This study was to examine the level of cognition, emotion, and social context of young children's injury risk behavior according to age and gender. The participants were 150 children of 3 to 5 years old(boys were 75 and girls were 75). The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and two-way ANOVA. The results were as follows; 1) 5 year old children knew potential injury risk better than 3 or 4 year old children. 2) Boys felt less afraid than girls on risk situation. 3) As age increased, the score of social context was higher. The score of social context of boys was higher than that of girls.

As Republic of Korea community nears to old age society rapidly, various kinds problem about old mans is risen. Can speak that item connected with medical treatment is more serious in the importance aspect among them Therefore, many-sided effort is consisting to ready countermeasure in reply, but economical method is not presented clearly as being realistic yet. Also, medical treatment service that more users through diffusion of fast internet are little more better effort that serve consist. But, in the case of old age, by difficulty of the use, restriction condition happens. In this paper proposed system that is prevailing already and user-friendly can cope curtly in old mans' emergency situation more rapidly and conveniently using mobile phone of CDMA way relatively.

Korea, like most of other countries, is enforcing the national pension as social insurance which is a kind of the income policy. Despite the fundamental limitation on public pension or the imperfect policy, the guarantee of the minimum living standard for maintaining dignity of human being is not being reached for the standard. Poverty rate of the elderly in Korea is the first among the OECD countries and public pension dead zone is very large. The elderly low income class could become a serious social problem if low fertility and aging keep getting worse. In this study, I will analyze the present condition of the retirement security for the elderly in South Korea. Also, I will look into the present situation of old-age income security and determine problems, and propose the improvement devices for related laws.

An increase in the proportion of Korean population in older age is much faster than the rest of the world. Along with rise of nuclear family due to rapid industrialization, informatization and materialization, ageing, on current situation in Korea that a reality of being diminished consciousness involving the sense of filial piety, and of respect or honor for the elders, does mean that such topics in ageing have become sociocultural issues that a nation should get more deeply involved in caring later life of the elderly population in an official and obligatory manner. Under this circumstance, an exhibition space in the hall intended for experiencing the later life of the elderly will surely play the role of locomotive in the respect of education to understand aging adults, and to promote development of health and welfare industry, especially for older population, also in creating and developing a positive and desirable culture and environment. To implement design project concerned with the space for the elderly population in a more careful and effective manner, the features of the Old Age Experience Hall that will satisfy the requirements thereof and the space compositions as well as characteristics of three exhibition halls having already been operated were analyzed examining closely the current facing issues in this aging society and also investigating the aging process related to physical functions of older adults. Based on those analyses, this study was aimed to prepare an efficient and systematic theoretical foundation for planning space composition of the Old Age Experience Hall further having extracted basic directions for design from, which should be meticulously considered and reflected so as to make the Old Age Experience Hall function properly.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the middle-aged British women's apparel purchase behavior. The results of this study can be used to present the tendency of Korean middle-aged women's apparel purchase behavior when they become the old-aged by comparing and analyzing the British women's purchase behavior. We found that they prefer to choose and purchase their clothes by their own decision-making and search for actively the new brands for old age. Strong willingness was showed that their level of consumption amounts for clothing would be the same level between middle-aged and old-aged. It was also presented that they like to see a old-aged fashion model for fashion advertisement rather than a younger one and prefer to use the expression of 'mature' rather than a stereotypical expression such as a silver, gray and gold. The segmentation of fashion market by age can not be simply standardized. We expect that the propensity for clothing purchase behavior pattern of middle-aged women will not be changed and keep the same tendency by the time of their old-aged. We expect that this research results can be used as a basic material for another study and setting up the product developments and marketing strategies.

Adults in their middle age are being held back by their roles through economic activities, but their rapid retirement and job sharing are adding to their anxiety. Also, it is very important to establish welfare policies for the elderly in the future because it can predict the economic situation in the old age through the economic activities of middle-aged adults. My study analyzed the 6th data of Kreis of the National Pension Research Institute's. The number of people studied is 2,552 employed people aged 40 or over 64 across the country. According to the analysis, there were more men than women. There were many high school graduates and 50s. There were many people who had spouses and who lived in the province. Wage workers represented 53.1% of the total. The lower the age, the higher the level of education, the higher the number of wage earners. Only 29% of standard workers and 30.8% of regular workers were employed. There were many economically unstable middle-aged adults. Economic instability in the middle age requires social attention because it can lead to poverty in old age. Therefore, measures should be taken to ensure stable jobs for middle-aged adults, whose spending increases more than their income.

The study examined the influences of age, empathy and perspective taking ability on altruistic lying in 5 and 6 year old children. Eighty three children answered a question as to whether a protagonist would lie after listening to three vignettes involving altruistic lies. Korean versions of the Affective Situation Test(AST) and cognitive perspective taking task were used to measure children's empathy and perspective taking respectively. The results of the study showed that there were significant differences in altruistic lying by age. Altruistic lie by children was positively related with their age, empathy and perspective taking ability. In particular, age and perspective taking ability are important factors influencing children's altruistic lie in young children in Korea.

The purpose of 7his study was to understand the characteristic of involvement which affect to consumers of fashion market, and at the viewpoint of complex style, this involvement is consists of clothing involvement, advertising involvement and situation involvement, also by verifying the consumers reaction to clothing advertising effect process. It analyzed at last six hundred eighteen women in the age of twenty to thirty yearn old who live in Seoul. SPSS package were used to analyze the gathered data. Frequency, percentage, fator analysis. ANOVA. duncan test, correlation analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows : First, The clothing involvement was the highest Involvement of fashion consumers and it showed high correlation among clothing involvement, advertising involvement, situation involvement. Second, Depends on the nature of involvement, involvement group is divided as the most involvement, high involvement, low Involvement and the most lowest involvement groups. Third, Involvement and advertising effect showed highly difference, and the higher involvement group has high perceptive process and memory progress, friendly attitude process, and purchasing intention is high.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to present the basic guidelines for preventing human error by measuring and analyzing the risk of collision perceived by the ship operator in the collision risk situation by using Korea Coast Guard patrol ships. Background: In the last 5 years, 97.5% of the causes of ship collision occurred at the sea was caused by human factors. However, the rate of marine accidents due to human error has not been reduced yet. Experiments and researches on the ship operators using the ships in actual operation are rarely performed. Method: Using two K.C.G Ships on the sea, the ship measured by 30 persons who are the subject of the ship (ship operator) when both ships approach and the relative distance gradually decreases in four encounter situations, perceived ship collision risk (PSCR) data were analyzed by statistical analysis. Results: The age and boarding career of the ship operator in the situation of ship collision risks encountered a negative impact on perceived collision risk in all four opposing encounter situations S1 ($000^{\circ}$), S2 ($045^{\circ}$), S3 ($090^{\circ}$) and S4 ($135^{\circ}$) respectively. That is, the higher the age of the ship operator, the lower the perceived risk of collision and the lower the age, the higher the risk of collision. Also, there was a difference between the average of group A (20~30 years) and group B (40~50 years) according to age of the ship operators at $000^{\circ}$, $045^{\circ}$ and $090^{\circ}$ and there was no difference at $135^{\circ}$. The mean difference of the experience of boarding career was also significantly different between group A (less than 4 years) and group B (more than 5 years), but there was no significant difference at $135^{\circ}$. Conclusion: The results showed that age and boarding career of the ship operators had negative impact on perceived collision risk and there was a difference in perceived risk of collision according to age and abundance of boarding career. As a result, by focusing on the ship operators who are in the age group of 20~30 years old and have less than 4 years of experience in boarding the ship. It is expected that the effect of prevention of marine accidents can be expected by avoiding collision avoidance. Application: The results of this study can be used as policy data of related organizations to prevent human error of ship operators and as training data of training institutes.

This study was carried out to investigate consciousness level of physical exercise and analyze factors affection to the practice of exercise. The main purpose of the study was to give basic and necessary data in developing of program regarding to the physical exercise of the people and social athletics. This study was conducted by trained surveyers, for dweller in three cities(Seoul, Taegu and Ulsan) during January 4. 1990 to January 24. 1990. The results of this study can be summarized as follows 1. The subject of criticism an investigation for general charactristic be conducted in Seoul, Taegu and Ulsan city area an objective 417 person, 432 person and 366 person was among those comparatively little more by male was higher rate than female. Those in classification was adopted by age group 20 years old adult 41.3% of most higher rate, age group evaluation, were 24.9％ and other group were 18.4％ comprehensively appearanced by adult group has most many value rate. 2. An objective of investigation survey was made to personnel were comparative an educated level significantly higher such as college graduated 48.8％ this rate of value has most higher, High school graduated ; 30.1％ and middle School gratuated were 11.7％. In addition the native comes from large city, Farming and fishing villages an rural area rate were shown as 29.6％, 28.4% and 19.9% each other. There by classification of occupational job was shown by students has 27.4％ are most higher significantly, also there sales and service field job appearanced 15.1％ and expert technical job is 9.0% Although nonreligion person rate were 37.3%, buddist, Christianity, Roman Catholicism all them each other shown 33.6％, 16.7％ and 12.4%. An evaluation in economic situation value rate was appearanced by middle class level 61.7％ and higher and low level are 14.4％ and 23.9% with each other and married were 59.2％. 3. The people resident in cities area has pratice of health development by exercise person were 43.5% and value of rate for male has exercise practice is 52.5％, was significantly higher than female has by age group 10 years old and age group 50 years old is 52.6％ and 47.3％ was comparative higher rate also age group 30 is 35.1％ of low factor was indicated. Although evaluated an economic situation rate was higher level get more taken the practice of health develop exercise(higher level 60.0％ and low level is 32.9％). Although by higher level of educated were more taken pratice of their proper physical exercise(college graduated rate ; 52.2％ of most higher and high school graduted ; 39.7％ and then middle school graduated is 19.1％) unmarried taken exercise rate ; 48.4％ is significantly higher than married person rate ; 40.8％. Although objective of native area of exercise rate of Urban area cities ; 52.5％ are significantly higher farming and fishing native person rate ; 40.4％ shown is most low.
