목재문화는 시멘트문화를 대체하는 새로운 패러다임으로서, 목재문화가 학문적 체계를 갖추기 위하여는 공학적 연구만이 아니라 사회학적 연구도 병행되어야 한다. 본 연구는 아직 국내외적으로 전혀 시도된 바가 없는 목재문화의 사회학적 측면을 구조 기능적, 체계 기능적, 갈등적, 사회 변동적 측면에서 사회학적으로 연구하고 우리나라의 사례를 분석함으로써 목재문화의 사회학적 접근방법을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 구조 기능적 측면에서 보면 사회체계는 최상위의 인식체계, 그 다음의 제도체계, 생활체계, 기술체계의 4가지 부분체계로 이루어진다. 이들 부분체계는 목재문화 전체의 기능을 유지하기 위하여 당위성 타당성 현실성 발전성의 기능을 발휘한다. 체계기능적 측면에서 볼 때 목재문화체계는 목재 효용성의 인지와 전파과정에 따라 개인적 체계와 조직적 체계, 이 두 가지를 망라하는 사회적 체계의 3가지로 구성되며, 갈등측면에서 볼 때 사회는 목재문화와 시멘트문화의 갈등양상에 따라 고유의 목재문화는 쇠퇴하고 시멘트문화가 확산되는 사회, 시멘트문화가 쇠퇴하고 목재문화가 확산되는 사회, 고유의 목재문화와 시멘트문화가 균형을 이루는 사회로 구분된다. 이와 같은 목재문화의 유형을 문화변동의 측면에서 분류하면, 목재문화에서 시멘트문화로의 변동, 시멘트문화에서 목재문화로의 변동, 목재문화 자체의 변동으로 분류할 수 있다. 또한 변동수준에 따라 분류하면 미시적 변동, 중간적 변동, 거시적 변동으로 분류된다. 이상과 같이 목재문화를 사회학적으로 조명하는 새로운 접근방법과 공학적 연구가 함께 진행되어 빠른 시일내에 학계에서 "목재문화론" 또는 "목재문화학"이 체계적으로 정립되기를 바란다.

This paper analyzes the multi-item order-level system with shortages allowance and storage limitation. Up to now, we have used the classical optimization theory to analyze this system. But the theory is generally not suitable for computational purposes. Therefore, this paper designes a new method to be able to apply the quadratic programming to the multi-item order-level system with storage limitation. A numerical example is also presented.

An important assumption for the active power filter design using instantaneous power theory and the d-q transformation method in a 3-phase power system is based on balanced 3-phase system. However, under pratical conditions, the 3-phase power system can not be continuously balanced due to unbalanced loading. In this paper, a method to control the 3-phase active power filer using instantaneous power theory and the d-q transformation under unbalanced power system is presented and the theoretical results are verified by simulated results.

We give a theorem of the existence of the multiple solutions of the Hamiltonian system with the square growth nonlinearity. We show the existence of m solutions of the Hamiltonian system when the square growth nonlinearity satisfies some given conditions. We use critical point theory induced from the invariant function and invariant linear subspace.

We investigate the multiple solutions for a class of the elliptic system with the singular potential nonlinearity. We obtain a theorem which shows the existence of the solution for a class of the elliptic system with singular potential nonlinearity and Dirichlet boundary condition. We obtain this result by using variational method and critical point theory.

The significant role of transportation system for economic development process has been recognized, but the argument that transportation improvements stimulate economic development has brought sometimes no resonance in lacking of a plausible theory on the conditions and process of economic development by transportation investment. This paper reviews the theory on regional differentiation of transportation system and shows why and how the installation of a new transportation system or the improvements of the old transportation quality differentiate the spatial order of economic activities. It presents the interaction between the change of transportation quality with introducing of definition "transportation value" as tool of its determination and economic activities following the regional differentiation process, which result means regional defferentiation of niveau of economic development.

This Study discuss exploring normative-prescriptive factors after the themes on Organizational learning categorize two descriptive/explanatory-perspectives, prescriptive/normative dimension. The former would contain information processing model, theory of action, organizing in organization, while Senge's suggestion on Learning Organization may compose the latter. Each perspective is reconstructed and reinterpreted into the causal mapping relationship founded on system thinking and SD. Underlying on the former try to discovery validities of the latter. But this study only put forward the integral-dynamic model of organizational learning without empirical simulation.

In this paper, An expert system for electric furnace with time delay is proposed. The expert system uses Fuzzy control theory. The conventional controller uses Auto-Tuning control theory. From experiment, we can obtain that the response of expert system is superior to the response of the conventional controller. In this experiment, the expert controller is implemented with the IBM PC. The 8751 One chip processor controling the electric furnace is used.

We investigate the bounded weak solutions for the Hamiltonian system with bounded nonlinearity decaying at the origin and periodic condition. We get a theorem which shows the existence of the bounded weak periodic solution for this system. We obtain this result by using variational method, critical point theory for indefinite functional.

Conflict resolution in decision-making groups is studied using a System Dynamics model. The model is developed using a grounded-theory approach. Some preliminary results are shown. The results seem to be in line with much empirical research done in the management literature about conflict and conflict resolution at the group level of analysis. Ideas for further research are discussed.
