CEO duality and its impact on firm performance represent one of the most contentious issues in both academia and business. This study, therefore, aims to examine the moderating role of CEO duality in the relationship between intellectual capital Efficiency (human, structural, relational, Capital Employed, and Innovation) and firm performance (earnings per share and Tobin's Q) among Jordanian companies. The study sample consists of services listed companies on Amman Stock Exchange. The study used panel data for the period 2014-2018 with a sample size of 230 observations. SPSS software was used to analyze the collected data. The regression results indicate a significant relationship between, IC and firm performance. When CEO Duality is incorporated into the model as a moderator, there is an increase in the R² by 7.9%. The findings from this study expand the theoretical underpinning of corporate governance research by identifying the performance implications of CEO duality within the Jordanian context. It also contributes significantly to the literature review about the current status of the practices taken in the intellectual capital components efficiency among companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange. Findings from this study also provide contributions to the concerned policymakers such as the Ministry of Finance, Securities Commission, and Amman Stock Exchange in Jordan, to improve the current policies related to intellectual capital efficiency.

This study made an attempt to apply and meaningful research of the analysis of the scene with the actual creative work about the contradictory structure and the love of duality appeared in the Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet". The researcher set up the meaning of versus (對) between the contradictory structure and the duality of love. So I analyzed the duality of love appeared on the creative performance named "Romiet & Julio zwei Versus". With the Laban's behavior analysis, the analyzing instruments were separated into four parts as the body, the effort, the space and the shape. As a result of the analyzing, the duality of love in the original work was the expression of the artist's pluralistic vision, and dramatic structure of homogeneity rather than the paradoxical contrast. After analyzing a creative work, the duality of love has been proven as an important factor with ultimately a new dimension of absolute balance.

We investigate rate scheduling and power allocation problem for a delay constrained CDMA systems. Specifically, we determine an energy efficient scheduling policy, while each user maintains the short term (n time slots) average throughput. More importantly, it is shown that the optimal transmission strategy for the uplink is same as that of the downlink, called uplink and downlink duality. We then examine the performance of the optimum transmission strategy for the uplink and the downlink for various system environments.

In this paper, we formulate a sufficient optimality theorem for the robust optimization problem (UP) under (V, ${\rho}$)-invexity assumption. Moreover, we formulate a Mond-Weir type dual problem for the robust optimization problem (UP) and show that the weak and strong duality hold between the primal problems and the dual problems.
