Analysis of Risk factors & Morphological Ultrasound Image for Gallbladder Polyp in Adults Living in Busan and Gyeongnam Provinces (부산·경남 지역 성인의 담낭용종 위험인자 및 초음파 영상의 형태학적 분석)

  • This study were to evaluate risk factors of GB polpy in Busan and Gyeongnam area. This study was performed with patients by abdominal ultrasonography among the patients who came to the P hospital from January to May 2016. Among them, risk factors were analyzed on 399 people at the same time when abdominal ultrasonography and hematological test. The statistical analysis of risk factors related to the GB ployp was performed by independent t-test and chi-square test. In consider of difference verification result for calculations odds ratio about independent variables, multiple logistic regression analysis to conduct verify adequacy by calculating forecasting model from variable. As a result, GB polyp risk factors have relevance to male, HBsAg positive, triglyceride. GB polyp risk factors confirmed to male, HBsAg positive, triglyceride were calculated forecasting model and forecasting probability value. Forecasting probability sensitivity 61.0%, specificity 76.8%, ROC area under curve 0.735 showed, it confirmed validity of forecasting model. When analyzing the GB polyps morphologically, among the GB polyp types observed from abdominal ultrasonography, the hyperechoic and homogeneous pattern with neck was the largest as shown from 27.5% and two GB polyps were shown most from 38%, sizes were shown most by maximum diameter, 5 to 10mm from 53%. As a disease accompany with GB polyp showed mild fatty liver(23%), diffuse hepatopathy(21%).

Exploring factors in terms of school and social environment that affect high school student's affective attitude on mathematics according to the student's academic level, grade, gender, and school location (고등학생의 학업성취도, 학년, 성별, 학교 소재지에 따른 수학에 대한 정의적 태도에 영향 미치는 학교와 사회 환경적 측면의 요인 탐색)

  • In this study, we explored factors that affect high school student's affective attitude on mathematics with respect to the school mathematics instructoin, school mathematics assessment, mathematics textbook, private mathematics education, college entrance and career, and social atmosphere. Considering students' grade, major, academic level, gender, and school location, 1,029 high school students participated in the survey. To analyze the survey results, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and chi-square test were conducted using SPSS ver 29.0. Results are as follows. First, generally, college entrance and career and school mathematics instruction affected students' affective attitude on mathematics. Second, according to student's academic level and gender, there was a statistically significant difference in the factors affecting the affective attitude on mathematics. Third, according to students' background, there was a statistically significant difference in students' responses to sub-categories of each factor. We suggested that to improve student's affective attitude on mathematics, diversity of the school mathematics instruction, improvement of the mathematics textbook, student's appropriate participation in the private mathematics education, improvement of student's perception of the utilization of the mathematics in the future and the importance of the mathemaitcs in the society, and parents' emotional support are needed.

  • This study was to analyze the relationship of leisure constraint, boredom and satisfaction among the private security agents. To attain the goal of this study, the employee of private security organization located in Seoul, 2011 year were sampled 400 peoples by purposive sampling method. The result of reliability check up was here below; over Cronbach's ${\alpha}$=.587. To analyze materials, reliability analysis, factor analysis, T test and F test, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used as statistic analysis techniques. The conclusion are here below. First, leisure constraints, boredom and satisfaction have a difference in demographic and socio-economic characteristics. Second, leisure constraints influence on the leisure boredom. Third, leisure constraints influence on the leisure satisfaction. Fourth, leisure constraints influence directly, indirectly on leisure boredom and satisfaction. Leisure boredom is very important variable connecting leisure constraints and satisfaction.

The Effect of Sonographers' Professional Self-Concept on Job Satisfaction (임상초음파사의 전문직 자아개념이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a method to improve the job satisfaction of sonograpers by analyzing the factors affecting professional self-concept and job satisfaction. For data collection, total 141 sonographers working in Busan took part in the structured questionnaire survey. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS. For verification of the professional self-concept and job satisfaction, independent t-test and one way ANOVA were executed. When the statistical significance was verified, Sheffe was used for post hoc test. As a result, professional self-concept and job satisfaction were higher when got married, and also when a proper salary was paid according to work experience and professional qualification was acquired. In addition, the factors that have the greatest effect on the job satisfaction were analyzed as professional self concept. In conclusion, in order to improve the job satisfaction of sonographers, it is necessary not only to establish a professional qualification system for the job skill development but also to provide an appropriate compensation system according to work experience.

  • This study investigated the risk factor of Gallbladder stone in Busan and Kyungnam area. The subjects of the experiment was performed with patients by abdominal ultrasonography among the patients who came to the P hospital from June 2016 to December 2016. Among them, risk factors were analyzed on 353 people at the same time when abdominal ultrasonography and hematological test. The statistical analysis of risk factors related to the Gallbladder stone was performed by independent t-test and chi-square test. In consider of difference verification result for calculations odds ratio about independent variables, multiple logistic regression analysis to conduct verify adequacy by calculating forecasting model from variable. As a result, Gallbladder stone risk factors have relevance to age ${\gamma}GTP$ with probability model and values to calculated. Age was showed sensitivity 49.7%, specificity 82.2%, receiver operating characteristic area under curve 0.724. Forecasting probability sensitivity 69.3%, specificity 62.4%, receiver operating characteristic area under curve 0.699 showed, ${\gamma}GTP$ confirmed validity of forecasting model.

A Comparative Study of University Students' Satisfaction on the Online Courses between Primary & Secondary Teachers' University: Focused on the English-Related Subjects (온라인 영어강좌에 대한 대학생들의 수업만족도 분석연구: 초등예비교사와 중등예비교사의 비교)

  • This study aims to investigate the class satisfaction of the students enrolled in between a primary and secondary teacher's college, and to identify any statistical differences among the class satisfaction factors. In order to answer these questions, a survey of 50 questionnaires were distributed to 54 primary teachers' college students and 50 secondary teacher's college ones, respectively. A survey consisted of 5 categories including class contents, instruction results, class environment, instructional supports and efficiency. To analyze data, the descriptive analysis and independent sample t-test were administerd using Jamovi statistical program. The results revealed that there was no significant difference between two groups in terms of the overall class satisfaction, even though the mean score from the secondary teachers' college students was higher than that of the primary teachers' college students. However, there was a significant difference in the class satisfaction's sub categories: class environment, instructional supports and efficiency.

Characteristic Analysis of Utilization of Security Deposit for Repairing Defects Using Statistical Analysis (통계분석을 이용한 공동주택 하자보수보증금 특성 분석)

  • This study was conducted to analyze the actual utilization rate of the deposit for defect repair of apartment complexes and its influential factors. We analyzed the data on enforced defect deposit cases by using one-sample t-test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and simple linear regression analysis. The difference between the deposit amount specified and the enforcement amount actually disbursed was found to about 0.51%. The change rates for short-term costs amounted approximately to $839KRW/m^2$ and 130,000 KRW/household per year, and those for long-term costs were $647KRW/m^2$ and 123,207 KRW/household per year. The results warrant the need for further research on establishing a deposit amount based on actual statistical data.

A Study on the Effects of Empowerment Perception Level on Job Satisfaction of Hairdresser (헤어 미용사들의 지각된 임파워먼트가 직무만족에 미치는 영향)

  • This study attempted to determine differences between the perceived empowerment level and job satisfaction depending on hairdressers' demographic characteristics and analyze the effects of their empowerment on job satisfaction. For this, a total of 310 hairdressers in Gwangju-Jeonnam and Seoul-Gyeonggi-do were chosen through convenience sampling, and then a questionnaire survey was conducted. The valid 277 copies were used for final analysis. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan's test, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 15.0. The study results found the following: First, in terms of the subordinate factors of empowerment, the following four factors were found: meaningfulness, self-determination, competence, and impact. Second, depending on demographic characteristics (e.g., age, career, type of beauty salon, job title, punch-in time, monthly pay), a statistically significant difference was found between empowerment and job satisfaction (p<.01). Third, hairdressers' perceived empowerment level had a positive impact on job satisfaction (p<.01). In terms of the empowerment on job satisfaction by sub-factor, 'self-determination' was largest, followed by 'meaningfulness' and 'competence.' Therefore, beauty salon owners need to manage their business more efficiently by converging cosmetology and business management by expanding empowerment among hairdressers properly after recognizing the importance of hairdresser empowerment.

The Money Spending Styles and Money Management Behavior according to Family Strengths of Adolescents (청소년의 가족건강성에 따른 금전사용양식과 금전관리행동)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the money spending styles and the money management behaviors according to family strengths of adolescents. The subjects were 914 high school students. To examine research questions, Cronbach'$\alpha$, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Duncan test were used. The research results can be summarized as follows. The family strengths scores of adolescents was generally moderate, 3,36 points. The money spending styles consist of the stable style, conspicuous style, and indifferent style. The average of indifferent style was 3.33 points, stable style was 3.01 points and conspicuous style was 2.91 points. The money management behaviors consist of the planning, implementing, evaluating, and saving. The average of the planning was 2.81 points, implementing was 2.87 points, evaluating was 2.90 points, saving was 2.50 points. The family strengths statistically significant differences in the money spending styles and the money management behaviors were detected. The family strengths was very important variable in the money attitude and behavior of adolescent.

The Development of Teachers' Training Course about Educational Programming Language to Enhance Informatics Teaching Efficacy for Elementary School Teachers (초등 교사의 정보 교수효능감 향상을 위한 EPL 교육 프로그램의 개발 및 적용)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and apply the elementary teacher training course for educational programming language based on TPACK in order to make elementary school teachers fully equipped with teaching efficacy for SW education. As a result, the informatics teaching efficacy of the teachers in the experimental group who participated in EPL training course developed based on TPACK was statistically more significant than the teachers in the control group(t=4.13, p<.001). The dependent sample t-test of the experimental group showed a statistically significant increase with t=4.57 (p< .001). It proved that TPACK-based teachers' training course is effective to improve teachers' informatics teaching efficacy. It is suggested that the development of SW education teacher training course should be systematically structured considering TPACK framework.
