technique, Many stochastically generated inflow series have to be used for the system analysis. In this study, the stochastically generated inflow series for the multiple reservoir system operation are preprocessed according to the considering system objectives and operating time periods. Through this procedure, several representative inflow series which have discrate probability levels and operation horizons are selected among the thousands of generated inflows. Then a deterministic optimization technique is applied to the hydropower energy estimation from the Han River Reservoir System which considers five reservoirs in this study. It took much less computational requirements than using the original Morite Carlo Technique, even though estimated result was almost similar.

The purpose of this study is to use system dynamics to establish the relation among each variable through the construction process of Community Planning Model, and examine what changes policy scenarios per alternative cause in Community Planning through policy simulation of the constructed model. Therefore, this study extracted chief variables of Community Planning Projects through precedent researches related to Community Planning, and extracted variables were prepared as causal map to examine in what causal cycle feedback structure within Community Planning they can be explained. Next, Community Planning Model was constructed based on the prepared causal map. The model was verified by specialists' interviews and simulation of example areas. This study, which aimed to construct Community Planning Model using system dynamics, has a significance in that it prepared the foundation to provide useful methodology in monitoring the progress of project or establishing the plan of future Community Planning Projects.

Congenital or acquired esophagotracheobronchial fistula are rare. The chief causes of the acquired form are malignancy developing on the esophagus or tracheobronchial system and infection, and trauma. The pathognomonic symptom is a paroxysmal cough occurring several seconds after ingestion of liquids. This report reviews a case of bronchoesophageal fistula of unknown origin accompanying bronchiectasis. The patient is 32 years old woman with excellent result by surgical intervention. But the fistula is accidently found in the operation field. The surgical procedures consissts of fistulectomy with Right lower lobectomy.

As today's Information Technology (IT) becomes more global and specialized the importance of Information Technology Architecture (ITA). Based on the case study of e-commerce, this paper presents a systematic approach to Information Strategy Planning (ISP) with ITA. To implementation of strategic approach, ITA is developed to establish e-commerce projects. It is believed that the Chief Information Officer (CIO) will be more receptive to results that include ISP and ITA are combined simultaneously.

I study the actual condition and the problem of the crime prevention system of two seoul police station. that is operated on the unit of police box, and present the new improvement. Stragic and active is the new crime prevention system that introduces a concept of community oriented policing, the tendency of a developed country police. I present a medium - sized police station where 250${\sim}$300 policemen work. It consist of a patrol division, a community division and a administration support division. The chief of police bears the responsibility only for crime prevention service by concentrating on pure Patrol - centered crime prevention activity and community relation activity. Next I present a police inspector system. The most important on this paper is the community policing officer system that a policeman bears responsibility on district apart from a patrol division and support a police service related community. To be operated these systems effectively, these need to be regulated according to a police distinct, a police purpose and it's demand. Also a scale, function, authority of a existing. Police station must be regulated and the police training must be carried out.
