The present study was undertaken to develop the in vitro sun protection factor(SPF) test method having good correlation with in vivo method using human. 8% homomentyl salicylate. P3 reference standard and commercially available sunscreen products were measured by the in vitro method using SPF 290S analyzer. and the SPFs were compared with the SPFs measured by in vivo test method. In vitro SPFs of 8% HMS and P3 reference standard were 4.59$\pm$0.12 and 14.94$\pm$0.83. (omitted)

본 논문에서는 $0.35-{\mu}m$ standard CMOS 공정에서 낮은 전력을 소모하면서 낮은 전원전압에서 동작하는 곡률보상 기능을 갖는 기준전류/전압 발생 회로를 제안한다. 제안된 회로는 weak-inversion 영역에서 동작하는 MOS 트랜지스터들을 사용함으로써 1V 이하 전원전압에서 동작할 수 있다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 제안되는 곡률보상 기술을 사용하여 기존의 곡률보상 기능이 없는 BGR 회로들처럼 종 모양이 아닌 사인 곡선과 같은 모양을 나타내 작은 TC 값을 보여준다. 제안된 회로들은 모두 0.9V의 전원전압에서 동작한다. 먼저, 기준전압 발생 회로는 176nW 전력을 소모하며, 온도 계수는 $26.4ppm/^{\circ}C$이다. 기준전류 발생 회로는 194.3nW 전력을 소모하며, 온도 계수는 $13.3ppm/^{\circ}C$이다.

HEVC is the high efficiency video coding standard, which provides better coding efficiency contrasted with the other video coding standard. But at the same time the computational complexity increases drastically. Thirty-five kinds of intra-prediction modes are defined in HEVC, while 9 kinds of intra prediction modes are defined in H.264/AVC. This paper proposes a fast rough mode decision (RMD) algorithm which adopts the smoothness of the up-reference pixels and the left-reference pixels to decrease the computational complexity. The three step search method is implemented in RMD process. The experimental results compared with HM13.0 indicate that the proposed algorithm can save 39.7% of the encoding time, while Bjontegaard delta bitrate (BDBR) is increased slightly by 1.35% and Bjontegaard delta peak signal-to-noise ratio (BDPSNR) loss is negligible.

사회의 발달에 따라 정보의 양이 폭발적으로 증가하게 되어 이를 효율적으로 유지, 보관하기 위해 디지털 아카이브의 필요성이 대두되었다. 현재 아카이브의 표준으로는 OAIS(Open Archival Information System) 참조 모형이 있다. 이 모형은 장기보존에만 관심이 있고, 주로 포괄적인 콘텐츠에만 신경을 쓰고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이미지 자료를 대상으로 장기보존만이 아닌 효율적인 활용을 위한 디지털 아카이브 워크플로우와 메타데이터에 대한 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이미지 자료 디지털 아카이브 구축을 위해서는 OAIS 참조 모형을 통해 서지 정보와 미디어 형태의 메타데이터 표준이 추가되어야 한다는 필요성이 제기된다. 이미지 정보의 효율적인 디지털 아카이빙 및 활용을 위한 클래스 기반 다단계 메타데이터 모델 관리를 제안한다.

Whether it is crosstalk, harmonics, or in-band operation of wireless technologies, interference between a reference system and a host of offenders is virtually unavoidable. In past contributions, a benchmark has been established and considered for coexistence analysis with a number of technologies including FWA, UMTS, and WiMAX. However, the previously presented model does not take into account the mobility factor of the reference node in addition to a number of interdependent requirements regarding the link direction, channel state, data rate and system factors; hence limiting its applicability for the MBWA (IEEE 802.20) standard. Thus, over diverse modes, in this correspondence we analytically derived the greatest aggregate interference level tolerated for high-fidelity transmission tailored specifically for the MBWA standard. Our results, in the form of benchmark indicators, should be of particular interest to peers analyzing and researching RF coexistence scenarios with this new protocol.

In this paper, a novel beta-multiplier reference current source circuit for the 800mV power-supply voltage is presented. In order to cope with the narrow input common-mode range of the OpAmp in the reference circuit, shunt resistive voltage divider branches were deployed. High gain OpAmp was designed to compensate intrinsic low output resistance of the MOS transistors. The proposed reference circuit was designed in a standard 0.18um CMOS process with nominal Vth of 420mV and -450mV for nMOS and pMOS transistor respectively. The total power consumption including OpAmp is less than 50uW.

This paper develops and defends the concept of reference-quality in consumer choice, demonstrating its impact on aggregated market demand. The concept of reference-quality refers to an internal standard against which observed qualities are compared in consumer choice behavior. In doing so, we examine and reveal the formation mechanism and the structure of reference-quality in the U.S. wireless phone market. Consequently, we recognize and introduce a brand-specific reference both in price and product quality in aggregated product demand which enable us to measures the responsiveness of market demand to the innovation of a certain brand.

Local languages based information storage and retrieval system is essential for any online digital repository system. This paper reports the development of an interface in Bengali that allows users not only browsing and searching Indic-script based documents but also allows administrator performing various system level operations. This paper briefly describes the origin and key characteristics of Indic-scripts along with their encoding in Unicode standard with special reference to Bengali language. It also demonstrates the development processes of Bengal-script based information representation and retrieval (IRR) system viz. BURA (Burdwan University Research Archive) using different open standard and open source software (OSS) including different factors essential for building such successful Indic-script based multilingual digital libraries. The suggested strategies may help digital library developers to design an appropriate multi-script based information access services in any other Indic-script based languages.

대기환경시료인 도시분진시료와 인공적으로 준비한 휠터상 도시분진시료중의 미량원소를 중성자방사화분석법을 사용하여 비파괴 분석하였다. 분석정도관리를 위하여 미국 표준기술원의 인증표준시료 (Urban Dust, NIST SRM 1648)를 이용하였다. 37종의 검출된 원소의 상대오차와 상대 표준편차를 계산하였으며 각각 10%와 15%이내이었다. 도시분진시료로부터 29종의 원소, 휠터상 도시분진시료로부터 21종의 원소를 정량하였다. 측정결과의 신뢰도 및 숙련도 평가를 위하여, 중성자방사화분석법, 하전입자유도 X-선방출분광법, X-선 형광분석법과 원자흡수분광법을 이용한 세계 39개 실험실이 참여한 실험실간 비교시험에 참여하였으며 수집된 결과를 통계처리하였다. 평균값과 표준편차로 계산한 z-score는 몇개의 원소를 제외하고 모두 -1

This paper describes the development or a closed-loop Strapdown Attitude Reference System (SARS) algorithm integrated filtering estimator for determining attitude reference for railway and aviation system using fuzzy inference. The SARS consists of 3 single-axis rate gyms in conjunction with 2 single-axis accelerometers. For optimal values of fuzzy systems, we utilize on-line scheduling method for initial values and then use genetic algorithms for fine tuning. Implementation using experimental test data of unmanned aerial vehicle has been performed in order to verify the estimation. The proposed fuzzy inference based SARS demonstrate that more accurate performance can be achieved in comparison with conventional one. The estimation results were compared with the on-board vertical gyro as the reference standard.
