The accuracy of the servo control in CNC system has a great influence on the duality of machine product. Tracking performance of the servo control is deteriorated mainly by the time delay of the servo system and the inertia of the work table or bed. Contouring errors occur in every interpolation steps by the effect of the tracking performance. In this paper, $H_{\infty}$ two-degree-of-freedom(TDF) controller is designed for improvement to improve the tracking performance. The designed controller is applied 3-axis machining center model and the cutting accuracy is simulated in case of corner cutting, circular and involute interpolation. Simulation results show that $H_{\infty}$ TDF controller designed in this paper has a good effect to improve tracking performance in CNC system.

An important problem to be carried into a plan on the occasion for introduction of TQC is to establish the clear-cut policy and workable system on QC. In connection with escalation the product liability in recent days, especially, a point to he considered in relation the real state of enterprise, it seems likely to be difficult an effective performance without distribution of the definite duality function to each departments in the company, and to define the quality function, it should be educed and coordinated under agreement organization wide participation and conciliation. In this paper, we have tried to have a more effective graft the European style QC on the oriental enterprise, by means of presenting a model that manages synthetically a way of deployment the fundamental factors affecting quality, and establishing the control subject in each function unit.

Nowadays, wells tapping the deep aquifers become general because water quality of the shallow groundwater has been gradually degraded over the last 30 years as a result of rapid industrialization and intensive agricultural activities. However, many of the deep wells also suffer problems of water-quality degradation in several years after the well installation, nevertheless those were properly completed and managed. It is believed that the heavy pumping from deep wells causes the doward movement of the contaminated, shallow groundwaters and introduces them into the deep aquifers. In this study, we introduces a shallow capture well system, which could effectively prevent the shallow groundwaters of poor water duality from moving into the deep aquifers by pumping of deep production wells. Even though additional costs are required to apply this system, we believe that this method could be appropriate for the deep wells that are important for the public health.

This paper presents an improved optimal power flow algorithm, which solves an optimization problem with equality constraints with converted inequality constraints. The standard OPF and the penalty function method should do reconstructing active constraints among the inequality constraints so that the activation of the inequality constraints has been imposing an additional burden to solve OPF problem efficiently. However the proposed algorithm converts active inequality constraints into the equality constraints in order to preclude us from reconstructing the procedures. The effectiveness of the new OPF algorithm is validated by applying the IEEE 14 bus system.

Generally, the repeater in CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) included HPA(HI-Power Amplifier) to amplifier communication signals. The multiplicity of operating systems brings about a choice problem to the end-user and a multi-fold intensity to the competing developer. This study intends to provide guidelines solving the problems for both the end-user and the developers of operating systems. For the purpose, we adopt an appropriate evaluation model in terms of user-perceived quality through the applicable criteria and an evaluation method. Briefly, reliability and portability are key factors to contribute to the perceived duality. The empirical study also illustrates a comparative analysis on the dominant products. Sintering transforms powdered ore into lumped ore so that the latter can be used in a blast furnace. The powdered ore combined with coke and other materials is loaded into a container and moved along by a pallet while the ignited coke bums. The speed by which the pallet moves determines how much sintering takes place. Since the process is complicated and lacks an accurate mathematical model, human operators manually control the speed by monitoring various factors in the plant. In this paper, we propose a neural network-based pallet speed controller which copies human operator knowledge. Actual process data were collected from a sintering plant fer eight months and preprocessed to remove noisy and inconsistent data. A multilayer perceptron was trained using a back-propagation learning algorithm. In on-line testing at the sinter plant, the proposed model reliably controlled pallet speed during normal operation without the help of human operators. Moreover, the duality and productivity was as good as with human operators.

This study with the aim to develop a system that can be objectively measured and evaluated as a scientific support and of R&D. To this end, this study aimed at companies participating in the development of national technology transfer support program for SMEs examined the factors affecting performance. By developing metrics that meet the business objectives refer to the applicable national and international case studies and literature reviews, etc. In order to achieve the systematization of technology evaluation index, which was selected indicators. To evaluate the weight through the duality comparing selected indicators in order to take advantage of the AHP analysis conducted targeted surveys.

This study deals with the adaptive multiuser OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) system which adjusts the resource allocation according to the environmental changes in such as wireless and quality of service required by users. The resource allocation includes subcarrier assignment to users, modulation method and power used for subcarriers. We first develop a general optimization model which maximizes data throughput while satisfying data rates required by users and total power constraints. Based on the property that this problem has the 0 duality gap, we apply the subgradient dual optimization method which obtains the solution of the dual problem by iteration of simple calculations. Extensive experiments with realistic data have shown that the subgradient dual method is applicable to the real world system, and can be used as a dynamic resource allocation mechanism.
