Amendment for Plasterboard Partition Wall of LH Construction Specifications (LH 전문시방서의 석고보드 복합패널 관련 개정(안))

  • In order to apply the drywall system to the interior wall of the post & beam structure, the existing detail drawings and construction specifications must be revised. LH selected drywall systems suitable for post & beam apartment housings and revised their standard detail drawings and construction specifications. This paper describes the major revision of the plasterboard partition wall in the LH construction specifications and standard detail drawings. The main policy of the revision work was to prevent defects by ensuring the construction quality and to eliminate adverse effects on the subsequent processes.

  • The difference the guide specifications of between housing and land development has been caused many problems, since Korea Land Corporation and Korea Housing Corporation were merged into LH (Land and Housing Corporation) in 2009. Those are that specification criteria to establishing lower level specifications are disordered; duplicated investment on sites; management systems are conflicted site to site, which are based on different operation system from old land and housing corporations, etc. Thus, this paper aims to suggest a direction of integrated guide specification system of LH including improved and advanced classification hierarchy and specification.

  • A study on Technical Specifications of the current collection system in G7 Korean High Speed Train Project is performed in this paper. First, an appropriate level of contact wire tension for 350km/h commercial operation is proposed based on the foreign high speed train operation experiences and a relevant technical criterion, Second, two optimized design specifications of the pantograph for G7 Korean High Speed Train are proposed based on current collection quality. In order to perform design optimization, a formulation on the follow-up characteristics of a pantograph with 3 levels of masse-spring-damper is derived in this paper. Dynamic design parameters of the pantograph are adjusted to maximize follow-up capability at the dropper and span passing frequencies.

  • In this paper, a design method of the simulation program for HILS(Hardware-In-the-Loop Simulation) system is proposed. The present method consists of definition of requirements for HILS, development of specifications, and implementation of the program to satisfy the specifications. In the implementation of the program, the application of hardware interface and the concept of structural modularization are proposed to satisfy the specifications. The concepts of CSCI(Computer Software Configuration Item) and encapsulation are used for structural modularization. The proposed method was practically applied to the development of the simulation program for the efficient operation in HILS of an anti-ship missile system.

  • In this paper, we determine the design criteria of haptic device considering the human haptic system and determine the design specifications. We developed a new 2DOF haptic device based on the specifications. It has the wide workspace, statically-balanced, constant inertia matrix, well-conditioned Jacobian matrix and so on. There also is not singularity point within workspace of the device. We show that it has better performance than other 2DOF haptic device in the many aspects.

  • This paper proposes a new identification method to be able to meet the design specifications. By introducing a controller factor in Pade apporximation of the previous system identification algorithm, relationships between system identification and design specifications are obtained through the Ziegler-Nickels tuning rule.

  • Several Compendia are effective in relation with production and supply of pharmaceutical agents in Korea. Those compendia exists only in printed documents, which are not suitable for the analysis of their contents and inter-relationship among them when they have specifications on the same or related pharmaceutical agents. For the analysis of contents of Korean compendia, database system is desinged and all of the available data are entered into relational database system. Every specification was analyzed into several database tables, fields and relations between tables. (omitted)

  • In this paper laser micromachining system design process for commercialization is suggested. The constructed system design process is properly adjusted for laser micromachining area after tailoring engine process of system engineering process such as requirement analysis, functional analysis and allocation, system synthesis and system optimization process. In the current laser machining system design, system components and specifications are determined on the basis of experimental experience which a laser is being used in machining some materials as well as the current machining and research trend. In this paper, however, systematic process is suggested in addition to experimental experience, which the laser and system components and their specifications are decided in the process of definition of functional requirements and engine design variables of system to satisfy the customer's requirements.

  • The development of train control system shall operate a series of processes like system designing, system production and system performance evaluation as a result of various requirements analysis presented in operation rules, operating guidelines for railway organizations etc, notified by the nation. Therefore, considering operation conditions, operation plan, linkage to railway network etc, the major document like system functional specifications, system development specifications, system test plans etc must be drawn up. In this paper we classify system operating scenarios required to prepare for system standard specification and system performance evaluation report of CBTC system for urban subways supporting unmanned automatic operation, and adjust each of the operating status.

  • A large portion of the embedded system development process involves the integration of hardware and software. Unfortunately, communication across the hardware/software boundary is tedious and error-prone to create. This paper presents an automatic hardware/software interface generation system. As the front-end of hardware/software co-design frameworks, a system designer defines XML specifications for hardware functions. Our system generates hardware/software interfaces including Device Driver, Driver API, and Device Controller from these specifications. Embedded software designers can easily use hardware just like system libraries. Our system reduces the mistakes and errors that can be occurred when a software programmer directly connects software to hardware, and supports balancing labors between hardware developers and software programmers. Moreover, this system can be used as the back-end for a hardware/software co-design framework.
