An ultrasonic test method, as a nondestructive test is applied to ensure the clad interface quality assessment. According to the reference codes and standards, not only korea Industrial Standard(KS) but also American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard, ultrasonic examination procedures use the pulse-echo, A-scan, back reflection signal drop method and/or side drilled reference hole used to establish the acceptance criteria of clad material test. But the variety of bonding materials and sizes makes it difficult to produce the reference blocks, or thus the criteria. In order to overcome these practical difficulties, new ultrasonic testing criterion is suggested. In this new method, the theoretical interface reflection signal amplitude level is calculated and suggested as an acceptance criteria with the back reflection signal set to 100% FSH(Full Screen Height) which is based on acoustic impedance mismatch at the clad interface for the explosive clad ultrasonic inspection. Applicability of suggested criterion, for the explosive clad Fe-Naval Brass with different bonding quality is confirmed to the pre-existed KS and ASTM specifications and verified by using SEM (Seanning Electron Microscope) micrograph. The results obtained by the suggested method is more conservative than the results according to the KS B 0234 and ASTM A 578 specifications The suggested method could be applicable to any other combination of explosive clad ultrasonic inspection.

대검찰청 마약감식실은 대마 흡연여부를 판별하는 수단인 소변 중 대마 대사체 성분 분석법 에 대한 신뢰도 평가를 위하여 인증표준물질을 이용한 시험을 실시하였다. 시험에 사용된 인증표준물질은 미국 NIST에서 판매하는 Standard Reference Material 1507b로, 11-nor-${\Delta}^9$-tetrahydrocannabinol-9-carboxylic acid (THCCOOH)가 함유된 냉동 건조 소변이었다. NIST에서 구매한 인증표준물질의 농도값과 실험실에서 측정한 농도값을 비교 평가해 본 결과, 약 95% 신뢰수준에서 일치하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 2005년 영국의 BSI(British Standards Institution)에서 인쇄 형태로 출판된 UDC(Universal Decimal Classification)의 표준판과 1973년 한국과학기술정보센터(KORSTIC, Korea Scientific & Technological Information Center)에서 출판된 UDC의 한국어판을 비교 분석하여 한국어판의 개정방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 앞으로 개정될 한국어판은 표준판의 규모로 한국어 간략판과 MRF(Master Reference File)를 바탕으로 표준판의 체제에 따라 본표와 색인으로 된 인쇄판이 되어야하며, 국제적 보편성을 강화하고, 보조표를 통한 조합의 방식을 더욱 확대할 필요가 있음을 제언 하였다.

This study aims to evaluate the degree of malnutrition of children by three nutritional indicators-Weight for Age, Hight for Age, Weight for Height. The results are as follows; The average height and weight of children are much lower than Korea average height and weight. In terms of Weigh for Age, 20-40% of the samples belongs to below-2 standard deviation from the mean of reference group. 90% of the samples falls into the region below the mean. The standard deviation score indicates negative sign for eighty to ninety percent of the samples. The malnutrition of the samples is also confirmed in terms of Height for Age. In terms of Weight for Height, the mean of the samples is not significantly different from that of the reference group. Tests of the nutritional status under basis of three nutritional indicators show that approximately 50% of the samples had suffered from malnutrition and 17% of the samples have suffered from malnutrition.

This study developed a Safety Culture Impact Assessment Model (SCIAM) which consists of a safety culture assessment methodology and a safety culture impact quantification methodology. The SCIAM uses safety culture impact index (SCII) to monitor the status of safety culture of the NPPs periodically and it uses relative core damage frequency (RCDF) to present the impact of safety culture on the safety of the NPPs. As a result of applying SCIAM to the reference plant (Kori 3), the standard for the healthy safety culture of the reference plant is suggested. SCIAM might contribute to improve the safety of the NPPs (Nuclear Power Plants) by monitoring the status of safety culture periodically and presenting the standard of healthy safety culture.

In this research, the present standard analytical methods for the monitoring of air pollution levels established by the Korean Ministry of Environment (KMOE) were examined in reference to the recent outputs of several research projects conducted for their amendments. The evaluation of the two criterion methods between the main (the present guideline) and reference methods (the proposed alternate guideline) was made in terms of authenticity and reliability of the quality assurance (QA) and of compatibility of methods. The results of this comparative evaluation are presented for the analysis of both ambient air and source samples. Based on this analysis, we propose a new direction for the future amendment.

A 12-year-old Standard Poodle presented with intermittent weakness and occasional dyspnea at the Veterinary Medicine Teaching Hospital of Kangwon National University. A grade of 4 out of 6 systolic murmur with an irregular tachycardic rhythm was auscultated on both sides of the chest. Systolic blood pressure was 140 mmHg. Panting was noticed in the hospital, but there was no crackle sound. Blood analysis revealed mild increases in liver panel levels (alanine aminotransferase 149 [reference interval, 19-70] U/L; and alkaline phosphatase, 185 [reference interval, 15-127] U/L) and severe increases in cardiac biomarker levels (n-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide, 4169 [reference interval, 50-900] pmol/L; and cardiac troponin I, 0.22 [reference interval, 0.03-0.12] ng/mL). On electrocardiography, irregularly irregular supraventricular tachycardic rhythm with an f-wave and no distinct p-wave was observed. Generalized cardiomegaly with an enlarged right atrium and left ventricle was confirmed on thoracic radiography. Moreover, hepatomegaly and an enlarged caudal vena cava were observed. Echocardiographic evaluation revealed a fibromuscular diaphragm in the right ventricle. Because of the obstructive lesion in the right ventricle, the right atrium and ventricle were enlarged (right atrial area index, 38.82 cm²/m² [reference interval, 4.2-10.2 cm²/m²]; right ventricle end-diastolic area index, 14.152 cm²/m² [reference interval, 4.9-10.92 cm²/m²]). Accordingly, the patient was diagnosed with double-chambered right ventricle (DCRV). Pimobendan, furosemide, enalapril, diltiazem, and S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe) were prescribed, and all symptoms were relieved. DCRV is a right-sided congenital heart defect resembling pulmonic valve stenosis. If symptoms are not severe, medical therapy can be facilitated without surgery or the balloon dilation.

In this paper model reference adaptive control (MRAC) of linear time-varying(LTV) systems is considered. MRAC for a linear time invariant(LTI) system does not assure the boundedness of the output and parameter estimation errors in the presence of time variations of the parameters. However, changing the adaptive laws such as use of $\sigma$-modification can result in the boundedness of the output and parameter estimation errors[5]. Together with the $\sigma$-modification in the adaptive law, we also modify the control law by adding an additional term to the standard control law. The additional term leads to smaller bounds of the output and parameter estimation errors when compared to the case where only the standard control law is applied.

In this paper, the reasonable design standard of Demand Factor for large office buildings is introduced that was made by the statistical way considering actual conditions, such as investigated electrical equipment capacity, electrical power consumption, etc. The results are as follows. 1) It is shown that th saving of electrical equipment investment, the decrease of power loss, the improvement of facilities utilization and the decrease of electrical power rates can be contributed by the application of the design standard. 2) The effect of reduction is showed to confirm the practical use of the proposed reference Demand Factor, and also, it is believed that this proposed reference Demand Factor will be useful in electrical equipment operation and planning.

본 연구는 관련 선행연구를 통해 J교육대학교를 중심으로 도출된 문제점 인식을 기반으로 교육대학교 표준 기록관리기준표 설계를 위하여 단위업무와 기록물철 매핑을 수행하였다. 이를 위해 우선 문헌연구를 통해 대학의 기록물분류체계를 파악하였으며, 앞서 연구된 내용과 더불어 지방자치단체 기록관리기준표 표준안을 중심으로 교육대학교를 위한 기록관리기준표의 단위과제 항목을 도출해보았다. 그리고 이를 기반으로 추후 2017년 교육대학교의 정부기능분류체계에 적용될 표준 기록관리기준표의 개발과 효율적인 운영방안을 모색하고자 한다.
