The present study aims at investigating the current usage patterns of Korean Standard Records Management System. The Korean Standard Records Management System has been designed and distributed by the National Archives Korea in order to support records management of public agencies. An email survey has been sent to 4 types of public agencies: central government agencies, provincial governments, provincial education offices as well as city and county offices. While all agencies are included in the survey for the first three types, only two provincial districts are selected for city and county offices, Out of 101 email questionnaires sent, 65 are returned(63.73%). The results show the usage patterns of 240 functionalities aligned to 9 main functions: accession from records creators, preservation, appraisal, accession to the national archives, reference management, access and tracking, retrieval and use, system management as well as freedom of information management by public institutions. Since its launch in 2007, the system has been distributed to 707 public agencies as of late 2014. The problem is that there has been no attempt to evaluate the functionalities and usabilities of the system. Only grievances from those agencies implemented the system have never been ceased. The present study is expected to offer the levelled ground for productive discussion between the national archives and the agencies.

In the existing ISP methods, the important' role of enterprise value is usually ignored or not recognized in the information systems planning (ISP). Besides, in some ISP methods, there is a connotative precondition that the main body of value is always the enterprise stakeholder. Thus, in ISP, the enterprise stakeholders‘ value has been recognized while the value of other main bodies has been neglected, which has resulted in boycott and other problems in normalization construction. Based on the existing ISP analysis frame and ways, this article analyzes the enterprise fundamental principle of enterprise value acting on ISP and defines the formation of enterprise value. On the basis of Keeney's analysis way of value focused thinking for decision-making, we induct the factors of enterprise value into the ISP method and set forth such an ISP process: (1) identify the aggregation of enterprise value; (2) conform the objective structure of enterprise levels; (3) determine the appraisal standard for enterprise fundamental objectives; (4) determine the basic structure for information systems ; (5) confirm the data requirements for information systems; (6) give appraisal and comment.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze factors affecting college adjustment and academic adjustment among nursing students according to social support. Methods: This study was a descriptive survey and questionnaires were collected from 290 nursing students from 2 colleges located in J province consented to participate in the study. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, scheff$\grave{e}$ test, pearson correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: In the model individual characteristics accounted for 17.2% of the influence on college adjustment and 9.9% of the influence on academic adjustment. In the model II with the addition of the 4 factors; tangible support, appraisal support, belonging support, self-esteem support and individual characteristics accounted for 39.5% of the influence on college adjustment and 22.8% of the influence on academic adjustment. Appraisal support and belonging support of the social support sub-variables were statistically useful as factors influencing college adjustment and self-esteem support was statistically useful as factors influencing academic adjustment. Conclusion: Social support for nursing students has great influence on college adjustment and academic adjustment of nursing students.

This paper shows the result of study on the process improvement/innovation based on CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) for Development V1.2 staged representation in the view of engineering area of software, hardware and system. This paper intend to help rolling stock industry to define & innovate process and finally obtain certificate for achievement of CMMI V1.2 from SEI authorized SCAMPI Lead Appraiser through the introduction experienced by Hyundai Rotem Company(car-builder and supplier of electronic & electrical equipment) such as why CMMI-based process definition & improvement are planned and how each processes of CMMI V1.2 Level 3 have been implementing and how obtaining the certificate of CMMI Maturity Level 3 of CMMI for Development V1.2 staged representation etc. This paper shows the introduction to CMMI V1.2 model, process improvement methodology and CMMI appraisal on the basis of Standard $CMMI^{SM}$ Appraisal Method for Process Improvement($SCAMPI^{SM}$), V1.2. And, this paper shows about what kinds of activities/practices of 18 processes(CMMI Maturity Level 3) is essentially implemented to satisfy their's specific goal and general geal through Hyundai Rotem Company's experiences. This paper shows the advantage and problem by adopting CMMI V1.2 model. Especially, it present the corrective/preventive actions against the identified problem in order to improve processes.

Selection of proper root barrier as destination part of greening is very important in Root penetration resistance plan. To select proper root barrier, it need to understand composition of greening part, size, kind of plant, connection with waterproofing layer. In this point of view, we have establish greening on the roof or concrete structure, not been understand the structural mechanism. It means that we misunderstood about purpose of greening and using it. So, chosen materials and construction method was not proper for greening, it caused water leakage and decrease performance of concrete structure. Therefore, we examine the practical use of copper sheet considering environmental condition for green roof. Watertightness by water of greening part, root penetration resistance test by root penetration, bacteria resistance by must or bacteria in soil, chemical resistance by rain and chemical agent of fertilizer, and load resistance by soil depth, sire of plant. These suggested test methods could be referred as guideline to test in green roof system because of not exist any performance appraisal guideline or standard. Consequently, it should be analysis as technical and institutional subdividing test methods and it need to study constantly as varied angles.

Water leakage could be caused deterioration of environmental conditions, user condition, reduction of life span and long term safety in underground concrete structure. Many materials and construction method to repair on these problems have been developed, however, it is not proper to successful repair or raise problem of increasing repair cost However, there are many limitations as practical appraisal methods due to different view of reliability for test methods. Because, it was not enough that the technical objectivity could be lack and also application of environmental condition is inadequate. In this paper, we suggest varied test methods divided to appraisal for property of matter, construction, manufacturing, specification and maintenance, friendly environmental condition. It could be more practical as a objective standard considering various angles. In summery, it should be subdivided and differentiated to accomplish proper application and to select proper materials and construction method for repair even if the synthetical condition is very complicated.

After the IMF bailout, the Environment of Domestic Construction Industry had changed dramatically Therefore the IMF, Domestic Construction Firms are secured by the government regulations and some traditional Practices. However, due to the following reasons: a decrease in public works, an increase in uncertainty of market prediction, the change of bid system, and increase in construction firms, recently the competition among construction firms has became keen. Under the serious competition, In order that medium-size construction firms survive in the construction market, it is need to establish the strategy that could increase productivity. In order to establish the strategy, firstly, construction firms should set up an appraisal standard of construction firms. This paper propose a suitable appraisal standard that construction firm's strategy establish in environment change of the construction industry.

The effectiveness of quality control is contingent to adaptability to the present circumstance. The objectives of this study are to provide empirical data to carry out qualify control effectively. To accomplish this purpose, an empirical study was made by questionaire (mailing survey method, Feb. to Mar. in 1987). The sample is the 167 companies in Korean manufacturing industry. The main findings out of the analysis are as follows the stage of quality control is concentrated in appraisal phase, the company standard is equiped gradually in non-KS marked company and the need of economic evaluation about quality control is increased gradually. With a view to analysing of relationship between quality control and it's effect factors (company standard, KS mark, computer based information system), the methods of $\chi$$^2$ test are used. The company standard have a significant difference in top manager's altitude to duality control, operation stage of quality control. operation scope of qualify control and quality budgeting system but is insignificant with economic evaluation about duality control. Otherwise, KS mark is insignificant with the equality control activity except for operation scope. The quality information system based in computer have a significant difference in operation stage, operation scope and economic evaluation. Therefor, for the purpose of attaining effectiveness of quality control through the economic evaluation about quality control, the company standard and computer based duality information system must be utilized in quality control activity.

Recently companies are aggressively pushing ahead with integrating the systematical applications of internal and external information systems such as Data level, Application level, Process level in the company, Process level between companies. The EAI solution is generally considered as the necessary tool to integrate companies, but the appraisal standard for the EAI solution has not yet settled in Korea, so the companies have difficulty in deciding whether to adopt the EAI solution or not. Through this report, we first introduce the KRA Project as the best practice in making an application of the settled standard to evaluate and adopt the EAI solution, and then suggest that it can be adapted to companies considering applying to the EAI solution.
