고등학생의 투지, 흥미, 과제집착력, 자기조절능력 및 과학학업성취의 관계 분석 (An Analysis of the Relationship of Grit, Interest, Task-Commitment, Self-Regulation Ability, and Science Achievement of High School Students)

  • 본 연구는 과학학업성취와 관련된 주요 정의적 변인들인 흥미, 자기조절능력, 과제집착력이 투지(Grit)와 어떤 구조적 관계를 보이는지를 탐색하고자 하였다. 고등학교 학생 180명(남학생 77명, 여학생 103명)이 투지, 흥미, 자기조절능력, 과제집착력과 과학학업성취(중간시험, 기말시험점수)를 조사하는 설문에 답하였다. 본 연구자들은 위 다섯 가지 요인들과 관련된 선행연구 고찰을 바탕으로 하여 두 개의 가설모형을 설정하였다. 하나의 가설모형에서는 투지가 흥미에 영향을 주고, 투지가 다시 자기조절능력과 과제집착력에 영향을 미치며, 이 후 자기조절능력과 과제집착력이 과학학업성취에 영향을 미치는 모형으로, 이모형에서는 흥미가 자기조절능력과 과제집착력에 간접적으로 영향을 주고, 그 사이를 투지가 매개하는 것으로 가정하였다. 이와 다른 모형에서는 투지와 흥미가 독립적인 요인으로 작용하여, 각각 자기조절능력과 과제집착력에 영향을 미치는 모형으로 가정하였다. 수집된 자료와 가설모형을 바탕으로 하여 요인간의 상관관계와 모형의 적합도 확인을 위해 구조방정식 분석을 실행하였다. 그 결과를 통해 학생들의 투지와 흥미는 독립적인 요인으로 작용하는 모형이 최적의 모형으로 선택되었다. 또한 과제집착력이 흥미와 자기조절능력과 깊은 상관관계를 나타내는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 본 연구에 참여한 남학생과 여학생 집단 간의 변인별 상관관계 비교를 통해 투지와 흥미, 과제집착력, 자기조절능력, 그리고 학업성취 간의 구조적 관계가 남학생과 여학생에게서 다르게 나타날 가능성이 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 그동안 중요하게 연구되지 않았던 투지와 과제집착력과 같은 요인들에 대한 조사를 제안한다. 투지와 과제집착력에 대한 연구를 통해 학생들의 흥미가 감소하는 원인과 학생들이 어렸을 때 가졌던 과학에 대한 흥미를 유지하기 위한 방안을 탐색할 수 있으며, 과학학업성취와 관련된 다양한 정의적 요인들에 대해 조사하는 연구가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

군병원 간호조직문화와 조직성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Nursing Organizational Culture of Military Hospital and Organizational Performance)

  • Purpose: This research was, by investigating the relations between the cultural types of a nursing organization in military hospital and performance, to ascertain the cultural types to be able to improve performance. Method: The date were gathered from 255 nurse officers who were in 19 military hospitals by using the self-report type of questionnaire. The period of data collection was from April 20, 2003 to July 15, 2003. For this research, the following tools were used: the tools for measuring the organizational characteristics, organizational culture, and job satisfaction, the tool for measuring organizational commitment. For data analysis the SPSS Win 12.0 program was used. Result: 1) Most of the cultural types of a nursing organization in military hospital is Relation-oriented. 2) In the relation between general the characteristics of subject and the organizational cultural type, there was a difference in the innovation-oriented, relation-oriented, hierarchy-oriented, and task-oriented culture according to nurse officers careers, hospital types, year in hospital, marital status, and unit(p<0.05). 3) In the relation between general characteristics of subject and organizational performance, there was a difference in the job satisfaction, affective commitment, transactional commitment, and normative commitment according to nurse officers careers, education, madrigal status and unit(p<0.05). 4) In the relationship between the of a military hospital were correlated with the type of each culture(p=0.00), 5) In the relation between the organizational culture type of military hospital and its performance, there was a positive correlation among job satisfaction and innovation-oriented culture, relation-oriented culture, task-oriented culture(p<0.05). And hierarchy-oriented culture showed that they had a weak negative correlation with job satisfaction(p<0.05). There was a positive correlation among affective commitment and innovation-oriented culture, relation-oriented culture, task-oriented culture(p<0.05). And hierarchy-oriented culture showed that they had a weak negative correlation with affective commitment(p<0.05). There was no culture type significantly related to continuance commitment and there was a weak positive correlation among normative commitment and innovation-oriented culture, relation-oriented culture, task-oriented culture. The types to have an influence upon nurse officers' job satisfaction were relation-oriented culture and innovation-oriented culture(p=0.00). And relation-oriented culture and innovation-oriented culture were major variances for affective commitment and only relation-oriented culture was influential variance for normative commitment(p=0.00). Conclusion: The organizational culture type was found which had an influence upon nurse officers' job satisfaction and organizational commitment. These result are very significant in having showed the persons in charge of nursing administration a basic data for creation of an effective organizational culture.

초등과학영재 학생들의 천문분야 수업이 공간지각능력 및 과제집착력에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Astronomical Field on Elementary Science Gifted Students on Spatial Perception Ability and Task Commitment)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초등과학영재 학생들의 공간지각능력과 과제집착력을 향상시킬 수 있는 천문분야의 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구의 대상은 B 대학교 영재원 부설의 초등과학영재반 심화과정 학생 22명을 대상으로 하였다. 초등학교 과학영재반의 학생을 대상으로 공간지각능력과 과제 집착력을 향상시키기 위해서 총 12차시의 교육학습 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하였고, 실험처치의 사전과 사후에서 각각 공간지각능력 검사와 과제집착력 검사를 실시하였다. 이에 대한 연구의 결과는 양적분석으로 해석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 천문분야 수업이 초등과학영재 학생들의 공간지각능력 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 천문분야 수업이 초등과학영재 학생들의 과제집착력 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 초등과학영재 학생들의 천문분야 수업이 과제집착력 향상보다 공간지각능력 향상에 더 효과가 있었다. 초등과학영재학생들의 선발은 지능, 창의성, 과제집착력이 우수한 학생들을 선발하였으므로 보다 나은 잠재된 영재성을 발현시키기 위해서는 개인별교육프로그램(IEP)를 개발하고 적용하는 것이다. 또한 영재교육에서 보다 심층적인 영재성을 발현시키기 위해서는 개인별 영재의 특성을 발현할 수 있는 프로그램의 개발에 관심을 가져야 할 것이다.

간호사의 환자만족 지향태도에 영향을 미치는 직무관련 요인 (Factors Affecting Willingness to Satisfy Patients among Nurses in Hospitals)

  • Background : Willingness to satisfy patients(WSP) among nurses is essential to promoting patient satisfaction which is a critical component in the quality of health care and its outcomes. This study was carried out to empirically find out the affecting factors of WSP among nurses in hospital settings. Methods : The model contains seven job relating determinants and two intervening variables as follows: i) job relating variables of professional status, task requirements, pay, physician-nurse interaction, nurse-nurse interaction, organizational policies, and autonomy, ii) intervening variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Data were collected from 205 nurses in two general hospitals owned by one foundation located in Pusan, Korea, using a structured and self-administered questionnaire. Results : The major results were as follows: First, the results of ANOVA on WPS by personal characteristics showed a statistically significant relationships between WPS and hierarchical orders(p<.01) ana tenure(p<.10). Comparing with the lower orders and shorter tenure, the higher orders and the longer tenure showed better WPS. Second, the results of simple correlation analysis between WPS and determinants and intervening variables showed the following variables, in order of importance, were statistically significant(p<.01): work satisfaction(+), organizational commitment(+), task requirements(+), nurse-interaction(+), professional status(+), physician-nurse interaction(+). Third, the results of path analysis showed that two intervening variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and three determinants of task requirements, professional status, and nurse-nurse interaction had a positively significant direct effect to WPS. Conclusion : The results suggest that nurses who are more satisfied with task requirements, status, nurse-nurse interaction, overall job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, will behave in ways that patients find more satisfied.

병원에 근무하는 물리치료사의 직장애착에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting on Organizational Commitment of Hospital Physical Therapists)

  • This study was carried out to find out factors affecting on organizational commitment of hospital physical therapists in Korea. The sample used in this study consisted of 135 physical therapists who were working in hospitals located in Seoul. The data for analysis were collected by questionnaire survey. The major statistical methods used for the analysis were factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The dependent variable of the study was organizational commitment (responsibility of organization and propensity to stay), and the independent variables were general characteristic of respondents and components of job satisfaction - "task", "organizational operation system", "opportunity of development", "interpersonal relationship" - of hospital physical therapists. Important factors affecting the responsibility of organizational commitment were religion, work period, task satisfaction, opportunity of development. And propensity to stay was significantly affected by religion, work period, and four components of job satisfaction. In considering above findings, for improving factors affecting on organizational commitment of physical therapists, hospitals need to develop strategies for enhancing job satisfaction by providing the adequate job environment.

초등예비교사의 Jigsaw 협동학습 수업이 과제집착력 및 창의적 인성에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Jigsaw Cooperative Learning on the Pre-service Teachers' Task Commitment and Creative Personality)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초등예비교사의 Jigsaw 협동학습 수업이 과제집착력 및 창의적 인성에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 있다. 연구 대상은? 교육대학교의 학생 4개 심화반 121명을 대상으로 연구집단을 구성하였다. 초등예비교사의 Jigsaw 협동학습 수업으로는 교수력 함양에 필요하다고 여겨지는 Maker 수업, 계절별 별자리 지도방법, 손가락 화석만들기, 달의 위상변화, 계절의 변화 원인, 망원경 다루기, 드론교육을 12주간 실험처치 하였다. 그리고 연구집단에 사전-사후검사로 과제 집착력 검사, 창의적 인성 검사를 하였다. Jigsaw 협동학습 수업을 통해 자연스럽게 과제집착력 향상과 창의적 인성 함양이 될 수 있도록 연구절차를 설정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 이에 대한 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등예비교사의 Jigsaw 협동학습 수업이 과제집착력 향상에 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 초등예비교사의 Jigsaw 협동학습 수업이 창의적인 인성 함양에 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 초등예비교사의 Jigsaw 협동학습 수업에 대한 인식은 긍정적으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통하여 Jigsaw 협동학습 수업이 과제집착력과 창의적 인성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인할 수 있다.

연구개발 팀에서 팀 내 갈등 간의 관계와 갈등이 몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Relationship among Different Types of Intra-team Conflict and Their Effects on Commitment in R&D Teams)

  • 팀은 조직이 추구하는 목표를 달성하는데 있어서 매우 중요한 역할을 담당한다. 팀의 경쟁력은 팀 구성원들 간의 끊임없는 상호작용에 의해 결정되므로 팀 구성원들이 함께 공유하는 긍정적이고 감정적인 태도를 나타내는 팀 몰입이라는 공동의 목표를 함께 추구하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 하지만 끊임없는 팀 구성원간의 상호작용은 갈등을 야기한다. 팀 구성원 간의 갈등이 팀의 성과에 미치는 영향은 긍정적인 면과 부정적인 면이 함께 존재하지만 관계, 과업, 과정 갈등이 팀 몰입에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 많은 연구가 되어 있지 않은 상황이다. 본 연구는 세 가지 종류의 갈등이 어떤 관계를 가지고 있는지는 13개 기업의 232개 연구개발 팀으로부터 모은 자료를 분석하였다. 결과는 관계갈등은 팀 몰입에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 과업갈등과 과정갈등은 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보이지 않았다. 세 갈등 간의 관계를 살펴보면 과정갈등은 과업갈등과 관계갈등에 정(+)의 영향을, 그리고 과업갈등은 관계갈등에 정(+)의 영향을 주고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구의 시사점과 향후 연구과제를 제시한다.

보건관리자의 직능별 직업 및 조직 헌신도에 대한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Commitment of Health Manager Between Industrial Health Nurse and Industrial Hygienist)

  • This study was carried out in order to confirm the reliability and validity of the commitment inventory developed by Meyer and Allen, and to investigate commitment level of health manager, to compare two different professionals of health manager such as industrial health nurse and industrial hygienist to find out some characteristics that have effect on commitment. This survey was done by self-administered questionnaire to 227 respondents as the trainees of Industrial Safety Training Center, KISCO from June to December 1996. Authors classified commitment into two categories ; professional commitment and organizational commitment, and these two types of commitments have three different aspects ; affective, continuance, and normative commitment based on Meyer's inventory. The results were as follows; 1. Items of whole scales of the both type of commitments have three factors that represent three aspects of commitment ; affective, continuance, and normative commitment. This means that each type of commitment was reliable to use as measurement tool of three different aspects of commitment. Classification of items by factor analysis was more consistent in professional commitment than organizational commitment. Among 16 items of organizational commitment, four items were classified into different aspects of commitment with similar factor loading. 2. Commitment level of industrial health nurse was higher than that of industrial hygienist in affective, continuance professional commitment controlled by other characteristics. These differences can be due to other characteristics of specific task and background of health managers that were not used in this study. 3. The level of affective professional commitment was statistically different in age, sex, educational level, and that of organizational commitment was statistically different in only two variables such as age, and job tenure. The level of continuance professional and organizational commitments were different in sex group, but past history of employment have effect on continuance organizational commitment. The level of normative organizational commitment was affected by only age. As the above results, the tools of measurement of commitment developed by Meyer and Allen can be useful to measure the level of commitment of health manager. Three aspects of two types of commitments were influenced by different characteristics of health manager. Authors suggested future study on the affecting variables to the commitment such as background, task of health manager and organizational characteristics.

  • This study analyzed how the self-efficacy and commitment on functional satisfaction and repurchase intentionof mountaineering apparels. The survey was conducted over the climbers with 298 subjects. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. The results showed that the self-efficacy of climbers were classified into self-regulated efficacy, self-confidence, and task difficulty preference, and the commitment of climbers were classified into behavioral commitment and cognitive commitment. The self-regulated efficacy and self-confidence influenced the behavioral commitment and the self-regulated efficacy influenced the cognitive commitment. The behavioral commitment and cognitive commitment influenced the functional satisfaction and repurchase intention of mountaineering apparels. The functional satisfaction influenced the repurchase intention of mountaineering apparels.

병원 조직문화 및 조직몰입과 조직시민행동 간의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Organization Citizenship Behavior in hospitals)

  • D. W. Organ(1977) published a paper about the importance of Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB) in an organization. Since then, the studies of OCB have been continuously increased. As recent business environment has changed with rapidity and uncertainty, OCB for the improvement performance of organization should be more emphasized. Role behaviors of organization are divided into two parts such as in-role behavior and extra-role behavior. In recent, although the researches about extra-role behavior have been studied, they are still not sufficient. This study attempted to examine relationships between organizational culture, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior, Sample was 193 employee engaged in hospitals of Pusan. In this study I chose four factor(affective, conservative, task and innovative culture) of organizational culture and three factors (affective, continuous and normative commitment) of organizational commitment and five factors(altruism, conscientiousness, courtesy, civic virtue and sportsmanship) with regard to organization citizenship behavior. The major findings of the empirical research are as follows ; 1. The Causal relation of dimensions of organizational culture and dimensions of OCB. 1) Affective culture has significant impact on courtesy, civic virtue of OCB. 2) Conservative culture has no significant impact on all of OCB. 3) Task culture has significant impact on conscientiousness, civic virtue, sportsmanship of OCB. 4) Innovative culture has no significant impact on courtesy, civic virtue of OCB. 2. The Causal relation of dimensions of organizational commitment and dimensions of OCB. 1) Affective commitment has significant impact on all of OCB. 2) Continuous commitment has no significant impact on all of OCB. 3) Normative commitment has significant impact on courtesy, civic virtue of OCB. In brief, though this study has several limitations in research design and methods, the results suggest that organizational culture of hospitals and organizational comitment of hospitals shows a strong relationship to the organization citizenship behavior.
