Purpose - Research on community empowerment based on superior commodities to improve the economic resilience of the tourist village of Lumajang Regency is an investigative descriptive study to obtain an overview of the problems of community economic development, especially regarding economic resilience. The output of this research activity is the formation of integrated and comprehensive strategic programs and activities in order to improve economic empowerment and food security of the community around the tourist village. Research design, data, and methodology - This research method applies several methods of analysis such as the Loqation Quotion (LQ) method, SWOT analysis, Trend analysis, and analysis of Community Economic Empowerment in the agricultural sub-sector. Results - This research has strategic values and objectives in addition to providing important information to improve food security of tourism villages in Lumajang district in particular and disadvantaged communities in Indonesia in general. Through this supportive community economic empowerment programs, Lumajang District has an agricultural area and at the same time as a nature-based tourism area that supports it. Conclusion - Village tourism community empowerment activities are taken based on existing superior commodities. The existing tourism village program in Lumajang district can be used as one of the references for the upcoming tourism village program.

Using the thawed Gaussian wave packets [E. J. Heller, J. Chem. Phys. 62, 1544 (1975)] and the adaptive reinitialization technique employing the frame operator [L. M. Andersson et al., J. Phys. A: Math. Gen. 35, 7787 (2002)], a trajectory-based Gaussian wave packet method is introduced that can be applied to scattering and time-dependent problems. This method does not require either the numerical multidimensional integrals for potential operators or the inversion of nearly-singular matrices representing the overlap of overcomplete Gaussian basis functions. We demonstrate a possibility that the method can be a promising candidate for the time-dependent $Schr{\ddot{o}}dinger$ equation solver by applying to tunneling, high-order harmonic generation, and above-threshold ionization problems in one-dimensional model systems. Although the efficiency of the method is confirmed in one-dimensional systems, it can be easily extended to higher dimensional systems.

이 연구의 목적은 특성화고 교사를 위한 발명 특허분야 교원 직무연수 프로그램의 효과성을 확인하고 개선 방안을 탐색하는데 있었다. 이 연구의 대상은 2015년도 충남대학교 발명교사교육센터가 주관한 특성화고 교사 대상 발명 특허분야 교원직무연수 참여자 39명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 수집은 연수가 종료된 시점에 직접 설문지를 배부하고 전량(100%)을 회수하였고, 39명중 불성실한 응답자 2명을 제외한 37명을 자료분석에 활용하였다. 이 연구를 위한 교원연수프로그램 개발은 문헌연구와 전문가 회의를 통해 이루어졌고, 적용에 따른 만족도는 설문지를 개발하여 활용하였다. 연수 프로그램의 효과성은 교육요구도와 교육만족도를 통해 확인하였으며, 교원 직무연수 개선 방안 연구진에 의해 구안된 교원 연수 평가 모형에 의해 모색되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특성화고 교원을 위한 발명 특허 교원직무연수의 교육요구도는 높았다. 둘째, 개발된 교원직무연수 프로그램의 만족도는 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 연수 프로그램은 전반적으로 교육효과성이 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 연수 프로그램의 엄격한 개선을 위하여 현상유지, 대안탐색, 전략수정, 기대 확장의 4개 영역으로 구분하였다.

This study aimed to investigate the current condition of student childcare training in Korea. Participants were 221 university professors, 467 childcare center directors, and 1,260 guidance teachers in Korea. They completed questionnaires the current condition of student childcare training centers, guidance teachers, student teachers, and student childcare training fees. The results showed 64.4% of these centers charged a student childcare training fee, and 35.6% of them did not charge a fee. The average student childcare training fee was 41,000 won. This study aims to offer a realistic understanding and effective information on student childcare training in Korea and to suggest practical standards for student childcare training.

본 연구는 교원 원격연수프로그램의 성과를 측정할 수 있는 요인을 탐색하고 프로그램을 평가할 수 있는 측정도구를 개발하여 양호도를 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 원격연수프로그램 성과측정과 관련한 문헌고찰과 10명의 교원연수 및 교육공학 전문가의 검토를 거쳐 44개의 예비문항을 개발하였다. 설문의 표본은 중앙교육연수원에서 원격연수프로그램을 수강하는 교원을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 1차 설문에서 수집된 205명의 최종데이터를 토대로 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하여 7개의 요인을 추출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 2차 설문에서 얻어진 293명의 응답자로부터 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였고 측정모형의 적합도 및 신뢰도를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 시스템품질, 콘텐츠품질, 서비스품질, 사용, 성과, 만족도, 전이로 총 7개의 요인과 34개의 문항으로 구성된 교원 원격연수프로그램의 성과 측정도구를 최종적으로 확정하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a short-term ICT training course that helps teachers from non-computing disciplines in developing countries acquire flipped-learning content creation skills. A field application is performed by applying the developed ICT training course to secondary school teachers of non-ICT subject specialisms in Laos. In the field study, participating teachers' teaching efficacy on ICT and satisfaction toward the training course are measured. The result of t-test on ICT teaching efficacy showed statistically significant increases in teachers' self-efficacy related to ICT use, both personal efficacy and outcome expectancy. The satisfaction survey performed after training showed that trainees were highly satisfied with the training course. The results of this field study could be used to propose a short-term teacher education model that could be applicable to teachers in other developing countries.

본 연구에서는 교사의 지식에 대한 초임교사들의 인식을 알아보기 위해 초임교사들에게 설문을 실시하고, 그 결과를 분석하였다. 초임교사들은 자신의 수업의 반성과 개선에 대한 지식을 가장 필요하다고 인식하고, 실제 수업에서는 수학적 개념과 학습 내용들 사이의 연계성과 위계성 등 상호 관계에 대한 지식을 가장 많이 활용한다고 인식한다. 이러한 교사의 지식은 주로 수업 경험과 교사 연수를 통해 형성된다고 인식한다. 또한, 초임교사들은 수학 수업에서 공학적 도구와 평가를 활용하는 지식에 대해 필요성을 낮게 인식하고 자주 활용하지 못하는 것으로 인식한다. 초임교사들이 교사의 지식을 형성하는데 도움을 주기 위해 교사 입문 프로그램과 멘토링의 활성화, 교원 양성기관의 교육과정의 개선, 다양한 교사 연수 프로그램의 개발과 보급 등이 필요하다.

The enhancement of the quality of the teaching practice is a major factor in securing better schooling opportunities for students. In this article, initial teacher preparation of secondary school Earth science teachers, in-service science teacher education, and improving teacher policy are discussed. Data from in-depth interviews with exemplary science teachers were used to explore how to improve the quality of science teacher education in Korea. In terms of preservice teacher education, most exemplary teachers contended that teacher education programs should provide preservice teachers with practical knowledge by translating theory into practice. Their suggestions for how to improve in-service education are also discussed. Regarding directions of improving teacher policy in Korea, the teachers proposed an alternative teacher-promotion structure that incorporates the master-teacher position. Implications for introducing action research courses into teacher (re)education programs are also discussed.

본 논문에서는 지식추출(knowledge distillation) 및 지식전달(knowledge transfer)을 위하여 최근에 소개된 선생-학생 프레임워크 기반의 힌트(Hint)-knowledge distillation(KD) 학습기법에 대한 성능을 분석한다. 본 논문에서 고려하는 선생-학생 프레임워크는 현재 최신 딥러닝 모델로 각광받고 있는 딥 residual 네트워크를 이용한다. 따라서, 전 세계적으로 널리 사용되고 있는 오픈 딥러닝 프레임워크인 Caffe를 이용하여 학생모델의 인식 정확도 관점에서 힌트-KD 학습 시 선생모델의 완화상수기반의 KD 정보 비중에 대한 영향을 살펴본다. 본 논문의 연구결과에 따르면 KD 정보 비중을 단조감소하는 경우보다 초기에 설정된 고정된 값으로 유지하는 것이 학생모델의 인식 정확도가 더 향상된다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구는 교사들에게 원격교육연수원 교육과정에 대한 종합적인 정보 제공과 원격교원연수를 활성화시키기 위한 방안을 탐색하기 위하여 수행되었다. 2007년 현재, 65개의 원격연수원이 운영 중에 있으나 원격연수원에서 운영 중인 교육과정에 대한 정보는 체계적으로 제공되지 않고 있다. 교육과정 분석을 위하여 65개 연수원 중 33개를 선정하여 직무연수 567개 과정, 자율연수 317개 과정, 기타연수 23개 과정을 선정하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 원격교원연수원에 대한 접근성 향상 필요, 둘째, 민간기관 원격교육연수원 중심의 교과목 편중 현상 극복, 셋째, 교사 역량 증진을 위한 교과목의 다양화, 넷째, 특정 교과목 편중 현상 극복, 다섯째, 기존에 운영하고 있는 교육과정에 대한 지속적인 유지보수 필요, 여섯째, 우수 교육과정 개발을 위한 정부차원의 지원 확대 등이다.
