여성의 생애주기별 골건강 문제 및 골밀도 영향요인: 2010년 국민건강영양조사 자료 이용 (Problems with Bone Health and the Influencing Factors of Bone Mineral Density in Women across the Life Cycle)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the problem of bone health and potential influencing factors of bone mineral density (BMD) for women across the life cycle of menopause. Methods: Complex sampling design data analysis was performed on the fifth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2010 in order to identify the problems with bone health, BMD and its influencing factors in 3,499 women who answered the menopausal status. Women's life cycle was categorized by premenopausal, postmenopausal, and elderly. Results: 35.1% of premenopausal women, 73.3% of postmenopausal women, and 96.0% of elderly women had problems with bone health that were related to low BMD. Influencing factors of BMD were residential area, alcohol drinking, and body mass index (BMI) for premenopausal women; age, residential area, education, marital status, income, and BMI for postmenopausal women; and age, education, and BMI for elderly women. Conclusion: Problems with bone health required to be considered as a major health problem in all women regardless their life cycle. Interventions to maximize BMD need to be developed by considering its influencingfactors across the women's life cycle.

  • 차량용 블랙박스는 음성과 영상 그리고 자동차의 다양한 정보를 저장하는 매체이며 이러한 정보를 바탕으로 사고의 재구성이 가능해 최근 자동차 시장에서 주목을 받고 있다. 또한 대중교통 중심으로 블랙박스의 장착이 확산되면서 수년 내에 시장은 더욱 커질 전망이다. 본 연구는 차량용 블랙박스 구매결정에 영향을 미치는 요인의 대한 선호도를 분석하였다. 블랙박스 구매결정 요인을 안전성, 기능성, 차별성, 경제성으로 구분하였다. 실증적 분석을 위해 블랙박스 관련회사 직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 설문지를 분석하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 블랙박스 구매결정과 관련된 실무적 의의를 논의하였다.

산전우울의 영향요인 (Influencing Factors on Antenatal Depression)

  • Purpose: This study examined the influencing factors on antenatal depression among pregnant women. Methods: This was a cross sectional descriptive study with 255 pregnant women who visited a general hospital in a metropolitan city for their regularly scheduled check-up. Measurement tools employed were the Korean version of Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), the food habits, and the Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Socio-demographic variables and the status of high risk pregnancy were identified. Influencing factors on antenatal depression were identified using a stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results: The mean score of antenatal depression was $7.2{\pm}5.0$; 18.4% with mild depression, 5.9% had moderate depression, with 0.8% identified with severe depression on BDI scale. Influencing factors on antenatal depression accounted for 47.8% of the total variance which consisted of quality of sleep, marital satisfaction, food habits, gestation periods, sexual satisfaction, high risk pregnancy, and age. Conclusion: Findings show that antenatal depression should be monitored on a regular basis during early pregnancy and in high risk pregnancy if possible, and quality of sleep and food habits should be incorporated in the management of antenatal depression.

우리나라 50세 이상 성인의 골감소증과 골다공증 영향요인 (Influencing Factors on Osteopenia and Osteoporosis in Korean Aged 50 Years and Above)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the influencing factors on osteopenia and osteoporosis in Korean aged 50 years and above. Methods: Data from the Fifth Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES V-1, 2010) were obtained and 2,773 subjects who got bone density test and were classified "normal, osteopenia or osteoporosis" were selected. Data were analyzed $x^2$ test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test and logistic regression using the SAS 9.4. Results: Gender, age, days of flexibility exercise, vitamin D in blood and weight were found to be influencing factors for osteoporosis in Korean aged 50 years and above. Gender. age and smoking were found to be influencing factors for osteopenia in Korean aged 50 years and above. Conclusion: This study suggested that nursing intervention should include exercise promotion, intake vitamin D, smoking cessation and weight control program in order to reduce the prevalence of osteoporosis and osteopenia.

펜션사업의 수익성에 관한 영향요인 분석 (An Analysis of Profitability Influencing Factors for Pension Business)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 펜션사업 수익성에 영향을 미치는 영향요인들의 중요도를 분석한 후 분석 내용을 바탕으로 펜션사업수익성을 예측 할 수 있는 회귀식을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 경기지 역 3곳, 인천지 역 1곳의 펜션 분포가 가장 많은 곳 각 5군데를 선정하여 설문 조사하였다. 조사된 자료를 바탕으로 펜션사업 수익성에 미치는 영향요인들의 중요도를 분석하고 다중회귀 분석하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통하여 분석된 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 펜션사업 수익성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 입지성, 운영방법, 건축형태, 접근성, 환경성, 체험테마, 부대테마의 순으로 크게 나타났고 도출된 회귀식은 "Y=- $365+36.2^{*}$입지성$+26.8^{*}$운영방법$+20.3^{*}$건축형태$+17.3^{*}$접근성$+15.0^{*}$환경성$+31.4^{*}$체험테마$+34.8^{*}$부대테마"로 도출되었다.

임상간호사의 조직몰입과 회복탄력성이 프리젠티즘에 미치는 영향요인 (The Influence of Organizational Commitment and Resilience on Presenteeism among Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the factors influencing organizational commitment and resilience onpresenteeism in clinical nurses. Methods: The subjects were 202 nurses working at 5 hospitals in B city. The data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Work impairment was negatively correlated with organizational commitment and resilience. Perceived productivity was positively correlated with organizational commitment and resilience. Influencing factors on work impairment were organizational commitment (β=-.22 p=.005) and hardiness (β=-.16, p=.042), with 10% explanatory power. Influencing factors on perceived productivity were organizational commitment (β=.24, p=.002) and hardiness (β=.16, p=.042), with 11% explanatory power. Conclusion: Based on this research, appropriate programs and policies that consider influencing factors such as organizational commitment and hardiness in resilience are needed to reduce the level of presenteeism in clinical nurses.

대학생의 취업 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 관련 요인 (The Factors Influencing on Employment Stress of University Students)

  • Purpose: This study examined to explore factors influencing on employment stress of university students. Methods: The data were collected by structured questionnaires to students who agreed to be the subjects of this study. And 230 cases were finally analyzed. T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression were conducted for data analysis using SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: Significant differences revealed in age, department of major, residental type and school year on employment stress by general characteristics. Also, employment stress showed negative correlation with self-esteem, and satisfaction in major. Self-esteem and satisfaction in major, department of major were confirmed as a factors influencing on employment stress and accounted for 36% of the variance. Conclusion: Further studies that discover factors influencing on employment stress of university students are needed, and also practical programs are necessary to decrease employment stress of university students.

인터넷 패션쇼핑몰에 대한 소비자의 만족.불만족 영향요인 (Consumer Satisfaction/Dissatisfaction Factors for Internet Fashion Shopping Malls)

  • The purpose of the present study was to investigate the factors influencing the extent of satisfaction/dissatisfaction for the internet fashion shopping malls. Data were collected through a self-administered questionnaire survey from 503 netizen through internet by using the server of ECMiner Research Company. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, one-way ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test. Regarding the satisfaction/dissatisfaction with internet shopping mall, 5 factors were found. Netizens wee divided into 3 groups based on purchase experiences: the less-purchased(1-6 times) the more-purchased(above 7 times) and the not-purchased. The respondents tended to be dissatisfied with the 5 factors. The more they purchased experiences through internet, the more satisfied they were with convenience of shopping and after-sales service factors. Gender and age were the factors influencing the most on the satisfaction/dissatisfaction with the internet shopping malls for the not-purchased. However, for the groups with purchase experiences, experiences, evaluative criteria for selecting shopping malls, the number of hours using internet per week, and the extent of experiences of using internet were the main variables.

간호사의 이직결정과 관련요인에 관한 연구 (Factors influencing the decisions of nurses to resign)

  • This study was to investigated the factors influencing the decisions of nurses to resign. The purpose was to contribute information useful for the effective management of nurse staffing resources. The specific objectives were as follows : 1. To investigate the level of job satisfaction of nurses who resign. 2. To analyze the relationship of job expectations and the decisions to resign. 3. To investigate the major reason for nurses' resignations. 4. To identify the relationship of the general characteristics of the nurses and the factors influencing their decisions to resign. 5. To analyze the relationship of the intention to resign and the factors influencing the decisions to resign. The sample consisted of 90 nurses who worked at Y hospital in Seoul from march. 1987 to Feb. 1988 and who had resigned. The instruments used for this study were slavitt et al's Index of Work Satisfaction Scale and a job expectations scale developed by the researcher Analysis of data was done using frequency, t-test and ANOVA. The results of study were as follows : 1. There was no difference in the job satisfaction level of nurses who resigned compared with nurses in active service but the subcategory interaction score was lower and the subcategory salary score was higher than for nurses in active service. 2. Low job expectation scores influenced the decision to resign. 3. The major reason for resigning were personal problems such as marriage, childbirth, and relocation of family. 4. The length of employment and the number of different service areas of the nurses who resigned were associated with the job satisfaction level. 5. The nurses who had have an intention to resign while in active service had lower scores for job satisfaction and the job expectation score was a greater influence on the decision to resign. In conclusion, the factors influencing the decisions of nurse to resign were job satisfaction, job expectations and intention to resign while still in active service.

  • 특정 상품에 대한 사용자의 선호도는 상품의 질 외에도 많은 요소들에 의해 결정된다. 추천시스템에 있어 이러한 외적 요소들의 반영은 데이터의 부족을 포함한 여러 가지 근본적인 문제가 존재하여 지난한 일이었다. 그러나 공공데이터의 개방과 다양하고 방대한 양의 데이터를 가진 평가 플랫폼의 등장 등 기반 환경이 갖춰짐에 따라 외적 요소들의 접근이 용이해 졌다. 이러한 변화에 따라 본 논문은 상품의 품질 외에 사용자의 선호도에 영향을 주는 요소들을 반영할 수 있는 추천시스템 구조를 제안하고 사례를 적용하여 이러한 요소가 실제 선호도에 미치는 영향을 관찰하고자 한다. 제안하는 시스템의 구조는 크게 영향요소를 선정하고 추출하는 과정과 문장 분석을 활용하여 부족한 데이터를 보충하는 과정, 평가데이터와 영향요소를 결합하고 병합하는 과정으로 나눌 수 있으며 제안시스템의 결과 그룹과 실제 사용자 선호도 그룹 간 비교를 통해 구조 변수 설정의 적절성 등을 판단할 수 있는 검증 과정 또한 함께 제안한다.
