도서관 장애인서비스 자원봉사자의 직무만족 영향요인에 관한 연구 (Research on Factors for Job Satisfaction of Library Volunteers for the Disabled)

  • 본 연구는 장애인 대상 도서관 자원봉사자들의 직무만족에 영향을 주는 요인에 대해서 분석하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 학자들의 선행연구를 중심으로 자원봉사자 직무만족의 영향요인을 종합적으로 고찰한 후 요인들을 추출하였다. 연구결과 개인특성요인 중 결혼여부, 연령, 학력, 봉사활동 참여경로에 따른 직무만족에 차이가 있었으며, 참여동기요인 중 이기적 동기는 직무만족에 영향을 미치고 있으나, 이타적 동기는 직무만족에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 환경요인은 보상모델, 이전 경험, 역할모델 모두 직무만족에 영향을 미치지 않았으며 활동가치인식요인 중 기대합치, 업무적절성이 직무만족과 정적인 것으로 나타났다.

취사병들의 직무에 대한 인식과 직무만족 영향 요인에 관한 연구 (Study on Awareness and Factors Influencing on Duty of Cooking Soldier)

  • This study aims to help improving the quality of military food service as identifying awareness, attitudes and satisfaction of cooking soldier on their duties and providing basic data to find out alternatives on the basis of identified data. The analysis results are described as follows. For general demographics of subjects, sergeants consisted of the highest percentage of population as 38.8% in terms of the rank. For educational background, the percentage of graduates or college students was 82.5%. For the characteristics of job performance of cooking soldier, those who studied entirely different courses from cookery and became to work as cooking soldier were 92(89.3%) of total subjects. For the question why they became to work as cooking soldier, the response that they didn't know the reason showed the highest percentage as 63.1%. Those who selected cooking soldier because they were interested in cookery were only 25.2%. And 94.2% of the population had no certificates related to cookery. With respect to awareness on training period to carry on duties as cooking soldier, 3 months were selected as the most appropriate period as 36.9%. In accordance with research on job percentage of cooking soldier, 'cleaning and washing' consisted of the highest percentage among ordinary duties as 16.8%, followed by 'cooking' as 12.3% and 'food dispensing' as 11.8%. This study suggests as follows on the basis of the results of this researches. Cooking soldier requires expertise, but the privates with short period of service are discharged from military service when they are accustomed to their duties and become experts. Accordingly, the cooking soldier system could not achieve more than its ordinary performance. Therefore, it is required to post non-commissioned officers who can serve for a long time as the special resources.

보건계열학생이 인지하는 치과기공사의 이미지 조사연구 (Research on dental laboratory technician's image perceived by health allied college students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the image and the awareness of dental laboratory technicians in health allied college students. Methods: The subject of this research are 431 health-related major students who are selected by convenience sampling from Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheong-do, Jeolla-do and Gyeongsang-do. After a survey was conducted, the answer sheets from 401 respondents were analyzed except for 30 incomplete ones. The collected data is statistically analyzed by SPSS(Statistical Packages for Social Science 12.0. SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA). Results: The findings of the study were as follows: As a result of general awareness about dental laboratory technicians, the health allied college students knew 83.0% about dental laboratory technician as a job. Respondents showed high recognition about dental laboratory technician as a job($3.62{\pm}0.31$), which showed that the health allied college students took a favorable view of dental laboratory in general. There were significant difference in dental laboratory technician image with age, gender(P<.05). Conclusion: It is required to develop programs such as proactive public relations or campaign via mass media that could enhance the public recognition about dental laboratory technician up to one of professional as required. It is also necessary that dental laboratory technicians make steady efforts for self-development to enhance their own job philosophy and skills in the level of quality, while they need various educations for building up their own favorable personality and positive ideas.

물류센터 근로자의 안전인식에 대한 요인분석 및 집단간 인식 비교 (Factor Analysis and Intergroup Awareness Investigation of Workers' Safety in Logistic Center)

  • This study is to examine the workers' awareness of the safety in logistic centers. For that purpose, the exploratory factor analysis of workers' safety awareness in logistic centers was performed at first, and the 6 variables extracted from the factor analysis were then used to investigate the difference in intergroup awareness of the safety environment in the logistic centers. We administered a survey to 147 workers attending the logistic centers and collected data from them. The results of the study showed that the intergroup awareness of the safety environment turned out to be statistically different from each other in terms of working environment, safe behavior, work risk, safety knowledge and effort, risk justification and compromising attitudes. Experiences in industrial accidents influenced awareness of working environment, work risk and risk justification. The group who experienced accidents is more likely to feel risky and unsatisfied with working place, and their awareness toward risk justification was high as well. It was also observed that there exists awareness difference between manager group and worker group. The group who manages the working place showed more positive awareness of working environment, safe behavior, work risk, safety knowledge and effort, risk justification and compromising attitudes than the worker group. On the contrary, the worker group showed high recognition in risk of working place, and felt that they are willing to compromise on safety for increasing production. The scale of the logistic center produced negative influence on awareness of safety. The group in small logistic center showed the highest awareness in safety, whereas the group in large logistic center with more than 100 workers showed the highest awareness in risk. They are more likely to deviate from correct and safe work procedures due to over-familiarity with the job, as well. The findings suggest that there is a need for the safety management and education to change the workers' understanding and attitudes towards safety.

외식 종사원의 사회지능과 긍정심리자본이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Employees' Social Intelligence and Positive Psychology Capital in Foodservice Industry on Job Satisfaction)

  • The purposes of this study were to understand the influence of social intelligence and positive psychology capital in foodservice employees on job satisfaction and to analyze whether employees' positive psychology capital plays a moderating role between social intelligence and job satisfaction. Based on total 316 samples obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and verified a total of 2 hypotheses and 1 proposition using the SPSS program. The results showed that social awareness (${\beta}$=0.546) and social skill (${\beta}$=0.152) in foodservice employees, were indicated to have positive (+) influence upon job satisfaction. And, employees' positive psychology capital (${\beta}$=0.307) had a significant positive (+) effect on the job satisfaction. However, the effect of the employees' social intelligence upon job satisfaction was not found to be moderated by positive psychology capital. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

기업체 안전관리자의 직무특성에 따른 산업안전 정책방향 이해도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Comprehension of the Industrial Safety Policy Direction by Job Characteristics of Corporate Safety Managers)

  • This study investigated the comprehension of the occupational safety policy direction by job characteristics of the safety managers at 211 workplace selected under the Occupational Safety and Health Act. As for the characteristics of the subjects' firms, there was difference in their perception on the occupational safety policy direction by their region, type, scale, and the existence of labor union. Regarding the job characteristics of the subjects, there was difference in the comprehension of the occupational safety policy direction by their age, experience and department. This study suggests that the government policy as well as the awareness about safety by management and safety managers need to be changed by analyzing the comprehension of occupational safety policy direction by the job characteristics of corporate occupational safety managers.

Information Effect on Organic Vegetable Purchase Interest through Consumer Preferences and Awareness

  • This study aims to determine the effect of consumer preferences and awareness on interest in organic vegetables. Factors observed in this study were information, consumer preferences, consumer awareness, and consumer buying interest toward organic vegetables. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The data sampling technique uses accidental sampling method. The data was collected from respondents consisted of 100 consumers of five major retailers in the city of Bogor in Indonesia. The respondents consist of 80 female (80%), and 57 respondents are 25-34 years old (57%). In terms of education, type of job and monthly income of respondent, the sample can be categorized as middle-class segment. The data obtained were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that the information obtained by consumers significantly and positively affects consumer preferences and consumer awareness of organic vegetables. Then, consumer preferences and consumer awareness significantly and positively affect the interest of consumers to buy organic vegetables. Consumer preference for organic vegetables is still considered quite low. The factors that influence the low consumer preference are the price of organic vegetables, which is more expensive than non-organic vegetables and the unattractive packaging of organic vegetables.

경남지역 물리치료사의 직무만족도 및 자립개설에 대한 조사연구 (The Study about the Job Satisfaction and Independent Establishment of Physical Therapy of Working Physical Therapist in Gyeongnam Region)

  • 본 연구는 물리치료 인식도 개선에 필요한 기초자료를 제시하고, 자립개설에 관한 의식도를 알아보기 위하여 경남지역 물리치료사 175명을 대상으로 실시되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 10.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 일반적 특성, 현재의 근무처 및 소속여건, 직무만족도에 대한 연구는 카이제곱검정의 빈도분석을, 자립개설에 관한 연구는 EXCEL 프로그램을 사용하였다. 통계적 유의순준 a는 0.05로 선정하였다. 성별에 따른 물리치료에 대한 흥미도는 남자가 52.2%로 여자보다 높게 나타났고, 자기능력 발전에 대해 종합병원이 32.8%로 의원보다 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 자립개설에 대한 찬반의견은 83.4%가 찬성하였고, 자립개설 시 가장 먼저 해야 할 일은 전문적인 이론 및 임상 치료기술 습득이 57.5%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 개설 분야는 근골격계 물리치료가 45.2%, 자립개설 시 가장 걸림돌로 작용하는 것은 의사의 의식 39.7%로 나타났다. 자립개설이 이루어지기 위해서는 물리치료사들의 전문적인 이론 및 임상치료기술을 습득하고, 물리치료사와 의사간의 의식 개선이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. 또한 물리치료 관련학과를 4년제로 일원화해야 할 것이며, 물리치료사의 자립개설에 대한 법제화가 반드시 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

지진에 대한 과학 탐구 기반의 STEAM 교육 프로그램 개발과 적용 (Development and Application of the Scientific Inquiry-based STEAM Education Program about Earthquakes)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 과학 탐구 기반의 융합인재교육(STEAM) 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 중학생의 과학 자기효능감, 진로 인식, STEM에 대한 태도 변화를 검증하는데 있다. 과학 탐구 기반의 STEAM 교육 프로그램은 '지진'을 주제로 ADBA 모형에 적용하여 총 6차시 분량으로 개발하였다. 중학생을 대상으로 예비적용을 거쳐 수정 보완하여 최종적으로 개발된 프로그램은 광역시 소재의 H 중학교 3학년 학생 105명을 대상으로 효과성을 검증하였다. 자료 분석은 단일집단 사전 사후 대응표본 t-검증을 실시하여 수업 전 후의 과학 자기효능감, 진로 인식, 과학 기술 공학 수학에 대한 태도의 변화에 대하여 효과성을 분석하였다. 결론적으로, '지진'을 주제로 한 과학 탐구 기반의 융합인재교육프로그램은 학생들의 과학 자기효능감과 과학 관련 진로 인식의 향상에 효과가 있었다. 그리고 과학, 기술, 공학, 수학에 대한 태도의 인식, 능력, 가치, 흥미의 지속 영역에서 고르게 유의미한 효과가 나타났다. 개발된 과학 탐구 기반의 융합인재교육 프로그램은 학교 현장에서 충분하게 적용될 수 있으며, 이를 통해 과학적 탐구 능력의 향상과 창의 융합적 사고를 지닌 인재를 기르는데 도움이 될 것이다.

성인학습자들의 안전의식과 안전생활실천 연구: 창원지역 「시민안전문화대학」 중심으로 (A study on the Safety Awareness and Safety Practice Behavior of Adult Learners: Focusing on 「Civic Safety Culture College」 in Changwon City)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the safety awareness and safety practice behavior of adult learners who participated in "civic safety culture college" was held in Changwon city. We carried out a questionnaire survey that was targeted at 150 citizens, but 132 citizens were included finally. Data collected were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 statistical program. Analysis methods were t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearsons correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression. The results were as follows. First, safety awareness point was an average of 4.17 point which was higher levels. Area showing the highest safety awareness was fire safety. Safety practice behavior point was an over intermediate level of an average of 3.58 point. Second, safety practice behavior had statistically significant difference according to sex(t=2.58, p=.01), education(t=-2.57, p=.01), job(t=-1.96, p=.05), housing(t=3.65, p<.001). Third, there was a positive correlation between home safety awareness(r=.28, p<.001), traffic safety awareness(r=.37, p<.001), fire safety awareness(r=.37, p<.001), emergency care awareness(r=.45, p<.001) and safety practice behavior. Fourth, safety practice behavior was related to the emergency care awareness(${\beta}$=.34, p=.002), this factor accounted for 19.5% of the variability of the safety practice behavior. These results are expected to be very important baseline data for many different businesses and program development for strengthening of safety awareness and spreading of safety culture in Changwon city.
