The music education improves the creative talent, social skills and academic achievement of the students. For the efficient music education, the learner centered study is highly recommended rather than the passive education, which supports self-control in selecting teaching materials, learning patterns and speed. For the successful self learning, it is requested to develop the collaborative educational learning tools, especially electronic collaborators such as H/W and S/W. Though there exist many commercialized electronic instruments and the PC MIDI based softwares, these tools have some limits and problems for the primary student to learn playing the musical instrument by himself. In this paper, we propose a supporting tool implementation method using an electronic keyboard instrument with USB Interface and PC-based software to help the primary student to learn playing the musical instrument. We implemented an electronic keyboard instrument module compactly and at low cost using a PIC18F4550 MCU. PC based software was developed to edit musical score, process the MIDI information, and interact with the electronic keyboard instrument module. This tool can offer a similar keyboard instrument environment and can be incorporated with self learning contents.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of science experience with their children on mothers who have children who are science gifted children and how they perceive what kind of parenting methods are appropriate for the growth and development of children who are science gifted children. To do this, we interviewed 13 mothers of the gifted education center of the Ministry of Education and conducted two in - depth interviews with them. Results, mothers who have scientific gifted children have various science experiences with children who are scientific gifted. In this process, mothers of gifted children understand the gifted children through science experience with their children, I have come to realize that it is necessary to provide an educational environment that can express my child's talents and help to determine the direction of my career. For this purpose, leadership education that reminds the importance of relationships between people, providing opportunities for various experiences so that they can decide their life, career education through inquiry of deep science experience and meeting with senior scientists, humanities for integrated thinking And the arts. In this way, it is possible to provide in-depth research results to the mothers of the gifted and talented to provide specific directions for the various supportive methods and teaching methods that the gifted children should provide for intellectual and emotional growth and development. Development of educational programs is necessary.

This paper applied to the economics subject using PBL(Problem-Based Learning) for improving students many skills in Mongolian University that 21st century demands. For the first time at Mongolian University, the PBL problem was developed for the use of PBL and applied to the class and confirmed its effectiveness. The study subjects were 60 freshman students in D university who took 'Economics'. We applied 5 problems for 16 weeks. Students wrote and submitted a reflective journal when they finished the every activity. In addition, they completed a class evaluation form after the PBL program ended. The study showed that they experienced various effects such as understanding of learning contents, understanding of cooperative learning, practical experience, creative problem solving ability, presentation skill, communication ability, self- directed learning ability, self - confidence. In the PBL learning activities, the learning environment was not well prepared yet, so some difficulties were encountered. Mongolian students perceived it as a new and effective way to develop their expertise as a future leader in the 21st century. The main goal of Mongolian university is to produce leaders with professional talent with creative problem solving ability and active learning direction.

In this study, in order to foster human resources equipped with expertise in libraries and spatial organization that contributes to the development of libraries, planning, design, and construction, the self-designed library space planning major was developed and the education goal, human resources award, and major capabilities were presented. To this end, the relevant literature analysis, expert opinion collection, and consumer survey were conducted, and the results are as follows. First, the person-in-person awards required for library space planning were identified as space planning personnel, design thinking personnel, and creative working people. Second, the person-specific majors were derived with the ability to analyze the library environment, ability to express spatial concepts, ability to analyze user needs, ability to coordinate interests, ability to understand spatial design, ability to understand spatial design, and ability to apply practical applications. Based on the plan, subjects should be developed that can fulfill the educational goals of the future library space planning major, human resources award, and human resources status, and operation plans should be designed so that the library space planning major can adapt students without fail due to its own design-based major.

Recently, with the arrival of the 4th industrial revolution, the security risks are converging and complexly changing, and the demand of cybersecurity experts is increasing. Therefore, in this paper, it is the largest of the domestic educational institutions, it has the largest number of emissions talent, and selects the representative major field of humanities and society. Then, after analyzing the common curriculum in each major field, compare it with the training course of cybersecurity experts derived through existing previous research. Through analysis results, we try to design a retraining course for cybersecurity professional human resources. Utilizing the results of this research, it is expected that it will be used as the basic material necessary for the subjects of the re-curriculum education. It is also expected to contribute to resolving the supply-demand gap of cybersecurity professionals.

The purpose of this study is to explore educational methods for elementary, middle and high schools using school forests via IT convergence. To this aim, we reviewed the previous literature on education using school forests to identify the problems with the existing education using school forests, and conducted interviews with experts to analyze the demands. we proposed an educational method that can utilize the school forests via IT convergence, and explored its validity through content reviews conducted by experts. The findings of this study are as follows. First, we proposed the IT convergence instruction focused on hands-on activities on top of the existing educational contents. Second, we proposed IT convergence instruction that incorporates diverse materials, physical computing tools, and programming tools. Third, we presented methods for utilizing such IT convergence instruction in connection with various elements of the 2015 Revised Curriculum as well as with various other activities such as middle school free semester activities and after-school activities. The school forest is a crucial learning space for the areas related to agriculture and biotechnology. Thus, we anticipate that the IT convergence instruction proposed in this study will lead to the re-discovery and re-evaluation of a value of school forests as an educational space that contributes to fulfilling the objective of the 2015 Revised Curriculum to nurture creative convergent talent.

The purpose of this paper is to clarify the life and poetry of Dokshok Hwang Hyok. In Chapter 2, we looked at the life of Hwang Hyok. There are two characteristics in the life of Hwang Hyok. First, Hwang Hyok had excellent literary talent. Secondly, Hwang Hyok wrote in an attempt to surrender during the Japanese Invasion of Japan. That is why he lived a 21 year detained life. In Chapter 3, we looked at poetry based on the life of Hwang Hyok. The features of poetry are as follows. First, the image of Somu and reality of Tiger and Dhole go around. Hwang Hyok lived a confined life because of the Japanese Invasion of Korea. Because of that, Hwang Hyok recognized the Japanese invasion of the Imperial Japan as a world where Dhole and tigers travel around. It symbolized the image of Sommu that he did not surrender. Second, Changsha, is the world and Gulwon images. Changsha is Gulwon the space of self-destruction. Hwang Hyok likened his dark life to Gulwon dead. This is because Hwang Hyok's life is similar to Gulwon's life. In other words, Hwang Hyok was most appropriate to compare his tough life to Gulwon, who drowned in Myeoglasu.

The purpose of this study is to help 10th grade students learn their science course more efficiently through an Earth System Education (ESE). ESE may contribute in the right view of nature and human by mitigating interdisciplinary in science and accomplishing harmonious tuition-studying. In this study, subject in 'Volcano explosion and Global climate change' is chosen by the ESE program and corrects are made so that it becomes suitable in 'Science' subject of the 7th curriculum and supplements this and inspects the application possibility. As a result of the analysis, the experimental group showed a positive change in almost all area; whereas, the control group was so only in cognition of science (p=0.003), interest toward science (p<0.001), attitude about science (p<0.001), etc. Experiment group in which ESE programs were applied shown higher accomplishment drawing in study accomplishment degree than the control group, which progress traditional class (p=0.038). Students from the experimental group were active, serious in attitude, self-directed in their studies during class. We can expect that the application of ESE programs has a good effect on scientific interest, curiosity enhancement of students, scientific talent and right view of nature height in science subjects on the basis of these result.

This study examines the process and scope of visual directing through the case of SM Entertainment, and explores the role of visual directors. As a result of the case study, SM created the visual directing team composed of art director and visual designers within the creative headquarters and was actively introducing visual directing for the development of idol. The visual directing process of SM, which is being developed as a part of the star marketing, consists of analyzing the environment in marketing strategy, establishing marketing strategy related to idol, setting up target image per artist, and finally planning and managing the visual directing project. The visual director in SM is required to have creative talent, logical persuasion, information analytical ability, visual expression ability, and field application ability. SM also applies visual directing accumulated from idol singers to SM business areas such as MD product design and production, product composition and designer collaboration, and SM town COEX artium. This paper have significance in attracting visual directing to the academic field.

This study investigated the relationship between the social legitimacy and financial performance perceived for venture company. In particular, social legitimacy was classified into prior experiences, organizational competency, market-related, and government-related legitimacy according to the characteristics of venture businesses, and its effect on the financial and non-financial performance of venture businesses was verified. Data were collected by conducting a survey among 300 domestic venture businesses. According to the results it can be understood that social legitimacy affects the financial and non-financial performance of venture businesses. In other words, it was found that the acquisition of resources from external investors and governments which is justified by stakeholder and investors, venture business executives and employees' prior experience such as start-up experience, and retention of outstanding talent, etc., developing trust from the market and consumers through high organizational competency and differentiated product provision, have a positive effect on the financial and non-financial performance of venture companies. It can be interpreted that higher survival is possible through running the venture businesses with social legitimacy. In addition, this study is meaningful in that it presents a new standard for survival through measuring the relationship of the influence on substantial performance of venture businesses by expanding the existing sociological research to business management research.
