  • The purpose of this study is to design and develop an e-mentoring system for full inclusion. Through the literature review of related studies, the e-mentoring performance model was drawn. Based on this model, an e-mentoring system was designed and developed. Especially the horizontal mentoring was mainly considered during the procedure. To evaluate the usability of the system, 2 system managers, 5 mentors, and 5 mentees were chosen and they were interviewed by researchers. Researchers used an interview instrument(10 items) consisting of mentoring support(cognitive support, affective support, adaptability) and technical support(convenience, accuracy, look & feel) categories. On the whole affirmative responses were given in both mentoring support and technical support areas. It can be concluded that the e-mentoring system is very effective in supporting full inclusion. In future it is recommended that several empirical studies of utilizing the e-mentoring should be performed.

  • Despite technical advance, human error is the main reason for maritime accidents. To ensure a safety of maritime transporting environment, technical and methodological improvement to react to various types of maritime accidents should be developed instead of ambiguously anticipating maritime accidents due to human errors. Survey, questionnaires, and interview have been routinely applied to understand objective human lookout pattern differences in various navigational situations. Although the descriptive methodology helps systematically categorizing different patterns of human behavior to avoid accidents, the subjective methods limit to objectively recognize physical behavior patterns during navigation. The purpose of the study is to develop an objective lookout pattern detection system using wearable sensors in the simulated navigation environment. In the simulated maritime navigation environment, each participant performed a given navigational situation by wearing the wearable sensors on the wrist, trunk, and head. Activity classification algorithm that was developed in the previous navigation activity classification research was applied. The physical lookout behavior patterns before and after situation-aware showed distinctive patterns, and the results are expected to reduce human errors of navigators.

  • This study aims to devise a tool which can identify the concept of 'consumption happiness' and to develop a standardized scale to measure consumption happiness. How can we measure consumption happiness? Based on it, the concept and perspective of consumption happiness was formed and then the scale for measuring it was developed. To develop the scale, questions were extracted through a literature survey, an FGI interview was conducted and validity was verified through experts' opinions. Then the scale was developed by conducting a questionnaire survey for consumers. For the analysis of the research, SPSS 20. 0 for Windows and AMOS 17.0 were used and 500 consumers responded to an online survey. In order to examine the general characteristics of the investigation object, the technical statistics of frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation were performed. To develop the research, test-retest correlation, item-to-total correlation, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ reliability, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. The final 20-item consumption happiness scale, which consisted of four factors, was constructed in the end.
