The ocean is a unique space for exchange with the city, forming an organic relationship between people and waterfront areas. The marine healing industry improves quality of life through medical care and well-being, and creates added value by combining with the medical industry. The policy analysis results are as follows. First, the marine healing industry is the newest high-growth area. Furthermore, a professional medical service hospital is the first priority. This will include the development of marine healing facilities and strengthening forest healing connectivity, emphasizing the development of highly specialized medical technologies. The second priority is value creation in marine healing specialization, accompanied by an integrated and systematic policy for research and development of new medicines in marine healing effects. It is also important to apply new market trends and develop applied marine healing service programs. Thirdly, it is necessary to explore the possibility of a fragmented market for policy development.

World ports and shipping markets are changing dynamically. The 9,000TEUs classed container vessels are avaiable to enter service now, so liner services are ready to start. With regard to the changing environment, the world ports ease regulations as well as invest funds to be leading ports. As a result, the importance of port logistics industry is getting bigger than before. It has an effect on improvement of service quality when a shipping company selects a port. The importance of tally, one cf the necessary elements in the port logistics industry is overlooked and there is no researches for tally yet. This paper suggests plans for the development of domestic tally after the investigations and analysis of survey are conducted.

This paper analyzes retailers' purchasing patterns of fruits and vegetables and the problems with purchasing from agricultural product wholesale markets. While large-scale retailers purchase fruits and vegetables from various sources, medium and small-scale retailers and food service companies buy them mostly from agricultural product wholesale markets. The retailers point out the problems with purchasing from agricultural product wholesale markets as a lack of quality uniformity, not sufficient cooling storage facilities, not sufficient space for shipping area, high distribution cost, unnecessary price fluctuation, and etc. In order to enhance the linkage with retailers, agricultural product wholesale markets, first of all, have to adopt more flexible trading methods such as private treaty besides auctions which are exclusively legitimate trading methods in the market. Necessary are enlargement of jobbers' operating scale, securing shipping space for retailers, adoption of inspection service, introduction of methods to stabilize auction prices, saving of loading and unloading costs, implementation of marketing strategies.

This study aims to propose an assessment tool of port service quality (PSQ) in the context of container transport logistics (CTLs), by taking the perspectives from port users. The CTLs defined in this study are the relevant activities of serving the physical flows of a container box from a point of origin via a container port to a point of destination. To address the ports' role in collaboration between its channel members in CTLs, the PSQ measures for all port user groups (i.e. common PSQ measures) are selected based on the relevant CTLs activities involved by port, and its users within terminal/port area as well as throughout the CTLs chain. An importance-performance analysis (IPA) is applied as a diagnostic tool to analyse the status quo of Busan Port in CTLs contexts, by comparing the importance and performance (IP ) scores against each individual CTLs criterion. The findings from the IPA reveal that port managers and policy makers at the Busan Port should concentrate on six PSQ measures (i.e. SR1, SR4, ITS1, VAS1, VAS4, ICI3) to enhance PSQ in CTLs. However, four measures (i.e. ITS2, ITS3, ITS4, VAS2) are identified as a possible overkill, indicating an area of inefficiency where a remedial action of the cost-cutting decision is necessary. On the other hand, the Busan port shows an outstanding performance on four measures such as SR2, SR3, ICI1 and ICI2. The measures are not only important but also high performance. The study findings provide managerial guidance to port managers in Busan Port, in view of searching for managerial and operational strategies for sustainable port growth.

World port and shipping market are changing dynamically, now 9,000TEU vessel made a maiden voyage and served liner service. So world ports try to occupy leading position and they are changing their regulations and law. Because port logistics industry's importance is bigger than before and when shipping companies select port, it is related with improvement of service quality. Tally is indispensable element in port logistics industry but overlooking its importance. Also, now we can't find any papers or reports about tally, so this paper suggests the direction that go forward about domestic tally guideline through present condition through investigation and question's analysis.

Purpose: This study aims to overcome the problem of private education market environment which is polarized into commercialized large private education institutions and small and medium sized private education institutions in a poor business environment, and develop systematic performance measurement model applicable for small and medium sized private education institutions. Methods: To develop the BSC which measures financial and non-financial indicator in a balanced manner and introduce the BSC into private education institutions that contain conflicting goals "EDUCATION" and "PROFIT". In particular, Utilizing the methodology of AHP, the priority of strategies and execution assignments are derived. Results: BSC model was developed and introduced by cooperating with executives of the private education institution. Moreover, the study permits to achieve the strategy, enterprise-wide vision and mission by deriving strategy map and applying it to the private education institution. To measure the performance of BSC model instruction, KPI corresponding to the strategic objectives of each perspective was derived. Conclusion: BSC model generally introduces to large-sized companies and public institutions. In this study, BSC model is developed by focusing on small and medium sized private institution. Furthermore, this study is more than simple model development, it makes a connection with achievement of strategic objectives, enterprise-wide vision and mission through strategy map and strategy execution method. Through the developed BSC model and strategy execution method, utilization plan in practice and customized model for private education institutions coexisting profit and non-profit objectives were developed, and academic implications were presented.

This study investigates the differences between the satisfaction factors of store characteristics depending on on-line clothing store type and its satisfaction index. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 10.0 software with various techniques such as paired t-test, T-test, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ reliability and factor analysis that use principal component analysis and Varimax orthogonal rotation were used. The results are summarized as follows: 1. By categorizing the level of on-line store characteristics satisfaction depending on its type, clarifies the differences between its satisfaction. The satisfaction rank of general merchandise store was as followed: searching and approaching system, buying process service, screen-displayed design, product, store credit. On the other hand, the satisfaction rank of general store was as followed: screen-displayed design, store credit, buying process service. 2. By analyzing the difference of satisfaction depending on the store type, it was found that general merchandise store was more satisfied with screen-displayed design, approaching and searching, whole payment process, the safety of payment and shipping service, security service when compared to specialty store. It was also found that specialty store was more satisfied with the variety of product, update of rare items, quality and price of product. 3. By analyzing the difference between the type of on-line clothing store satisfaction depending on age, in the case of general merchandise store, the result showed that people in their thirties were more satisfied with buying process service, store credit, customer management system when compared to twenties. In the case of specialty store, the result showed that people in their twenties were more satisfied with customer management service when compared to thirties, and when it came to buying process service, it was vice versa.

The port environment is rapidly changing in North-East Asia. Containerships are getting larger and faster and major shipping companies are converting to Hub & Spoke port networks on the transport systems. Therefore, the main ports in North-East Asia are intensively competing with each other for hub port. In terms of geopolitical position, locational conditions and external reputation of ports, Busan and Kwangyang ports have a comparative advantage in comparison with main ports in other countries. But in terms of weight of transshipment cargos in total container cargos, the quality of infrastructure in ports, the environment of logistics service and the cost of, using ports, Busan and Kwangyang ports have a comparative disadvantage. For the growth into hub port in North-East Asia, it is necessary that Busan and Kwangyang ports improve their weakness. Besides It is necessary to develope ports and hinterland quickly, offer uniformity of foreign investment laws and incentive systems.

The purpose of this study is to let the entire logistics system be managed in cyberspace by effectively sharing the logistics information between companies involved in the process, changing conventional commerce to electronic commerce. Most of the goods traded through electronic commerce are small goods involving small business transactions. This produces many problems in shipping and delivery and the leads an inefficient logistics system. Another problems is that there is no sharing of information that process the logistics flow and no systematic management of pick-up and delivery information. As a result, rise in logistics cost, longer delivery period and poor service quality are inevitable and these results are becoming an obstacle in the widespread usage of the electronic commerce. Companies that are part of logistics center can cooperate logistics business in Cyber space and share the entire logistics information through the cyber logistics center. This turns out in effective sharing of logistics information, and thus, allows efficient management of logistics, improves logistics service, and reduces logistics cost.

The meaning of seaport has always been translated into something concerned with nation-wide goals and viewpoints, which used to be in developing country. The time developing countries have tried to be in pursuit of their economic development, one of important sectors is SOC investment that is needed into huge capital input which they couldn't easily afford to it. Another one which we have to mention in terms of seaport at contemporary maritime matters is privatization of port, that is strongly connected with efficiency to achieve port productivity. All these factors can produce high quality of service, and port co-operation and diversification of their business areas, etc. Therefore we then have to think of private port management companies such as P&O Ports, Hutchison Whampoa in HK, etc. in order to provide better port service to the customers, and they can also get involved into capital port investment as well. This kind of concept already comes from Denholm Ship management companies in shipping. So, it is necessary for us to look into port management company in our side, which means, we have to be involved into such a business to invest and manage foreign ports as well as our ports. Then, port competitiveness will follow in our ports.
