병원 영양부서의 급식 및 영양관리 평가 지표 개발 및 검증 (Development and Verification of Indicators for a Foodservice & Nutrition Management Evaluation at a Hospital Nutrition Department)

  • The purposes of this study were to develop the standard indicators to evaluate the food and nutrition systems in hospitals and to test the validity of those items scientifically. The results were as follows: First, the conceptual validity was examined with recognition degrees of importance from the hospital nutrition department managers. All of the hospital nutrition department's operation evaluation standards and the indicators' conceptual validity tested were in the range of 3.71~4.93 out of 5.0, and the mean score was 4.36. Therefore, the conceptual validity was verified. Second, to verify the factor validity of the items of the standards and indicators for the hospital nutrition department's operation evaluation, the standards and indicators were analyzed as key-factors. Key-factor analysis after vertical rotation showed that four factors appeared and were composed of (a) facilities management, (b) sanitation management, (c) operation & foodservice management, and (d) nutrition management. Third, the reliability of the standards and indicators for the hospital nutrition department's operation evaluation was analyzed and resulted in a score of 0.98, which showed good internal consistency. Fourth, the discriminative power of each item of the standards for the hospital nutrition department's operation evaluation was tested by checking the differences between groups with first quartile and forth quartile of total evaluation scores. The indicators having low distinction power were modified into obligatory items or eliminated for better differentiation.

공공하수도 관리대행 성과평가 지표별 가중치분석을 통한 우선순위에 대한 연구 (A study on the priorities through weight analysis for each index of performance evaluation of public sewage operation agency)

  • The 37 indicators for performance evaluation of public sewage management agencies are divided into four major categories (agency manpower management ability, wastewater treatment plant operation and management, sludge and water reuse, service quality) in the first stage, and the necessity and score acquisition for the detailed indicators by each major category in the second stages. Priority was investigated through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis technique for ease and relevance of company efforts. Also, based on the results of this analysis, integrated type weighting and relative importance were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the weight and relative importance of the first stage classification were in the order of wastewater treatment plant operation and maintenance, operation agency manpower management ability, sludge and water reuse, and service quality. As a result of analyzing the weights and priorities of the detailed performance indicators in the second stage, it was found that operator's career years, the percentage of certification holding rate in operators, compliance with the effluent water quality standards, training times for operators, and efforts to manage hazardous chemicals were important. Some of the indicators of operation agency performance evaluation may include indicators in which the performance of the company's efforts is underestimated or overestimated. In order to improve this, it is necessary to give weights in consideration of the necessity of the indicator, the relevance of the company's efforts, and the ease of obtaining scores.

국내의 대학 산학협력 평가준거 동향에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Trends of Evaluation Criteria for Industry-University Cooperation in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is to derive implications for improving related policies and evaluation criteria in the future by analyzing trends of evaluation criteria for industry-university cooperation in Korea. For this purpose, five surveys on industry-university cooperation by government departments, major general university evaluations, and evaluation indicators of specialized industry-university evaluations by the Ministry of Education were analyzed. As a result, most of the evaluation criteria for domestic industry-university cooperation have been composed of quantitative indicators and have a limited character as quantitative performance management for government projects. Although the Ministry of Education's evaluation criteria for industry-university cooperation projects has gradually changed to a segmented index considering universities, industries, and regions, it needs to be supplemented for sustainability of industry-university cooperation. In order to promote sustainable industry-university cooperation in the future, it was suggested that first, it is necessary to supplementation of qualitative Indicators considering each university's characteristics, second, the composition of indicators related to reflect on demand in the process of the cooperation, and third, to build a virtuous cycle system for future operation of evaluation criteria.

Using Analytic Network Process to Construct Evaluation Indicators of Knowledge Sharing Effectiveness in Taiwan's High-tech Industries

  • High-tech industry has been the principal economic source for Taiwan in recent years. The characteristics of high-tech industries in Taiwan are changeable product markets, short product life cycles and high company attrition rate. In the globalization trend, the high-tech industry has gradually increased corporate competitiveness and reached the goal of sustainable operations through knowledge management, knowledge sharing and new product research and development. Firms have aggressively strengthened and integrated their internal and external resources and enhanced knowledge sharing to increase industry operational performance. Effectively strengthening the knowledge management operation and performance evaluation of knowledge sharing in Taiwan's high-tech industry has become a critical issue. In the selection of knowledge sharing Key Performance Indicators (KPI), this research divided the knowledge sharing indicators into representative strategic indicators such as organizational knowledge learning, organizational knowledge resources, organizational information capacity and organizational knowledge performance through screening using Factor Analysis. The characteristics of the constructs were interdependent. This research calculated and adjusted the correlation among the key performance knowledge sharing indicators using ANP and determined the relative weight of knowledge sharing.

지방정부의 공간정보화 수준 측정을 위한 주요 지표의 중요도 평가 (An Evaluation of the Importance of Major Indicators for Measuring the Level of Spatial Informatization in Local Governments)

  • 본 연구는 디지털 전환기를 맞이하여 지방정부의 공간정보 정책의 성숙도를 진단하였다. 이를 위하여 계층화(AHP) 분석 기법을 이용하여 공간정보 전문가 집단을 대상으로 공간정보화 수준 측정 지표들의 선정과 함께 중요도 평가를 수행하였다. 먼저, 이론적 고찰을 통해 지방정부 공간정보 정책 측면에서의 현황 및 지표들을 연구하였다. 또한 선행 연구를 검토함으로써 본 연구와의 차별성을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 3개 지표와 18개의 세부항목의 공간정보화 수준 평가 지표들을 선정할 수 있었다. 평가 결과, 측정 지표에 대한 종합 중요도 순위는 자체 공간정보시스템 구축·활용 0.125(12.5%), 기본공간정보 품질 관리 0.109(10.9%), 자체 공간정보 구축·활용 0.107(10.7%), 기관 내부의 협업과 공유 0.073(7.3%), 공간정보 교육지원체계 운영 0.071(7.1%), 전담조직 및 전문 인력 0.065(6.5%), 기관 차원의 관심도 0.053(5.3%) 순으로 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 지방정부에서 추진하고 있는 공간정보 정책의 수준을 평가할 수 있는 기초자료로 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 전망된다. 또한 연구에서 도출된 주요 지표를 중심으로 지방정부의 공간정보 정책을 추진한다면, 효율적인 정책 운영이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

병원 급식.영양 서비스 향상을 위한 질 관리 기준 및 질 평가 도구의 개발 (Development of Quality Management Standards and Evaluation Tool for the Quality Improvement of Hospital Food and Nutrition Services)

  • The purpose of this study were to : a) establish quality managements standards and performance indicators in order to define the concept of the hospital food and nutrition services, b) develop a self evaluation tool for quality management applicable to dietetic department's CQI program on the basis of the estabilished quality management standers, c) investigate the factual quality of hospital food and nutrition services throught the result of the application study of the quality management tool and the perceived quality by the patients servery, and d) verify the validity of the quality management tool through analysing the correlation between the factual quality and the preceived quality. The quality management standards were classifie dinto 3 parts, 'Nutrition Care', 'Foodservice Operation', and 'Management Function'. There consisted of 72 quality management standards and 293 performance indicators. The developed quality evaluation tool using 5-Likert scale was performance at 45 general hospitals over 400 beds in Seoul and Kyungki-do. Also, 1,573 patients in 42 hospitals were participated in the patient survey. The result of quality evaluation tool application study showed that 17 standards were relatively high(more than 4.5) and 22 relatively low(less than 4.0) in score. The categorical mean scores of $\ulcorner$Nutrition Care$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$Foodservice Operation$\lrcorner$and $\ulcorner$Management Function$\lrcorner$ were respectively 60.7, 162.8, and 73.5 Each mean score was conversed to 81.0, 83.5, and 81.7 on the basis of 100 point scale, but the range of score was very wide between hospitals. The Cronbach's $\alpha$ was more than 0.6 in 59 quality management standards, this result verified reliability of the quality management tool was proved. The factual quality showed positive correlation with the perceived quality. Therefore, this result verified the criterion validity of the quality management tool.

중산층 노인대상 식품안전·영양관리 교육 사업 평가를 위한 도구 개발: 균형성과표와 구조·과정·성과 개념 적용 (Development of the evaluation tool for the food safety and nutrition management education projects targeting the middle class elderly: Application of the balanced score card and the structure-process-outcome concept)

  • 우리나라가 고령화 사회에 진입함에 따라 노인 의료비 부담이 증가하고 있으며, 질병을 예방하고 건강 수명을 연장하기 위해서는 공적 사업의 일환으로 식품안전 영양관리 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 효과적으로 실행하는 방안이 마련되어야 한다. 본 연구는 균형성과표 (BSC: balanced score card) 개념을 적용하여 내용적으로는 고객관점, 재무관점, 학습과 성장, 내부 프로세스 관점에서 평가지표를 추출하였고, 형식면에서는 성과측면, 과정측면, 구조측면으로 구분하여 노인대상 식품안전 영양관리 교육 프로그램을 평가하는 도구를 개발하였다. 노인 대상교육 프로그램 평가도구의 초안을 개발하고, 이를 설문지로 전환하여 전문가 집단에게 평가지표에 대한 타당성 평가를 의뢰하였다. 평가지표에 대한 적합성은 1, 2차 결과를 토대로 '그렇다 (4점)', '매우 그렇다' (5점)를 선정한 전문가의 빈도 (백분율)가 75% 이상, 평균점수 3.8점 이상인 지표로 선별하였다. 델파이 그룹은 학계 전문가 26명, 중앙정부기관 16명, 지역사회 운영기관 24명으로 총 66인으로 구성하였다. 1차, 2차 평가에 모두 참여한 전문가는 총 32명의 의견을 토대로 프로그램의 평가도구를 '성과측면' 28문항, '과정측면' 9문항, '구조측면' 17문항으로 최종적으로 완성하였다. 배점은 성과지표 50점, 과정지표 20점, 구조지표 30점으로 구성된다. 노인 대상 식품안전 영양관리 교육서비스 확산을 위해서는 효과적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가 도구의 구비가 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구에서 개발한 평가 도구를 활용한다면, 노인대상으로 식품안전 및 영양관리 교육프로그램 사업을 효과적으로 실행하는지를 평가할 수 있으며, 프로그램을 가장 효율적, 효과적으로 전달할 수 있는 경로를 탐색하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

Sequence to Sequence based LSTM (LSTM-s2s)모형을 이용한 댐유입량 예측에 대한 연구 (Application of sequence to sequence learning based LSTM model (LSTM-s2s) for forecasting dam inflow)

  • 효율적인 댐 운영을 위해서는 높은 신뢰도를 기반으로 하는 유입량 예측이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 최근 다양한 분야에서 사용되고 있는 데이터 기반의 예측 방법 중 하나인 딥러닝을 댐 유입량 예측에 활용하였다. 그 중 시계열 자료 예측에 높은 성능을 보이는 Sequence-to-Sequence 구조기반의 Long Short-Term Memory 딥러닝 모형(LSTM-s2s)을 이용하여 소양강 댐의 유입량을 예측하였다. 모형의 예측 성능을 평가하기 위해 상관계수, Nash-Sutcliffe 효율계수, 평균편차비율, 그리고 첨두값 오차를 이용하였다. 그 결과, LSTM-s2s 모형은 댐 유입량 예측에 대한 높은 정확도를 보였으며, 단일 유량 수문곡선 기반의 예측 성능에서도 높은 신뢰도를 보였다. 이를 통해 홍수기와 이수기에 수자원 관리를 위한 효율적인 댐 운영에 딥러닝 모형의 적용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다.

의료인문학 교육과정 개편에 대한 Kern의 교육과정개발 모델에 근거한 비판적 성찰 (A Critical Review of Medical Humanities Education Curriculum Development Based on Kern's Curriculum Development Model)

  • Medical humanities education (MHE) is as essential as basic medical sciences and clinical medicine education. Despite the importance of MHE, MHE curriculum development (CD) has proven to be challenging. This critical review examines the MHE CD at one medical school. The critical review methodology was developed based on Kern's six step CD model to systematically examine the CD of "Doctoring and Medical Humanities (DMH)" at the Yonsei University College of Medicine. Five review questions were developed related to (1) necessity, (2) direction and purpose, (3) design, (4) operation, and (5) evaluation of CD based on Kern's model. The review showed that the process of DMH CD mapped to components of Kern's model. The DMH curriculum content selected was closely related to medical practice and aimed to combine the acquisition of understanding and skills by designing a student-participatory curriculum based on clinical cases. Assessment methods that emphasized students' reflections were actively introduced in the evaluation section. Since the regular committee for DMH continued the work of the special ad hoc committees for DMH CD, the CD was effectively completed. However, the planning and evaluation functions and responsibilities of the DMH committee need to be strengthened. Despite the apparent limitations, the fact that students showed a high satisfaction rate and preferred small group discussions based on clinical cases has significant implications in the instructional design of MHE, where changes in self-awareness and attitude are more important than the acquisition of information. It is necessary to systematically review and study students' reflection results produced by the changed assessment methods and to develop assessment indicators for MHE that reflect the achievements of the MHE competencies of students.

기후변화의 비정상성 대비 댐 운영 개선을 위한 Robust-SDP의 개발 (Development of Robust-SDP for improving dam operation to cope with non-stationarity of climate change)

  • 기존의 저수지 운영 연구들은 미래의 기후가 과거와 유사하다는 정상성의 가정을 전제로 하였다. 하지만 기후의 비정상성으로 인해 불확실성이 더욱 커질 경우에는 큰 불확실성에서도 안정된 최적해를 찾을 수 있는 로버스트 최적화 과정(Robust Optimization, 이하 RO)이 필요하다고 알려져 있다. RO는 입력자료의 비정상성으로 인해 야기되는 불확실성을 제어하는 로버스트 항을 목적함수에 추가하여 기존의 최적화 방법을 개선한다. 본 연구는 기후변화의 비정상성을 대비하는 저수지 운영규칙 산정을 위해 추계학적동적계획법(Stochastic Dynamic Programing, 이하 SDP)과 RO를 결합하는 Robust-SDP를 제안하였고, 이를 최근 4년간 가뭄을 겪었던 보령댐에 적용하였다. 즉, 비정상성이 반영된 미래 유입량 자료를 생성하고 이를 6가지의 평가지표와 2가지의 의사결정 지원그림을 사용하여 과거 유입량 자료로부터 산출된 저수지 운영규칙의 수행능력을 평가하였다. 그 결과, Robust-SDP가 기후의 비정상성 하에서 극단적인 물 부족 사건의 발생률과 물 부족 사건의 실패의 크기를 감소시켰지만, 작은 크기의 물 부족 발생률은 증가하는 상충관계(trade-off)를 가져옴을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 의사결정자가 우선시하는 평가지표의 결과에 따라 최적화 모형을 선택할 수 있음을 제안하였다.
