In this paper we consider the discrete time delayed renewal risk model. We investigate what will happen when the distribution function of the discounted proper deficit is asymptotic in the initial surplus. In doing this we establish several lemmas regarding some related ruin quantities in the discrete time delayed renewal risk model, which are of significance on their own right.

The government is largely responsible for preventing “the tragedy of the common property”, but fisherman's effort fer an autonomous fishery control is equally required. Especially in these days of EEZ such self- regulated fishery management system should be developed and cared for as well. This study aimed to explore a proper management system for coastal fishing ground that now requires the responsible fisheries management by investigating and analysing more drastically the managerial functions of fishery right by Eochon-Gye(the smallest unit of fisheries cooperative based on a fishing village), a typical fishery producer's organization in Korea. This study also included such contents as (1) an understanding of fishery producer's organization, (2) the utilization and management system of coastal fishing ground, (3) the actual condition of fishing right distribution in Korea, (4) the fishery right management and activity of Eochon-Gye, (5) the operation and distinctive feature of fishery right in Japan, (6) the intervention and limit of fishery producer's organization for fishing ground management function, and (7) summary and proposal. We made all Eochon-Gye of the whole country an object of this study and carried out an investigation into Eochon-Gye through a questionnaire. We extracted 359 Eochon-Gye, 20% of the total 1,719 Eochon-Gye as a random sample and investigated these regions through a questionnaire by mail. The contents of the questions consist of 40 items, including six categories about the organization of eochon-gye, and fishing ground management and activities.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to find out in extent to which the companies in Korea and oversea, which has been subjected by different laws of their country, have guaranteed the personal information rights and have provided proper 'right to access' to the information subjects. Design/methodology/approach This study compared Korean laws with 'General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)' of EU and 'California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)' to check each of the level of 'right to access' guarantee. In terms of the difference in guaranteeing the right, this study compared Korean IT leading companies with US global leading IT companies to find out how much 'right to access' are properly implemented in their policies and functions they provide. Findings The result of the study shows that 'right to access' has not been well guaranteed by Korean law, as it does not provide the right to choose method and medium by information subjects and does not clarify the types of diverse information. This was clearly opposite with the other laws providing the right to choose what method and medium that subjects want with clarifying every types of personal information possible to be more. In addition, 'right to access' has not been well guaranteed by Korean companies in comparison with by the oversea companies which proactively guarantee the right by setting the function enabling subjects to browse their information through their websites or applications.

In this paper, we design a dynamic state feedback smooth stabilizer for a nonlinear system whose Jacobian linearization may have uncontrollable because its eigenvalues are on the right half-plane. After designing an augmented system, a dynamic exponent scaling and backstepping enable one to explicitly design a smooth stabilizer and a continuously differentiable Lyapunov function which is positive definite and proper.

This study was conducted to examine the relationship between limit of stability and age, height and weight. 83 healthy elderly(male 40, female 43) were measured the limit of stability and demographic characteristics. The results were as follows. 1. Left-right limit of stability was correlated with age in the elderly. 2. Left-right limit of stability was not correlated with the height, weight in the elderly. 3. Anterior-posterior limit of stability was correlated with age. height and weight in the elderly. So it is recommended that high risk groups - more aged people. of elderly should be offered the exercise program for increasing the limit of stability and well-designed studies of proper exercise program for musculoskeletal function and muscle power elevation should be performed.

The police have a responsibility to exercise the police authority in the sphere of peril prevention. Such right may be decided at their discretion. So, as a management according to the police's discretion is based on order and compulsion, it can not help infringing the rights of the people. Therefore, the exercise of the police authority has to be accompanied by a legal management policy according to the principle of legal reservation based on the principle of constitutionalism. This study is to find proper directions of the police function through preparing reasonable plans to guarantee freedom and rights of the people at its maximum while maintaining the public peace and order.

The retraction of anterior teeth is one of the fundamental methods in orthodontic treatment and a proper position and angulation of anterior teeth after the retraction are very important for esthetics, stability, and function of teeth. In this research we analyzed, by Finite Element Method, the stress distribution on the periodontal ligament according to the variation of force and moment applied on the crown and predict the pattern of movement of maxillary central incisor. At the same time, the amount of force and moment caused by activation of the loop which was used for retraction of maxillary central incisor was analyzed by Finite Element Method. We observed the following results: 1) We could control the stress distribution on the periodontal ligament by proper moment/force ratio on maxillary right central incisor and predict the pattern of movement of maxillary right central incisor. 2) The amount of stress on the periodontal ligament as well as the moment/force ratio demanded by each pattern of movement increased as the destruction of alveolar bone was worse. 3) The moment/force ratio demanded by each pattern of movement decreased as the angle between the maxillary central incisor and occlusal plane decreased. 4) The force with the open loop was shown to be large compared to that with the closed loop. Also, the force with the helix decreased by 30% compared to that without the helix. 5) Under the same conditions we observed a larger moment/force ratio when the open loop and/or the helix were used.

Improving the formal objection system regarding reviewing medical expenses requires authority and confidence in the aspect of well-functioning the health insurance review and assessment system, legally and appropriately. The purposes of improvement of the formal objection system should aim for protecting the people's right of health. On handling the formal objections, the disputes of the rights should be settled economically and promptly by fairness, specialty, and objectivity in the health insurance review and assessment administration. Therefore, in order to promote the administrative specialty of health insurance, the formal objection committee needs to be organized independently and guaranteed expertly. Under the current formal objection system, however, the organization of committee lacks right-relief function, recognition and public relation as a health insurance appeal system, and related professional man powers. It is also analyzed that there are several controversial points, such as mass deliberation to the formal objection committee and its conference procedure. As a measure of improvement, it is analyzed that the committee needs to be organized independently with a proper number of professional man powers. The strict deliberation procedures and the prohibition of the decision-making by non-conference are also required to be empowered. The formal objection procedure provides the beneficiaries and the claims legitimately, so that it secures the legal relations on the health insurance system. Therefore, on the conference process of formal objection, the expert and guaranteed protection should be provided promptly, and its procedures to the appellants should also be assisted kindly.

Pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis is a chronic destruct8ive disease of the lung affecting women of childbearing ages which eventually leads to respiratory failure. Lung transplantation is the only conclusive therapeutic measure because this disease responds poorly to other therapies, To date only a few reports in the literature describes the clinical experience of the bilateral sequential lung transplantation of this rare condition. We performed a bilateral sequential lung transplantation on a 32-year-old woman suffering from lymphangioleiomyo-matosisw. The heart-lung block was harvested from a 51-year-old donor. We transplanted the left lung first through the clam-shell incision. As the hemodynamics deteriorated suddenly during the dissection of the right lung the right lung was transplanted under the cardio-pulmonary bypass. Although the patient's lung function was initially satisfactory the patient died of sepsis and subsequent cardiogenic shock at the postoperative 18th day. Autopsy findings showed infection of Candida albicans on the pericardium and the left lung which had been initiated possibly from the left bronchial anastomosis site,. Through detailed review of the clinical course we concluded that lung transplantation could have been performed safely on this disease provided that early diagnosis and proper management or the oppor-tunistic infection have been carried out.

In this paper, we would be searching for the complemental aspects in industrial relations of Korea compared with that of Japan. It is very reasonable that historical, geographical, and especially gene analysis data are almost identical, considering that the general evaluations to the motive of Japan's industry are $\ulcorner$the modernization of the tradition$\lrcorner$. Although it is reported Korea accomplished the high economic growth rate, the economic growth rate(efficiency) could not be continued. This reason looks like that Korean proper(eigen) traits(:Gene-ware) have been oppressed and concealed by social climate such as jealousy, stratagem and hatred, we can find one of this facts in the criminal and complaint numbers as social trust measurement. There are many cases that Korean industry was distorted by the superiority/inferiority relations, for examples, the loss of the native(eigen or proper) resources, a distorted introduction of the production method and the unfolding of the industry which be not related to the characteristics of region. In this reasons, Korean industry could not play the role of Human-ware function which activates Gene-ware or, Gene-Nascence. In this Human-ware aspects, Japanese characteristics, such as $\ulcorner$Getting the basic right$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$Tendency to the origin$\lrcorner$, are to be useful in the Nascence of Gene-ware in Korean industry.
