The government supports the various systems on the premise of life-long education for improving the qualification of its people and supporting the lifelong career system. These systems help the educational activities for every generation from the teens. Each government department supports the learning activities for those who are related. In addition, each government department systemizes the regular education for advancing the performance of civil servant, by obliging a self-directed system to their member as well as by reflecting this educational activities in a promotion. This style of learning is provided not only offline but also online. However, not all necessary educational contents is furnished within the department. It is sometimes necessary to cooperate with the commissioned education and a professional educational institution. This thesis suggests three model systems while comparing one another. This paper suggests three system model. The first model is e-contents open place. The second model is e-contents open place. Finally, the suggest model is mixed form.

원격교육의 개념에서 출발한 가상강의는 이제 e-Learning이라는 개념으로 현대의 주요 교수-학습 방법으로 제시되고 있다. 질적인 면에서의 효과적인 교수-학습 방법을 위해 본 연구에서는 가상강의 library를 제시하고 가상강의 library시스템의 기초가 되는 가상강의 컴포넌트(component)를 설계하며, 컴포넌트는 5개의 강의자료유형별(텍스트, 음성, 이미지, 동영상, flash)로 구성되어진다. 가상강의 library는 가상강의를 축적하는 시스템으로 가상강의 개발자에게는 양질의 강의를 개발할 수 있는 자료를 제공하여 과목 개발에 필요한 시간과 노력을 줄이는 효과를 가져오고, 학습자에게는 동일한 주제에 대해 다수의 강의자료를 선택적으로 수강할 수 있게 되는 효과를 가져온다.

The installation of PV system to the power distribution system is being increased as one of solutions for environmental pollution and energy crisis. However, the efficiency of PV system is getting decreased because of the aging phenomenon and several operation obstacles. Therefore, The technology development of aging diagnosis of PV modules are required in order to improve operation performance of PV modules. This paper proposes evaluation algorithm for aging state in PV modules by using the electrical characteristics of PV modules and environmental factors. And also, this paper presents a operation evaluation system of PV modules based on the proposed aging diagnosis algorithm of PV modules. From the simulation results of proposed evaluation system, it is confirmed that the proposed algorithm is a useful tool for aging diagnosis of PV systems.

본 논문은 인터넷을 통해 개발이 이루어진 운영체제로서 네트워크 지원에 관련된 기능이 매우 우수한 리눅스 TUI (Text user interface)/GUI(Graphic user Interface) 환경에서 개발된 원격 교육을 위한 교재 설계 및 저작 모듈의 전반전인 개발 원리와 세부 시스템의 알고리듬을 소개하고자 한다. 리눅스는 지원하는 네트워크 프로토콜(Protocol) 이 다양하여 TCP/IP는 물론 다른 프로토콜 지원으로 많은 이 기종들과 네트워크 상에서 원활한 네트워크 자원을 공유할 수 있으므로 기존의 Windows NT와의 용이한 integration은 물론이고 Windows NT나 Windows 2000 에 비해서 낮은 사양의 하드웨어 환경으로도 높은 수준의 서비스를 제공할 수 있으므로 예산에 많은 제약을 받고 있는 학교 교육 환경에 가장 적합한 네트워크 운영 시스템이라고 할 수 있다. 원격 교육시스템의 개발 환경은 웹서버는 아파치 서버를, 교재 설계와 저작 모듈을 위한 응용프로그램은 component 기반의 Java bean을, 웹개발 즉 HTML 문서는 PHP를, DBMS 는 MySQL 서버를 사용하고 있다.

원자력 인력의 원활한 공급과 체계적인 교육훈련은 원자력의 지속 가능한 발전과 원자력발전소의 안전 운전을 위한 중요한 과제이다. 이 논문은 국가적 차원의 원자력 교육훈련체계를 구축하기 위한 정책 구상을 제안하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 한국 원자력 기관들에 대한 분석자료와 원자력 인력양성 방안에 대한 정부 문서들에 기초하여 원자력 인력과 교육훈련체계 현황을 분석했다. 현재 한국의 원자력 교육훈련체계는 산 학 연 기관별 다양화와 분산화를 그 특징으로 하고 있다. 그러나 각 기관들 간의 체계적이고 통합적인 연계와 협력은 미약한 수준에 있고, 교육훈련 프로그램과 자원 배분 중복, 그로 인한 비효율 등의 문제도 제기되고 있다. 따라서 이 논문은 거시적인 정책 구상으로 국가적 차원의 원자력 교육훈련체계 모델과 원자력 교육훈련을 관리 조정하는 콘트롤 타워를 제안하고 있다.

Facing to millenium, The new development of maritime and Fisheries education schemes will be cultivated in order to challenge global maritime nations as the new target of marine education which was established new index and problems of maritime education in place. First, The index of Marine and Fisheries education of 21st century was aimed at the spirits of expansion of territories of the era of ambassador of Jang Bo Go Sylla dynasty where marine trade had been prevailed between sylla and china leading to the spirits of marine pioneer in the northeastern Asian regions. and we must maintain the great desire and frontier spirities toward the marine industry also, adjust to the development and frontier spirits. Secondly, In order to cultivate the prominent man power for the marine industry, the government shall be specialized for the agency of marine education system, expand the educational installation, reforms the content of curriculum, to be adjust the global education system, also, enlarge the scholarship for the student, exemption tuition fees, installed the dormitory for the student, professors and teachers engaging in this parts have to lead the students with the pride and confidence and must provided the chance of job after he had completed for their on boarding life. Thirdly, for the secure responsible officer, the authorities has a schedules for enlarging the chance of studying and training also have to accumulate the practical experience and should enforce the retraining to the prof's and teachers also improve the leaders quality, on the other hand. The position of prof's and teachers will be elevated with the gaining of education philosophy and special treatment by the authorities. Fourth, to receive the positively marine industry educational system. First of all, have to provide the cooperation of industries and academy and they satisfy their job and change the their way of thinking and should notify the importance of government strategical industry by the mass-media system. Against the new marine era, we must participate the marine industry positively, have to elevate the culture of mankind and also, have provide the basement of prominent man-power for the marine industry in future.

건설 산업의 대형화, 복잡화, 전문화에 따라 품질, 비용, 공기 등의 목표를 효과적으로 달성하기 위한 건설사업관리(Construction Management, 이하 CM)에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 산업계에서 CM업무를 수행할 수 있는 기술력이 지속적으로 요구되고, 이를 수행하기 위한 필요 전문 인력양성교육이 진행되고 있다. 또한 교육의 효과적이고 효율적인 성과를 위해 체계적인 CM교육 확립과 교육인력의 전문성 제고를 위한 학계의 연구들이 이루어져왔다. 하지만 업계의 CM에 관심에 비해 그 교육인프라 환경이 미흡한 상태이며, 이를 개선하고 교육의 질적수준을 높이기 위한 교육시스템의 방안 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존 오프라인 교육의 비해 시간적, 공간적 제약에서 벗어나 저렴한 비용을 통한 교육이 가능하기에 지속적인 교육참여에 제약을 해결할 수 있는 e-learning 교육시스템에 대한 연구를 통해 건설사업관리의 특성을 고려하여 CM교육의 활성화를 위한 e-learning 시스템 아키텍처 모델을 제시하려한다

본 논문에서는 레고 마인드스톰 NXT 로봇을 이용한 프로그래밍 교육을 위한 가상 로봇 교육 시스템 (VRES; Virtual Robot Education System)을 설계하고 구현한다. 제안된 시스템을 통하여 프로그램 학습자는 소스 코드를 편집, 컴파일, 그리고 로봇에 다운로드하여 자신의 실행 코드를 동작시킨다. 로봇을 관찰하기 위하여 시스템은 웹 카메라를 포함하고 있어 모니터링 서비스를 제공한다. 따라서 학생들은 자신의 프로그램을 다운로드한 로봇의 동작을 자세하게 검증할 수 있으며 필요시 디버깅 할 수 있다. 추가로 간단한 사용자 친화적 프로그래밍 언어와 이에 대한 컴파일러를 설계한다. 이러한 도구를 이용하여 학습자는 자바 언어보다 쉽게 NXT 로봇 프로그램을 생성하여 테스트할 수 있다. 교수자는 시스템에서 제공하는 직접 제어 모드를 이용하여 수업 주제를 위한 로봇의 제어와 관리가 가능하다. 그럼으로. 제안된 시스템은 학생들이 정규 수업 또는 방과 후에 인터넷과 웹브라우저를 사용하여 로봇 프로그래밍을 학습할 수 있도록 지원할 수 있다.

이 연구의 목적은 중등체육교원 임용고사 육상실기평가에 대한 예비체육교사의 인식을 탐색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 인간 내면의 감정, 의견, 인식 등을 탐색할 수 있는 Q방법론을 활용하였다. 분석결과 3가지 유형이 탐색되었고, 각 유형은 전문시설지원요구형과 전문기술지도요구형 그리고 평가방법개선요구형으로 명명되었다. 결론으로, 중등체육교원 임용고사 육상실기평가를 준비하는데 있어 예비체육교사들은 전문시설의 지원과 전문기술을 지도받을 수 있는 기회의 제공 그리고 평가 방법과 절차에 대한 구체적인 사전 안내 등을 희망하는 것으로 해석되었다.

The telemedicine & distance education system that this paper suggests has been designed on the CTE(Collaborative Telemedicine & distance Education) framework, which is an integrated multimedia environment. This is a CBM-based collaborative telemedicine & distance education type, different from the conventional doctor based general practice, and is an integrated multimedia telemedicine & distance education system capable of many application developments using information super highway. This paper presents the content regarding electronic medical examination chart and data treatment for efficient medical examination and prompt treatment by realizing mutual conversation type remote medical examination system among 3 parties(patient, doctor, pharmacist) on internet base. And, The implementation of this new teaming system should be designed with multimedia application development platform base which is interfaced with computer engineering, computer network technology, CSCW (Computer-Supported Cooperative Work) technology, and education engineering.
